    This paper presents an analysis of energy management, focusing on its role in different industries and sectors. The paper explores the benefits and challenges associated with energy management practices, such as energy efficiency, renewable energy and energy conservation. The paper highlights strategies for implementing sustainable energy management practices in various sectors, including industry, construction and transportation, while assessing the impact of government policies, regulations and incentives on the adoption of sustainable energy management practices. The research provides a detailed overview of the current state of energy management practices and their application in various industries. The study contributes to a better understanding of sustainable energy management practices and aims to encourage their adoption for a more sustainable future. In addition, the research explores the application of advanced technologies, including advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), in the management of energy systems. This paper offers a comprehensive perspective of energy management practices and their importance in promoting sustainable development in various segments. The findings of this research provide valuable insights and recommendations for future research in the aforementioned area. Ovaj završni rad predstavlja analizu upravljanja energijom, fokusirajući se na ulogu u različitim industrijama i sektorima. Rad istraţuje prednosti i izazove povezane s praksama upravljanja energijom, kao što su energetska učinkovitost, obnovljiva energija i očuvanje energije. U radu se naglašavaju strategije za provedbu praksi odrţivog upravljanja energijom u različitim sektorima, uključujući industriju, graĎevinarstvo i transport, dok procjenjuje utjecaj vladinih politika, propisa i poticaja na usvajanje praksi odrţivog upravljanja energijom. Istraţivanje pruţa detaljan pregled trenutnog stanja praksi upravljanja energijom i njihove primjene u različitim industrijama. Studija doprinosi boljem razumijevanju praksi odrţivog upravljanja energijom i ima za cilj potaknuti njihovo usvajanje za odrţiviju budućnost. Osim toga, istraţivanje istraţuje primjenu naprednih tehnologija, uključujući napredne algoritme, umjetnu inteligenciju, blockchain tehnologiju i Internet stvari (IoT), u upravljanju energetskim sustavima. Ovaj rad nudi sveobuhvatnu perspektivu praksi upravljanja energijom i njihovu vaţnost u promicanju odrţivog razvoja u različitim segmentima. Nalazi ovog istraţivanja daju vrijedne uvide i preporuke za buduća istraţivanja u navedenoj oblasti.

    Motivacija se smatra ključnim faktorom za postizanje visoke produktivnosti i zadovoljstva zaposlenika. Za postizanje visokog standarda usluge i zadovoljstva gosta, neminovno je da u hotelu radi visoko motivirano osoblje. Specifičnost turizma kao grane je da je podložna trendovima, no ljubaznost, te pristupačnost prijemnog odjela bi trebao biti standard na koji promjene u okolini turističkih zbivanja ne bi smjele utjecati. Regrutiranje zaposlenika internim ili eksternim putem zapošljavanja na različite načine utječe na motivaciju zaposlenika unutar organizacije. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima u hotelijerstvu igra ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju motivacije zaposlenika i učinkovitog funkcioniranja prijemnog odjela. Empirijskom analizom zaključeno je kako zaposlenici za lidera u timu žele osobu čije navike poznaju, te osobu kojoj mogu vjerovati uz adekvatna znanja i vještine koje su neupitne. Ukoliko u timu ne postoji osoba koja ispunjava navedene kriterije, zaposlenici su skloniji prihvatiti reorganizaciju posla nego prihvatiti novog zaposlenika koji bi došao izvan organizacije Motivation is considered a critical factor in achieving high productivity and employee satisfaction. To achieve a high service and guest satisfaction standard, a hotel needs to have highly motivated staff. One of the specific characteristics of the tourism industry is its susceptibility to trends. However, the friendliness and accessibility of the front desk are standards unaffected by changes in the tourism environment. Recruiting employees through internal or external hiring methods affects employee motivation in various ways. Human resource management plays a crucial role in ensuring employee motivation and the effective functioning of the front desk. Through empirical analysis, it has been concluded that employees in a team want a leader whose habits they are familiar with and someone they can trust with 1 unquestionable knowledge and skills. If no team member meets these criteria, they are more willing to consider job reorganization than accepting an externally hired employee.

