Islamic thinkers and philosophers, emphasize the pivotal role of teachers as the most important factor in realization of success or failure of an Islamic education system. Therefore, any attempt to explore the dynamic and complex nature of teachers’ qualifications would be considered critical. This paper is an attempt to introduce a descriptive model for “Quality criteria” of Muslim teachers reflected in the rich hadith and Islamic educational archaic manuscripts. To this end, adopting a qualitative meta-synthesis approach, all possible dimensions of teachers’ quality criteria were explored. For the application of metasynthesis, grounded coding and thematic analysis were carried out by the two researchers. The output of meta-synthesis resulted in emergence of overall 2313 grounded codes derived from 30 hadith and Fiqh resource books (including verses, narrations and scholar opinions and verdicts). Based on the results, an integrated model of teacher's qualities (named as Al-Mofid Model) in the four major areas of Teacher's etiquette in: knowledge (Al-elm); Instruction (Ta’lim); Pupil (Mota’lem); and Self (Nafs) is presented. The findings indicate that the proposed model, which is the first in kind, provides a comprehensive synthesis of Muslim teachers’ qualities at the extent of Islamic education system, and provides considerable implications for enhancement of teachers’ professional development based on the insights derived from Islamic traditions and values.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the benefits and limitations of digitization of cultural heritage objects in the context of cultural heritage (Libraries, archives, and museums) and to increase the focus and attention to the digitization of cultural heritage objects that are at risk. Methodology: This study has been done by a systematic review of resources in the Scopus database. The retrieved resources are then analyzed and visualized by Excel and VOSviewer software. Findings: Digitization of cultural heritage objects affects the way of access, protection, and management of cultural heritage and has led to the democratization of content, increased global access, and preservation of cultural heritage objects. Digitization will stimulate the integration of libraries, archives, and museums in the context of cultural heritage due to the numerous overlaps in terms of public functions. Digitization of cultural heritage objects also has challenges such as financial issues, lack of expertise skills, legal restrictions on intellectual property, technology obsolescence, the digital divide in societies, the risk of distortion and alteration of information and metadata in the web environment, and finally, the user perceives the sensation of a digitized object relative to its physical version. Conclusion: Digitization of cultural heritage objects by advanced technologies, in addition to paving the way for the integration of libraries, archives, and museums, has created a new renaissance for cultural heritage objects in the context of cultural heritage. The role of digitization of cultural heritage objects in libraries, archives, and museums is significant, especially during the Covid 19 Pandemic, for remote access and greater audience access to cultural centers. However, it is important to note that our approach to digitalization should be modular, extensible, and flexible to be effective in sustainable protection. Let us also keep in mind that the digitization of cultural heritage objects, with all its benefits, will never replace physical experiences, but will complement and accompany natural cultural objects in the context of cultural heritage. Value: This study, for the first time, analyzes the benefits and limitations of digitization of cultural heritage objects in the context of cultural heritage and can be useful for decision-makers and policymakers in the field of cultural heritage.

Purpose: This research investigated the overlap between bibliographical records in the manuscripts database of Abdulazim library with Iran Marc standard. Methodology: The methodology of this research is the descriptive- survey method, and used a combination method of study and review literature. For the research aim, is chosen 100 title manuscripts that were the same in the manuscripts database of Abdulazim library and the manuscripts database of the national library of Iran. For data gathering used checklist. Cheklist had 2 sections including bibliographical features and manuscript features. Data was collected by direct observation method, then these were surveyed and compared. Findings: Findings showed, the manuscripts database of Abdulazim library didn’t consider some manuscript features such as leaf size, donated notes, consideration, and adornments, and this is a weak point for the Abdulazim library. In comparison this database described bibliographical features thoroughly. Most overlap between Abdulazim database and, IRANMARC fields assigned adornment of manuscripts, consideration, cover size, type of cover, number of leaves, donate note, type of chirography, the place that book was written, scribe, annotation, adornment of cover, complete/ incomplete, possession and etc. Most overlap between libraries in the description of bibliographical features assigned original title, subject, date of writing, language, number of manuscripts, introduce of the manuscript. Conclusion: The results indicate that the Abdulazim library database has performed well in describing the bibliography section and has been able to complete the main fields related to the author, main title, etc., By the standard rules of the Iranian brand. The description of the bibliographic characteristics of the manuscripts has performed poorly, and only one field is used to mention the appearance characteristics of the manuscripts. Value: The present study is the first to identify the differences in the description and cataloging of the manuscripts of the Astan library of Hazrat Abdul Azim with the standard cataloging rules of the Iranian MARC (manuscript).

