Tato práce se zaměřuje na porovnání úrovně motorických schopností hráček FC Viktoria Plzeň WU15 a AC Sparta Praha WU15 a identifikaci případných rozdílů mezi těmito dvěma týmy. Pro měření motorických schopností byly použity standartní testy: skok do dálky odrazem snožmo, lineární běh na 5 m, 10 m a 20 m, agility test 5-0-5, Yo-Yo test a výdrž ve shybu. Po provedení analýzy dat nebyly zjištěny žádné statisticky významné rozdíly mezi týmy FC Viktoria Plzeň WU15 a AC Sparta Praha WU15. Z toho vyplývá, že výsledky neodrážejí úroveň motorických schopností hráček, ale mohou být ovlivněny dalšími faktory, jako jsou taktika, dovednosti, tréninkové metody a psychologické faktory. Výsledky těchto testů mohou být v budoucnu využity k optimalizaci tréninkových metod a strategií pro výkon hráček na vyšší úrovni. Obhájeno This thesis focuses on the comparison of the level of motor skills of FC Viktoria Plzeň WU15 and AC Sparta Praha WU15 players and identification of possible differences between the two teams. Standard tests were used to measure the motor skills: long jump with a snatch, linear run at 5 m, 10 m and 20 m, agility test 5-0-5, Yo-Yo test and endurance in the bend. After data analysis, no statistically significant differences were found between FC Viktoria Plzeň WU15 and AC Sparta Praha WU15. This suggests that the results do not reflect the level of motor skills of the players, but may be influenced by other factors such as tactics, skills, training methods and psychological factors. The results of these tests can be used in the future to optimize training methods and strategies for the performance of female players at a higher level.

Tato rigorózní práce podrobně pojednává o odpovědnosti státu za škodu způsobenou při výkonu veřejné moci nezákonným rozhodnutím. Rigorózní práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. Práce počíná vymezením klíčových pojmů k dané problematice a pramenů právní úpravy, včetně historického exkurzu. Následně je práce věnována současné právní úpravě odpovědnosti státu za škodu způsobenou při výkonu veřejné moci nezákonným rozhodnutím. Práce pojednává o subjektech odpovědnostního vztahu, předpokladech vzniku odpovědnosti státu, uplatnění nároku na náhradu škody, včetně jeho promlčení, způsobu a rozsahu náhrady škody a regresní úhradě. Závěr práce je věnován komparaci české právní úpravy odpovědnosti státu za škodu způsobenou při výkonu veřejné moci nezákonným rozhodnutím s právní úpravou Slovenské republiky. Obhájeno This rigorous thesis deals in detail with the liability of state for damage caused in the exercise of public authority by an unlawful decision. The rigorous thesis is divided into seven chapters. The thesis begins with the definition of key concepts related to the given issue and sources of legal regulation, including a historical excursus. Subsequently, the thesis focuses the current legal regulation of the state's liability for damage caused by an unlawful decision in the exercise of public authority. The thesis deals with the subjects of the liability relationship, the prerequisites for the emergence of state responsibility, the application of claims for damages, including the limitation of the claim, the method and scope of compensation for damage and the adjustment of the regress damages. The final of the thesis is devoted to a comparison of the Czech legislation on state liability for damage caused by an unlawful decision in the exercise of public authority with the legal regulation in Slovakia.

Cílem této práce je nabídnout analýzu poštovního práva a poštovní správy v 19. století. Toto století představuje období, kdy v oblasti poštovního práva došlo k velkým změnám. V oblasti vnitrostátního práva bylo započato s pracemi na novém poštovním zákoně, který byl vydán roku 1838, a na něj navazovala celá řada dalších právní předpisů. V tomto období se se také setkáváme s uzavíráním jednotlivých mezinárodních smluv týkajících se poštovního práva. Poštovní historii nám nepřipomínají pouze právní předpisy poštovního práva ale budovy dodnes existujících starých poštovních stanic, milníky při silnicích nebo symbolika poštovní trubky, která přetrvala dodnes. Obhájeno The aim of this thesis is to offer an analysis of postal law and postal administration in the 19th century. This century represents a period when great changes took place in the field of postal law. In the field of national law, work began on the new Postal Act, which was published in 1838, and was followed by a number of other pieces of legislation. This period also saw the conclusion of various international treaties relating to postal law. Postal history is reminded not only by postal legislation but also by the buildings of the old post offices that still exist today, the milestones along the roads and the symbolism of the post pipe, which has survived to this day.

