Introduction. This paper presents the results of a study on the methods for calculating the capacity of level crossings. The purpose of writing this research paper is determine the best methodology for calculating the intervals in the main flows for the prevailing road conditions in the Russian Federation, that a new methodology to calculate capacity adapted to domestic road conditions would be developed in the future.Materials and methods. In recent decades of market relations in the Russian Federation, one can note a rapid increase in motorization in human settlements. The number in 550 vehicles per 1000 people in domestic entities is expected to have been increasde by 2025, which is significantly higher than the current level in European part of the Russian Federation. It is important to note that when the number of vehiclec is increasing, which level is about 80%, it is essential to increase road crossings capacity. Results. At the moment the methodology for calculating capacity and queue length is the same. It should be noted that the current models are not properly described in the domestic studies, but the calculations were made using models developed in the 1960s and 1970s.

Article deals with the problem of mathematical modeling of mechanical interaction for the system “active volume of the soil layer – work tool of the compactor”. The problem is suggested to be solved in the framework of the modified approach of lumped parameters. Effective mathematical model was constructed and possibility of its numeric realization was discussed.

Рассмотрены варианты конечно-элементного моделирования армированных конструкций на примере железобетонной плиты с использованием стержневых, пластинчатых и объемных конечных элементов. Приведены результаты определения компонент напряженно-деформированного состояния для каждой расчетной схемы. Сделаны выводы о целесообразности использования вариантов конечно-элементных моделей для различного вида задач: пластинчатая аппроксимация при проектировании и комбинирование стержневых и объемных конечных элементов для научно-исследовательских задач. There are considered variants of finite-element modeling of reinforced constructions on the example of reinforced concrete slab using rod, plate and volume finite elements. The results determining a component of strained and deformed condition for each design scheme. There are drawn conclusions about the reasonability of using variants of finite element models for different type of tasks: plate approximation at design and combination of rod and volume finite elements for the research tasks.

Calculations of technological admissions of planned and vertical position of designs at erection of an one-storeyed industrial building are executed. The analysis of the received results of calculations is made by methods: a maximum-minimum with application of ways of equal admissions and equal accuracy and likelihood with application of ways of the attempts, equal admissions and equal accuracy. The analysis of the received results of calculations has shown that for a substantiation of accuracy of technological admissions of planned and vertical position of designs at a design stage the most comprehensible is the likelihood method of calculation with application of a way of equal accuracy. Приведены расчеты технологических допусков планового и вертикального положения конструкций при возведении одноэтажного производственного здания. Выполнен анализ полученных результатов расчетов методами: максимума-минимума с применением способов равных допусков и равной точности и вероятностного с применением способов попыток, равных допусков и равной точности. Анализ полученных результатов расчетов показал, что для обоснования технологических допусков планового и вертикального положения конструкций на стадии проектирования наиболее приемлемым является вероятностный метод расчета с применением способа равной точности.

В статье представлены результаты теоретических исследований, направленных на определение параметров системы виброзащиты рабочего места оператора дорожной уборочно-подметальной машины (ДУПМ). Теоретические исследования, проведенные на математической модели сложной динамической системы «возмущающие воздействия машина оператор», позволили установить зависимости между коэффициентами жесткости и вязкости упруговязких элементов подвесок кабины и кресла и уровнем динамических воздействий на рабочем месте оператора. The article presents the results of theoretical research aimed at determining the best parameters for the viscosity and stiffness of the cab suspension and seat. Theoretical studies of mathematical models of complex dynamic systems "disturbance machine operator" has allowed to establish the dependence between the coefficients of stiffness and viscosity of the viscoelastic suspension elements of the cabin and seats and the level of dynamic effects in the workplace of the operator.

Researchers have shown significant dense filling times highly disperse the particles, forming the new centers of the crystallization, representing itself as additional "reinforcing" of a concrete mix with products of its interaction. В статье рассмотрена эффективность комплексного воздействия добавки суперпластификатора С-3 и полученных на основе отходов чистого кварца высокодисперсных частиц на характеристики ячеистых бетонов Исследования показали значительное плотное заполнение пор высокодисперсными частицами, образовывающих новые центры кристаллизации, выступающих в качестве дополнительного «армирования» бетонной смеси с продуктами его взаимодействия.

The article dwells upon the importance of increasing reliability of turbocompressors of internal combustion engines. There is a suggestion on causes of increased wear of the unit’s bearings. There are set the problems of improving the wear resistance of the unit using repair and restoration compositions (RRC) at the stage of the running. To assess the quality of repair and to determine the completion’s moment of processing RRC unit the use of vibro-acoustic method of diagnostics is justified.

Introduction. Today there is an acute problem of increasing the number of accidents involving personal mobility devices (PMD). A sharp increase in these vehicles on public roads poses a threat to both vehicle drivers and pedestrians.Materials and methods. In this article, the results of the evaluation of the traffic flow characteristics of individual mobility devices under different conditions with the help of road section modelling are presented. The aim of the study is to obtain real values of traffic flow characteristics for further analysis and comparison, which in the future will reduce the accident rate with the participation of personal mobility devices. It is suggested a modelling method to be used to analyse the characteristics of traffic flow changing with the introduction of these devices. The objectives of the study are to analyse the number and types of accidents involving personal mobility devices, to identify conflict zones in the interaction of personal mobility devices with other road users, and to select the road environment to be modelled. Both positive and negative aspects of the introduction of PMD in everyday life are presented, and the main types and characteristics of personal mobility devices are briefly considered. Aimsun simulation software was used to create models of a road network section with the introduction of mobility devices in various traffic situations to evaluate their impact on traffic flow.Results. A road section model has been created to automate information processing and to consider different situations of PMD movement in an urban environment, which will allow further comparative analysis to select the safest conditions for the movement of these vehicles.Discussion and conclusions. The use of this modelling method will increase the speed of the study and help to determine most clearly how traffic flow characteristics change in the situations presented.
