Cet ouvrage, qui résulte d’une étude dans le secteur de la grande distribution, nous invite à faire un pas de côté pour aller voir comment la question du temps de travail se pose dans un pays voisin, la Suisse, proche géographiquement, mais pourtant éloignée par les modes d’organisation et de fonctionnement du monde du travail. Ainsi, « la législation sur le travail se contente de poser des limites maximales fixées entre 45 et 50 heures, la durée collective est plutôt fixée au niveau des relations collectives de travail » (p. 16).

Master Math4Phy; Master; These lectures notes were written for students of the first year of the international Master ‘Maths for Physics’ at the University of Burgundy in 2021, as a part of the course called ‘Numerical Methods’. It was designed for a total of 22 hours of classes. The main objective of this course is to provide a first insight into numerical methods to solve mathematical problems inspired from physics and engineering. It focuses both on the mathematical fundations and justifications of numerical methods and on practical aspects related to their implementation.