    The global market is developing intensively, so on the supply side there is an important challenge of recognizing the differences between customers in the market in order to adequately select and satisfy certain target groups and survive on the market. There are several types of perceived value of a product, and it is the company's responsibility to perceive the level of importance of individual dimensions of perceived value valued by its target customers. In addition, there are potential differences between generations that could also be an important factor in the differences in evaluations. In the theoretical part of the paper, the topic of the perceived value of the product, the most important features and specifics of generations Y and Z is elaborated in detail. In the practical part of the paper, the research of the dimensions is presented. perceived value of Apple iPhone products taking into account the differences in ratings between generations Y and Z. Globalno tržište se intenzivno razvija, stoga na strani ponude stoji važan izazov prepoznavanja razlika između kupaca na tržištu kako bi adekvatno odabrali i zadovoljili pojedine ciljne skupine i opstali na tržištu. Postoji više vrsta percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda, a na poduzeću je odgovornost da uoči razinu važnosti pojedinih dimenzija percipirane vrijednosti koje vrednuju njegovi ciljni kupci. Osim toga, postoje potencijalne razlike između generacija koje bi također mogle biti važan čimbenik razlika u ocjenama prilikom procjene. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljno je razrađena tema percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda, najvažnijih obilježja i specifičnosti generacija Y i Z. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazuje se istraživanje dimenzija percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda Iphone marke Apple uzimajući u obzir razlike u ocjenama između generacija Y i Z.

    Digital marketing is a relatively new form of marketing that uses different technological channels to reach potential consumers. This form of marketing is gaining more and more importance and development from year to year. For this reason, this marketing channel is becoming an indispensable communication tool for almost all companies and brands. One of the brands in Croatia that takes its digital marketing activity extremely seriously is Rimac Automobili. Analysis of the ways of usage of digital marketing tools is one of the goals of this paper. With the help of primary and secondary collected data about the brand, a performance analysis was also performed and possible improvements that the brand can make with the aim of even greater success of future digital campaigns were suggested. In the end, it can be concluded that the company Rimac Automobili successfully reaches its target audience using various digital marketing tools. Digitalni marketing relativno je nov oblik marketinga koji koristi različite tehnološke kanale da bi dosegao potencijalnog potrošača. Ovaj oblik marketinga dobiva na sve većem značaju i razvoju iz godine u godinu. Iz tog razloga taj marketinški kanal postaje nezaobilazan komunikacijski alat za gotovo sva poduzeća i brendove. Jedan od brendova u Hrvatskoj koji svoju aktivnost digitalnog marketinga shvaća iznimno ozbiljno su i Rimac Automobili. Analiza načina korištenja alata digitalnog marketinga jedan je od ciljeva ovoga rada. Uz pomoć primarnih i sekundarnih prikupljenih podataka o brendu izvršena je analiza uspješnosti te su predložena moguća poboljšanja koja brend može izvršiti s ciljem još većeg uspjeha budućih digitalnih kampanja. U konačnici se može donijeti zaključak kako brend Rimac Automobili uspješno doseže svoju ciljnu publiku koristeći različite alate digitalnog marketinga.

    This paper shows the process of designing the lighting of a country house. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, the floor plans were made in the "AutoCAD" program and were entered into the "Relux" program package, where the lighting was designed. During the design, all legislative frameworks for the design of residential lighting were taken into account, with the aim of achieving proper and high-quality lighting. Ovaj rad prikazuje proces dizajniranja rasvjete seoske kuće. Kuća se sastoji od prizemlja i kata, tlocrti su napravljeni u programu „AutoCAD“ te su uneseni u programski paket „Relux“ gdje se vršilo projektiranje same rasvjete. Prilikom projektiranja uzeti su u obzir svi zakonodavni okviri za projektiranje rasvjete stambenog objekta, s ciljem postizanja pravilne i kvalitetne rasvjete.

