Lidová architektura je jedním ze základů regionální a národní identity. Od 20. století lidové stavby z českého venkova rychle mizí. Proto je každá dochovaná stavba důležitým odkazem na naši minulost a je nutné o ni pečovat a vážit si jí. Cílem práce je představit historii a současnost vesnické usedlosti č. p. 36 v Ježovech, která je od roku 2011 kulturní památkou. Úvodní část práce se věnuje lidové architektuře ČR, detailněji popisuje charakter staveb na Plzeňsku. Další část práce představuje koncepci památkové péče v ČR a představuje popis usedlosti v době jejího prohlášení za kulturní památku. Kapitola věnovaná historii usedlosti mapuje stavební vývoj a osudy lidí, kteří v usedlosti žili, na základě dochovaných historických pramenů. Stěžejní část práce je věnována konkrétnímu příkladu oprav památkově chráněné budovy od procesu přípravy až po samotnou realizaci prací. Z pohledu vlastníka jsou prezentovány zkušenosti ze spolupráce s orgány památkové péče. Obhájeno Folk architecture is one of the foundations of regional and national identity. Since the 20th century, folk buildings have been rapidly disappearing from the Czech countryside. Therefore, every surviving building is an important legacy of our past and must be cared for and valued. The aim of this work is to present the history and present of the village homestead No. 36 in Ježovy, which has been a cultural monument since 2011. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the folk architecture of the Czech Republic and describes in detail the character of the buildings in the Pilsen region. The next part of the work presents the concept of monument care in the Czech Republic and presents a description of the homestead at the time of its declaration as a cultural monument. The chapter devoted to the history of the homestead maps the development of the building and the fate of the people who lived in the homestead, based on the surviving historical sources. The main part of the work is dedicated to a specific example of the renovation of a listed building, from the preparation process to the actual implementation of the work. From the owner's point of view, the experience of cooperation with the monument conservation authorities is presented.

Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji mysliveckého práva od poloviny 18. století na českém území až po současnost. Přesto pro dosažení kontinuálního a přehledného rozboru vývoje mysliveckého práva se diplomová práce stručně věnuje i ranému vývoji práva myslivosti. Při výkladu jednotlivých zásadních právních předpisů regulující podobu myslivosti byl vždy kladen důraz jej uvést v kontextu vývoje společnosti, který velmi často poskytuje odpověď na otázku, proč daný právní předpis byl vydán a co je hlavním záměrem dané právní úpravy. Stěžení část diplomové práce začíná dobou Marie Terezie a Josefa II. V rozboru mysliveckého práva se plynule pokračuje honebními předpisy vydanými v 19. století a na přelomu 20. století. Také pro myslivecké právo bylo 20. století dobou mnoha podstatných změn, které zásadním způsobem byly ovlivněny proměnami politického systému na českém území. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje i vývoji mysliveckého práva po roce 1989, a to s přesahem až do současné právní úpravy. Diplomová práce tak přináší ucelený pohled na historický vývoj práva myslivosti a na jeho základě nastiňuje současný směr mysliveckého práva. Obhájeno The diploma thesis discusses the development of hunting law from the middle of the 18th century in the Czech territory to the present day. Nevertheless, in order to achieve a continuous and clear analysis of the development of hunting law, the diploma thesis is also briefly devoted to the early development of hunting law. When interpreting the individual fundamental legal regulations regulating the form of hunting, emphasis was always placed on putting it in the context of the development of society, which very often provides an answer to the question of why the given legal regulation was issued and what is the main intention of the given legal regulation. The difficulty part of the thesis begins with the time of Maria Theresa and Joseph II. The analysis of hunting law continues seamlessly with hunting regulations issued in the 19th century and at the turn of the 20th century. Also for hunting law, the 20th century was a time of many substantial changes, which were fundamentally influenced by changes in the political system in the Czech territory. Last but not least, the thesis also deals with the development of hunting law after 1989, with an overlap up to the current legislation. The diploma thesis thus brings a comprehensive view of the historical development of hunting law and, based on it, outlines the current direction of hunting law.