A lexicographical project, whose aim is to digitize and align two Czech onomasiological dictionaries (Haller 1969–77; Klégr 2007) in order to create an integrated digital multi-purpose lexico-semantic database of Czech.

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na digitalizaci a její využití ve stavební společnosti v DIVIZI 1. První část charakterizuje klíčové pojmy a definice nutné k porozumění dané oblasti, na základě odborné literatury. Druhá část popisuje Enterprise Architekturu. Třetí část charakterizuje vybranou stavební společnost. V rámci praktické části práce jsou identifikovány problémy, se kterými se vybraná společnost potýká. Dále je vybrán konkrétní problém, který autorka v práci řeší, a jehož současný stav znázorňuje model EA. Dále je navržena příležitost pro digitalizaci, pomocí které by společnost zefektivnila a optimalizovala fungování řešených oblastí a vyřešila tak hlavní problém, A na závěr, na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena doporučení k realizaci. Obhájeno The Diploma thesis focuses on digitalization and its use in a construction company in DIVISION 1. The first part characterizes the key concepts and definitions necessary to understand the field, based on the professional literature. The second part describes the Enterprise Architecture. The third part characterizes a selected construction company. The practical part of the thesis identifies the problems faced by the selected company. Furthermore, a specific problem is selected that the author solves in the thesis and whose current state is illustrated by the EA model. Next, an opportunity for digitalization is proposed, through which the company would streamline and optimize the functioning of the addressed areas, thus solving the main problem, And finally, based on the identified information, recommendations for implementation are proposed.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na formulaci podstatných znaků koncepce Průmysl 4.0 - Společnost 4.0 v logistice a zasílatelství, a také na výzkum společnosti DB Schenker se sídlem v Essenu, která je globálním aktérem na logistickém a zasílatelském trhu, v souvislosti s koncepcí Průmysl 4.0 - Společnost 4.0. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cíle práce se soustřeďují na charakteristiku a rozbor současného stavu koncepce Průmysl 4.0 - Společnost 4.0, včetně představení současných trendů dané koncepce aplikovaných v logistice a zasílatelství. Pozornost je věnována zmapování aplikace a zhodnocení dopadů implementace koncepce ve společnosti DB Schenker. K určení doporučení a opatření došlo za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a nestrukturovaného pozorování. Obhájeno The diploma thesis focuses on the formulation of the essential features of the concept Industry 4.0 - Society 4.0 in logistics and freight forwarding, as well as research DB Schenker based in Essen, which is a global agent in the logistics and freight forwarding market, in relation to the concept Industry 4.0 - Society 4.0. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The objectives of the paper focus on the characteristics and analysis of the current state of the concept Industry 4.0 - Society 4.0, including the presentation of current trends in the concept applied in logistics and freight forwarding. Attention is paid to mapping of the application and evaluating the impacts of the implementation of the concept within the company DB Schenker. Recommendations and measures were identified with the help of qualitative research, namely in-depth semi-structured interviews, and unstructured observation.

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem digitalizace v oblasti účetnictví. Práce obsahuje mimo vymezení pojmu digitalizace také shrnutí vývoje účetnictví a účetních metod a dále představení současných trendů a možností digitalizace v oblasti účetnictví. Předmětem praktické části práce bylo provedení výzkumu digitalizace v účetní praxi, který prověřuje, na kolik jsou skutečně v současné době digitální metody v účetnictví využívány a jaký postoj k digitalizaci účetní zaujímají. Dále je v práci představen konkrétní projekt digitalizace, na jehož příkladu je popsán možný postup implementace některých digitálních metod v účetní praxi. Obhájeno The master's thesis deals with the topic of digitalization in accounting. The thesis contains definition of the concept of digitalization, description of the development of accounting and accounting methods and also presentation of current trends and possibilities of digitalization in the field of accounting. The subject of the practical part of the thesis was to conduct research on digitalization in accounting practice, which examines to what extent digital methods are actually used in accounting and what attitude accountants have towards digitalization. Furthermore, the thesis contains description of a specific digitisation project, which is used as an example to present the possible implementation procedures of some digital methods in accounting.

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a hodnocení trendů a dopadů koncepce Průmysl 4.0, analýzu připravenosti konkrétního podniku a navržení doporučení pro úspěšnou implementaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je provedena deskripce vývoje průmyslu od jeho počátku po čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci. Teoretická část dále obsahuje příklady dobré praxe podniků působících na českém trhu, které stály při vzniku koncepce Průmysl 4.0. V praktické části je analyzován a hodnocen interní projekt migrace výroby na Průmysl 4.0, který je v době vzniku diplomové práce před fází schvalování. Poslední kapitola se zabývá ověřením pracovní hypotézy prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí odpovědí získaných z dotazníkového šetření byl sestaven přehled očekávání manažerů, co s sebou implementace projektu migrace na Průmysl 4.0 přinese v praxi. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z obou částí. Obhájeno The thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of trends and impacts of the Industry 4.0 concept, analysis of the readiness of a selected company and giving recommendations for their succesful implementation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the development of industry from the beginning to the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical part also contains examples of good practice of companies operating in the Czech market, which were working on the concept at the beginning of Industry 4.0. The practical part analyzes and evaluates the internal project of production migration to Industry 4.0, which is at the time of the creation of the thesis before the approval phase. The last chapter deals with the verification of the working hypothesis through a questionnaire survey. Using the answers obtained from the questionnaire survey, an overview of managers' expectations was compiled, what the implementation of the migration project to Industry 4.0 will bring in practice. Findings from both parts are summarized in the conclusion.

