    Authors: Babić, Antonija;

    Pojava pandemije uzrokovane virusom COVID-19rezultirala je promjenama u dostavi i načinu konzumiranja restoranske hrane. Pandemija je potaknula učestalost korištenja mobilnih aplikacija za dostavu hrane. Prednosti ovakvog načina naručivanja i dostave hrane se prvenstveno očituju u smanjenoj ljudskoj interakciji i potrebi za dolaskom na mjesto konzumacije. Mobilne aplikacije za naručivanje i dostavu hrane na jednom mjestu objedinjuju ponudu restorana i drugih ugostiteljskih objekata na način da je u aplikaciji moguće vidjeti njihovu cjelokupnu ponudu sa istaknutim cijenama. Za vrijeme pandemije bilo je omogućeno naručivanje hrane iz udobnosti i sigurnosti vlastitog doma upotrebom navedenih aplikacija i to u samo nekoliko koraka. Aplikacije je moguće besplatno preuzeti putem pametnih telefona. Kroz ovaj završni rad pokušalo se odgovoriti na pitanje je li i u kojoj je mjeri pandemija COVID-19 pridonijela upotrebi navedenih aplikacija i je li se njihova upotreba nastavila i nakon pandemije, odnosno nakon karantena. Istraživanje je pružilo uvid u brojne mogućnosti korištenja inovativnih tehnologija u industriji dostave hrane što je u konačnici rezultiralo promjenama u dosadašnjim navikama potrošača. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes have been made to how restaurant food is delivered and how it is eaten. The pandemic has increased the frequency of mobile food delivery applications. The main benefits of this way of ordering and getting food delivered are less human interaction and not having to go to the place of consumption. Mobile apps combine what restaurants and other places serving food offer in one place. This lets users see the full menu with prices highlighted. During the pandemic, food could be ordered from the comfort and safety of one's home using these applications in just a few steps. The applications can be downloaded for free on smart phones. This the sis attempts to answer whether and to what extent the COVID-19 pandemic contributed to the use of these applications and whether their use continued after the pandemic or after quarantine. There search showed many ways to use new technologies in the food delivery business, likely leading to changes in consumer habits he appearance of the COVID-19 virus has resulted in changes and adaptations of both consumers and providers of food consumption services in restaurants.

    Authors: Leliukas, Gytis;

    Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental disorders in society. Despite the usual treatment methods, science is increasingly turning to the traditional treatment methods of ancient cultures, such as phytotherapy and others. Cannabis and its active substances (cannabinoids) are of great interest to science and health impact. The aim of the study: to evaluate how the active substances of hemp flowers (cannabinoids) can be used to treat diseases related to anxiety disorders (AD), to facilitate or include them in the treatment process and to compare the effect of hemp flowers oil (cannabinoids) on patients with AD compared to conventional drugs used for the treatment of AD (Alprazolam- Xanax). The main work task. We hypothesized that both the use of cannabinoids and conventional drugs (Xanax) will have a positive effect on the well-being of AD patients (according to the GAD-7 anxiety scale), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, HR, stiffness of small (augmentation) and large (PWV-pulse wave velosity) vessels (assessed before taking the preparations and after). Methodology. A survey was used. Measurements and testing of anxiety level (GAD-7), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate (HR), stiffness of small and large blood vessels were performed. Also, mathematical data calculations and analysis with the SPSS program. Conducted a performance study (case study). Results. 20 subjects were selected and divided into two groups of 10 people each. The age of the subjects ranged from 22 years to 59 years (youngest and oldest subjects). Gender varied (subjects not divided by gender). Selected patients who have experienced an injury after a car accident, an injury at work, persons who have contracted a Covid-19 infection and are experiencing residual effects related to the infection, including anxiety, or who themselves state that they feel anxiety, are selected. 10 patients were selected who were offered hemp flower oil (CBD) and 10 patients who were prescribed a medical preparation for the short-term treatment of anxiety Tab. Alprazolam. Conclusions. After evaluating the changes observed in the patients' GAD-7 anxiety scale, systolic, diastolic, heart rate, large and small blood vessels, it can be assumed that, compared to conventional drugs for the treatment of AD, hemp flowers oil (CBD) and preparations made from it have a positive effect on expanding options for such treatments. The raised hypotheses cannot be absolutely substantiated, because the obtained variables were not associated with a statistically significant p (p ˂ 0.05) change. The main reason for this is the limited number of subjects due to available opportunities. In order to finally confirm the hypothesis put forward at the beginning of the study, it is appropriate to continue the study by expanding the number of subjects. Nerimo sutrikimai – vieni labiausiai paplitusių psichikos sutrikimų visuomenėje. Nepaisant įprastų gydymo būdų, mokslas vis dažniau atsisuka ir į senųjų kultūrų tradicinius gydymo metodus, kaip fitoterapija ir kiti. Didelį susidomėjimą mokslui ir sveikatos įtakai kelia kanapės ir jų veikliosios medžiagos (kanabinoidai). Tyrimo tikslas: įvertinti, kaip galima panaudoti pluoštinių kanapių veikliąsias medžiagas su nerimo sindromu susijusioms ligoms gydyti, palengvinti ar įtraukti į gydymo procesą ir palyginti kaip veikia pluoštinių kanapių žiedų aliejus (kanabinoidai) NS turinčius pacientus lyginant su įprastiniais NS gydymui naudojamais vaistais (Alprazolam-Xanax). Pagrindinis uždavinys. Iškėlėme hipotezę, kad, tiek vartojant kanabinoidus, tiek įpratinius vaistus (Xanax), bus teigiamas poveikis NS patiriančių pacientų savijautai (pagal GAD-7 nerimo skalę), sistoliniam, diastoliniam kraujo spaudimui, ŠSD, smulkiųjų ir stambiųjų kraujagyslių standumui (vertinant prieš vartojimą preparatų ir po). Metodika. Naudota apklausa. Atlikti nerimo lygio (GAD-7), sistolinio, diastolinio kraujo spaudimo, širdies susitraukimo dažnio (ŠSD), smulkiųjų ir stambiųjų kraujagyslių standumo matavimai ir testavimai. Taip pat matematiniai duomenų skaičiavimai ir analizė su SPSS programa. Atliktas veiklos tyrimas (atvejo analizė). Rezultatai. Atrinkta 20 tiriamųjų, kurie suskirstyti į dvi grupes po 10 žmonių į kiekvieną. Tiriamųjų amžius nuo 22 metų iki 59 metų (jauniausias ir vyriausias tiriamieji). Lytis įvairi (neskirstoma pagal lytį tiriamieji). Pasirinkti pacientai šešių mėnesių bėgyje patyrę traumą po autoįvykio, traumą darbe, asmenys persirgę Covid19 infekciją ir patiriantys liekamuosius reiškinius susijusius su infekcija tame tarpe ir nerimą arba patys teigiantys, kad jaučia nerimą. Pasirinkta 10 pacientų, kuriems pasiūlytas pluoštinių kanapių žiedų aliejus (CBD) ir 10 pacientų, kuriems skiriamas medicininis preparatas trumpalaikiam nerimui gydyti Tab. Alprazolam. Išvados. Įvertinus pacientų GAD-7 nerimo skalės, sistolinio, diastolinio, ŠSD, stambiųjų bei smulkiųjų kraujagyslių tyrimo eigoje stebėtus pokyčius galima daryti prielaidą, kad lyginant su įprastiniais NS gydymui skirtais vaistais pluoštinių kanapių žiedų aliejus (kanabinoidai) ir iš jo pagaminti preparatai turi teigiamą įtaką išplečiant tokių gydymų galimybes. Išsikeltas hipotezes negalima absoliučiai pagrįsti, nes gautų kintamųjų nesiejo statistiškai reikšmingas p (p ˂ 0,05) pokytis. Pagrindinė to priežastis yra ribotas dėl turimų galimybių tiriamųjų skaičius. Siekiant galutinai patvirtinti išsikeltą tyrimo pradžioje hipotezę tikslinga tęsti tyrimą išplečiant tiriamųjų skaičių.

    Patients with immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) may have impaired initial humoral responses after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination depending on the type of immunosuppression (ISP) used.1 It is largely unknown how antibody titres develop over time and whether it is needed to adjust timing of booster campaigns for patients with IMID.