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá územím severní Mezopotámie ve 3. tisíciletí př. n. l. Nejdříve je stručně charakterizována oblast Mezopotámie a její vývoj od nejstaršího osídlení do 16. st. př. n. l., jsou uvedeny její hranice a jmenována nejvýznamnější centra a města. Dále jsou také popsány jazyky, které byly na jejím území používány - tedy nejen akkadština a sumerština. Třetí kapitola diplomové práce se zaměřuje na severní Mezopotámii. Nejdříve uvádí informace o celé této oblasti a poté se soustředí na Tell Brak. Tell Brak je jedním z nejstarších měst na světě, které vzniklo na počátku 4. tis. př. n. l.a po většinu 3. tis. př. n. l. si zachovalo politický význam a ekonomickou moc. Nachází se v rovině Horní Chábur v dnešní severovýchodní Sýrii. Je to jeden z největších starověkých pahorků v severní Mezopotámii. Tell Brak jako "město brány" kontroloval jednu z hlavních silnic mezi Asýrií na východ a severní Levantou a Středozemním mořem na západ, jakož i severojižní trasy spojující údolí Eufratu s kovy, dřevem a kamennými zdroji Anatolie. Hlavní mohyla Tell Brak byla obsazena nejméně od roku 6000 př. n. l. do konce 2. tis. př. n. l. nebo do konce pozdní doby bronzové (středoasyrské období). Osídlení Ubaidu do raného islámského data je také doloženo ve vnějším městě. K nejvýznamnějším stavbám, jež se v Tell Brak dochovaly, patří tzv. Brakský Ovál z 1. poloviny 3. tis. př. n. l. a Palác Naramsina z konce 3. tis. př. n. l., jenž dokazuje akkadskou nadvládu v oblasti. Tato kapitola také popisuje průběh archeologických výzkumů, jež probíhaly s pauzou od 20. let 20. st. do počátku 21. st., jmenuje nejvýznamnější osobnosti, jež se podílely na znovuobjevování lokality. Závěrečná část této kapitoly je věnována Churritům, kteří přišli do oblasti na konci 3. tis. př. n. l. a později vytvořili mocnou říši Mittani. Obhájeno This thesis deals with the territory of northern Mesopotamia in the the era of the 3rd millennium BC. Firstly, the region of Mesopotamia and its development from the earliest settlement to the 16th century BC is briefly characterized. Furthermore, its borders are indicated, and the most important centres and cities are named. Also, the languages that were used in the territory are also described - these are not only Akkadian and Sumerian. The third chapter of the thesis focuses on northern Mesopotamia. Firstly, it gives information about the whole area and then focuses on Tell Brak. One of the oldest cities in the world was established in the early 4th millennium BC and maintained its political importance and economic power through most of the 3rd millennium BC. It is located in the Upper Khabur Plain in what is in present-day north-eastern Syria. It is one of the largest ancient mounds in northern Mesopotamia. As a "gateway city", Tell Brak controlled one of the main roads between Assyria in the east and the northern Levant and the Mediterranean in the west, as well as the north-south routes connecting the Euphrates valley which was rich in the metal, timber, and stone resources of Anatolia. The main tor of Brak was occupied from at least 6000 BC until the end of the 2000 BC or the end of the Late Bronze Age (Middle Assyrian period). Ubaid settlement of early Islamic date is also attested in the outer city. The Brak´s Oval from the 1st half of the 3rd millennium BC and the Nárám-Sína Palace from the end of the 3rd millennium, which proves Akkadian dominance in the area, belong to the most important buildings preserved in Tell Brak. This chapter also briefly describes the course of archaeological research which took place with a break from the 20s of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century. The most important personalities who participated in the rediscovery of the locality are named. The final part of this chapter is dedicated to the Churrits who came to the area at the end of the 3rd millennium BC and later created the mighty Mittani Empire.

