    A dataset of Dy3+/Tm3+ co-doped phosphate glasses was established in 2020-2021. The luminescence properties, moisture resistance and thermal stability of Dy3+ and Tm3+ mono-doped and co-doped phosphate glasses were collected in the dataset and treated accordingly.Overall, the prepared phosphate glasses have the potential to be applied in UV-based white-light emitting diodes. 2020-2021年建立了Dy和Tm离子共掺杂磷酸盐玻璃的数据集。数据集收集了Dy,Tm离子单掺杂和共掺杂的磷酸盐玻璃的发光性能,耐湿性和热稳定等,并作了相应的处理。所制备的磷酸盐玻璃具有应用于紫外激发的白光二极管的潜力。

    The utilization of underground space has become a major means of solving the problems plaguing cities, and the precise exploration of underground space is fundamental to its development and utilization. However, the theories, method combination, elements to be acquired and data application regarding the exploration of urban underground space with strong interference are yet to be determined in a united manner. The all-element dataset of combined exploration of urban underground space with strong interference (also referred to as the Dataset) relies on these four projects initiated by the China Geological Survey:Risk Assessment of Geologic Disasters in Important Towns in Shaanxi Province (2013-2016), Comprehensive Geological Survey in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region (2016-2018), Multi-element Urban Geological Survey in Xi'an (2018-2021) and Comprehensive Geological Survey in Yan'an, a Former Base of the Communist Party of China (2018-2021). The aim of these projects were to meet the demand for quality assessment of rock and soil masses and also the assessment, development and utilization of urban underground space. During the development of the Dataset, monitoring-while-drilling (MWD) technology was introduced based on regular geophysical prospecting, drilling and testing. Furthermore, a total of 13 parameters was logged, a combined method of underground space exploration was established and the all-element data required for quality assessment of rock and soil masses and urban underground space were obtained. The data in the Dataset were obtained from the urban area of Shanyang County, in the Qinba Mountains of Shaanxi Province, the urban area of Xi'an City in the Guangzhong Basin and the urban area of Yan'an City in the Loess Plateau. It consists of five types of data, i.e., engineering geological drilling, testing, multi-parameter logging, MWD and ground geophysical prospecting. In detail, the data were acquired from 144 engineering geological boreholes, 672 testing samples, 111 boreholes for the logging of 13 parameters by geophysical prospecting, 36 MWD boreholes and 5 profiles of ground geophysical prospecting obtained via 4 methods. In total, the Dataset consists of 968 sets of data and 3 664 files in the formats of.jpg,.xls,.doc,.mpj and.dwg. It can be applied to the quality assessment of rock and soil masses, the establishment of 3D urban geological all-element models, the assessment of underground space resources, the research on the coupling relationship between the quality and physical properties of rock and soil masses and the scientific research of urban geology.

    During the laser welding of medium manganese steel, the segregation of manganese element at grain boundary will seriously lead to the embrittlement of the joint. Therefore, this experiment uses the method of dissimilar welding of medium manganese steel and DP980 steel to dilute the manganese content in the weld. The data mainly include SEM data, DIC data, hardness data, mechanical properties data, EBSD data and so on.

  • This dataset contains information about the locations and sampling layers of 200 groundwater samples taken in the Guanzhong Basin in 2015 as well as test results of 33 inorganic geochemical components. According to a comprehensive water quality evaluation, the samples above, if classified by water quality level, include 10 blank samples, 2 class-Ⅱ samples, 57 class-Ⅲ samples, 56 class-IV samples, and 75 class-V samples. If classified by water quality type, they include 111 fresh water samples, 71 brackish water samples, and 8 saline water samples. Samples were taken in compliance with procedures. Test results were obtained in qualified laboratory tests, so the obtained data was of a reliable quality. From the margin to the center of the Guanzhong Basin, the hydrochemical types of groundwater change from HCO3-Ca to HCO3-Ca·Mg·Na and then to SO4·Cl-Na, presenting a distinct horizontal zoning character pattern. According to the water quality evaluation, the groundwater quality is poor in Guanzhong Basin at this time, with 68.9% of the groundwater unfit for drinking. Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ water is mainly distributed in some areas to the south, west, and north of the Guanzhong Basin. Class IV water is mainly distributed around the Weihe River, and in Gaoling County, Jingyang County, and Qian County. Class V water is mainly distributed throughout the counties of Dali, Pucheng, Fuping, Sanyuan and Liquan, Yanliang District and surrounding areas of Xianyang City. This dataset will provide a geochemical indicator reference for studying the cyclical evolution of groundwater in the Guanzhong Basin.

    Taxoblenus sinicus Wei & Nie, 1999, mitochondrial genome was assembled by mitoz without parameters, and related species sequences were assembled with parameters, which were verified by Geneious software. TRNA genes were registered by MITOS server, and protein coding genes were annotated by comparing the genome sequences of related species. All sequences can only be read by Geneious software.

    Served as electro-optic switch, frequency converter and the optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier (OPCPA), highly deuterated DKDP crystals are critical optical elements in high power laser systems. In our work, samples taken in Z direction and type-Ⅰ phase-match direction from an as-grown high deuterium DKDP crystal, which was grown by the rapid growth method with continuous filtration. Thermo-gravimetric apparatus (TGA) measurement was applied to obtain the deuterium content of the DKDP crystal. the results showed the deuterium level of the samples in our experiments exceeded 98%. The ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared transmittance spectrum showed that the transmittance of Z-cut at 532nm and Ⅰ-type at 1064nm were 92.99% and 96.07%, respectively. The 0% laser-induced damage threshold of Z-cut in 1064nm was about 40J/cm2, exceeding much more than the application requirement in certain high power laser systems. The polarization state of laser had little effect on the laser-induced damage characteristics of Ⅰ-type sample. Then the laser-induced damage morphologies of 98% DKDP crystals induced by the 1064nm and 532nm lasers were investigated. The results indicated that the "micro-explosion" of different kinds of defects in the bulk led to different damage morphologies, and many cracks in the damage pinpoints presented the regular orientation with better consistency in view of the type-Ⅰ phase-match direction. Our research can provide a reference for the applications of highly deuterated DKDP crystals in high power laser systems.
