Carnet hypotheses.org de l'Atelier SITraDA - Systèmes d'information et traitements de données archéologiques; The Corpus project of roller-stamped decoration on so-called Argonne ceramics of late Antiquity, led by Paul Van Ossel, Lothar Bakker and Wim Dijkman since the 1990’s aims at building up a coherent catalog of characteristic decorations adorning vases produced in the Argonne workshops and their regional imitations.In order to support this research, a database was built and evolved with the different perspectives that appeared with the emergence of new issues. This article develops a 2020 presentation as part of the SITraDA seminar led by Bruno Desachy, Julie Gravier and Léa Hermenault in which a state of the recording tool is described. After having introduced the context in which the database was created and certain operational choices that led to the choice of FileMaker Pro software, the general structure of the database is described and then a few options to process several aspects of the data (nature decorations, chronology, old classifications, measurement or count data, image management) are retained.The articulation of the different tables (patterns, general inventory, distribution, sites and contexts) is detailed and some interface tools or functionalities are mentioned (navigation aid, help with the identification of the roller-stamps, cartographic illustration of dissemination).The database which aggregates and consolidates all the developments and perspectives since the beginning of the project will accompany, after an effort of reduction and simplification, the publication of the Corpus.; Résumé Le projet Corpus des décors à la molette sur céramiques sigillées dites d’Argonne de l’Antiquité tardive est un projet conduit depuis les années 1990 par Paul Van Ossel, Lothar Bakker et Wim Dijkman qui vise à constituer un catalogue cohérent de décors caractéristiques qui ornent des vases produits dans les ateliers d’Argonne et leurs imitations régionales.Afin d’appuyer cette recherche, une base de données a été bâtie et a évolué avec les différentes perspectives qui naissaient avec l'émergence de nouvelles problématiques. Cet article développe un exposé réalisé en 2020 dans le cadre du séminaire SITraDA animé par Bruno Desachy, Julie Gravier et Léa Hermenault qui décrivait un état de l’outil d'enregistrement. Après avoir introduit le contexte de réalisation de la base de données et de certains choix opérationnels ayant conduit au choix du logiciel FileMaker Pro, la structuration générale de la base de données est décrite puis sont exposées quelques options retenues pour traiter plusieurs aspects des données (nature des décors, chronologie, classifications anciennes, données des mesures ou dénombrements, gestion des images). L'articulation des différentes tables (motifs, inventaire général, diffusion, sites et contextes) est détaillée et quelques outils d’interface ou fonctionnalités sont évoqués (aide à la navigation, aide à l’identification des molettes, illustration cartographique des diffusions). La base de données, qui agrège et sédimente toutes les évolutions et perspectives depuis le début du projet, accompagnera, après un effort de réduction et de simplification, la publication du Corpus.

The sea ice is disappearing with global warming, and if the trend is clear over the last few decades, scientists are still wondering about the speed of this disappearance, which seems much greater than the models predict.To better assess the quality of the polar ice (its thickness, its degree of fracturing), a team of scientists conducted a reconnaissance and test expedition in February and March 2019. The objective was to listen to the natural vibrations of the ice pack to deduce its mechanical characteristics (thickness, solidity, etc.). A pilot site was identified in Svalbard, at 78° north latitude, as close as possible to the Arctic pack ice. 250 seismic sensors (seismometers) from the SisMob mobile instrument park of Résif were installed there for one month to record the vibrations and murmurs of this small ephemeral pack ice (it forms only a few months per year) in the Sveagruva fjord.This picture shows the inventory of the stations and their preparation for deployment on Lake Vallunden (Svalbard - Norway) during Icewaveguide project.During the transport phase the nodes are switched off. Once on site they must be ""reactivated"". This step is done thanks to the yellow tablet that can be seen on the ground. It is connected to the nodes via the cable and allows the dialogue with the nodes. The first action carried out is therefore the starting of the nodes, an action which will allow the reception of the satellites necessary for the good synchronization of the data. The nodes are then deployed on the study area, where they will record the ground movements. Sismob is part of Résif, a national research infrastructure dedicated to the observation and understanding of the internal Earth structure and dynamics. Résif is based on observation networks of high technological level, composed of seismological, geodetic and gravimetric instruments densely deployed throughout France. The data collected allow to study with a high spatio-temporal resolution the ground deformation, the superficial and deep structures, the seismicity at the local and global scale and the natural hazards, especially seismic, on the French territory. Résif integrates with European (EPOS - European Plate Observing System) and worldwide instruments that allow to image the interior of the Earth as a whole and to study many natural phenomena.; La banquise est en train de disparaître avec le réchauffement climatique, et si la tendance est claire sur les dernières décennies, les scientifiques s’interrogent encore sur la vitesse de cette disparition, qui semble beaucoup plus importante que les modèles ne le prédisent.Pour mieux évaluer la qualité de la glace polaire (son épaisseur, son degré de fracturation), une équipe de scientifiques a mené une expédition de reconnaissance et de test en février et mars 2019. Objectif : écouter les vibrations naturelles de la banquise pour en déduire ses caractéristiques mécaniques (épaisseur, solidité…). Un site pilote a été identifié au Svalbard, à 78° de latitude nord, au plus proche de la banquise arctique. 250 capteurs sismiques (sismomètres) du parc d’instruments mobiles SisMob de Résif y ont été installés pendant un mois pour enregistrer les vibrations et murmures de cette petite banquise éphémère (elle ne se forme que quelques mois par an) dans le fjord de Sveagruva.Ce cliché montre l’inventaire des stations et leur préparation en vue du déploiement sur le lac de Vallunden (Svalbard - Norvège) dans le cadre du projet Icewaveguide.Pendant la phase de transport les nodes sont éteints. Une fois sur place ils doivent être « réactivés ». Cette étape se fait grâce à la tablette jaune que l’on aperçoit posée à terre. Celle-ci est connectée par l’intermédiaire du câble aux nodes et permet le dialogue avec ceux-ci. La première action réalisée est donc le démarrage des nodes, action qui va permettre la réception des satellites nécessaires à la bonne synchronisation des données. Les nodes sont ensuite déployés sur la zone d’étude, où ils enregistreront les mouvements du sol. Sismob fait partie de Résif, une infrastructure de recherche nationale dédiée à l’observation et la compréhension de la structure et de la dynamique Terre interne. Résif se base sur des réseaux d’observation de haut niveau technologique, composés d’instruments sismologiques, géodésiques et gravimétriques déployés de manière dense sur tout le territoire français. Les données recueillies permettent d’étudier avec une haute résolution spatio-temporelle la déformation du sol, les structures superficielles et profondes, la sismicité à l’échelle locale et globale et les aléas naturels, et plus particulièrement sismiques, sur le territoire français. Résif s’intègre aux dispositifs européens (EPOS - European Plate Observing System) et mondiaux d’instruments permettant d’imager l’intérieur de la Terre dans sa globalité et d’étudier de nombreux phénomènes naturels.