    U ovom završnom radu izrađena je društvena mreža (eng. web) aplikacija slična aplikaciji Instagram. Aplikacija omogućava korisnicima pretraživanje korisnika te uvid u njihove profile, dopisivanje između različitih korisnika te kreiranje ili komentiranje objava. Korisnik također može postaviti oznaku like na pojedinu objavu ili komentar te mijenjati određene detalje vlastitog korisničkog računa. Aplikacija koristi MVC (Model View Controller) arhitekturu. Poslužiteljska strana (eng. backend) napravljena je u razvojnom okviru Node.js, a korisničko sučelje (eng. frontend) je izrađeno koristeći razvojni okvir React, HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) te biblioteku Boostrap. Za pohranu podataka korišten je sustav za upravljanje bazama podataka MongoDB. Kôd je napisan u integriranom razvojnom okruženju (eng. Integrated Development Enviroment) Visual Studio Code. Kôd aplikacije podijeljen je u dva dijela, jedan za poslužiteljsku, a drugi za korisničku stranu. In this final work, the social media web application like Instagram has been built. The application allows users to search and view profiles of other users, exchange messages between them and to create or comment posts. The user can also like individual posts or comments and change different details of its user account. The MVC architecture was used for the structure of application. Server side of application was made in Node.js framework, while the user interface (frontend) was made using frontend framework React, HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and Bootstrap library. Microsoft SQL Server (the system used for managing databases) was used to store the data. The code is written in the integrated development environment Visual Studio Code. The application code is separated into two parts, one represents the server, and the other the client side.

    In this final paper, a brief overview and description of the main characteristics of the components of the overhead line of the electric power network was given at the beginning for easier understanding of the topic. This is followed by an overview of new types of conductors for transmission overhead lines, which belong to the group of high temperature low sag conductors (HTLS). The basic properties, advantages and comparison with the "classic" aluminum conductor (ACSR, Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) are listed, which is almost completely represented in the transmission networks of the Republic of Croatia (e.g. Croatian transmission system operator Plc. in the Transmission area of Split at the moment, out of 98 transmission lines owns only one 110 kV overhead line with copper phase conductors). A special review was given for the HTLS conductor type ACCC (Aluminum Conductor, Composite Core) and as an example of the application of the mentioned HTLS conductor, the works on the revitalization of the 220 kV transmission line Zakučac - Konjsko were analyzed. U završnom radu na početku je radi lakšeg razumijevanja tematike dat kratki pregled i opis karakteristika sastavnih dijelova nadzemnog voda elektroenergetske mreže. Potom slijedi pregled novih tipova vodiča za prijenosne nadzemne vodove, koji spadaju u grupu visokotemperaturnih niskoprovjesnih vodiča (engl. HTLS, High Temperature Low Sag). Navedena su osnovna svojstva, prednosti i usporedba s „klasičnim“ alučeličnim vodičem (engl. ACSR, Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced) koji je gotovo u potpunosti zastupljen u prijenosnim mrežama RH (npr. Hrvatski operator prijenosnog sustava d.d. u Prijenosnom području Split trenutno od 98 dalekovoda u svome vlasništvu ima samo jedan 110 kV nadzemni vod s bakrenim faznim vodičima). Poseban osvrt dan je za HTLS vodič tipa ACCC (engl. Aluminium Conductor, Composite Core) te su kao primjer primjene navedenog HTLS vodiča analizirani radovi na revitalizaciji dalekovoda 220 kV Zakučac – Konjsko.

    The subject of this paper is the field of strategic human resources management, which has received exceptional attention during the last two decades, when many factors of the environment of a modern business organization are changing intensively. Starting from the presented research issues, the basic goals of this paper are: to describe certain theoretical and practical aspects of strategic human resources management, to analyze the basic activities of human resources management aimed at achieving and developing organizational capabilities, then to interpret motivational factors in the context of modern business and to show how systematic and thoughtful development of human resources affects the long-term sustainability of an economic entity. During the processing of the research subject, and in accordance with the scope of the topic and the set goals, modern research methods were used in the work. Thus, in order to fulfill the objectives of the work, in addition to the secondary one, an additional - primary research was carried out through a case study where the survey method was used. In this sense, the business case of the company Micronic was presented, with the basic goal of analyzing the strategic management of human resources in the function of long-term sustainability of the business of a specific company. In the end, it was shown that the set objectives of the work were achieved through exhaustive secondary data analysis and the presented findings of empirical research. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je područje strateškog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koje uživa izuzetnu pažnju tijekom posljednja dva desetljeća kada se intenzivno mijenjaju brojni čimbenici okruženja suvremene poslovne organizacije. Polazeći od iznijete problematike istraživanja, temeljni ciljevi ovoga rada jesu: opisati određene teorijske i praktične aspekte strateškog menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala, analizirati temeljne aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima usmjerene na postizanje i razvijanje organizacijskih sposobnosti, zatim interpretirati motivacijske čimbenike u kontekstu suvremenog poslovanja te prikazati kako sustavno i promišljeno razvijanje ljudskih potencijala utječe na dugoročnu održivost nekog gospodarskog subjekta. Tijekom obrade predmeta istraživanja, a sukladno opsegu teme i postavljenim ciljevima, u radu su korištene suvremene istraživačke metode. Tako je u svrhu ispunjavanja ciljeva rada, pored sekundarnog, provedeno i dodatno – primarno istraživanje putem studije slučaja gdje se koristila metode ispitivanja anketnim upitnikom.. U tom smislu prikazan je poslovni slučaj poduzeća Micronic, s temeljnim ciljem analize strateškog menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u funkciji dugoročne održivosti poslovanja konkretnog poduzeća. Na koncu, pokazalo se kako su postavljeni ciljevi rada ostvareni kroz iscrpnu sekundarnu analizu podataka te prezentirane nalaze empirijskog istraživanja.

