в данной статье дано понятие об специальных категориях участников занимающихся внешнеэкономической деятельностью, именуемых как «уполномоченный экономический оператор» понятие и сущность этого термина.

Autoimmune reactions are of primary importance in the development of extrahepatic manifestations of viral hepatitis, among which there are rheumatic symptoms and syndromes. The incidence of clinically significant extrahepatic manifestations is shown to be relatively low, but they may be in the foreground in the clinical picture of the disease and are noted for severity. It is concluded that due to the high prevalence of hepatitis and the systemic pattern of their chronic forms, patients with extrahepatic manifestations of viral hepatitis may be encountered in the practice of a therapist and a rheumatologist. The onset of the infection caused by hepatitis viruses may be accompanied by articular lesion therefore the rheumatologist may be the first physician such a patient may resort to.

Analyzed were the results of specific safety control of the live tularemia dry vaccine used for tularemia prophylaxis. During the period of 1997-2006 this index was shown to be unstable. Specific safety of the vaccine is one of the main parameters of its quality, and in cases it does not meet the requirements of the normative documentation (ND) the vaccine is rejected during the control. It was proposed to introduce amendments in ND and to use for vaccine control standard animals, the conditions of their keeping being strictly observed.

On the basis of epidemiological and demographic data, hygienic indicators of the quality of drinking water and computer software STATISTICA 6.0 an intestinal infections database was developed. The effectiveness of its usage for social and hygienic monitoring and epidemiological inspection of intestinal infections was proved.

The article states that L.S. Vygotskiy's idea of instrumentality formed the ontologization of psychology in a methodological way, this idea showed the mechanism of a human being's self-organization as an open psychological system. статье утверждается, что в идее инструментальности Л.С. Выготского была методологически оформлена онтологизация психологии, был обозначен механизм самоорганизации человека как открытой психологической системы.

Fecundity of northern shrimp Pandalus borealis is investigated for the first time on the data collected from the depth 200-400 m near the coast of West Kamchatka in 2013-2014. The absolute and relative individual fecundity are determined, their relationship with size and age of the shrimp is analyzed. The individual fertility of females changes in limits of 1395-4648 eggs, with average number in the laying 2799 ± 190 eggs. The maximum fecundity is noted for females at the age of 7+. Losses of eggs for the northern shrimp at the west coast of Kamchatka don’t exceed 12 %.

Авторы статьи полагают, что решением проблемы ограниченности финансирования инфраструктуры в Республике Беларусь может стать государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП), которое представляет собой систему долгосрочных отношений между государством и представителями частного сектора по реализации определенного проекта (преимущественно в сферах, для которых характерна неэффективность государственного управления) на заранее определенных условиях распределения доходов или неимущественных выгод, расходов и рисков, в результате чего появляется синергетический эффект. Партнерство государства и бизнеса позволяет привлечь в государственный сектор экономики дополнительные ресурсы, в том числе передовые технологии и методы управления, снизить нагрузку на бюджеты всех уровней, передать частному сектору основную часть рисков, сохранив при этом объекты в государственной собственности. В статье рассмотрены условия, созданные в Республике Беларусь для реализации проектов ГЧП: нормативно-правовая база, система институтов. Описаны этапы жизненного цикла проекта ГЧП в соответствии с действующим законодательством. На основании анализа нормативно-правовой базы реализации проектов ГЧП в Республике Беларусь выявлен ряд ограничений, препятствующих практической реализации таких проектов. По мнению авторов, устранение выявленных ограничений будет способствовать практическому запуску проектов на основе принципов ГЧП в Республике Беларусь.
