    Zweiffel, M. (Maciej);

    “Digital-first” seems to be a crucial idea of our time. From the practical, economic, and even ecological point of view printed books are not the best solution. But still, this practice exists. This survey aims to answer, why in the digital environment occurs the textual niche. Is it a kind of relic or something which is deeply connected with human reading comprehension and the quality of text experience? To solve this problem will be used case study and cognitive methods. The crucial question for the presented paper is whether printed (codex) books and their reading means a form of distributing texts which will be progressively declining under pressure in the digital revolution (Q1). To answer this question, it is necessary to describe the current situation of traditional printing and also raise the question of printed documents especially printed and codex books have any features which cannot be replaced by online publishing (Q2). In the second question, one should take into account the cultural and subjective context of reading or possessing printed books.

    Background: Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2016) showed that the highest prevalence of musculoskeletal disease in Indonesia by occupation is farmers. One of the areas where the majority of the population works as farmers is the To Bentong Tribe in Bulo-bulo Village, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. To Bentong tribal farmers still farm and cultivate crops in the traditional way. Aim: In general, this study aims to determine how the behavior of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) of To Bentong Tribe farmers in Bulo-Bulo Village, Barru Regency. In particular, this study aims to determine the use of PPE when farming, work postures and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints experienced by farmers, as well as the pattern of seeking treatment by To Bentong Tribe farmers in Bulo-Bulo Village, Barru Regency. Method: This research design used a qualitative approach, where the method applied was the ethnographic method, while the data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Sources of information from this study consisted of main informants (6 persons as Bentong Tribe farmers) and key informant was Bentong Tribe Head, Bulo-Bulo Village Head, Bulo-Bulo Hamlet Head, and Bulo-Bulo Health Center Head). Result: Based on the results of research obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews with all informants, it was found that the To Bentong Tribe farmers still lacked knowledge and understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). At the time of observation, the farmers preferred not to wear footwear. The farmers believe that the rituals performed can provide safety during work even if they do not use PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). In this study it was also found that the complaints most often felt by farmers related to work posture and feeling pain in the joints, hips, and back of the neck, as well as injuries caused by being hit by sharp objects such as iron from tractors, tools for cutting rice, and wood accidentally found in the rice fields. While the results of research related to the pattern of seeking treatment for the To Bentong Tribe farmers, farmers prefer traditional medicine to having to go to health services. This is because, traditional medicine is easier to obtain and can be processed quickly, the distance to health services is quite far, and the terrain that must be traveled can only be traversed by two-wheeled vehicles. Conclusion: Socialization to farmers is very important to increase knowledge about behavior and the application of occupational safety and health (OSH) in the agricultural sector.

    Urbanization patterns in developing Asian countries may or may not follow commonly known urbanization patterns and models set forth by lessons from the developed world. A unique phenomenon described as desakota is well known as a unique artifact of Asian urbanization, in which new urban areas arise semi-independently from otherwise rural regions in proximity to the edges of continuous urbanized areas.. We intend to identify the interaction between the urban fringe and surrounding rural areas while taking unique socioeconomic and morphological characteristics of the Desakota into account. We utilize a combination of K - Means Clustering, factor analysis and spatiotemporal analysis to identify patterns of urbanization in Metropolitan Cirebon Raya, an industrializing metropolitan statistical region where agriculture is still a douse, around Cirebon City, using statistical socioeconomic and demographic data from Badan Pusat Statistik in addition to land use data obtained from Landsat. Between 2010 – 2020, we identified substantial desakota type growth, in which new urbanized land development occurred organically from a formerly rural area, weakly linked to the supposed ‘center' of the specified metropolitan region (Metropolitan Cirebon Raya). Based on the results obtained, we were able to corroborate desakota theory through quantitative methods, by taking socioeconomic and demographic data into account as a supplement to land use data. For delineation of metropolitan regions in Southeast Asia in which desakota patterns of development are presumed, we recommend utilizing the methodology we have developed, integrating both socioeconomic and demographic data to better identify desakota regions in peri-urban regions.