    Safety mechanisms implemented in communication applications started with development of cryptography, practice and study of techniques which will develop methods for sending messages or information which will be readable only to sender and receiver of the message. In that case information that was inside the message were kept secured from reading or changing by third party. Development of communication applications which are used over computers, tablets and mobile phones through we exchange messages, pictures, files between users, we want that privacy between users be on highest level possible. E2EE (end to end encryption) method enables encryption of content that is kept inside message (text, video, pictures, audio record, etc.) to safely comes to receiver without even the service provider can not see or change sent message. End to end encryption started to be used in 2014 by Signal and WhatsApp applications, its developing constantly because method to intercept or change our messages are getting stronger and stronger as power of computers rise. Today most of communications protocols are using SHA-256 function, which offers enough of protection to keep our information safe from third party. Sigurnosni mehanizmi unutar aplikacija za komunikaciju započeli su razvojem kriptografije, znanstvene discipline kojoj je zadatak razvijati metode slanja poruka ili informacija u obliku koji će biti razumljiv samo pošiljatelju ili primatelju te poruke. Na taj način, informacije sadržane u porukama su zaštićene o d čitanja i mijenjanja trećih strana. Razvojem aplikacija za komunikaciju koje koristimo putem računala, tableta i mobilnih uređaja za razmjenjivanje poruka, slika i datoteka između korisnika, želimo da privatnost sudionika u razgovoru bude na što višem nivou. E2EE (engl. end to end encryption) metoda omogućuje kripti ranje sadržaja koji se nalazi unutar poruke (tekstualni zapis, videozapis, slika, audiozapis itd.), odnosno da sadržaj sigurno stigne do odredišta bez da ga itko , čak ni pružatelj komunikacijske usluge, pročita ili promijeni. Korištenje end to end enkrcipije započinje 2014. godine unutar aplikacija Signal i WhatsApp te se razvija i dalje, a s povećanjem snage računala, metode postaju sve naprednije u čitanju naših poruka. Danas većina komunikacijskih protokola koristi SHA-256 funkciju koja nudi dovoljno zaštite da sačuva naše informacije od trećih strana.

    The growth of the tourism industry on an international level has forced business between people from different cultures. Since culture is related to the norms, values and customs of people, it creates differentiation in behavior. This results in a difference in expectations during the hotel service encounter. Therefore, the tourism industry and other sectors of service activities are faced with the challenges of cross-cultural service encounters and must continuously evaluate the performance of the service in relation to the guests' expectations. This requires careful consideration of one's own frame of reference, as well as that of the visitor, based on beliefs, tastes, values, and other cultural aspects. In reality, a hotel's cultural sensitivity makes a significant difference in the experience of its guests, and is especially important when guests are deciding whether to stay at the same hotel again in the future. This thesis, in addition to the theoretical part, analyzes the cultural differences of foreign guests on the example hotels in the area of the city of Split. Rast turističke industrije na međunarodnoj razini nametnuo je poslovanje između ljudi iz različitih kultura. Budući da je kultura povezana s normama, vrijednostima i običajima ljudi, ona stvara diferencijaciju u ponašanju. Navedeno rezultira razlikom u očekivanjima tijekom susreta s hotelskom uslugom. Stoga su turistička industrija i drugi sektori uslužnih djelatnosti suočeni s izazovima međukulturalnih uslužnih susreta i kontinuirano moraju procjenjivati izvedbu usluge u odnosu na očekivanja gostiju. Navedeno zahtijeva pažljivo razmatranje vlastitog referentnog okvira, kao i okvira posjetitelja, koji se temelji na uvjerenjima, ukusima, vrijednostima i drugim kulturnim aspektima. U stvarnosti, kulturna osjetljivost hotela čini značajnu razliku u iskustvu njegovih gostiju, a posebno je značajna kada gosti odlučuju hoće li ponovno ostati u istom hotelu u budućnosti. Ovaj rad, pored teorijskog dijela, analizira kulturološke razlike inozemnih gostiju na primjeru hotela na području grada Splita.

