Diplomová práce se zabývá účinností nástrojů používaných k zamezení daňových podvodů u DPH v praxi ČR a hledá nové možnosti pro posílení boje s těmito podvody. Po úvodním zavedení do dané problematiky, po vysvětlení základních pojmů a zprostředkování orientačního náhledu do současného systému DPH v České republice i v Evropské unii, jsou v práci představeny a rozebrány vybrané daňové podvody včetně nástrojů, které je omezují. Dále jsou v práci charakterizovány nejčastější rizikové faktory podvodů na DPH a je zde vypracován přehled doporučení, jak tato rizika minimalizovat. Následně je v práci identifikováno celkem osm možností vedoucích ke zlepšení daňové morálky a ke zvýšení efektivity boje proti podvodům na DPH. Každá z těchto možností je detailně analyzována a vyhodnocena. K odborné diskuzi jsou pak, s konkrétními argumenty, předloženy jednotlivé návrhy na zdokonalení již existujících nástrojů či opatření, případně návrh variant zavedení nástrojů nových. Obhájeno The master thesis is dealing with the effectiveness of tools used to avoid tax fraud in VAT in practice in the Czech republic and looks for new possibilities to get power for fight with this deceptions. After the opening introduction into the current problematics and explaining the basic concepts and providing an indicative view into the current VAT system in the Czech republic and the European Union, are selected tax frauds in the thesis, including tools that limit them. Further in thesis are characterised the most common risk factors for VAT fraud and an overview of recommendations describubg how to minimalise these risk. A total of eight options are then identified at thesis to improve tax morale and to increase the effectiveness of the fight with WAT fraud. Each of these options is analysed in detail and evaluated. Individual proposals to improve existing instruments or measures, or outline the possibilities of introducing new instruments, are then presented in expert discussion, with specific arguments.

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat jednotný digitální trh Evropské unie včetně hlavních mezníků v jeho vytváření a zhodnotit vybrané dopady jeho vytváření na Českou republiku a EU. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje vymezení jednotného digitálního trhu EU a charakteristiku procesu jeho vytváření. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na pilíře a opatření jednotného digitálního trhu a na jejich realizaci v praxi. Součástí empirické části práce je hodnocení ČR a EU na základě indexu digitální společnosti a ekonomiky (DESI). Obhájeno The bachelor's thesis aims to characterize the Digital Single Market of the EU including the most important milestones in the process of creation. It also aims to evaluate the chosen impact on Czech Republic and the EU. The theoretical part defines the Digital Single Market of the EU and the process of creation. The empirical part focuses on pillars and chosen measures and their implementation in practice. The empirical part also includes evaluation of Czech Republic and the EU based on the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI).

V bakalářské práci jsou nejprve popsány senzory pro měření otáček a úhlu natočení. Dále je pozornost věnována vývoji hardwaru pro IRC senzor, výběru vhodných komponent a jejich zapojení. Přenos signálu mezi senzorem a mikrokontrolérem je uskutečněn pomocí RS422 sběrnice. Dále se zde nachází popis softwaru pro mikrokontrolér a výpočet důležitých hodnot pro správnou funkci. Najdeme zde také ověření funkčnosti na elektrickém pohonu. Obhájeno In the bachelor theses the sensors for measuring speed and angle are described. Furthermore, the work focuses on the development of hardware for IRC sensor, by selecting suitable components and their connections. The signal transmission between the sensor and the microcontroller is carried out using the RS422 bus. There is also a description of the software for the microcontroller and the calculation of important values for proper operation. There is also a verification of functionality on the electric drive.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na změny, které přineslo nařízení Evropské unie o ochraně osobních údajů (GDPR), zejména na vybrané dopady na práva a povinnosti subjektů údajů a správců. Za tímto účelem práce obsahuje stručné shrnutí historie osobních údajů a jejich ochrany. Dále se zabývá se otázkou formy právního předpisu. Hlavní část této práce je věnována právům subjektů údajů a povinnostem správců, zejména novým dopadům, které tento právní akt přináší. Obhájeno This diploma thesis is focused on the changes brought by General Data Protection Regulation, in particular on selected impacts on the rights and obligations of data subjects and controllers. The thesis contains a short summary of the history of personal data and its protection. Afterwards it answers a question about the legal form of this act. The main part of this thesis is dedicated to rights of data subjects and obligations of controllers, especially the new impacts brought by this legal act.