Téma této diplomové práce jsem si zvolil hned z několika důvodů. Jedním ze stěžejních důvodů byla skutečnost, že jsem disponentem a investorem mnoha druhů kryptoměn. Jedná se doslova o můj životní styl, když tyto využívám každý den, a to zejména pro placení a spoření. Z tohoto důvodu jsem nucen sledovat jejich cenový vývoj, současně je velmi přínosné vyhledávat nové informace a technologie, které se daného tématu týkají. Nezanedbatelným motivem byl i můj zájem ve vztahu k právní regulaci kryptoměn, a to jak v České republice, tak v zahraničí, respektive jednotlivým dílčím rozdílům v pojetí této problematiky. Současně mne zajímalo, jakým způsobem a v jaké formě jsou daněny zisky z těžby a obchodování s kryptoměnami, neboť kryptoměnám jsem se začal věnovat od roku 2009 s tím, že na samém počátku se jednalo o určitou formu záliby, přičemž tato záliba postupně přešla v životní styl, když v současné době disponuji značným portfoliem obsahujícím 22 kryptoměn, jež tvoří značnou část mých úspor. V nadsázce lze říci, že po vypracování této diplomové práce vím, jak efektivně optimalizovat zisky z mého kryptoměnového portfolia. Skutečnost, že mohu využít tyto znalosti v mém životě i do budoucna hodnotím jako vysoce pozitivní. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zodpovězení významných otázek, zejména to, zda je kryptoměna měnou, zda je v současné době legálním platidlem či zda lze danit zisk z kryptoměn v ČR? V souvislosti s výše uvedeným je tak diplomová práce členěna do čtyř kapitol, když v úvod je věnován interpretaci základních pojmů, stručnému historickém exkurzu v oblasti měn v obecné rovině, taktéž jsou vysvětleny pojmy směnného obchodu či platidel. Následuje podkapitola zabývající se zlatým standardem a zodpovězení několika otázek ve vztahu ke zlatu, jakožto měně, jež si uchovává svou hodnotu již několik staletí. Za zmínku rovněž stojí moderní pojetí z pohledu Evropského měnového systému, respektive vliv a význam Evropské centrální banky. Následně se diplomová práce zabývá zevrubným pojetím tématu kryptoměn se zaměřením na vysvětlení základních pojmů, jejich vznik a vývoj a popis technologických základů tak, aby tyto pochopil i čtenář, jenž je laikem z hlediska této problematiky. Nelze nezmínit i analýzu a jednotlivé detaily a následné rozdíly mezi určitými konkrétními zástupci kryptoměn. Taktéž čtenáři přiblížím mé osobní zkušenosti s kryptoměnami, které mi navíc pomohly zodpovědět některé klíčové otázky a současně významným způsobem dopomohly ke zpracování této diplomové práce. Třetí část diplomové práce reflektuje na různorodost a komparaci legislativy dvou největších producentů kryptoměn, jakož i na postoj Evropské unie a České republiky v totožné problematice. Zodpovězeny jsou i zásadní otázky ve smyslu vnímání kryptoměn českou legislativou a zda kryptoměny lze v České republice považovat za legální měnu. Závěrem je zohledněno zdanění zisku z kryptoměn v rámci České republiky, kdy dle dostupných informací investovalo do kryptoměn již 9 % Čechů. Tyto i další zajímavé informace vyplývají ostatně z výzkumu agentur STEM/MARK probíhajícího v únoru a březnu roku 2022. Z výzkumu mimo jiné vyplývá, že investici do kryptoměn již učinila nebo o ní přemýšlí více než třetina mladých lidí do 29 let, přičemž je třeba konstatovat, že zájem o investice trvá i přes zvyšující se inflaci. Vyjma výše uvedeného má diplomová práce pomoci s orientací širší, zejména laické veřejnosti, ale i odborníkům, a to z hlediska současné legislativy kryptoměn v České republice, a současně má poukázat na její potenciální vývoj nejen u nás, ale i v zahraničí. Obhájeno I chose the topic of this thesis for several reasons. One of the main reasons was the fact that I am a dispositor and investor of many types of cryptocurrencies. This is literally my lifestyle as I use these on a daily basis, especially for payments and savings. For this reason, I follow their price development, while at the same time it is very beneficial to seek out new information and technologies that are relevant to the topic. A not insignificant motive was also my interest in relation to the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, or individual partial differences in the concept of this issue. At the same time, I was interested in how and in what form the profits from mining and trading in cryptocurrencies are taxed, as I started to deal with cryptocurrencies in 2009, with the fact that at the very beginning it was a form of hobby, and this hobby gradually turned into a lifestyle, as I currently have a considerable portfolio containing 22 cryptocurrencies, which make up a significant part of my savings. It is an exaggeration to say that after completing this thesis, I know how to effectively optimize the profits from my cryptocurrency portfolio. The fact that I can use this knowledge in my life and in the future I rate as highly positive. The thesis aims to answer important questions, in particular whether cryptocurrency is a currency, whether it is currently legal tender or whether cryptocurrency