    El presente plan de acción “Los procesos didácticos y la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática” de la I.E. 2030 Clorinda Málaga del distrito de Comas, se ha elaborado a partir de la problemática detectada referente al desconocimiento de enfoques y procesos didácticos del área, inadecuado acompañamiento pedagógico para el docente e Inadecuada aplicación de estrategias de Convivencia en el aula. Ante este diagnóstico se propone aplicar adecuadamente la ejecución de los procesos didácticos para la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática del V ciclo y ofrecer a los docentes un conjunto de enfoques, estrategias metodológicas, medios y materiales que permitan que los estudiantes logren las competencias priorizadas en los diversos escenarios, para ello se ha diseñado la propuesta del plan de acción que plantea las diferentes actividades vinculadas al logro de los objetivos propuestos.

    Es un material de tipo cerámica, procedente del departamento de Santander en Colombia, del área arqueológica Guane, se deduce un periodo o cronología estimada de la pieza arqueológica del siglo X-XVI d.C., de un contexto arqueológico tumba. Referente a su forma es un recipiente de cuerpo semiglobular, borde invertido, labio plano y soporte trapezoidal. Lleva aplicados dos bandas que recuerdan las extremidades inferiores de batracios. Apuestos tiene un par de picos aplicados. La técnica de manufactura es modelado. Sus dimensiones son Altura (8.3 cm), Ancho (cm), Diámetro (14.1 cm), Largo (cm), Superficie (pulida), Color (crema), tiene decoraciones en aplicación, modelado. El color de pintura interna y externa es rojo. Diseño interior: banda de aproximadamente 5-6 cm que cruza el recipiente, donde por medio de líneas se forman triángulos concéntricos invertidos- los triángulos más pequeños llevan medio circulo concéntrico con "T". En el exterior espirales y líneas. Estado de conservación: Tiene una grieta. Como observación: tipo cerámico Curití poroso. Hay manchas de cocción.     Background: The main goal of the treatment of brain injury is to avoid secondary injuries. A variety of health care team interventions can stimulate the neurocritical patient and lead to conditions that cause secondary brain injury (SBI). Objetives: The aim of this study was to determine the magnitude of changes in clinical events causing secondary brain injury related to interventions in patients with cerebrovascular disease or traumatic brain injury. Methods: This study had a quantitative longitudinal observational design. A total of 144 observations in 48 patients were analysed. In each of them, physiological variables systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean blood pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RF) and oxygen saturation (SatO2) were recorded at four moments: M1 at the start, M2 at the end, M3 5 minutes and M4 10 minutes after the end. The magnitude of the changes could be calculated using the Friedman test. Subsequently, a two-to-two comparison was made with the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Results: secondary insults occurred in less than 50% of the interventions. The most frequent secondary insult was SBP >160 mmHg, followed by MBP >110 mmHg and HR >100 lat/min. The intervention that produced the most secondary insult was bed bathing (158); however, analyzed by time, it is observed that the percentage of increase from M1 to M2 was greater in suctioning interventions (27% in SBP, 31% in MBPand 17% in HR), indicating that more new injurious events were generated by aspiration of secretions. Conclusions: Interventions in neurocritical patients should be conducted in a manner that minimizes the occurrence of secondary insults and thus reduces the exacerbation of SBI. Introducción: El principio fundamental en el tratamiento global de la lesión cerebral es evitar las injurias secundarias. Una variedad de intervenciones realizadas por el equipo de salud puede estimular al paciente neurocrítico y conducir a las condiciones que causan injuria cerebral secundaria (ICS). Objetivos: el objetivo principal de este estudio fue determinar la magnitud de los cambios de los eventos clínicos causantes de injuria cerebral secundaria inducidos por la atención del equipo de salud a pacientes con enfermedad cerebrovascular o trauma craneoencefalico. Metodología: este estudio tiene un diseño cuantitativo observacional longitudinal. Se analizaron 144 observaciones de tres procedimientos: baño en cama, aspiración de secreciones y cambio de posición. En cada una de ellas se registraron las variables fisiológicas de tensión arterial sistólica (TAS), tensión arterial diastólica (TAD), tensión arterial media (TAM), frecuencia cardíaca (FC), frecuencia respiratoria (FR) y saturación de oxígeno (SPO2) en cuatro momentos: M1 al iniciar la intervención, M2 al finalizar, M3 a los 5 minutos de haber finalizado y M4 a los 10 minutos de haber finalizado. La magnitud de los cambios pudo ser calculada utilizando la prueba de Friedman y con una comparación dos a dos con la prueba de rangos con signo de Wilcoxon. Resultados: los eventos injuriantes relacionados con la atención del equipo de salud ocurrienron en menos del 50% de las intervenciones. El evento injuriante más frecuente en las intervenciones fue la TAS >160 mmHg, seguida de la TAM >110 mmHg y la FC >100 lat/min. La intervención que más produjo eventos injuriantes en fue el baño en cama (158); sin embargo, al analizar por momentos, se observa que el porcentaje de aumento de M1 a M2 fue mayor en la aspiración de secreciones (27% en TAS, 31% en TAM y 17% en FC), lo que indica que se generaron más eventos injuriantes nuevos a causa de la aspiración de secreciones.     