    В статье представлены результаты теоретических исследований, направленных на определение параметров системы виброзащиты рабочего места оператора дорожной уборочно-подметальной машины (ДУПМ). Теоретические исследования, проведенные на математической модели сложной динамической системы «возмущающие воздействия машина оператор», позволили установить зависимости между коэффициентами жесткости и вязкости упруговязких элементов подвесок кабины и кресла и уровнем динамических воздействий на рабочем месте оператора. The article presents the results of theoretical research aimed at determining the best parameters for the viscosity and stiffness of the cab suspension and seat. Theoretical studies of mathematical models of complex dynamic systems "disturbance machine operator" has allowed to establish the dependence between the coefficients of stiffness and viscosity of the viscoelastic suspension elements of the cabin and seats and the level of dynamic effects in the workplace of the operator.

    In clause it is considered efficiency of complex influence of the additive of supersoftener С-3 and received on the basis of waste of pure quartz of highly disperse particles on characteristics of cellular concrete is considered. It is presented advanced technology manufactures of cellular concrete. Researchers have shown significant dense filling times highly disperse the particles, forming the new centers of the crystallization, representing itself as additional "reinforcing" of a concrete mix with products of its interaction. В статье рассмотрена эффективность комплексного воздействия добавки суперпластификатора С-3 и полученных на основе отходов чистого кварца высокодисперсных частиц на характеристики ячеистых бетонов Исследования показали значительное плотное заполнение пор высокодисперсными частицами, образовывающих новые центры кристаллизации, выступающих в качестве дополнительного «армирования» бетонной смеси с продуктами его взаимодействия.

    Introduction. This paper presents the results of a study on the methods for calculating the capacity of level crossings. The purpose of writing this research paper is determine the best methodology for calculating the intervals in the main flows for the prevailing road conditions in the Russian Federation, that a new methodology to calculate capacity adapted to domestic road conditions would be developed in the future.Materials and methods. In recent decades of market relations in the Russian Federation, one can note a rapid increase in motorization in human settlements. The number in 550 vehicles per 1000 people in domestic entities is expected to have been increasde by 2025, which is significantly higher than the current level in European part of the Russian Federation. It is important to note that when the number of vehiclec is increasing, which level is about 80%, it is essential to increase road crossings capacity. Results. At the moment the methodology for calculating capacity and queue length is the same. It should be noted that the current models are not properly described in the domestic studies, but the calculations were made using models developed in the 1960s and 1970s.

    The article dwells upon the importance of increasing reliability of turbocompressors of internal combustion engines. There is a suggestion on causes of increased wear of the unit’s bearings. There are set the problems of improving the wear resistance of the unit using repair and restoration compositions (RRC) at the stage of the running. To assess the quality of repair and to determine the completion’s moment of processing RRC unit the use of vibro-acoustic method of diagnostics is justified.

    Calculations of technological admissions of planned and vertical position of designs at erection of an one-storeyed industrial building are executed. The analysis of the received results of calculations is made by methods: a maximum-minimum with application of ways of equal admissions and equal accuracy and likelihood with application of ways of the attempts, equal admissions and equal accuracy. The analysis of the received results of calculations has shown that for a substantiation of accuracy of technological admissions of planned and vertical position of designs at a design stage the most comprehensible is the likelihood method of calculation with application of a way of equal accuracy. Приведены расчеты технологических допусков планового и вертикального положения конструкций при возведении одноэтажного производственного здания. Выполнен анализ полученных результатов расчетов методами: максимума-минимума с применением способов равных допусков и равной точности и вероятностного с применением способов попыток, равных допусков и равной точности. Анализ полученных результатов расчетов показал, что для обоснования технологических допусков планового и вертикального положения конструкций на стадии проектирования наиболее приемлемым является вероятностный метод расчета с применением способа равной точности.

    Introduction. The important national economic task is to provide the modern construction industry with high-strength and effective materials made using new technological approaches and artificiallyproduced materials. These materials differ from the usual one by high content of cement stone, smaller grain size, multicomponent composition, increased specific surface of the filler. Therefore, the research of such problem would be always relevant according to the constant growth of requirements for the building materials and structures quality.Materials and methods. Experimental studies were conducted in the laboratories of the Department of Construction Materials, Products and Structures. The literary sources’ analysis was made in the scientific and technical library of the Belgorod State Technological University named after V. G. Shukhov. At the same time, standard test procedures and the provisions of the operating instructions for individual devices and equipment were used in the research.Discussion and conclusions. As a result, the models of structure formation in high-strength hardening compositions, in which the principle of structure optimization consisting in creation of the high degree ordering of its constituent elements and tumors, as well as in increasing the adhesion of cement stone particles, are implemented. In addition, the usage of artificially-produced materials and organic additives produces the possibility of reducing the consumption of raw materials and consumption of energy and resources. The mechanism and principles of structure formation management are intensively studied and would be explained later on the basis of synergetic concepts.