Cílem diplomové práce bylo identifikovat a zhodnotit významné pozitivní a negativní ekonomické dopady 15letého členství České republiky v Evropské unii. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části byly nadefinovány základní pojmy související s mezinárodní integrací, byl shrnut vývoj a současný stav integračních procesů v Evropské unii, dále byla pozornost věnována vybraným politikám EU a společnému rozpočtu. V empirické části byla vymezena základní problematika a dále byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které sloužily pro snazší identifikaci možných dopadů členství České republiky v Evropské unii. Pozornost byla věnována zejména dopadům plynoucím ze základních čtyř svobod jednotného trhu Evropské unie (volný pohyb zboží, volný pohyb služeb, volný pohyb pracovních sil a volný pohyb kapitálu), dopadům plynoucím z existence společného rozpočtu a vlivu eurozóny na ekonomiku České republiky. Identifikované pozitivní a negativní dopady byly následně zhodnoceny. Výzkum byl prováděn na základě zpracování dostupných sekundárních dat metodou desk research. Obhájeno The aim of the diploma thesis was to identify and evaluate the significant positive and negative economic effects of the 15year membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. At first the basic concepts related to the international integration were defined in the theoretical part. Consecutively the development and current state of integration processes in the European Union were summarized, the selected EU policies and common budget were described. In the empirical part, the basic issues were defined and research questions were arranged. The questions were used for easier identification of possible impacts of the Czech Republic membership in the European Union. The main attention was paid to the impacts connected with the basic four freedoms of the European Union's single market (free movement of goods, free movement of services, free movement of labour force and free movement of capital), the impacts of the common budget and how the Czech economy is influenced by the Euro area. The identified positive and negative effects were evaluated. The research was realized and based on executing the available secondary data by desk research method.

Tato práce prozkoumává existující metody deformace svalu za použití systému vázaných částic. Byla navržena metoda postavena na základě PBD (position based dynamics), zde navržená metoda je ještě obohacena o respektování anizotropie svalů. Metoda deformuje primárně povrchový model svalu, který je však v jakémkoliv okamžiku možné převést na model svalových vláken. Tato metoda je konkurenceschopná s již existujícími metodami, co se týče rychlosti a přesnosti. Výsledné deformace jsou rychlé a až na několik singulárních případů realistické, typicky když je sval poblíž kloubu. Deformace je parametrizována, což umožňuje měnit vlastnosti deformace pro různé svaly. Navržený postup má navíc přesah pro modelování i jiných (nejen anizotropních) materiálů, použití tedy může najít v mnoha různých vědních oborech. Obhájeno This work explores state-of-the-art methods of muscle model deformation using particle system. The presented PBD-based (position based dynamics) method is enhanced by respecting muscle anisotropy. The problem is solved by deforming muscle surface model, which is transferable to muscle fibre model. The method is competitive with other similar methods as far as speed and precision are concerned. Proposed method results in fast and up to a few cases (typically when muscle is too close to the joint) realistic deformation. Proposed technique is parametric, which means it can deform different muscles depending on parameters. Moreover, this work can go beyond other scientific disciplines, where anisotropy modelling is required.

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor a porovnání předvěšených fasádních systémů s provětrávanou vzduchovou mezerou. Obsahem je stručný souhrn informací o předvěšených provětrávaných fasádách, a to především z materiálového, tepelně technického a konstrukčního hlediska. V praktické části je provedeno porovnání vybraných druhů a dodavatelů těchto fasádních systémů. Obhájeno The master thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of façade systems with a ventilated air gap. The content is a brief summary of information on ventilated façades, mainly from the material, thermo-technical and structural aspects. The practical part compares selected species and suppliers of these facade systems.