Resumen: En Iberoamérica se implementan políticas públicas sustentadas en la alianza Estado- Sociedad Civil para garantizar el derecho a la educación en sectores vulnerabilizados. Uruguay y Argentina desarrollan “programas puente” y “planes de terminalidad” para que adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos ingresen o re-ingresen a Educación Media o finalicen Secundaria. Se compara la alianza Estado-Sociedad Civil en la co-gestión del Programa Aulas Comunitarias (PAC, Uruguay, 2007) y el Plan de Finalización de Estudios Secundarios para Jóvenes y Adultos (FinEs 2, Argentina, 2008) comprendiendo sus contribuciones y limitaciones a los procesos de inclusión educativa. Se analiza su génesis, diseño político-institucional/modos de organización y formas de co-gestión desde: a) enfoque político-institucional en el análisis de las políticas públicas, b) neoinstitucionalismo: sociopolítico y organizacional e histórico, c) co-gestión, d) gestión educativa (paradigmas: administración y estratégico). Se utiliza metodología cualitativa, siendo la unidad de análisis la co-gestión, hasta diciembre de 2015. Los hallazgos evidencian que PAC y FinEs 2 garantizan el derecho a la educación sustentados en la adhesión de diversos actores y sectores a sus objetivos. La calidad de la contribución de las alianzas difiere según el diseño político-institucional, modo de organización y formas de co-gestión: PAC evidencia una co-gestión estratégica y FinEs 2 una de tipo administración.

    Los niveles de referencia en radiología diagnóstica, son importantes ya que ponen en práctica el criterio de optimización de dosis en pacientes que son sometidos a procedimientos que requieren la toma de una imagen de apoyo diagnóstico. La mamografía digital modalidad tomosíntesis es una nueva tecnología de apoyo diagnóstico, que permite mayor precisión y sensibilidad para detectar múltiples lesiones en el tejido mamario, por lo que se configura como una herramienta para la detección temprana del cáncer de mama. Para establecer los niveles de referencia es necesario previamente realizar el respectivo control de calidad del equipo, y así garantizar la confiabilidad de los datos, como base para calcular estos valores. Se tuvo en cuenta la información dosimétrica suministrada por el equipo y el tamaño de la muestra de pacientes Los resultados del control de calidad se encuentran en la tolerancia recomendada en documentos internacionales, demostrando que el equipo se halla en perfectas condiciones de trabajo y adecuado como herramienta de apoyo diagnóstico. El análisis estadístico de los datos de la dosis glandular media, muestra que los niveles de referencia en mamografía digital tomosíntesis para la proyección cráneo-caudal tienen un valor de 1,54 mGy para un promedio de espesor de mama de 48,25 mm ± 7,73 mm y en la proyección medio-lateral oblicua de 2,23 mGy para un promedio de espesor de mama de 60,91 mm ± 11,25 mm. Estos valores son menores en comparación con la mayoría de los reportados en la literatura internacional; en Latinoamérica el nivel de referencia es de 2,82 mGy y 3,72 mGy; en Francia los valores son 2,19 mGy y 2,50 mGy respectivamente. Sin embargo, no se descarta iniciar un proceso de optimización de dosis en mamografía digital tomosíntesis, al ser esta modalidad una tecnología reciente en el país. Diagnostic Reference levels are important since they implement the dose optimization criterion in patients who need diagnostic image. The digital mammography modality tomosynthesis is a new diagnostic technology, which allows greater precision and sensitivity to detect multiple lesions in the breast tissue, thus its importance as a tool for the early detection of breast cancer. To establish the reference levels, it is necessary to perform the respective quality control of the equipment, and thus guarantee the reliability of the data, as a basis for calculating these values. Dosimetric information provided by the team and the sample size of patients were taken into account. The results of the quality control are in the tolerance recommended in international documents, demonstrating that the equipment is in good working condition and suitable as a diagnostic tool. The statistical analysis of the data of the mean glandular dose shows that the reference levels in digital mammography tomosynthesis for cranio-caudal projection are 1,54 mGy, for a mean breast thickness of 48,25 mm ± 7,73 mm and in the oblique mid-lateral projection are at 2,23 mGy for a mean breast thickness of 60,91 mm ± 11,25 mm. These values are lower compared to most of the reported in the international literature; in Latin America the reference level is 2,82 mGy and 3,72 mGy; in France the values are 2,19 mGy and 2,50 mGy respectively.     