Práce pojednává o využívání prvků digitalizace a smart technologií na Železnorudsku. Železnorudsko je příhraničním regionem v okolí Železné Rudy a Nýrska, kam patří mimo jiné ještě obce Čachrov, Dešenice, Chudenín, Hamry a Prášily. V první části se práce zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení různých podob digitalizace, smart technologií a také na teoretické ukotvení a charakteristiku periferních regionů. Potom následují vybrané geografické charakteristiky zkoumaného území, jenž nastiňují problémy, které region trápí, ale i příležitosti, které před sebou region má. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na zmapování prvků digitalizace na území vymezeného regionu a také na vytvoření přehledu smart technologií a smart postupů, které jsou aplikovány v tamních obcích. Následuje posouzení vlivu digitalizace a smart technologií na rozvoj obcí v posledních deseti letech, které se opírá především o názory zástupců místních samospráv. Na základě doposud využívaných smart technologií a problémů trápících Železnorudsko, je v závěru práce navrženo šest projektů smart povahy, které mají za cíl zvýšit potenciál jednotlivých obcí i regionu jako celku, a navíc usnadnit život místním obyvatelům. Obhájeno The thesis focuses on the use of digitalisation and smart technologies in the Železná Ruda region. Železná Ruda is a border region in the vicinity of Železná Ruda and Nýrsko, which includes, among others, the municipalities of Čachrov, Dešenice, Chudenín, Hamry and Prášily. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of various forms of digitalization, smart technologies and also on the theoretical anchoring and characteristics of peripheral regions. This is followed by selected geographic characteristics of the study area, which outline the problems that are affecting the region, but also the opportunities that the region has in the future. The practical part of the thesis focuses on mapping the elements of digitalization in the territory of the defined region and also on creating an overview of smart technologies and smart practices that are applied in the local municipalities. This is followed by an assessment of the impact of digitalisation and smart technologies on the development of municipalities over the last ten years, based primarily on the opinions of local government representatives. Building on the smart technologies used so far and the problems afflicting the Železná Ruda region, the paper concludes by proposing six smart projects that aim to increase the potential of individual municipalities and the region as a whole, and in addition to make life easier for residents.

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji v čase od roku 2004 v zemědělském sektoru na území okresu Plzeň-sever v návaznosti na některé souvislosti, a to na fyzicko-geografické a socio-ekonomické předpoklady, evropské dotace a krátkodobé ekonomické šoky. Ekonomický vývoj byl nastíněn jak v teoretické, tak praktické části. Empirická část porovnává data v jednotlivých letech na různých regionálních úrovních (Česko, Plzeňský kraj, okres Plzeň-sever) za pomocí indikátorů jako např. HDP/ob., nezaměstnanost, podíl zemědělské půdy, vývoj počtu ekonomických subjektů apod. Dále je analyzována výše dotací pro okres v roce 2020 za pomoci dat Státního zemědělského intervenčního fondu. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření určené zemědělským podnikům, kvalitativní informace doplňují vznesené předpoklady. Dle teoretických a empirických poznatků je souzeno, že ekonomické recese nemají na zemědělský sektor tak výrazný vliv. V zemědělství je mnohem důležitějším faktorem např. meteorologická situace v daném roce. Proto je důležité, aby EU kladla stále větší důraz na agroenvironmentálně klimatická opatření. Obhájeno This bachelor thesis deals with the development since 2004 in the agricultural sector in the district of Pilsen-North in relation to some contexts. This concerns physical-geographical and socio-economic conditions, European subsidies and short-term economic shocks. Economic development was outlined in both the theoretical and practical part. The empirical part compares data in individual years at different regional levels (Czechia, Pilsen Region, Pilsen-North District) using indicators such as GDP / capita, unemployment, share of agricultural land, development of the number of economic entities, etc. The amount of subsidies is further analysed for the district in 2020 having used data of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. A questionnaire survey for agricultural enterprises is also included, and qualitative information is supplemented by the assumptions made. According to theoretical and empirical findings, it is believed that economic recessions do not have such a significant impact on the agricultural sector. In agriculture, for example, the meteorological situation in a given year is a much more important factor. That is why it is important for the EU to place increasing emphasis on agri-environmental climate measures.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem Průmysl 4.0 a jeho vlivy na zaměstnanost v konkrétním podniku, který se snaží tento koncept implementovat. Pomocí metody kvalitativního výzkumu je zde zkoumáno, jak se podnik postavil k otázce zaměstnanosti v souvislosti s nastupující průmyslovou revolucí. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy bezprostředně související s Průmyslem 4.0, jeho historií a technologiemi. Dále jsou zde definovány základní pojmy v otázce lidských zdrojů a následně zhodnoceny dopady nastupující průmyslové revoluce na zaměstnanost. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat vybraný podnik z hlediska implementace jednotlivých segmentů Průmyslu 4.0 a jejich vlivu na zaměstnanost lidí ve firmě. Ve druhé části práce jsou tak pomocí metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů sesbírána data a na základě jejich vyhodnocení vytvořen návrh opatření, který by mohla firma aplikovat v budoucnu. Obhájeno This bachelor thesis deals with the concept of Industry 4.0 and its effects on employment in a specific company that is trying to implement this concept. Using a qualitative research method, it examines how the enterprise has approached the issue of employment in the context of the emerging industrial revolution. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts directly related to Industry 4.0, its history and technologies. It also defines the basic concepts of human resources and then assesses the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on employment. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the selected company in terms of the implementation of the different segments of Industry 4.0 and their impact on the employment of people in the company. Therefore, in the second part of the thesis, data are collected using the method of semi-structured interviews and based on their evaluation, a proposal of measures that the company could apply in the future is made.

