У артыкуле прыведзены высновы даследавання асаблівасцей развіцця мікра- і малых прадпрыемстваў (МП) у краінах ЕС і Беларусі за 2005 – 2020 гг. Дынаміка асноўных паказчыкаў дзейнасці МП прыведзена ў кантэксце аналізу ўмоў вядзення бізнэсу ў гэтых краінах. Прадстаўлена група мер дзяржаўнага рэгулявання МП з пазіцыі іх узаемасувязі з асноўнымі напрамкамі ўдзелу МП у вырашэнні рэгіянальных эканамічных задач. Па даных анкетавання кіраўнікоў МП аўтарам выдзелены праблемы дзейнасці МП. Прапанавана методыка разліку інтэнсіўнасці развіцця МП і ацэнкі яго ўплыву на рост эканомікі з пазіцыі ствараемага прадукта для ўдакладнення існуючага метадычнага інструментарыя прагназавання развіцця МП. Даследаванне накіравана на выкарыстанне ў большай меры патэнцыялу МП Беларусі. = The article presents the conclusions of the research of the micro and small enterprises (MSE) development in EU and Belarus for 2005–2020. The dynamics of the main MSE indicators are given in the context of the business conditions. The grouping of MSE regulation measures from the standpoint of their interconnection with the main areas of MSE participation in solving regional economic problems is presented. According to the survey of MSE heads, the author highlighted the problems of MSE. The method calculation of the economic development MSE and assessment of its influence on the economic growth from the position of the created product is proposed to clarify the existing methodological tools for forecasting the development MSE. Straipsnis skirtas astrologijos sklaidai tarp aukštesniųjų LDK gyventojų sluoksnių atskleisti. Pagrindiniai tyrimo šaltiniai buvo prognozės (ateities spėjimai), prisiminimai, dienoraščiai, astrologijos knygos (daugiausia knygų registrai), literatūra ir kt. Bajorija savo bibliotekose turėjo astrologinės literatūros. Ateities prognozės atspindi kontaktus tarp astrologų ir jų klientų. Kai kurios ateities prognozės sudarytos žymiems LDK asmenims. Kartais astrologinės informacijos randama dienoraščiuose. Bajorija domėjosi astrologija dėl ateities spėjimų ir horoskopų išaiškinimų. Įvairūs faktai liudija, kad astrologija nebuvo draudžiama LDK. Ji buvo ganėtinai populiari LDK kultūrinio ir mokslinio gyvenimo dalis. Reikšminiai žodžiai: astrologija, LDK, bajorija. The article is devoted to dissemination of astrology between the representatives of upper strata in the GDL. The main sources of the research are prognostics, memories and diaries, astrological books (mostly from the register of books), literature etc. The nobility possessed astrological literature in their libraries. Contacts between astrologers and their clients are represented in prognostics, some of which were dedicated to famous people from the GDL. Sometimes diaries contained astrological information. The nobility was interested in astrology for prognoses and for explanations of horoscopes. Different facts illustrated that, rather than being forbidden, astrology was rather popular and belonged to the cultural and scientific life of the GDL. Keywords: astrology, the GDL, the nobility.

This article discusses the design and development of a new system for the forest fire hazard level determining, which uses aerospace survey data to assess the vegetation state. The analysis of existing methods for determining fire hazard level in forests, including those using remote sensing data, was carried out. The main principles of building such a system using satellite images for Belarus have been discussed. The designed system results and the differences with the current methodology are demonstrated.

В статье описаны статистические данные о численности греков в ХХ — начале ХХІ вв., рассказывается о формировании организационной структуры греческой диаспоры, раскрывается культурная и образовательная активность диаспоры на примере межкультурного опыта.

The two dimensional cellular automaton and a reasonable simplifications for the shallow water (Saint Venant) differential equations based model, for the computational simulation of rain surface runoff is proposed. The adequacy analysis of the calculations performed in their practical application is presented.
