    Tato práce se zabývá kompletním návrhem měniče pro malou solární elektrárnu. Systém je navržený pro dobíjení 12 V olověného akumulátoru z fotovoltaického panelu v napěťovém rozsahu 14-50 V. Maximální nabíjecí proud akumulátorem je 10 A. Napětí z fotovoltaického panelu je transformováno snižujícím (step-down) měničem na hodnotu odpovídající potřebám akumulátoru. Celý systém je řízený mikrokontrolérem STM32F411 a systémové údaje (např. napětí na fotovoltaickém panelu, stav akumulátoru, aj.) jsou zobrazené na alfanumerickém LCD displeji. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy solárních panelů a regulátorů. Dále jsou popsány typy olověných akumulátorů, způsob jejich nabíjení a předpoklady pro zajištění dlouhé životnosti. Praktická část se zabývá samotnou konstrukcí zařízení včetně návrhu konstrukčního boxu. Práce obsahuje kompletní schémata s jejich vysvětlením. Dále obsahuje výpočty od návrhu snižujícího měniče až po výpočet ztrát výkonových polovodičů. Je uveden popis řídícího softwaru včetně vývojových diagramů. Sestavené zařízení bylo testováno při výstupním proudu 10 A po dobu přes 30 minut bez známek poškození či významného tepelného namáhání. Po krátkou dobu byl otestován spotřebič odebírající proud 14,7 A při UIN=50,6 V. Naměřená účinnost odpovídala 86,8 %. Bylo provedeno měření emisí. V práci jsou uvedené výsledky těchto měření a v závěru práce je zmínka o možnostech zlepšení se shrnutím všech dosažených výsledků. This thesis deals with the complete design of a converter for a small solar power plant. A system is designed for charging a 12 V lead-acid battery from a photovoltaic panel in the voltage range 14-50 V. The maximum charging current of the battery is 10 A. The voltage from the photovoltaic panel is transformed by a step-down converter to a value corresponding to the battery needs. Whole system is controlled by STM32F411 and system data (voltage of photovoltaic panel, battery status, etc.) are displayed on the alphanumeric LCD display. In the theoretical part of the thesis the types of photovoltaic panels and regulators are described. The types of lead acid batteries, the method of charging them and the for long live are also described. The practical part of the thesis deals with the design of device including mechanical parts. The work contains complete schematic diagrams with their explanation. It also contains all calculations of step-down converter, calculations of power losses etc. A description of software is also given. The system was tested at an output current 10 A for 30 minutes without sings of damage or significant thermal stress. For short time load draining 14,7 A at UIN=50,6 V was tested. The efficiency was 86,8 %. EMC tests were performed. The work presents the results of these measurements. The possibilities of improvements with a summary of all achieved results are mentioned in conclusion. Obhájeno

    The target of this bachelor thesis is to give a function and technology principle description of the biogas station in Kralovice town. The essential principles of the biogas production, cogeneration, energy handling and utilization of the digestate are described. The last part of the thesis provides with the project of the heat insulation to reduce the heat loss in the conduction.     The bachelor thesis deals with experience of the individual period (pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum) of women with multiple pregnancies. The theoretical part describes the individual facts about the formation of twins, multiple pregnancy and methods of labor and care of newborn twins. It is also focused on the role of midwives in the care of women with multiple pregnancies. In the practical part are analyzed experiences of women in individual periods, whereas data were collected by using semi-structured interview. It also includes interviews with two respondents recorded in writing whose analysis and comparison is in final discussion. Bakalářská práce pojednává o prožívání jednotlivých období (těhotenství, porod, šestinedělí) žen s vícečetným těhotenstvím. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivá fakta o vzniku dvojčat, vícečetném těhotenství, způsobech vedení porodu a péči o novorozená dvojčata. Zaměřuje se taktéž na roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s vícečetným těhotenstvím. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou prožitků žen v jednotlivých obdobích, přičemž byl ke sběru dat užit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Také obsahuje písemně zaznamenané rozhovory s dvěma respondentkami, jejichž analýza a srovnání je předmětem závěrečné diskuze. Obhájeno

