The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the advertising industry, with particular reference to two areas: technology and creativity. Although advertising is a form of communication normally associated with creativity, in reality the creative act is only the final and visible part of the whole process in which the use of increasingly advanced technologies, combined with refined analyses of consumer psychology, constitute equally important moments. The paper attempts to explore the current impact of AI on advertising with this framework in mind and, within this, focusing as mentioned above on how AI is changing the use of technology on the one hand and creativity on the other. The article draws on data from international scientific literature, supplemented by evidence and studies published by Italian and international trade journals dedicated to the advertising and marketing industry. The analysis shows how AI generates an increase in the effectiveness and productivity of advertising campaigns in both moments under consideration.

In this article we will try to trace, in a critical way, the evolutionary momentum of human rights over the last few centuries, starting from the philosophical approach of the natural law scholars, and then moving on to the perspective espoused by legal positivism, until arriving at the new life taken onfrom fundamental rights in the era of the digital revolution in the so-called “cyberspace”, given by the set of IT tools and websites that can be viewed simultaneously from every part of the world, reaching an indeterminate number of people. In this global space, in many respects indeterminate, the fundamental rights of the person - and above all of the most socially vulnerable subjects - are exposed to ever greater risks of violations and it is for this reason that it appears absolutely necessary for the legal systems toof the states of strengthened forms of protection to guarantee the fundamental rights of individuals, also and above all providing for a well-defined positive regime regarding the responsibility of the internet service provider.

  • The lack of literary sources and the variety of material evidence inevitably place in the foreground the role of archaeology in the interpretation of Mithraism. It is a religious phenomenon that emerges in the late Republican age and takes the form of a new and autonomous religion in the unitary context of Romanisation. In the five centuries of its existence, Mithraism evolved and transformed significantly: it was a metamorphosis influenced by a dynamic society, but also marked by the moves of politics. Having gained archaeological visibility in the Flavian era, the phenomenon developed its own mythology and original liturgy. A proposal for an evolutionary interpretation of Mithraism is presented here, divided into four distinct historical phases.

Although influenced by Western, especially European, influences, Scannone elaborates an authentically enculturated philosophy that finds its hermeneutic place and its beginning not only in Latin America, but also in the wisdom and in the oppressed of the Latin American continent. He insists on the need to give life to a “new thought”.