Es un material de tipo cerámica, procedente del departamento de Santander en Colombia, del área arqueológica Guane, se deduce un periodo o cronología estimada de la pieza arqueológica del siglo X-XVI d.C., de un contexto arqueológico tumba. Referente a su forma es un recipiente de cuerpo semiglobular, borde invertido, labio plano y soporte trapezoidal. Lleva aplicados dos bandas que recuerdan las extremidades inferiores de batracios. Apuestos tiene un par de picos aplicados. La técnica de manufactura es modelado. Sus dimensiones son Altura (8.3 cm), Ancho (cm), Diámetro (14.1 cm), Largo (cm), Superficie (pulida), Color (crema), tiene decoraciones en aplicación, modelado. El color de pintura interna y externa es rojo. Diseño interior: banda de aproximadamente 5-6 cm que cruza el recipiente, donde por medio de líneas se forman triángulos concéntricos invertidos- los triángulos más pequeños llevan medio circulo concéntrico con "T". En el exterior espirales y líneas. Estado de conservación: Tiene una grieta. Como observación: tipo cerámico Curití poroso. Hay manchas de cocción.     Background: The main goal of the treatment of brain injury is to avoid secondary injuries. A variety of health care team interventions can stimulate the neurocritical patient and lead to conditions that cause secondary brain injury (SBI). Objetives: The aim of this study was to determine the magnitude of changes in clinical events causing secondary brain injury related to interventions in patients with cerebrovascular disease or traumatic brain injury. Methods: This study had a quantitative longitudinal observational design. A total of 144 observations in 48 patients were analysed. In each of them, physiological variables systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean blood pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RF) and oxygen saturation (SatO2) were recorded at four moments: M1 at the start, M2 at the end, M3 5 minutes and M4 10 minutes after the end. The magnitude of the changes could be calculated using the Friedman test. Subsequently, a two-to-two comparison was made with the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Results: secondary insults occurred in less than 50% of the interventions. The most frequent secondary insult was SBP >160 mmHg, followed by MBP >110 mmHg and HR >100 lat/min. The intervention that produced the most secondary insult was bed bathing (158); however, analyzed by time, it is observed that the percentage of increase from M1 to M2 was greater in suctioning interventions (27% in SBP, 31% in MBPand 17% in HR), indicating that more new injurious events were generated by aspiration of secretions. Conclusions: Interventions in neurocritical patients should be conducted in a manner that minimizes the occurrence of secondary insults and thus reduces the exacerbation of SBI. Introducción: El principio fundamental en el tratamiento global de la lesión cerebral es evitar las injurias secundarias. Una variedad de intervenciones realizadas por el equipo de salud puede estimular al paciente neurocrítico y conducir a las condiciones que causan injuria cerebral secundaria (ICS). Objetivos: el objetivo principal de este estudio fue determinar la magnitud de los cambios de los eventos clínicos causantes de injuria cerebral secundaria inducidos por la atención del equipo de salud a pacientes con enfermedad cerebrovascular o trauma craneoencefalico. Metodología: este estudio tiene un diseño cuantitativo observacional longitudinal. Se analizaron 144 observaciones de tres procedimientos: baño en cama, aspiración de secreciones y cambio de posición. En cada una de ellas se registraron las variables fisiológicas de tensión arterial sistólica (TAS), tensión arterial diastólica (TAD), tensión arterial media (TAM), frecuencia cardíaca (FC), frecuencia respiratoria (FR) y saturación de oxígeno (SPO2) en cuatro momentos: M1 al iniciar la intervención, M2 al finalizar, M3 a los 5 minutos de haber finalizado y M4 a los 10 minutos de haber finalizado. La magnitud de los cambios pudo ser calculada utilizando la prueba de Friedman y con una comparación dos a dos con la prueba de rangos con signo de Wilcoxon. Resultados: los eventos injuriantes relacionados con la atención del equipo de salud ocurrienron en menos del 50% de las intervenciones. El evento injuriante más frecuente en las intervenciones fue la TAS >160 mmHg, seguida de la TAM >110 mmHg y la FC >100 lat/min. La intervención que más produjo eventos injuriantes en fue el baño en cama (158); sin embargo, al analizar por momentos, se observa que el porcentaje de aumento de M1 a M2 fue mayor en la aspiración de secreciones (27% en TAS, 31% en TAM y 17% en FC), lo que indica que se generaron más eventos injuriantes nuevos a causa de la aspiración de secreciones.