U radu se naglašavaju strategije za provedbu praksi odrţivog upravljanja energijom u različitim sektorima, uključujući industriju, graĎevinarstvo i transport, dok procjenjuje utjecaj vladinih politika, propisa i poticaja na usvajanje praksi odrţivog upravljanja energijom. Istraţivanje pruţa detaljan pregled trenutnog stanja praksi upravljanja energijom i njihove primjene u različitim industrijama.     Motivacija se smatra ključnim faktorom za postizanje visoke produktivnosti i zadovoljstva zaposlenika. Za postizanje visokog standarda usluge i zadovoljstva gosta, neminovno je da u hotelu radi visoko motivirano osoblje. Specifičnost turizma kao grane je da je podložna trendovima, no ljubaznost, te pristupačnost prijemnog odjela bi trebao biti standard na koji promjene u okolini turističkih zbivanja ne bi smjele utjecati. Regrutiranje zaposlenika internim ili eksternim putem zapošljavanja na različite načine utječe na motivaciju zaposlenika unutar organizacije. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima u hotelijerstvu igra ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju motivacije zaposlenika i učinkovitog funkcioniranja prijemnog odjela. Empirijskom analizom zaključeno je kako zaposlenici za lidera u timu žele osobu čije navike poznaju, te osobu kojoj mogu vjerovati uz adekvatna znanja i vještine koje su neupitne. Ukoliko u timu ne postoji osoba koja ispunjava navedene kriterije, zaposlenici su skloniji prihvatiti reorganizaciju posla nego prihvatiti novog zaposlenika koji bi došao izvan organizacije Motivation is considered a critical factor in achieving high productivity and employee satisfaction. To achieve a high service and guest satisfaction standard, a hotel needs to have highly motivated staff. One of the specific characteristics of the tourism industry is its susceptibility to trends. However, the friendliness and accessibility of the front desk are standards unaffected by changes in the tourism environment. Recruiting employees through internal or external hiring methods affects employee motivation in various ways. Human resource management plays a crucial role in ensuring employee motivation and the effective functioning of the front desk. Through empirical analysis, it has been concluded that employees in a team want a leader whose habits they are familiar with and someone they can trust with 1 unquestionable knowledge and skills. If no team member meets these criteria, they are more willing to consider job reorganization than accepting an externally hired employee.

    The global market is developing intensively, so on the supply side there is an important challenge of recognizing the differences between customers in the market in order to adequately select and satisfy certain target groups and survive on the market. There are several types of perceived value of a product, and it is the company's responsibility to perceive the level of importance of individual dimensions of perceived value valued by its target customers. In addition, there are potential differences between generations that could also be an important factor in the differences in evaluations. In the theoretical part of the paper, the topic of the perceived value of the product, the most important features and specifics of generations Y and Z is elaborated in detail. In the practical part of the paper, the research of the dimensions is presented. perceived value of Apple iPhone products taking into account the differences in ratings between generations Y and Z. Globalno tržište se intenzivno razvija, stoga na strani ponude stoji važan izazov prepoznavanja razlika između kupaca na tržištu kako bi adekvatno odabrali i zadovoljili pojedine ciljne skupine i opstali na tržištu. Postoji više vrsta percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda, a na poduzeću je odgovornost da uoči razinu važnosti pojedinih dimenzija percipirane vrijednosti koje vrednuju njegovi ciljni kupci. Osim toga, postoje potencijalne razlike između generacija koje bi također mogle biti važan čimbenik razlika u ocjenama prilikom procjene. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljno je razrađena tema percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda, najvažnijih obilježja i specifičnosti generacija Y i Z. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazuje se istraživanje dimenzija percipirane vrijednosti proizvoda Iphone marke Apple uzimajući u obzir razlike u ocjenama između generacija Y i Z.