profits can be taxed in the Czech Republic? In the context of the above, the thesis is thus divided into four chapters, where the introduction is devoted to the interpretation of basic concepts, a brief historical excursion in the field of currencies in general, and the concepts of barter or payments are also explained. This is followed by a subsection dealing with the gold standard and answering several questions in relation to gold as a currency that has retained its value for several centuries. It is also worth mentioning the modern concept from the perspective of the European Monetary System, or the influence and importance of the European Central Bank. Subsequently, the dissertation deals with a thorough treatment of the topic of cryptocurrencies, focusing on the explanation of the basic concepts, their origin and development, and a description of the technological foundations so that these can be understood even by the reader who is a layman in terms of this issue. The analysis and individual details and subsequent differences between certain specific representatives of cryptocurrencies cannot be omitted. I will also bring the reader closer to my personal experience with cryptocurrencies, which additionally helped me to answer some key questions and at the same time contributed significantly to the development of this thesis. The third part of the thesis reflects on the diversity and comparison of the legislation of the two largest producers of cryptocurrencies, as well as the position of the European Union and the Czech Republic on the identical issue. It also answers fundamental questions in terms of the perception of cryptocurrencies by the Czech legislation and whether cryptocurrencies can be considered a legal currency in the Czech Republic. Finally, the taxation of profits from cryptocurrencies in the Czech Republic is taken into account, where, according to available information, 9% of Czechs have already invested in cryptocurrencies. This and other interesting information is based on the STEM/MARK survey carried out in February and March 2022, which shows, among other things, that more than a third of young people under 29 have already invested in cryptocurrencies or are thinking about it, and it should be noted that the interest in investing continues despite rising inflation. Apart from the above, the thesis is intended to help orient the broader public, especially the general public, but also experts, in terms of the current cryptocurrency

Diplomová práce je konceptem pro řešení hledání způsobu, jak předat pocit z domova skrze místní krajinu a skrze dílo básníka a spisovatele Antonína Sovy. Výstupy mají popularizační charakter zacílený na širokou veřejnost, především na obyvatele města Pacov a jeho okolí. Video se skládá z informativní části o životě autora zpracovávané poezie, z mých vlastních video-záznamů krajiny, na pozadí zhudebněné básně Pastorale, od kapely Zrní. Mimo video práce obsahuje průvodce po městě ve vztahu k básníkovi, sérii pohlednic s jeho poezií a prezentační plakát celého projektu. Práce se skládá z dobových i současných obrazových vstupů. Vizuální podoba vychází ze stylizace topografické značky "místo rozhledu". Obhájeno The thesis is a concept for a solution to the search for a way, to convey a sense of home through the local landscape and through the work of the poet and writer Antonín Sova. The outputs have a popularizing character aimed at the general public, especially the inhabitants of Pacov and its surroundings. The video consists of an informative part about the life of the author of the poetry being processed, my own video-recordings of the landscape, against the background of the poem Pastorale by the band Zrní. Apart from the video work, it includes a guide to the city in relation to the poet, a series of postcards with his poetry and a presentation poster of the whole project. The work consists of period and contemporary visual input. The visual form is based on the stylisation of the topographical marker "a place of vantage".

Výsledkem mé magisterské práce je autorská kniha s názvem MADE IN SUŠICE, která by měla čtenáře inspirovat nejen svým obsahem, ale i svou vizuální formou. Současně humanisticky aktualizuje předmět denní potřeby - zápalkové nálepky. Chtěla jsem ukázat, že i odbornější publikace historického rázu může plnit svůj účel a zároveň může být i zábavná. Doufám, že kniha čtenáře zaujme, pobaví a povzbudí k filumenistice nebo alespoň k objevování československého průmyslu a designu. Obhájeno The result of my master's project is an author's book MADE IN SUŠICE, which should inspire readers not only with its content, but also with its visual form. At the same time, it humanistically updates an object of daily need - match stickers. I wanted to show that even a more professional historical publication can fulfill its purpose and at the same time be entertaining. I hope that the book will interest, entertain and encourage the reader to philumenistics or at least to discover Czechoslovak industry and design.