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na technický návrh konceptu podvozku pro projekt ComplexTrans. Cílem je vytvoření podvozku, který bude schopen snadného rozpojení. Přínosem této práce je nastínění možnosti snadného rozpojení železničního podvozku Obhájeno This bachelor thesis is focused on technical design of Railway car bogie for project ComplexTrans. Goal is to design bogie that is able to easily uncouple. This main contribution is solution how to easily uncouple railway bogie.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje konstrukční návrh dvoumístné drezíny s proměnlivým rozchodem při použití komponent z elektrokola. Cílem práce je navrhnout funkční a vyrobitelné vozidlo za rozumnou cenu. Obsahem této práce je rešeršní část, předběžné návrhy koncepce prvků vozidla a jejich následné zhodnocení a kontrolu. Obhájeno This thesis focuses on design of a two-seater railbike with adjustable track width using E-bike components. Aim of this thesis is to develop a functional and manufacturable vehicle for reasonable price. The thesis contains a research part, preliminary design of different vehicle elements and their subsequent evaluation and check.

Cílem mojí práce bylo rozebrat pojem odpovědnost prezidenta republiky a vysvětlit jak odpovědnost vzniká a jaké má následky. Odpovědnost je pojem, který má mnoho rovin a aspektů, které jej ovliňují. Obhájeno The goal of my work was to analyze the concept of responsibility of the president of the republic and explain how responsibility arises and what its consequences are. Responsibility is a concept that has many levels and aspects that affect it.

Práce je analýzou zahraniční politiky Spojených států vůči Francouzské Indočíně, konkrétněji Vietnamu, v letech 1945-1954. V tomto období se pod třemi administrativami prezidentů Franklina D. Roosevelta, Harryho S. Trumana a Davida D. Eisenhowera formoval vztah Spojených států vůči Francouzské Indočíně. Od počátečního nepřímého angažmá po konci druhé světové války se v rámci nového konfliktu, studené války, přešlo na začátku 50. let k otevřené podpoře Paříže. Významným předělem bylo konání ženevská konference v roce 1954, která měla řešit otázku obnovy míru. Ačkoliv v této věci neuspěla, pro americkou zahraniční politiku se jednalo o zásadní předěl. Od tohoto bodu došlo k postupnému převzetí hlavní zodpovědnosti za vedení konfliktu od Francouzů. Tento směr vývoje později směřoval k americké intervenci ve Vietnamu v polovině šedesátých let, kdy ovšem, jak je cílem této práce, lze základy této budoucí ?amerikanizace? vietnamské války nalézt již ve sledovaném období. Obhájeno The thesis is an analysis of the foreign policy of the United States towards French Indochina, more specifically Vietnam, from 1945 to 1954. During this period, under the three administrations of Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, and David D. Eisenhower, the United States' relationship with French Indochina took shape. From initial indirect engagement after the end of World War II, the new conflict, the Cold War, evolved to overt support for Paris in the early 1950s. A significant prelude was the 1954 Geneva Conference, which dealt with the issue of restoring peace. Although it failed on this issue, it was a major turning point for U.S. foreign policy. From this point on, the main responsibility for the conduct of the conflict was gradually taken over from the French. This course of development later led to the American intervention in Vietnam in the mid-1960s, when, however, as is the aim of this thesis, the foundations of this future "Americanization" of the Vietnam War can already be found in the period under review.

