    Sjeme suncokreta specifičnih je svojstava s obzirom na proces dorade i skladištenje. Tijekom skladištenja često dolazi do opadanja kakvoće sjemena, a pri tomu značajnu ulogu imaju: genotip, duljina i uvjeti skladištenja, tretman sjemena, vrsta ambalaže i dr. Ovim istraživanjem utvrđeno je opadanje energije klijanja i klijavosti sjemena suncokreta, a ispitivanje je obavljeno na netretiranom (kontrola) i tretiranom sjemenu (T1 : Geocid ST-35 i T2: Apron 35 DS). Analizirano je sjeme tri hibrida suncokreta Poljoprivrednog Instituta Osijek (Fakir, Orion i Olio) tijekom dvije godine skladištenja u "jumbo" vrećama (1999., 2000., 2001). Utvrđeni pad energije klijanja i klijavosti tretiranog sjemena, u prosjeku za sva tri hibrida, kretao se od 3 do 13%, a pad klijavosti netretiranog sjemena bio je manje izražen i iznosio je 2-5%. Najveći pad klijavosti zabilježen je na sjemenu hibrida Olio (13%), a najmanji na sjemenu hibrida Fakir (3%). Sunflower seed have specific characteristic considering seed processing, storage and seed treatment. During the storage time of seed supply, seed quality is often reduced. Significant influence on reduction of seed quality have: hybrid, storage time and conditions, the way of packing seed and seed treatment. This research analyse decreasing of seed germination viability and germination on untreated (control) and wet treated seed T1 (Geocid ST-35) and T2 (Apron 35 DS) on three hybrids of sunflower created on Agricultural institute Osijek (Fakir, Orion, Olio) during the three year of storage in „jumbo“ bags (1999, 2000 and 2001). Treated seed of all three hybrids had reduced germination viability and germination of seed from 3-13%. Untreated seed had smaler reduction (2-5%). The bigest reduction of germination viability and germination of seed had hybrid Olio (13%) and the smallest hybrid Fakir (3%).

    Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi koncentraciju kadmija i žive u 10 vrsta jestivih gljiva i supstratu tla sa područja Žumberka te prikladnost gljiva kao bioakumulatora navedenih elemenata. Analitički postupak određivanja koncentracija teških metala proveden je metodom induktivno spregnute plazme optičkom emisijom spektrometrije (ICP-OES; Optima 8000, Perkin Elemer, SAD) sa ugrađenim uređajem za automatsko uzorkovanje. Najviša prosječna koncentracija kadmija od 1,83 mg kg-1 ustanovljena je u vrsti Agaricus campestris, dok je najviša vrijednost žive utvrđena u vrsti Boletus aestivalis (1,32 mg kg-1). Koncentracija kadmija i žive utvrđena u anatomskim djelovima istraživanih vrsta gljiva bila je različita, pri čemu je značajno veća (p < 0,05) koncentracija navedenih metala utvrđena u klobuku u odnosu na stručak. Biokoncentracijski faktor za kadmij i živu u analiziranim gljiva bio je veći od 1. Istraživane saprotrofne vrste gljiva akumulirale su veće koncentracije ispitivanih metala u odnosu na simbiontske, izuzev vrsta roda Boletus, koje su se pokazale najbolji akumulacijski potencijal prema živi. Usporedbom koncentracija kadmija i žive u gljivama i propisanim zakonskim odredbama, može se zaključiti da konzumacija istih ne predstavlja negativan učinak na zdravlje ljudi. The aim of this research was to determine concentration of cadmium and mercury in 10 species of edible mushrooms and substrate from Zumberak area. Also, the aim of this research was to determine bioaccumulation potential of analysed species of mushrooms. The analyses of heavy metals were carried out by met- hod of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES; Optima 8000, Perkin Elemer, SAD). The highest concentration of cadmium (1.83 mg kg-1) was determined in Agaricus campestris, while the highest concentration od mercury (1.32 mg kg-1) was determined in Boletus edulis. Significantly higher (p<0.05) concentrations of heavy metals were determined in caps rather than stipes in all analyzed mushrooms. Bioconcentration factor for cadmium and mercury was greater than 1 in all analyzed mushrooms. Analyzed saprophytic species of mushrooms had accumulated higher concentration of analyzed heavy metals compared to symbiotic, excluding genus Boletus, which had shown as the best mercury accumulators. Comparing concentrations of cadmium and mercury in mushrooms with prescribed law orders it can be concluded that consumption of same does not have negative benefits on human health.