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí a její vlivem na zaměstnanost. Průmysl historicky zaujímal a stále zaujímá podstatnou roli v národním hospodářství České republiky a s příchodem Průmyslu 4.0 vzešlo spoustu otázek a nejasností v kontextu budoucího vývoje zaměstnanosti. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zdali a jak ovlivňuje Průmysl 4.0 zaměstnanost ve dvou konkrétních podnicích na území České republiky. Výzkum probíhal pomocí analýzy dokumentů a textů dvou společností a pomocí strukturovaného a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Na základě získaných informací od podniků bylo vytvořeno doporučení jednomu z nich v podobě pěti etapizovaných krocích, které by mělo podniku pomoci při adaptaci na podmínky Průmysl 4.0. Důležitým zjištěním práce je fakt, že trend nezaměstnanosti je dlouhodobě klesající i přes stále aktivnější zapojování podniků do konceptu Průmysl 4.0. Toto tvrzení podporuje i příklad z praxe uvedený ve strukturovaném rozhovoru s jednou ze společností, kde bylo konstatováno, že zaměstnanci nahrazeny inovativními technologiemi nebyli propuštěni nýbrž přesunuti na jiné pracovní pozice v rámci podniku. Obhájeno The presented bachelor thesis deals with the fourth industrial revolution and its impact on employment. Industry has historically played and still plays a significant role in the national economy of the Czech Republic, and with the advent of Industry 4.0, many questions and ambiguities arose in the context of future employment developments. The aim of the work was to find out whether and how Industry 4.0 affects employment in two specific companies in the Czech Republic. The research was conducted through the analysis of documents and texts of two companies and through structured and semi-structured interview. Based on the information obtained from the companies, a recommendation was made to one of them in the form of five phased steps, which should help the company to adapt to the conditions of Industry 4.0. An important finding of the work is the fact that the trend of unemployment has been declining for a long time, despite the increasingly active involvement of companies in the conception of Industry 4.0. This statement is also supported by a practical example given in a structured interview with one of the companies, where it was stated that employees replaced by innovative technologies were not laid off but transferred to other jobs within the company.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma digitalizace a její vývoj v oblasti účetnictví. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy využívaných technologií v oblasti oběhu účetních dokladů navrhnout optimalizaci dílčích firemních procesů a zhodnotit její přínos. V teoretické části se autor zabývá charakteristikou pojmu digitalizace a jejím vývojem v Evropě a České republice. Dále jsou uvedeny legislativní požadavky na účetní a daňové doklady. Popsány jsou také druhy technologií a prostředků, které se aktuálně při jejich oběhu využívají. V praktické části je provedena analýza oběhu dokladů ve vybraném podniku, návrh na optimalizaci a její zhodnocení. Na závěr jsou uvedeny trendy, které se postupně dostávají do povědomí v rámci vývoje moderních technologií v účetnictví. Obhájeno The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of digitalization and its development in the field of accounting. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the technologies used in the field of accounting document circulation, to propose the optimisation of partial company processes and to evaluate its benefits. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the characteristics of the concept of digitalization and its development in Europe and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the legislative requirements for accounting and tax documents are presented. The types of technologies and means currently used in their circulation are also described. In the practical part, an analysis of the circulation of documents in a selected company, a proposal for optimization and its evaluation is made. Finally, the trends that are gradually coming into awareness in the development of modern technologies in accounting are presented.