Bakalářská práce pojednává o drogové problematice u dětí a mladistvých, a zjišťuje odpověď na otázku, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje drogová závislost dětí a mladistvých jejich život a rodinné vztahy. Autorka předává čtenářům, v rámci teoretického ukotvení drogové problematiky, informace o příčinách závislosti, druzích a fázích závislosti, popisuje vybrané druhy psyhotropních látek, které jsou nejúžívanějšími mezi dětmi a mladistvými. Nedílnou součástí je i představení konceptu "Harm reduction", nebo kontext bio-psycho-socio-spirituálního modelu drogové závislosti. V rámci výzkumu drogové problematiky u dětí a mladistvých, byla použita metoda polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl realizován s několika informanty, s cílem odpovědět na otázku, v jaké míře ovlivňuje drogová závislost životy těchto jedinců, a konkrétně vztahy v rámci rodiny. Dále bylo zkoumáno i to, jakým způsobem cílová skupina navazuje sociální vztahy, nebo jaké cíle si drogově závislí nastavují ve vzdělání. Obhájeno The bachelor thesis deals with a problematic of using drugs by children and adolescents. One of the main aims is to describe how drug addiction affects their lives and family relationships. Theoretical part of thesis aims to give readers informations about the causes of addiction, types and stages of addiction and also describes selected types of psychotrophic substances that are most used by children and adolescents. There is also an explanation of the "Harm reduction" concept. This concept is used to express the connection between the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model and drug addiction. As part of the research on drug issues among children and adolescents I used semi-structured interview. Interview has been made with several respondents. My primary goal was to find out how drug addiction affects their lives and relationship with the family. My attention was also given to find out how the target group establishes social relationships or what are their aims in the terms of education.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyloučenými lokalitami a nejčastějšími sociálními problémy, které se v nich vyskytují (nezaměstnanost, zadluženost atd.). Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní částí, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu sociální exkluze, sociálně vyloučeným lokalitám, historii sociální exkluze, ale i jejím příčinám. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výzkum v jedné určité vyloučené lokalitě v Karlovarském kraji, konkrétně v okrese Cheb. Jako metody jsou využity polostrukturované rozhovory jak s obyvateli ze sociálně vyloučené lokality, tak se sociálními pracovníky vybraných organizací. Obhájeno The bachelor's thesis deals with excluded localities and the most common social problems that occur in them (unemployment, indebtedness, etc.). The work is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of social exclusion, socially excluded localities, the history of social exclusion, but also its causes. The practical part of the work is focused on research in one certain excluded locality in the Karlovy Vary region, specifically in the Cheb district. The methods used are semi-structured interviews both with residents from socially excluded localities and with social workers from selected organizations.

Tato práce si klade za cíl charakterizovat a popsat jev dětských exekucí skrze optiku sociální újmy a to na základě individuálních příběhů respondentů. Využívá konceptem sociální újmy jako základního teoretického rámce, který umožňuje vysvětlit příčiny a důsledky negativního jednání nejen z právního, ale i ze širšího společenského hlediska. Provedený výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou nestrukturovaných rozhovorů, která umožnila zachytit individuální postoje respondentů. kterými byli dětstí dlužníci z Plzně a okolí. Výsledky ukázaly, že dětské exekuce mají nejen ekonomické dopady, ale také řadu dalších důsledků, které zasahují do rodinných a sociálních vztahů, oblasti zaměstnání, zdravotní péče, vzdělání a pocitu osobní odpovědnosti. Práce rovněž upozorňuje na roli státu v této problematice, zejména v oblastech trestání a výchovy. I přes novelizaci právních předpisů týkajících se dětských exekucí, které bychom tím mohli považovat za uzavřené, výzkum ukazuje, že instituce dětských dlužníků stále představuje problém a s ní spojené následky nezmizely. I když se důsledky dětských exekucí projevují v různých oblastech a mají odlišný charakter, v jednom se shodují: je třeba se na ně dívat nejen z finančního a ekonomického hlediska, ale v širším kontextu, který má význam pro celou společnost. Obhájeno This work aims to characterize and describe the phenomenon of child de depts through the lens of social harm, based on individual stories from respondents. It utilizes the theory of social harm as a foundational theoretical framework that allows for the explanation of causes and consequences not only from a legal perspective but also from a broader societal perspective. The research was conducted using a qualitative method of unstructured interviews, which allowed for the capture of individual respondent attitudes. The results showed that child depts have an economic impact and a range of other consequences that affect the individual, the entire family, and social relationships, employment, healthcare, education, and personal responsibility. The work also highlights the role of the state in this issue, particularly in the areas of punishment and education. Despite changes to legal regulations regarding child executions that could be considered a closed phenomenon, the research shows that the institution of child debtors still presents a problem and its associated consequences have not disappeared. Although the consequences of child executions manifest in different areas and have different characteristics, they share one thing in common: it is necessary to consider them not only from a financial and economic perspective but also in a broader context that is significant for society as a whole.