    U članku se zanimamo za svećeničku i velikosvećeničku ulogu Isusa iz Nazareta. U tu svrhu pred sebe stavljamo Poslanicu Hebrejima. Svekoliko je Isusovo djelo posredničko i zato je u cjelini svećeničko. Od pet puta što se Isus u Novome zavjetu naziva posrednik, tri su mjesta upravo u Poslanici Hebrejima. Posve je razumljivo što je pisac u Poslanici Hebrejima najuže povezao Isusovo svećeničko djelo i ljudski grijeh. On uči da je Isus očistio ljudski rod od svih grijeha. Pisac u Poslanici Hebrejima rado ponavlja da je Isusovo svećeničko djelo učinjeno u korist svih ljudi. Tu nema nikakva izuzetka. Moglo bi se čak kazati da se plod Isusovog svećeničkoga čina proteže i odnosi na svako stvorenje i svekoliki svemir. U svakome slučaju Isusovo je djelo dovršeno i dogotovljeno. Ono se ne ponavlja. Učinjeno je jednom za svagda. Razumije se da je Isus svećenik jer je na križu prikazao žrtvu. To je njegovo tijelo. On je žrtvena prinosnica. Ali Pisac bez dvojbe uči da je Isusu vječni Veliki svećenik i u nebeskome hramu. Le résumé peut cette fois-ci être vraiment très court. On voit facilement de suite ce que l’ auteur a écrit en croate, sa langue maternelle. Il s’ est proposé d’ étudier ce que l’ écrivain inspiré prêchait et annoncait dans l’ Épître aux Hébreux à propos du sacerdoce du Christ. Pour le faire il a choisi un certain nombre de versets dans l’ Épître néotestamentaire et il a essayé de les analyser et d’ en extraire l’ enseignement et la doctrine. Chaque fois l’autuer a mis devant ses yeux le texte grec original et il l’a exploré à fond. C’ est de cette manière qu’ il désirait apprendre ce que l’ Épître aux Hébreux dit du Christ, le Grand prêtre, et de son oeuvre sacerdotale qui est le fondement du salut et de la rédemption humaine.

    U radu su prikazani rezultati višegodišnjih (1975-2003) istraživanja, prisutnosti prašnih usši u uskladištenim zrnatim proizvodima i pakiranim prehrambenim artiklima. Utvrđeno je 17 vrsta Psocoptera, s dominiranjem familije Liposcelididae (87%). Suzbijanje prašnih uši obavljeno je integriranim mjerama: sanitacijom, fizikalnim i kemijskim metodama (sintetski insekticidi, fumiganti i botanički insekticidi).

    Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi koncentraciju kadmija i žive u 10 vrsta jestivih gljiva i supstratu tla sa područja Žumberka te prikladnost gljiva kao bioakumulatora navedenih elemenata. Analitički postupak određivanja koncentracija teških metala proveden je metodom induktivno spregnute plazme optičkom emisijom spektrometrije (ICP-OES; Optima 8000, Perkin Elemer, SAD) sa ugrađenim uređajem za automatsko uzorkovanje. Najviša prosječna koncentracija kadmija od 1,83 mg kg-1 ustanovljena je u vrsti Agaricus campestris, dok je najviša vrijednost žive utvrđena u vrsti Boletus aestivalis (1,32 mg kg-1). Koncentracija kadmija i žive utvrđena u anatomskim djelovima istraživanih vrsta gljiva bila je različita, pri čemu je značajno veća (p < 0,05) koncentracija navedenih metala utvrđena u klobuku u odnosu na stručak. Biokoncentracijski faktor za kadmij i živu u analiziranim gljiva bio je veći od 1. Istraživane saprotrofne vrste gljiva akumulirale su veće koncentracije ispitivanih metala u odnosu na simbiontske, izuzev vrsta roda Boletus, koje su se pokazale najbolji akumulacijski potencijal prema živi. Usporedbom koncentracija kadmija i žive u gljivama i propisanim zakonskim odredbama, može se zaključiti da konzumacija istih ne predstavlja negativan učinak na zdravlje ljudi. The aim of this research was to determine concentration of cadmium and mercury in 10 species of edible mushrooms and substrate from Zumberak area. Also, the aim of this research was to determine bioaccumulation potential of analysed species of mushrooms. The analyses of heavy metals were carried out by met- hod of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES; Optima 8000, Perkin Elemer, SAD). The highest concentration of cadmium (1.83 mg kg-1) was determined in Agaricus campestris, while the highest concentration od mercury (1.32 mg kg-1) was determined in Boletus edulis. Significantly higher (p<0.05) concentrations of heavy metals were determined in caps rather than stipes in all analyzed mushrooms. Bioconcentration factor for cadmium and mercury was greater than 1 in all analyzed mushrooms. Analyzed saprophytic species of mushrooms had accumulated higher concentration of analyzed heavy metals compared to symbiotic, excluding genus Boletus, which had shown as the best mercury accumulators. Comparing concentrations of cadmium and mercury in mushrooms with prescribed law orders it can be concluded that consumption of same does not have negative benefits on human health.

    U članku se zanimamo za svećeničku i velikosvećeničku ulogu Isusa iz Nazareta. U tu svrhu pred sebe stavljamo Poslanicu Hebrejima. Svekoliko je Isusovo djelo posredničko i zato je u cjelini svećeničko. Od pet puta što se Isus u Novome zavjetu naziva posrednik, tri su mjesta upravo u Poslanici Hebrejima. Posve je razumljivo što je pisac u Poslanici Hebrejima najuže povezao Isusovo svećeničko djelo i ljudski grijeh. On uči da je Isus očistio ljudski rod od svih grijeha. Pisac u Poslanici Hebrejima rado ponavlja da je Isusovo svećeničko djelo učinjeno u korist svih ljudi. Tu nema nikakva izuzetka. Moglo bi se čak kazati da se plod Isusovog svećeničkoga čina proteže i odnosi na svako stvorenje i svekoliki svemir. U svakome slučaju Isusovo je djelo dovršeno i dogotovljeno. Ono se ne ponavlja. Učinjeno je jednom za svagda. Razumije se da je Isus svećenik jer je na križu prikazao žrtvu. To je njegovo tijelo. On je žrtvena prinosnica. Ali Pisac bez dvojbe uči da je Isusu vječni Veliki svećenik i u nebeskome hramu. Le résumé peut cette fois-ci être vraiment très court. On voit facilement de suite ce que l’ auteur a écrit en croate, sa langue maternelle. Il s’ est proposé d’ étudier ce que l’ écrivain inspiré prêchait et annoncait dans l’ Épître aux Hébreux à propos du sacerdoce du Christ. Pour le faire il a choisi un certain nombre de versets dans l’ Épître néotestamentaire et il a essayé de les analyser et d’ en extraire l’ enseignement et la doctrine. Chaque fois l’autuer a mis devant ses yeux le texte grec original et il l’a exploré à fond. C’ est de cette manière qu’ il désirait apprendre ce que l’ Épître aux Hébreux dit du Christ, le Grand prêtre, et de son oeuvre sacerdotale qui est le fondement du salut et de la rédemption humaine.

    U radu su prikazani rezultati višegodišnjih (1975-2003) istraživanja, prisutnosti prašnih usši u uskladištenim zrnatim proizvodima i pakiranim prehrambenim artiklima. Utvrđeno je 17 vrsta Psocoptera, s dominiranjem familije Liposcelididae (87%). Suzbijanje prašnih uši obavljeno je integriranim mjerama: sanitacijom, fizikalnim i kemijskim metodama (sintetski insekticidi, fumiganti i botanički insekticidi).
