This study examines how virtual reality images are used in contemporary theatre. Modern technologies get into various areas of life including the theatrical environment. Therefore, the study of the role of virtual reality in contemporary theatre is crucial for the qualitative understanding of the tendencies in development of the contemporary theatre scene in the context of the development of contemporary art. This determines the relevance of this study and subsequent academic research in this field as well. The purpose of this study is to assess the degree of influence of modern technologies on creating virtual reality in the development of theatrical art. The leading approach for this study is a combination of a systematic study of the main trends in the creation of virtual reality within the framework of the development of modern technologies and the logical construction of conclusions retrieved from the results of this study. The main results obtained in this study are supposed to be the identification of the main areas for creating virtual reality in the activities of contemporary theatres and changes in the work of theatre groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prospects for subsequent academic research in this field are determined by the increasing usage of modern technologies for creating virtual reality within the framework of the modern development of theatrical culture and the need for a deep study of this factor as the one that defines the prospects for the technological development of the contemporary theatre scene. The practical significance of this study lies in the possibility of using its results obtained to assess the role and place of modern technologies for creating virtual reality in contemporary theatre.

This study aims to identify the main risk and protective factors in relation to COVID-19 and personal wellbeing. Besides racial and ethnic disparities relating to COVID-19, we are interested to see if different work conditions and professions, family status and relations, experience with COVID-19 among other factors affect people's wellbeing during the last year (09.2021-until data collection) of COVID-19. The chosen time period is since September 2021, especially that since that time, schools were reopened and most workplaces went back to in person. Studies covering the negative effects of COVID-19 have identifying factors that affected people's wellbeing. This study aims to examine if these factors are still persistent, especially that most schools and workplaces are going back to in persons. The implications of this study will guide interventions to facilitate a more positive "new normal" times as COVID-19 still persists.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has seen unprecedented state border closures and a proliferation of novel restrictions on human mobility both within and between states. This article examines the human rights implications for refugees and asylum seekers of one COVID-19 response measure within and beyond Australia: namely, the adoption of COVID-19 vaccination passport systems. We argue that the use of COVID-19 passport systems in 2021 intensified and entrenched the growing inequalities between states and people in the vaccine-rich Global North and vaccine-deprived Global South as well as between citizens and non-citizens within particular states. Using the concepts of ‘mobility injustice’ and ‘immunoprivilege’, we explore how COVID-19 passport systems created particular additional barriers for refugees to access asylum, to exercise their right to mobility and to realise their right to health. We thus call for ongoing vigilance against the potential for COVID-19 passport systems to be redeployed in future times of global pandemics or emergencies to the detriment of refugees, asylum seekers and undocumented people, both in Australia and globally, even while being touted as a means of protecting populations, opening international travel and granting greater freedoms.

This research traces the reasons of the ineffectiveness of activation by highlighting the perception of the beneficiaries of the ALMPs. This article builds on the fieldwork implemented in a member state (Spain) and candidate country (Turkey) of the EU through 78 semi-structured individual interviews with the participants of vocational trainings for unemployed people. Results show that the beneficiaries in both countries are aware of the fact that the activation process does not provide a solution for their socio-economic problems and they desire a decent job, rather than training.