    Kontinuita zahraničně politického procesu by měla fungovat v zásadních rozhodnutí bez ohledu na změny establishmentu, složení vlády a dalších příslušných institucí. Vláda je základním orgánem, který formuluje zahraniční politiku. Hlavním realizátorem zahraniční politiky je Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí ČR. Nelze ovšem opomenout další aktéry státní správy, kteří do zahraničně politického procesu zasahují a s propojováním domácích a zahraničních témat zasahovat budou (Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu, Ministerstvo financí, Ministerstvo obrany a další rezorty).     The thesis is focused on the topic of teaching the ratio and the map scale at the second stage of elementary school. The aim of the thesis is to create motivational and typical tasks, activities and worksheets, which could be used by teachers for teaching mathematics (ratio) and geography (map scale). These two topics are closely related. The first chapter is dedicated to the concept of ratio and operations with the ratio. The second chapter contains basic information about the proportion and procedures for solving problems focused on the proportion using the cross-multiplication. The third chapter follows up with the map scale. The fourth chapter contains information related to the creation of worksheets and comments on the worksheets attached in the appendices of this thesis. The final chapter is dedicated to the research of the knowledge of 9th grade pupils. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu poměr a měřítko mapy ve výuce na druhém stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je vytvoření motivačních a typových úloh, aktivit a pracovních listů využitelných vyučujícími při výuce matematiky (poměr) a zeměpisu (měřítko mapy). Obě témata spolu úzce souvisí. První kapitola je věnována pojmu poměr a úkonům s ním. Ve druhé kapitole jsou připomenuty základní informace o úměře a postupy řešení úloh zaměřených na přímou a nepřímou úměrnost pomocí trojčlenky. Třetí kapitola navazuje měřítkem mapy, základními informacemi a typovými úlohami. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje informace související s tvorbou pracovních listů a komentáře k pracovním listům připojeným v přílohách této práce. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována výzkumu znalostí žáků 9. ročníků. Obhájeno

    The bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life of people with epilepsy. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first one is focused on the disease of epilepsy. I mention its history, famous people who suffered from epilepsy and ways of its treatment in the past. I also mention the classification, etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, epilepsy during pregnancy and the present treatment of epilepsy. In the second part I devote to the quality of life of people with epilepsy. And in the third part I devote to the nursing problems like e.g. sleep, diet and activity, regime etc. I decided to elaborate the practical part by a dialog with two respondents. In closing in the discussion part I would like to try to compare the both dialogs and describe the feelings of the respondents during the individual questions. V této bakalářské práci se zabývám kvalitou života u člověka s epilepsií. Teoretická část mé práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část se věnuje epilepsii jako takové. Zmíním se o historii této nemoci, slavných osobnostech, které epilepsii měli a způsoby, jak se léčila. Dále pak klasifikaci, etiopatogenezi, diagnostiku, epilepsii v těhotenství a léčbu epilepsie. V druhé části se zaobírám kvalitou života epileptiků. A ve třetí části ošetřovatelskými problémy, jakou jsou např. spánek, výživa a aktivita, životospráva atd. Praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem se rozhodla vypracovat pomocí rozhovoru se dvěma respondenty. Na závěr se v diskuzi chci pokusit o porovnání obou rozhovorů a popsání pocitů respondentů, při kladení jednotlivých otázek. Obhájeno

    Bakalářská práce popisuje návrh prototypu třífázového napěťového střídače, určeného pro studentský projekt elektroformule. Zejména optimalizování výkonové části střídače. Součástí práce je univerzální výpočetní skript střídače, vytvořený v~programu MATLAB, který umožňuje porovnání různých polovodičových součástek a~počítá jejich celkové výkonové ztráty.     