Tématem diplomové práce je Sociální exkluze v ČR a EU. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a shrnout problematiku sociální exkluze a dalších pojmů s ní spojených, její vývoj, situaci v ČR a EU a poté se zaměřit na vnímání sociálního vyloučení veřejností. Teoretická část je zaměřena na sociální exkluzi. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice sociální exkluze, historii, vyloučeným lokalitám a skupinám ohrožených sociální exkluzí. Druhá a třetí kapitola se věnuje sociální exkluzi v České republice a Evropské unii a současné situaci v rámci této problematiky. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o sociální politice. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována sociálnímu začleňování a dokumentům s ním spojených. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na průzkum vnímání sociální exkluze veřejností, konkrétně obyvateli menšího města. Pro účely práce bylo zvoleno město Rokycany. Obhájeno The topic of this thesis is Social Exclusion in the Czech Republic and the EU. Main goals are to analyze and summarize the issues of social exclusion and other related concepts, its history, the situation in the Czech Republic and the EU and then to focus on the perception of social exclusion by the public. The theoretical part is focused on social exclusion. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of social exclusion, history, excluded localities and groups at risk of social exclusion. The second and third chapter is devoted to social exclusion in the Czech Republic and the European Union and the current situation within this issue. The fourth chapter deals with social policy. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to social inclusion and related documents. The practical part of the thesis is focused on exploring the perception of social exclusion by the public, namely the inhabitants of a smaller town. The city of Rokycany was chosen for the purpose of this work.

Disertační práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty ochrany slabší smluvní strany. S ohledem na vývoj soukromého práva autorka zkoumá postavení zásady ochrany slabší strany v kontextu ostatních soukromoprávních zásad. Zaměřuje se na možnosti terminologického a koncepčního vymezení slabší smluvní strany a analyzuje její pojetí v občanském zákoníku. Vedle materiálního pojetí slabší smluvní strany je pozornost věnována také kategoriím, na které je tradičně nahlíženo jako na slabší ve smluvních vztazích (spotřebitelé, zaměstnanci a nájemci). U uvedených skupin jsou zkoumány důvody vzniku jejich ochranného režimu a rozdílné přístupy k vymezení jejich osoby jak v rovině psaného práva, tak v judikatuře ve vybraných státech. Obhájeno The dissertation deals with selected aspects of the weaker party protection. With regard to the private law development the author examines the position of the principle of protection of the weaker party in the context of other principles of private law. She focuses on the possibilities of the terminological and conceptual definition of the weaker party and analysis the concept of the weaker party in the Civil Code. In addition to the material weaker party, the attention is also paid to the categories that have been traditionally seen as weaker in contractual relationships (consumers, employees and tenants). The reasons of the protective regime and the different approaches to determination of the mentioned groups are examined both in written law and in case-law in the selected countries.

Dílo představuje výsledky analýzy zahraniční politiky USA vůči Blízkému východu, konkrétně vůči Izraeli, Saúdské Arábii a Íránské islámské republice za administrativy prezidenta Donalda J. Trumpa. V práci je proveden rozbor jak výroků D. Trumpa během voleb z roku 2016, tak i samotné politiky po obsázení Bílého domu za účelem sledování a zjištění proměny zahraničně-politické orientace USA během prvního roku prezidentství D. Trumpa. Obhájeno The thesis represent the outcomes of the analysis of the U.S. foreign policy under the Trump administration. Particularly, the paper deals with three states - Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The work itself contains analysis of D. Trump's statements, made by him during the presidential campaign in 2016, and the actual policy in order to find out the changes in the U.S. foreign policy orientation during the first year of D. Trump's presidency.