    Android atau Smartphone adalah handphone pintar yang fungsinya tidak hanya sebagai alat komunikasi tetapi juga bisa sebagai media pencari informasi melalui internet. Hampir disetiap rumah sudah memakai jaringan Wifi sebagai pengakses internet. dengan bantuan jaringan Wifi ini dimanfaatkan sebagai kelistrikan seperti di rumah yang bisa dikontrol dari dimonitoring kelistrikannya pada saat berada diluar rumah kontrol dan monitoring juga. Dengan melihat cara mengontrol dan memonitoring daya lisrik pada rumah saat sekarang ini tidak efesien dan efektif. penelitian ini dilakukan rekayasa traffic paket data menggunakan modul wifi ESP8266 pada jaringan perangkat IoT untuk mengetahui berapa cepat waktu capture paket datanya mengunakan wifi untuk control dan monitoring daya listrik rumah berdasarkan TIPHON. Dengan hasil dari penelitian dalam penggunaan jaringan jaringan 4G LTE waktu eksekusi yang lebih cepat di bandingkan 3G serta pengukuran parameter QoS dalam jaringan saat melakukan pengiriman data pada HMI dan hardware yaitu rata rata besar paket yang dikirim hanya sekitar 560 bit (Uplink) dan 430 bit (Downlink). Throughput yang terbaca juga sangat kecil dengan rata rata 2.9 kbps (Uplink) dan 2.2 kbps (Downlink). Dan ini bisa dikatakan itu tidak terjadi packet loss saat pengirim data.

    Fernández Cerezo, Alejandro; Montero Montero, José Manuel;

    Este trabajo proporciona una visión acerca del posicionamiento relativo de los distintos sectores de actividad ante los principales retos que afronta la economía española. Por un lado, ante el desafío de impulsar el crecimiento a medio plazo, se examinan las perspectivas de evolución de la productividad por ramas, analizando el capital humano y tecnológico y las dinámicas empresariales dentro de cada sector. Por otro lado, se clasifican los sectores según la resiliencia frente a las diferentes transformaciones estructurales que han de afrontar las principales economías, como la tecnológica y digital, la transición energética y el envejecimiento poblacional. Para ello, se ha resumido la información procedente de un conjunto muy amplio de indicadores sectoriales, lo que permite clasificar las ramas productivas según el grado relativo de exposición frente a cada uno de estos retos. Los servicios de actividades profesionales, científicas y técnicas, información y comunicaciones, y actividades financieras y de seguros, así como la fabricación de maquinaria, productos informáticos, electrónicos y ópticos y la de productos farmacéuticos, se encuentran bien posicionados en términos tanto de productividad como de resiliencia, pero se trata de sectores, en general, con una reducida dimensión en la economía española. Por el contrario, la hostelería, el sector primario y los servicios de transporte presentan las mayores vulnerabilidades en las dimensiones analizadas. This work studies the relative positioning of the different sectors of activity in the face of the main challenges facing the Spanish economy. On the one hand, regarding obstacles for boosting medium-term growth, the prospects for the evolution of total productivity are examined by analyzing human and technological capital and business dynamics within each sector. On the other hand, the sectors are classified according to their resilience to the different structural transformations that are currently in the pipeline, such as technological and digital changes, the climate-related energy transition and population ageing. To this end, the information from a broad set of sectoral indicators has been summarized into a narrow set of composite indicators to classify the productive branches according to the relative degree of exposure to each of these challenges. Our results show that professional, scientific and technical activities, information and communications, and financial and insurance services, as well as the manufacture of machinery, computer, electronic and optical products and that of pharmaceutical products are well positioned in terms of both productivity and resilience indicators. However, all these sectors have a relatively small weight in the Spanish economy, in particular, when compared with other advanced economies. On the contrary, the accommodation and food service activities, the primary sector and transport services present the worst overall performance in the dimensions analyzed.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan hak cipta pada kegiatan digitalisasi koleksi perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam membangun dan mengembangkan koleksi digitalnyaada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh perpustakaan untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran hak cipta, seperti hanya mendigitalkan koleksi yang belum memiliki hak cipta; meminta ijin tertulis dari pennulis, penerbit atau pemegang hak cipta suatu karya untuk memungkinkan perpustakaan mendigitalkan karyanya; untuk jenis koleksi tertentu seperti laporan penelitian, makalah dan/atau publikasi akademik lainnya, perpustakaan dapat mengajukan surat persetujuan kepada penulis; hanya memperoleh koleksi digital berlabel “konten terbuka” di internet; dan menetapkan standar file koleksi digital untuk membatasi kemungkinan pengguna perpustakaan mencoba mengubah isi koleksi digital tersebut. Selain itu, perpustakaan harus melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan pelanggaran hak cipta dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya melindungi hak cipta dan akibat hukum dari pelanggaranhak cipta bagi pengelola perpustakaan, pimpinan sekolah dan universitas serta pengguna perpustakaan.