    Digital marketing is a relatively new form of marketing that uses different technological channels to reach potential consumers. This form of marketing is gaining more and more importance and development from year to year. For this reason, this marketing channel is becoming an indispensable communication tool for almost all companies and brands. One of the brands in Croatia that takes its digital marketing activity extremely seriously is Rimac Automobili. Analysis of the ways of usage of digital marketing tools is one of the goals of this paper. With the help of primary and secondary collected data about the brand, a performance analysis was also performed and possible improvements that the brand can make with the aim of even greater success of future digital campaigns were suggested. In the end, it can be concluded that the company Rimac Automobili successfully reaches its target audience using various digital marketing tools. Digitalni marketing relativno je nov oblik marketinga koji koristi različite tehnološke kanale da bi dosegao potencijalnog potrošača. Ovaj oblik marketinga dobiva na sve većem značaju i razvoju iz godine u godinu. Iz tog razloga taj marketinški kanal postaje nezaobilazan komunikacijski alat za gotovo sva poduzeća i brendove. Jedan od brendova u Hrvatskoj koji svoju aktivnost digitalnog marketinga shvaća iznimno ozbiljno su i Rimac Automobili. Analiza načina korištenja alata digitalnog marketinga jedan je od ciljeva ovoga rada. Uz pomoć primarnih i sekundarnih prikupljenih podataka o brendu izvršena je analiza uspješnosti te su predložena moguća poboljšanja koja brend može izvršiti s ciljem još većeg uspjeha budućih digitalnih kampanja. U konačnici se može donijeti zaključak kako brend Rimac Automobili uspješno doseže svoju ciljnu publiku koristeći različite alate digitalnog marketinga.

    This paper shows the process of designing the lighting of a country house. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, the floor plans were made in the "AutoCAD" program and were entered into the "Relux" program package, where the lighting was designed. During the design, all legislative frameworks for the design of residential lighting were taken into account, with the aim of achieving proper and high-quality lighting. Ovaj rad prikazuje proces dizajniranja rasvjete seoske kuće. Kuća se sastoji od prizemlja i kata, tlocrti su napravljeni u programu „AutoCAD“ te su uneseni u programski paket „Relux“ gdje se vršilo projektiranje same rasvjete. Prilikom projektiranja uzeti su u obzir svi zakonodavni okviri za projektiranje rasvjete stambenog objekta, s ciljem postizanja pravilne i kvalitetne rasvjete.

    U ovom završnom radu izrađena je društvena mreža (eng. web) aplikacija slična aplikaciji Instagram. Aplikacija omogućava korisnicima pretraživanje korisnika te uvid u njihove profile, dopisivanje između različitih korisnika te kreiranje ili komentiranje objava. Korisnik također može postaviti oznaku like na pojedinu objavu ili komentar te mijenjati određene detalje vlastitog korisničkog računa. Aplikacija koristi MVC (Model View Controller) arhitekturu. Poslužiteljska strana (eng. backend) napravljena je u razvojnom okviru Node.js, a korisničko sučelje (eng. frontend) je izrađeno koristeći razvojni okvir React, HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) te biblioteku Boostrap. Za pohranu podataka korišten je sustav za upravljanje bazama podataka MongoDB. Kôd je napisan u integriranom razvojnom okruženju (eng. Integrated Development Enviroment) Visual Studio Code. Kôd aplikacije podijeljen je u dva dijela, jedan za poslužiteljsku, a drugi za korisničku stranu. In this final work, the social media web application like Instagram has been built. The application allows users to search and view profiles of other users, exchange messages between them and to create or comment posts. The user can also like individual posts or comments and change different details of its user account. The MVC architecture was used for the structure of application. Server side of application was made in Node.js framework, while the user interface (frontend) was made using frontend framework React, HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and Bootstrap library. Microsoft SQL Server (the system used for managing databases) was used to store the data. The code is written in the integrated development environment Visual Studio Code. The application code is separated into two parts, one represents the server, and the other the client side.

