    Authors: Le Coadic, Ronan;

    Бретонская культура во многом противоречива. Ее характеризует географический дуализм ( кельтская на западе и романская на востоке полуострова). В плане социальном для одних она представляет собой образ жизни, другие воспроизводят лишь отдельные ее традиционые элементы, для третьих она - объект бесконечного изобретения заново. Неоднозначны и причины современного интереса к бретонской культуре, в которых можно увидеть одновременно проявление национализма и "постмодернистского неолиберализма". Отсюда противоречивые устремления самих бретонцев: индивидуалистские, но с подсознательной тягой к единению, и двойственность в их отношении к автономии, которая и влечет, и вызывает отторжение. Breton culture is contrasted. Geographically, it is a dual culture (Celtic to the west and Romanic to the east) ; socially, it is for some people an integral part of their way of life, for others a residual object of reproduction or a continually reinvented culture. Moreover, its ambivalence lies in the fact that the origins of its cultural revival evoke both nationalism and postmodern neotribalism, thus refering to Bretons' aspirations that are contradictory, too: individualistic (but with fusional pulsions), with a mixture of attraction and repulsion for autonomy. Une technique pour l'identification des espèces d'arbres à l'aide de la tomodensitométrie est suggérée, ce qui permet d'étudier les caractéristiques internes et les caractéristiques de la structure anatomique de diverses races. Sur la base de ces caractéristiques, une base de données de variables a été obtenue, qui a été traitée en utilisant des méthodes mathématiques-statistiques, telles que: les boîtes à moustaches, la méthode des composantes principales, l'arbre de décision. L'analyse a montré que cet algorithme permet l'identification des roches avec une grande précision. In the work a method of wood species identification by using computed tomography was proposed. Computed tomography allow us to explore internal characteristics of wood and specific anatomical features of different species. Data base of variables was obtained, that was analysed by mathematic-statistical methods such as box plots, PCA, Classification tree. The analyze revealed, that the method allow us to identify different species of wood with good accuracy. National audience

    Authors: Kazanski, Michel;

    The finds (burials and commemorative places) of the post-Hunnic nomads in the steppes of Eastern Europe areexamined, which testify to the Central Asian influence on the “chieftain”/“princely” culture of the steppe population of themiddle 5th — mid 6th centuries. This is a set of horse equipment, weapons, women’s jewelry. It is likely that their appearancein the western part of the Eurasian belt of the steppes is associated with the movements of nomadic peoples — Onogurs,Saragurs, Urogs, Savirs. At the same time, when it comes to borrowing in the “chieftain” culture, the usual diffusion of theprestigious “princely” fashion, reflecting the military-political and cultural orientation of the ruling elites and not directlyrelated to migration, is very possible.     There have been analyzed peculiarities of proving as the method of establishment of legal facts in civil proceed-ings, and there have been specified fixation results methods in such establishment and their value in the mechanism of property relations legal control. It was concluded that establishment of legal facts in action proceeding is considered to be the confirmation of availability or lack of legal facts and cause-and-effect relations between them. В публикации проанализированы особенности доказывания как способа установления юриди-ческих фактов в гражданских правоотношениях, определены способы фиксации результатов такого уста-новления и их значения для механизма правового регулирования имущественных отношений. Cделан вывод, что установлением юридических фактов в исковом производстве является подтверждением наличия или отсутствия юридических фактов и причинно-следственных связей между ними.     Authors: Fiszer, Stanislaw;

    This article is dedicated to two scientific works by Arthur Chervin: “L’Autriche et la Hongrie de demain” (1915) and “De Prague à l’Adriatique” (1919). They capture the attitude of French political elites towards national issues and fate of the Habsburg Monarchy during the First World War. The key statistical source that Chervin uses to build his analysis of the position of the Habsburg Monarchy peoples upon, is the census of population made in 1910. According to the census data, the majority of the Monarchy’s population consisted of the Slavs. The author first shows that these data are crude due to the fact that national identity was recorded based on “spoken language” and not on ethnic background. Second, he discusses the French project of redrawing the map of Central Europe in the after-math of the war, particularly the intention to create the “Czech Corridor”. In conclusion the author proves the difficul-ty of implementing French geopolitical plans and maintaining peace due to the mixture of peoples and cultures in this part of Europe occupied by the Habsburg Monarchy till the end of the First World War.     Centers for Armenian Studies are either separate institutions or divisions of broader structures. Establishment of such centers is based on interest toward Armenian studies in foreign countries, efforts of the Armenian diaspora and Republic of Armenia aimed at preserving the Armenian identity in diaspora, developing Armenian studies abroad, and spreading Armenian culture and civilization around the world, and the existence of rich Armenianlegacies in foreign countries. The role and significance of Centers for Armenian Studies abroad include preserving Armeniancy, spreading Armenian civilization, developing Armenian studies, developing scientific and cultural relations between Armenians and other peoples, preparing teachers and public figures in Diaspora, conducting applied research in political, economic and other disciplines. Зарубежные арменоведческие центры могут выступать и как отдельные структуры, и как составная часть других, более крупных структур. В основе их создания лежит имеющийся вовне интерес к арменоведению, усилия Диаспоры и Армении по развитию и распространению армянской культуры и цивилизации, существование богатого армянского культурного наследия за рубежом. Роль и значение зарубежных арменоведческих центров заключается в сохранении армянства, распространении армянской цивилизации, развитии арменоведения, борьбе с антиармянской пропагандой, развитии научно-культурных связей между армянским и другими народами, подготовке педагогических кадров и общественных деятелей в Диаспоре, осуществлении прикладных исследований в политической, экономической и других сферах.     Authors: Le Coadic, Ronan;

    Authors: Kazanski, Michel;

    The finds (burials and commemorative places) of the post-Hunnic nomads in the steppes of Eastern Europe areexamined, which testify to the Central Asian influence on the “chieftain”/“princely” culture of the steppe population of themiddle 5th — mid 6th centuries. This is a set of horse equipment, weapons, women’s jewelry. It is likely that their appearancein the western part of the Eurasian belt of the steppes is associated with the movements of nomadic peoples — Onogurs,Saragurs, Urogs, Savirs. At the same time, when it comes to borrowing in the “chieftain” culture, the usual diffusion of theprestigious “princely” fashion, reflecting the military-political and cultural orientation of the ruling elites and not directlyrelated to migration, is very possible.