The presented graduate thesis on the topic of "Lifestyle of today's teenagers" summarizes the present theoretical knowledge from the field of lifestyle and it is namely focused on the period of adolescence. This thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are specified the basic concepts like lifestyle and its factors, dietary regime and its components, risk factors of lifestyle, as well as period of adolescence development. In this part the stress is put on the field of nutrition, working day and relaxation, motion, managing one's time, free time, stress and taking of addictive substances. In the practical part the research was conducted in questionnaire form. Its aim was to answer two research questions: "Do present teenagers live rather healthy? Which positives and negatives does the lifestyle contain?" The questionnaire consisted of 62 questions which the respondents answered with the help of judging scale. The items of the questionnaire were grouped into several fields, referring to the theoretical part (nutrition, relaxation, managing one's time, motion activity, free time, stress and taking of addictive substances). The findings were evaluated from some points of view the first and the most important point of view was the connection of lifestyle of the individual with the school he visits. The other points of view were the sex of the respondents and their age. Originally it was also intended to take into consideration the education of parents, place of residence and need for pupils' commuting. With regard to the findings, these points of view were irrelevant. In the conclusion of the thesis there were given recommendations, regarding to the improvement of teacher's impact on the age group of teenagers. Předkládaná diplomová práce na téma "Životní styl dnešních adolescentů" shrnuje současné teoretické poznatky z oblasti životního stylu a zaměřuje se konkrétně na období adolescence. Tato práce je členěna na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, jako je životní styl a jeho faktory, životospráva a její složky, rizikové faktory životního stylu a také vývojové období adolescence. V této části je kladem důraz na oblast výživy, denního režimu a odpočinku, pohybu, hospodaření s časem, volného času, stresu a užívání návykových látek. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum dotazníkovou metodou, jehož cílem bylo zodpovědět dvě výzkumné otázky: "Žijí dnešní adolescenti spíše zdravě? Jaká pozitiva a negativa skrývá jejich životní styl?" Dotazník se skládal z 62 otázek, na které respondenti odpovídali pomocí posuzovací škály. Položky dotazníku byly seskupeny do několika oblastí vztahujícím se k teoretické části (výživa, odpočinek, hospodaření s časem, pohybová aktivita, volný čas, stres a užívání návykových látek). Získaná data byla vyhodnocena z několika hledisek prvním a také tím nejdůležitějším hlediskem byla souvislost životního stylu jedince vzhledem ke škole, kterou navštěvuje. Dalšími hledisky bylo pohlaví respondentů a jejich věk. Dále bylo původně zamýšleno zohlednit při výzkumu i vzdělání rodičů, bydliště a nutnost dojíždění žáků, ale vzhledem k získaným datům byla tato hlediska irelevantní. V závěru práce byla uvedena doporučení vztahující se ke zlepšení působení pedagogů na věkovou skupinu adolescence. Obhájeno

    This thesis is focused on the analysis of elemental composition (by X-ray fluorescence method) and the structure (by X-ray diffraction method) of four types of the new thin-film materials prepared by different methods of magnetron deposition. These are the following materials: A. Al-Si-N, Al-Ti-O, Si-Zr-O, Si-B-C-N and Al2O3 protective coatings with a sufficient hardness and high temperature stability in air at very high temperatures. B. Nc-TiC/a-C and Mo-C abrasion resistant coatings with a sufficient hardness and low coefficient of friction. C. Al-Cu-O, Zr-Al-O, Al-O-N multifunctional layers with an increased resistance to stress cracking. D. Photocatalytic TiO2 layers. The thesis is divided into 4 Chapters. Chapter 1 is devoted to a general introduction and basic principles of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction methods. In Chapter 2, the aims of thesis are defined. Chapter 3 is the most extensive and it is devoted to the achieved results. The results are presented in a form of 12 scientific papers published in prestigious international journals divided into 4 parts (A - D). Part A includes 5 papers: A-I : Properties of magnetron sputtered Al-Si-N thin films with a low and high Si content. A-II : Formation of crystalline Al-Ti-O thin films and their properties. It can be stated that the thesis contributes to the elucidation of the complex interrelationships between the parameters of the deposition processes and the elemental composition and the structure of the formed thin-film materials and their properties. Tato dizertační práce je zaměřena na analýzu prvkového složení (pomocí metody rentgenové fluorescence) a struktury (pomocí metody rentgenové difrakce) čtyř typů nových tenkovrstvých materiálů vytvářených různými metodami magnetronové depozice. Jde o následující materiály: A. Ochranné povlaky Al-Si-N, Al-Ti-O, Si-Zr-O, Si-B-C-N a Al2O3 s dostatečnou tvrdostí a vysokou teplotní stabilitou ve vzduchu za velmi vysokých teplot. B. Otěruvzdorné ochranné povlaky nc-TiC/a-C a Mo-C s dostatečnou tvrdostí a nízkým koeficientem tření. C. Multifunkční vrstvy Al-Cu-O, Zr-Al-O, Al-O-N se zvýšenou odolností proti vzniku trhlin při namáhání. D. Fotokatalytické vrstvy TiO2. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol.     The aim of this undergraduate thesis is the topic of the colloquial language means in spoken texts of TV's football pundits. Its first part deals with the description of the stratification of Czech language, both standard and non-standard, as well as the characterisation of the journalistic style, especially one of its genres - sports commentary. In the second part of the thesis there is an analysis of the given linguistic material via particular levels of language. Furthermore, the comparison of the public television and its commercial opponent is included.     Tato práce se zabývá kompletním návrhem měniče pro malou solární elektrárnu. Systém je navržený pro dobíjení 12 V olověného akumulátoru z fotovoltaického panelu v napěťovém rozsahu 14-50 V. Maximální nabíjecí proud akumulátorem je 10 A. Napětí z fotovoltaického panelu je transformováno snižujícím (step-down) měničem na hodnotu odpovídající potřebám akumulátoru. Celý systém je řízený mikrokontrolérem STM32F411 a systémové údaje (např. napětí na fotovoltaickém panelu, stav akumulátoru, aj.) jsou zobrazené na alfanumerickém LCD displeji. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy solárních panelů a regulátorů. Dále jsou popsány typy olověných akumulátorů, způsob jejich nabíjení a předpoklady pro zajištění dlouhé životnosti. Praktická část se zabývá samotnou konstrukcí zařízení včetně návrhu konstrukčního boxu. Práce obsahuje kompletní schémata s jejich vysvětlením. Dále obsahuje výpočty od návrhu snižujícího měniče až po výpočet ztrát výkonových polovodičů. Je uveden popis řídícího softwaru včetně vývojových diagramů. Sestavené zařízení bylo testováno při výstupním proudu 10 A po dobu přes 30 minut bez známek poškození či významného tepelného namáhání. Po krátkou dobu byl otestován spotřebič odebírající proud 14,7 A při UIN=50,6 V. Naměřená účinnost odpovídala 86,8 %. Bylo provedeno měření emisí. V práci jsou uvedené výsledky těchto měření a v závěru práce je zmínka o možnostech zlepšení se shrnutím všech dosažených výsledků. This thesis deals with the complete design of a converter for a small solar power plant. A system is designed for charging a 12 V lead-acid battery from a photovoltaic panel in the voltage range 14-50 V. The maximum charging current of the battery is 10 A. The voltage from the photovoltaic panel is transformed by a step-down converter to a value corresponding to the battery needs. Whole system is controlled by STM32F411 and system data (voltage of photovoltaic panel, battery status, etc.) are displayed on the alphanumeric LCD display. In the theoretical part of the thesis the types of photovoltaic panels and regulators are described. The types of lead acid batteries, the method of charging them and the for long live are also described. The practical part of the thesis deals with the design of device including mechanical parts. The work contains complete schematic diagrams with their explanation. It also contains all calculations of step-down converter, calculations of power losses etc. A description of software is also given. The system was tested at an output current 10 A for 30 minutes without sings of damage or significant thermal stress. For short time load draining 14,7 A at UIN=50,6 V was tested. The efficiency was 86,8 %. EMC tests were performed. The work presents the results of these measurements. The possibilities of improvements with a summary of all achieved results are mentioned in conclusion. Obhájeno

    The target of this bachelor thesis is to give a function and technology principle description of the biogas station in Kralovice town. The essential principles of the biogas production, cogeneration, energy handling and utilization of the digestate are described. The last part of the thesis provides with the project of the heat insulation to reduce the heat loss in the conduction.     The bachelor thesis deals with experience of the individual period (pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum) of women with multiple pregnancies. The theoretical part describes the individual facts about the formation of twins, multiple pregnancy and methods of labor and care of newborn twins. It is also focused on the role of midwives in the care of women with multiple pregnancies. In the practical part are analyzed experiences of women in individual periods, whereas data were collected by using semi-structured interview. It also includes interviews with two respondents recorded in writing whose analysis and comparison is in final discussion. Bakalářská práce pojednává o prožívání jednotlivých období (těhotenství, porod, šestinedělí) žen s vícečetným těhotenstvím. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivá fakta o vzniku dvojčat, vícečetném těhotenství, způsobech vedení porodu a péči o novorozená dvojčata. Zaměřuje se taktéž na roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s vícečetným těhotenstvím. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou prožitků žen v jednotlivých obdobích, přičemž byl ke sběru dat užit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Také obsahuje písemně zaznamenané rozhovory s dvěma respondentkami, jejichž analýza a srovnání je předmětem závěrečné diskuze. Obhájeno

    Kontinuita zahraničně politického procesu by měla fungovat v zásadních rozhodnutí bez ohledu na změny establishmentu, složení vlády a dalších příslušných institucí. Vláda je základním orgánem, který formuluje zahraniční politiku. Hlavním realizátorem zahraniční politiky je Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí ČR. Nelze ovšem opomenout další aktéry státní správy, kteří do zahraničně politického procesu zasahují a s propojováním domácích a zahraničních témat zasahovat budou (Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu, Ministerstvo financí, Ministerstvo obrany a další rezorty).     The thesis is focused on the topic of teaching the ratio and the map scale at the second stage of elementary school. The aim of the thesis is to create motivational and typical tasks, activities and worksheets, which could be used by teachers for teaching mathematics (ratio) and geography (map scale). These two topics are closely related. The first chapter is dedicated to the concept of ratio and operations with the ratio. The second chapter contains basic information about the proportion and procedures for solving problems focused on the proportion using the cross-multiplication. The third chapter follows up with the map scale. The fourth chapter contains information related to the creation of worksheets and comments on the worksheets attached in the appendices of this thesis. The final chapter is dedicated to the research of the knowledge of 9th grade pupils. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu poměr a měřítko mapy ve výuce na druhém stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je vytvoření motivačních a typových úloh, aktivit a pracovních listů využitelných vyučujícími při výuce matematiky (poměr) a zeměpisu (měřítko mapy). Obě témata spolu úzce souvisí. První kapitola je věnována pojmu poměr a úkonům s ním. Ve druhé kapitole jsou připomenuty základní informace o úměře a postupy řešení úloh zaměřených na přímou a nepřímou úměrnost pomocí trojčlenky. Třetí kapitola navazuje měřítkem mapy, základními informacemi a typovými úlohami. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje informace související s tvorbou pracovních listů a komentáře k pracovním listům připojeným v přílohách této práce.     The bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life of people with epilepsy. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first one is focused on the disease of epilepsy. I mention its history, famous people who suffered from epilepsy and ways of its treatment in the past. I also mention the classification, etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, epilepsy during pregnancy and the present treatment of epilepsy. In the second part I devote to the quality of life of people with epilepsy. And in the third part I devote to the nursing problems like e.g. sleep, diet and activity, regime etc. I decided to elaborate the practical part by a dialog with two respondents. In closing in the discussion part I would like to try to compare the both dialogs and describe the feelings of the respondents during the individual questions. V této bakalářské práci se zabývám kvalitou života u člověka s epilepsií. Teoretická část mé práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část se věnuje epilepsii jako takové. Zmíním se o historii této nemoci, slavných osobnostech, které epilepsii měli a způsoby, jak se léčila. Dále pak klasifikaci, etiopatogenezi, diagnostiku, epilepsii v těhotenství a léčbu epilepsie. V druhé části se zaobírám kvalitou života epileptiků. A ve třetí části ošetřovatelskými problémy, jakou jsou např. spánek, výživa a aktivita, životospráva atd. Praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem se rozhodla vypracovat pomocí rozhovoru se dvěma respondenty. Na závěr se v diskuzi chci pokusit o porovnání obou rozhovorů a popsání pocitů respondentů, při kladení jednotlivých otázek. Obhájeno