    In this final paper, a brief overview and description of the main characteristics of the components of the overhead line of the electric power network was given at the beginning for easier understanding of the topic. This is followed by an overview of new types of conductors for transmission overhead lines, which belong to the group of high temperature low sag conductors (HTLS). The basic properties, advantages and comparison with the "classic" aluminum conductor (ACSR, Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) are listed, which is almost completely represented in the transmission networks of the Republic of Croatia (e.g. Croatian transmission system operator Plc. in the Transmission area of Split at the moment, out of 98 transmission lines owns only one 110 kV overhead line with copper phase conductors). A special review was given for the HTLS conductor type ACCC (Aluminum Conductor, Composite Core) and as an example of the application of the mentioned HTLS conductor, the works on the revitalization of the 220 kV transmission line Zakučac - Konjsko were analyzed. U završnom radu na početku je radi lakšeg razumijevanja tematike dat kratki pregled i opis karakteristika sastavnih dijelova nadzemnog voda elektroenergetske mreže. Potom slijedi pregled novih tipova vodiča za prijenosne nadzemne vodove, koji spadaju u grupu visokotemperaturnih niskoprovjesnih vodiča (engl. HTLS, High Temperature Low Sag). Navedena su osnovna svojstva, prednosti i usporedba s „klasičnim“ alučeličnim vodičem (engl. ACSR, Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced) koji je gotovo u potpunosti zastupljen u prijenosnim mrežama RH (npr. Hrvatski operator prijenosnog sustava d.d. u Prijenosnom području Split trenutno od 98 dalekovoda u svome vlasništvu ima samo jedan 110 kV nadzemni vod s bakrenim faznim vodičima). Poseban osvrt dan je za HTLS vodič tipa ACCC (engl. Aluminium Conductor, Composite Core) te su kao primjer primjene navedenog HTLS vodiča analizirani radovi na revitalizaciji dalekovoda 220 kV Zakučac – Konjsko.

    The subject of this paper is the field of strategic human resources management, which has received exceptional attention during the last two decades, when many factors of the environment of a modern business organization are changing intensively. Starting from the presented research issues, the basic goals of this paper are: to describe certain theoretical and practical aspects of strategic human resources management, to analyze the basic activities of human resources management aimed at achieving and developing organizational capabilities, then to interpret motivational factors in the context of modern business and to show how systematic and thoughtful development of human resources affects the long-term sustainability of an economic entity. During the processing of the research subject, and in accordance with the scope of the topic and the set goals, modern research methods were used in the work. Thus, in order to fulfill the objectives of the work, in addition to the secondary one, an additional - primary research was carried out through a case study where the survey method was used. In this sense, the business case of the company Micronic was presented, with the basic goal of analyzing the strategic management of human resources in the function of long-term sustainability of the business of a specific company. In the end, it was shown that the set objectives of the work were achieved through exhaustive secondary data analysis and the presented findings of empirical research. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je područje strateškog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koje uživa izuzetnu pažnju tijekom posljednja dva desetljeća kada se intenzivno mijenjaju brojni čimbenici okruženja suvremene poslovne organizacije. Polazeći od iznijete problematike istraživanja, temeljni ciljevi ovoga rada jesu: opisati određene teorijske i praktične aspekte strateškog menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala, analizirati temeljne aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima usmjerene na postizanje i razvijanje organizacijskih sposobnosti, zatim interpretirati motivacijske čimbenike u kontekstu suvremenog poslovanja te prikazati kako sustavno i promišljeno razvijanje ljudskih potencijala utječe na dugoročnu održivost nekog gospodarskog subjekta. Tijekom obrade predmeta istraživanja, a sukladno opsegu teme i postavljenim ciljevima, u radu su korištene suvremene istraživačke metode. Tako je u svrhu ispunjavanja ciljeva rada, pored sekundarnog, provedeno i dodatno – primarno istraživanje putem studije slučaja gdje se koristila metode ispitivanja anketnim upitnikom.. U tom smislu prikazan je poslovni slučaj poduzeća Micronic, s temeljnim ciljem analize strateškog menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u funkciji dugoročne održivosti poslovanja konkretnog poduzeća. Na koncu, pokazalo se kako su postavljeni ciljevi rada ostvareni kroz iscrpnu sekundarnu analizu podataka te prezentirane nalaze empirijskog istraživanja.

