This research aims to analyze election violations committed by election organizers in Aceh Besar Regency in 2019. The violation of this election occurred at several points in the sub-district of Aceh regency, where the violation of the law is contained in the administration of the election file and also in the part of the organizer that is the election implementation team. This is one of the indicators in this study. Using empirical juridical research methods and qualitative data analysis, the study found that there were only 5 (five) unlawful actions in Aceh besar district elections, among which there were un registerable reports, muted reports and follow-up reports to the Jantho District Court. It is recommended to the government, Bawaslu, Panwaslih to conduct more checking or control and also full supervision on a scale to minimize the on-the-process election violations in Aceh Besar Regency in particular as well as other districts.

The primary aim of English language teaching in Indonesia is to equip Indonesian students with communicative competence in English. However, due to the prevalent utilisation of traditional student-centered approaches that accentuates linguistic structural properties as well as the lack of exposure to and usage of the target language in the classroom, research has found that Indonesian school graduates' English communicative skills are still low. Very few students can deliver ideas, thoughts, and feelings through English as a medium of communication. This conceptual review article aims to promote the viabilities of task-based language teaching (TBLT) method to accelerate students' communicative skills in Indonesia. Drawing on a wide range of theories and research findings, it critically explores some potential benefits as well as addresses some possible criticisms of employing TBLT in Indonesia. It argues that TBLT promotes natural learning, generates students' intrinsic motivation, and develops language skill development that can lead the students to accelerate their communicative competence.

This study aimed to determine the quality of raw materials, screen the phytochemicals, and evaluate the anti-tuberculosis activity of Lantana (Lantana camara L.) flower extract. The method used was direct observation in the laboratory. Lantana flower were processed into crude drugs and then extracted using 70% ethanol solvent. The extract obtained was evaluated for phytochemical screening and anti-tuberculosis activity assay. The in-vitro anti-tuberculosis activity assay was carried out using the Lowenstein-Jensen method. The results showed that the ethanolic extract of the Lantana flower was thick, dark brown with an aromatic odour and tasteless. The ethanolic extract of the Lantana flower showed a specific gravity of 1.0028 g/ml, the ethanol-soluble extractable of 1.15%, water-soluble extractable of 1.187%, the loss on drying of 8.21%, and total ash content of 9.40%. It contained chemical compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, steroids, and glycosides. The in-vitro results showed that extract at concentrations of 25, 50, and 100 µg/ml showed no colonies on the media from the 1st to the 6th week. Hence can be reported as susceptible. It can be concluded that the ethanol extract of the Lantana flower contains chemical compounds that potentially as anti-tuberculosis.

Periodontitis is a multifactorial disease occurring as a result of complex interrelationship between infectious agents and host factors. Moderate to severe cases of chronic periodontitis may warrant periodontal surgical procedures. As postoperative infection can have a significant effect on the surgical outcome. In the study, an attempt has been planned to evaluate the role of antibiotics in periodontal flap surgeries in reducing postsurgical infections. 40 Patients (male and female) aged 25-50 yrs with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis were selected from the Department of Periodontics and Oral Implantology at Desh Bhagat Dental College and Hospital, Mandi Gobindgarh. Therapeutic group (20 patients) - Amoxicillin 250 mg + metronidazole 200 mg for 5 days after surgery. Control group (20 patients) - No antibiotics given postoperatively. Analgesics and antiseptic mouthwash were prescribed for both the group. Patients were evaluated for pain (measured on visual analog scale [VAS]), Modified gingival index, Wound healing index, Swelling, fever, ulceration, delayed wound healing were recorded on the 7 th day of suture removal. Visual analog scale [VAS] recorded in control group was 2.90 and in Therapeutic group was 2.10. Mean modified gingival index score recorded in control group was 0.92 and in Therapeutic group was 0.66.

Hasil evaluasi 35 sampel rekam medis yang memenuhi kriteria menunjukkan bahwa 13,24% kasus kategori 0; 10,29% kasus kategori I; 0% kasus kategori II C; 20,59% kasus kategori II B; 2,94% kasus kategori II A; 0% kasus kategori III B; 0% kategori III A; 0% kasus kategori IV D; 11,76% kasus yang masuk kategori IV C; 2,94% kasus kategori IV B; 38,24% kategori IV A; 0% kategori V; 0% kasus kategori VI. Kasus yang rasional (kategori 0) sebanyak 13,24% dan kasus yang tidak rasional (kategori I-IV) sebanyak 86,76%.

Timely analysis of the laboratory characteristics associated with 2019 novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) can assist with clinical diagnosis and prognosis. This study is a collection of clinical data from 100 hospitalized patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in a dedicated COVID- 19 health center located in a semi-urban area from July to September, 2020. The average age of the patients was 50 years. The proportion of patients with comorbidities was 59%. Lymphocyte counts were reduced in the routine blood-work for all patients, but significantly lower in L2-type patients. Elevation of D-Dimer with near normal PT and APTT were detected in coagulation function tests, and more significant changes were observed in L2-type patients compared to L1-type patients. Serum ferritin levels were sensitive to SARS-CoV (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2) infection and found to rise in L2-type patients more than L1-type patients. Inflammatory markers, CRP and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) were significantly increased in all patients, but higher in L2-type patients compared to L1-type patients. Coming to organ damage, kidney injury was the most common organ affected by COVID-19 followed by heart and liver.