How do Chinese banks really lend in risky countries overseas? Although no documented cases have come to light in Africa (or elsewhere), rumors that Chinese loan contracts allow China to seize land or unrelated strategic assets, like ports, as collateral for sovereign loans are rife in African media and civil society. As part of our ongoing CARI research project on Chinese lending, we are publishing this detailed investigation by our European colleagues into similar media rumors surrounding a Chinese-financed highway in the small Eastern European nation of Montenegro. The Chinese loan contract for this highway has been available online. These scholars’ detailed examination of this case sheds light on just how reporters’ lack of understanding of common legal terms, in a context where the “China threat” narrative boosts viewership, can lead to rumors like these.

« Le rêve en poésie : trois exemples hispanophones », Claudine Marion-Andrès (coord.), Le rêve, Claudine Marion-Andrès et Lucie Palmeira (éd.), ISSN 0814-7570. ©Publications numériques de la Société des Langues Néo-Latines, publications numériques et audio, février 2020, https://neolatines.com/slnl/wp-content/uploads/Le_reve_Vol-II_SLNL.pdf , p. 116-136.; C'est un parcours parmi les « rêves » chez Rubén Darío, puis chez son contemporain Antonio Machado, enfin chez une poète d'aujourd'hui, Olvido García Valdés que nous proposons, afin d'en définir les modalités scripturales, tout en sachant que ces exemples pourraient être complétés de bien d'autres, mais que, concernant les deux premiers, ils sont fondateurs pour la poésie du XX e siècle, le dernier exemple renseignant sur certaines évolutions esthétiques, en particulier le placement du rêve dans l'« énonciation de la réalité » propre aux poètes.

Publication en ligne; El 26 de octubre de 2020, mientras el Covid-19 paralizaba en gran medida a Honduras, Dixon Davadyd Álvarez Ortiz, Subdirector General de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe del Ministerio de Educación, inauguró a través de Facebook el primer curso en línea para la enseñanza del idioma pesh (también conocido como Paya, de la familia Chibcha). Presente en dicha inauguración, Wilson Martínez Martínez, predecesor de Dixon Davadyd Álvarez Ortiz, destacó el objetivo general del curso impartido íntegramente en línea: el aprendizaje de la lengua pesh como lengua de comunicación cotidiana para los pesh o las personas que lo deseen.En octubre de 2020, dos maestros, principalmente Ángel Martínez, y también Danilo Lugo, que trabajan en comunidades muy pobres -Moradel, cerca de Trujillo, y La Laguna, cerca de Carbón- lanzaron el curso en línea en pesh. Esta acción, nacida como reacción al aislamiento de las comunidades indígenas causado por la crisis, apoya la lucha contra la pérdida acelerada de la transmisión de idiomas entre los jóvenes de las aldeas y, de manera general, contra la falta de interés por los idiomas indígenas y afrodescendientes en el país.