    Safety mechanisms implemented in communication applications started with development of cryptography, practice and study of techniques which will develop methods for sending messages or information which will be readable only to sender and receiver of the message. In that case information that was inside the message were kept secured from reading or changing by third party. Development of communication applications which are used over computers, tablets and mobile phones through we exchange messages, pictures, files between users, we want that privacy between users be on highest level possible. E2EE (end to end encryption) method enables encryption of content that is kept inside message (text, video, pictures, audio record, etc.) to safely comes to receiver without even the service provider can not see or change sent message. End to end encryption started to be used in 2014 by Signal and WhatsApp applications, its developing constantly because method to intercept or change our messages are getting stronger and stronger as power of computers rise. Today most of communications protocols are using SHA-256 function, which offers enough of protection to keep our information safe from third party. Sigurnosni mehanizmi unutar aplikacija za komunikaciju započeli su razvojem kriptografije, znanstvene discipline kojoj je zadatak razvijati metode slanja poruka ili informacija u obliku koji će biti razumljiv samo pošiljatelju ili primatelju te poruke. Na taj način, informacije sadržane u porukama su zaštićene o d čitanja i mijenjanja trećih strana. Razvojem aplikacija za komunikaciju koje koristimo putem računala, tableta i mobilnih uređaja za razmjenjivanje poruka, slika i datoteka između korisnika, želimo da privatnost sudionika u razgovoru bude na što višem nivou. E2EE (engl. end to end encryption) metoda omogućuje kripti ranje sadržaja koji se nalazi unutar poruke (tekstualni zapis, videozapis, slika, audiozapis itd.), odnosno da sadržaj sigurno stigne do odredišta bez da ga itko , čak ni pružatelj komunikacijske usluge, pročita ili promijeni. Korištenje end to end enkrcipije započinje 2014. godine unutar aplikacija Signal i WhatsApp te se razvija i dalje, a s povećanjem snage računala, metode postaju sve naprednije u čitanju naših poruka. Danas većina komunikacijskih protokola koristi SHA-256 funkciju koja nudi dovoljno zaštite da sačuva naše informacije od trećih strana.

    The growth of the tourism industry on an international level has forced business between people from different cultures. Since culture is related to the norms, values and customs of people, it creates differentiation in behavior. This results in a difference in expectations during the hotel service encounter. Therefore, the tourism industry and other sectors of service activities are faced with the challenges of cross-cultural service encounters and must continuously evaluate the performance of the service in relation to the guests' expectations. This requires careful consideration of one's own frame of reference, as well as that of the visitor, based on beliefs, tastes, values, and other cultural aspects. In reality, a hotel's cultural sensitivity makes a significant difference in the experience of its guests, and is especially important when guests are deciding whether to stay at the same hotel again in the future. This thesis, in addition to the theoretical part, analyzes the cultural differences of foreign guests on the example hotels in the area of the city of Split. Rast turističke industrije na međunarodnoj razini nametnuo je poslovanje između ljudi iz različitih kultura. Budući da je kultura povezana s normama, vrijednostima i običajima ljudi, ona stvara diferencijaciju u ponašanju. Navedeno rezultira razlikom u očekivanjima tijekom susreta s hotelskom uslugom. Stoga su turistička industrija i drugi sektori uslužnih djelatnosti suočeni s izazovima međukulturalnih uslužnih susreta i kontinuirano moraju procjenjivati izvedbu usluge u odnosu na očekivanja gostiju. Navedeno zahtijeva pažljivo razmatranje vlastitog referentnog okvira, kao i okvira posjetitelja, koji se temelji na uvjerenjima, ukusima, vrijednostima i drugim kulturnim aspektima. U stvarnosti, kulturna osjetljivost hotela čini značajnu razliku u iskustvu njegovih gostiju, a posebno je značajna kada gosti odlučuju hoće li ponovno ostati u istom hotelu u budućnosti. Ovaj rad, pored teorijskog dijela, analizira kulturološke razlike inozemnih gostiju na primjeru hotela na području grada Splita.