Vytvořila jsem autorskou knihu, neboli ilustrovaného průvodce architektonickými slohy 20. století. Kniha se jmenuje .ismy. Název je odvozen od koncovek názvů stylů jako konstruktivismus, brutalismus. Kniha obsahuje 8 kapitol o jednotlivých architektonických stylech moderního umění. Stručně provádí čtenáře jednotlivými slohy, které jsou doplněny autorskými ilustracemi. Ilustrace jsou vytvořeny vektorovou grafikou a zaměřují se na stavby stavěny v daném slohu. Při tvorbě ilustrací jsem se zaměřila na zdokonalení stylizace. Práce mě měla poučit o 20. století pro nadcházející ústní zkoušku a zároveň posloužit ostatním lidem jako zdroj vědomostí. Obhájeno I created an author's book, or an illustrated guide to 20th century architectural styles. The book is called .ismy. The title is derived from the endings of the names of styles such as constructivismus, brutalismus. The book contains 8 chapters on different architectural styles of modern architecture. It briefly guides the reader through each style, which are accompanied by the author's illustrations. The illustrations are created using vector graphics and focus on buildings constructed in each styles. When creating the illustrations, I focused on perfecting the stylization. The work was meant to educate me about the 20th century for an upcoming oral exam and also serve as a source of knowledge for other people.

Tématem mé diplomové práce je vizuální identita zámku Zbiroh. Cílem práce je vytvořit moderní jednotný vizuální styl, který bude zároveň respektovat historické hodnoty zámku Zbiroh a pomůže posílit jeho image kulturní památky. Výsledkem mé práce je grafický manuál, který slouží jako detailní průvodce vizuální identitou. Obhájeno The topic of my diploma thesis is the visual identity of Castle Zbiroh. The aim of the thesis is to create a modern and consistent visual style that respects its historical values and helps to enhance its image as a cultural monument. The outcome of my work is a graphic manual that serves as a detailed guide to the visual identity.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vizuální stránkou a propagací malého hudebního festivalu s názvem Vápenný Podol Fest. Festival se koná ve stejnojmenné obci Vápenný Podol v pardubickém kraji nedaleko Chrudimi. Jeho pořadatelem je člen hudební skupiny Vypsaná Fixa. Cílem práce je vytvoření jednotného vizuálního stylu pro tuto událost. V práci se zabývám celkovým grafickým charakterem, jako je barevnost, ilustrace, písmo, ale i propojením dané atmosféry z festivalu se vzhledem. K tomu patří i zakomponování místní historie do vizuálního řešení. Obhájeno In this bachelor's thesis, I deal with the visual side and promotion of a small music festival called Vápenný Podol Fest. The festival is located in the village of the same name, Vápenný Podol, in the Pardubice Region, near Chrudim. The organizer is a member of the music group Vypsaná Fixa. The goal of the work is to create a unified visual style for this event. In my work, I focus on the overall graphic character, such as colors, illustrations, font, but also on the connection of the given atmosphere from the festival with the appearance. To this I also add the incorporation of local history into the visual solution.

Tato práce se zabývá situací notářství v letech 1918 - 1938, s důrazem na oblast hlavního města Prahy. Zahrnuje tradiční agendu a pojetí notářství ve stručném historickém vývoji, vývoj jednotlivých právních úprav v letech 1850 - 1938, organizaci, vybranou agendu notářské činnosti, působení notářských komor a spolků, činnost a názory dobových představitelů a krátkosti i vzpomínky a zkušenosti vybraných notářů úřadujících v Praze. Obhájeno This thesis deals with the situation of notaries in the years 1918 - 1938, with an emphasis on the area of the capital city of Prague. It includes the traditional agenda and the concept of notary in a brief historical development, the development of individual legal regulations in the years 1850 - 1938, the organization, the selected agenda of notary activity, the operation of notary chambers and associations, the activities and opinions of contemporary representatives and brief memories and experiences of selected notaries in office in Prague .