    Authors: Starkutis, Kristijonas;

    This paper examines a modern problem - the introduction of an electronic sales channel in the public catering sector. The relevance of the topic was noticed during the COVID-19 pandemic, when catering and other trade sectors were closed in accordance with the pandemic restrictions. An electronic sales channel is a tool that organizations use to reach their end customers in order to sell a product or service directly or indirectly to them. The aim of this paper is to develop a theoretical model for the introduction of the electronic sales channel in the public catering sector after analyzing the theoretical specifics of electronic sales, and to improve it with the recommendations of experts. In the first part of this paper, the electronic sales model was theoretically analyzed, the information was divided into four segments, which became the basis of the theoretical model. The distribution segments are: Strategy, Sales, Information Technology and Management. In the second part, the research methodology is prepared, the choice of the research type is justified, which became a semi-structured expert interview, the criteria for the selection of experts are developed, and the ethics of the research are confirmed. The results of the study showed which segments the experts added to the theoretical model and pointed out the problems of introducing the theoretical model. According to experts, the main problem when introducing an electronic sales channel is finding qualified personnel and the management staff's comprehension of what an electronic sales channel is. These are the main problems that lead to the related issues, which are: cost management, inconsistency of the chosen intermediaries, compatibility and integration difficulties. Šiame darbe nagrinėjama šiuolaikinė problema - tai elektroninių pardavimų kanalo įvedimas viešojo maitinimo sektoriuje. Temos aktualumas buvo pastebėtas COVID-19 pandemijos metu, kai, laikantis pandemijos suvaržymų maitinimo ir kiti prekybos sektoriai buvo uždaryti. Elektroninis pardavimų kanalas – tai įrankis, kuriuo organizacijos naudojasi, norėdamos pasiekti savo galutinius klientus, kad galėtų jiems tiesiogiai arba netiesiogiai parduoti produktą ar paslaugą. Darbo tikslas – išanalizavus elektroninių pardavimų teorinę specifiką parengti teorinį elektroninio pardavimo kanalo įvedimo modelį viešojo maitinimo sektoriuje, ir ekspertų rekomendacijomis patobulinti jį. Šio darbo pirmojoje dalyje buvo teoriškai išnagrinėtas elektroninių pardavimų modelis, informacija suskirstyta į keturis segmentus, kurie ir tapo teorinio modelio pagrindu. Skirstomieji segmentai yra: strategija, pardavimai, informacinės technologijos ir valdymas. Antrojoje dalyje parengta tyrimo metodika, pagrindžiamas tyrimo tipo pasirinkimas, kuriuo tapo pusiau struktūrizuotas ekspertinis interviu, sukurti ekspertų atrankos kriterijai, patvirtinama tyrimo etika. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kokiais segmentais ekspertai papildė teorinį modelį ir nurodė teorinio modelio įvedimo problematiką. Ekspertų nuomone, pagrindinė problematika įvedant elektroninių pardavimų kanalą yra kvalifikuoto personalo suradimas, vadovaujančio personalo suvokimas kas yra elektroninis pardavimų kanalas. Tai yra pagrindinės problemos, nuo kurių atsiranda gretutinės problemos, kurios yra: kaštų valdymas, pasiriktų tarpininkų neatitikimas, suderinamumo ir integracijos sunkumai.

    Background: The emergence of COVID-19 was rapidly followed by infection and the deaths of millions of people across the globe. With much of the research and scientific advancement rightly focused on reducing the burden of severe and critical acute COVID-19 infection, the long-term effects endured by those who survived the acute infection has been previously overlooked. Now, an appreciation for the post-COVID-19 condition, including its neurological manifestations, is growing, although there remain many unknowns regarding the etiology and risk factors of the condition, as well as how to effectively diagnose and treat it. Methods: Here, drawing upon the experiences and expertise of the clinicians and academics of the European working group on COVID-19, we have reviewed the current literature to provide a comprehensive overview of the neurological sequalae of the post-COVID-19 condition. Results: In this review, we provide a summary of the neurological symptoms associated with the post-COVID-19 condition, before discussing the possible mechanisms which may underly and manifest these symptoms. Following this, we explore the risk factors for developing neurological symptoms as a result of COVID-19 and the post-COVID-19 condition, as well as how COVID-19 infection may itself be a risk factor for the development of neurological disease in the future. Lastly, we evaluate how the post-COVID condition could be accurately diagnosed and effectively treated, including examples of the current guidelines, clinical outcomes, and tools that have been developed to aid in this process, as well as addressing the protection provided by COVID-19 vaccines against the post-COVID-19 condition. Conclusions: Overall, this review provides a comprehensive overview of the neurological sequalae of the post-COVID-19 condition.

    Authors: Babić, Antonija;

    Authors: Leliukas, Gytis;

    Authors: Starkutis, Kristijonas;