Purpose: The aim of the research is to compare the performance of Information Retrieval of semantic and keyword search engines based on phrase search (simple & complex). Methodology: The present applied and semi-experimental research community includes all active search engines on the web. Research samples were selected based on stratified random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection tool of two researcher-made checklists includes ten simple and complex phrase queries. Findings: Bing and Cluuz (with similar precision of 53%), DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo were the most accurate in searching for simple phrases, respectively. Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, and Cluuz were the most accurate in their search for complex terms, respectively. In general, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Cluuz and Yahoo have the highest precision, respectively. Also, the average total precision of keyword search engines is more heightened than semantic search engines. Conclusion: The Bing keyword search engine performs better than the other three semantic search engines and other keywords. Semantic search engines claim to have more capabilities in retrieving relevant information than keyword search engines. But in this study, it was found that Cluuz and DuckDuckGo do not excel in search terms over keyword search engines. These tools did not perform as well as semantic web search engines, and it seems that they have a long way to go to become real semantic search engines. And to achieve this, it is necessary to use the facilities, tools, modules, and emerging technologies of the new age, such as machine learning, deep learning, combining these modules with pervasive techniques, data mining, etc. Value: So far, not been compared the phrase search performance in the sample semantic and keyword search engines. And in this regard, the researcher has tried to achieve an actual result with an exact Survey.

Purpose: The study׳s aim is to determine the concepts, methods, and applications of overlap and to describe the differences between the domestic and international studies. Methodology: The documentary method is used in this study to analyze the concepts of overlap and the differences between the domestic and international studies through a literature review. Findings: In the overlap area, title overlap, information resources overlap, and topic overlap, have been reported in measuring the databases overlap. A literature review showed that overlap studies had been carried out for one of the following objectives: Overlap theoretical development, explanation of statistical and sampling methods, comparison of the indexing policy of secondary resources, selection of appropriate databases, determination of proper Web search engine, the establishment of interlibrary cooperation, and drawing the relationships among the sciences. It is recommended to use statistical methods to provide the right and enough information for studies. Finally, one may say that the advent of some terms such as journal overlap, journal article overlaps, and topic overlap is due to the researchers' different views. Thus, the topic overlap is used to investigate the indexing policy of the databases and to draw the relationships between the sciences. Conclusion: Finally, it must be said that theory and practice are intertwined. Therefore, choosing the appropriate method to measure the overlap depends on the research objectives. Value: This theoretical study is worthwhile as the local studies carried out up to now, are only practical ones.

Objectives: This research aimed to investigate Wikipedia citations to the Iranian English-language journals approved by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT). Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted based on citation analysis and scientometric techniques. The study population includes 239 English-language journals approved by the Iranian MSRT. Each journal's full title and abbreviated title were used to search on Wikipedia, and collected data were analyzed using Excel software. Results: The findings indicated that Wikipedia cited 78 journals approved by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. These 78 journals had 464 citations from Wikipedia. It is worth noting that the "Iranian Journal of Botany" received the most citations from Wikipedia. Journals in the fields of basic sciences received the most citations among other journals approved by the MSRT. Moreover, 165 Wikipedia's citing articles were in English, and among Wikipedia articles, articles in the plant category cited to the MSRT journals the most. Furthermore, 412 Wikipedia articles were in English, and among Wikipedia articles, articles in the plant category cited the MSRT journals most than others. Among the articles published in the journals approved by the MSRT, the articles with the thematic classification of plants, animals, and lakes of Iran attracted more citations from Wikipedia articles, respectively. Wikipedia articles in English, French, and German, respectively cited them more. Among the journals cited by the Wikipedia articles, 27 journals in the field of basic sciences, 19 journals in the field of technical and engineering, 17 journals in the field of agriculture and natural resources, 9 journals in the field of humanities, 4 journals in the field of veterinary, and only 2 journals in the field of art and architecture have been cited. In total, out of 239 journals approved by the MSRT, only 78 journals have been cited by the Wikipedia articles. In other words, about 33% of the investigated journals have been cited, which can be attributed to the lack of attention of Wikipedia articles to scientific and research journals. Conclusions: By improving their policies and strategies, Iranian journals can be better recognized internationally in terms of citation impact, social impact, and popularization of science. For this reason, science policymakers should pay more attention to the relationship between scientific journals and the public, especially Wikipedia, to generalize and popularize science and research. This study also shows the lack of attention of bibliometricians and scientometricians in evaluating the promotion of science and scientific research via encyclopedias.
