Tento nový právní institut byl zavedený dekretem prezidenta republiky č. 5/1945 Sb. v zájmu postižení majetku osob nespolehlivých, zrádců a kolaborantů. Jednalo se o přechodné právní opatření vytvořené na podkladě Košického vládního programu. Národní správa spočívala v přechodu práv a povinností, s výjimkou holého práva vlastnického, z vlastníka na národního správce. Národní správa byla zavedena v roce 1945 do všech podniků, kde to vyžadoval plynulý chod výroby a hospodářského života, tedy i do Škodových závodů v Plzni. The presented article deals with the issue of the functioning of the national administration in the Škoda plants in Pilsen in the years 1945-1946, in connection with its legal regulation. This new legal institute was introduced by Decree of the President of the Republic No. 5/1945 Coll. in order to affect the property of unreliable persons, traitors and collaborators. It was a transitional legal measure created on the basis of the Košice government program. The national administration consisted of the transfer of rights and obligations, with the exception of the bare right of ownership, from the owner to the national administrator. The national administration was introduced in 1945 in all companies where the smooth running of production and economic life required it, i.e., also in the Škoda plants in Pilsen.

It also deals with the finding of a stone console on the tower and its interpretation. Published archaeological material was also used. The detailed survey was supplemented by published historical reports. Subsequently, the castle served as an important settlement and fortified point of the Lords of Pernštejn. Abandonment of the castle did not occur until the second half of the 15th century.

Beck Tvrdík, Ivan;Tvrdík, Ivan;Článek je reakcí na zásadní nedostatečnost a zoufalou kvalitu kritiky návrhu věcného záměru civilního řádu soudního, tematicky se přitom zabývá sporností sporných řízení a jejich definicí (pojmovým vymezením řízení sporného), nesporností nesporných řízení a jejich definicí (respektive nemožností jejich definice) a rozlišením mezi spornými a nespornými právními věcmi jako základem pro určení, v jakém režimu má být ta která věc projednána a rozhodnuta. The article is a response to the fundamental inadequacy and desperate quality of the criticism of the draft substantive plan of the Civil Procedure Code, while thematically dealing with the contentiousness of contentious proceedings and their definition (conceptual definition of contentious proceedings), the non-contentiousness of non-contentious proceedings and their definition (or more precisely the impossibility of their definition), and the distinction between contentious and non-contentious legal matters as a basis for determining in which regime a particular case should be heard and decided.
