Autorka této diplomové práce se zabývá tématem udržitelnosti a udržitelné politiky v Bavorsku jako inspirace pro českou exekutivu, municipality a firemní management. Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí důležitých informací týkajících se udržitelnosti a na základě poznatků uvedených v teoretické a praktické části formulovat doporučení, která by mohla sloužit jako inspirace pro Českou republiku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o informacích, které se vztahují k pojmu udržitelnost, jejímu vymezení a jednotlivým dimenzím. V dalších kapitolách se práce věnuje společensky odpovědným firmám a udržitelné politice v Bavorsku. Praktická část se dělí na čtyři kapitoly. V první kapitole je představena metodologie práce. Další kapitolu tvoří tři konkrétní příklady z Bavorska, které autorka práce vybrala na základě vyplněného dotazníku. Autorka sestavila základní principy udržitelnosti a zároveň navrhla zásady, které mohou být inspirativní i v České republice. Obhájeno The author of this diploma thesis focuses on sustainability and environmental policy in Bavaria as a source of inspiration for Czech decision makers. The main aim of this thesis is to summarize important information related to sustainability and based on the knowledge presented in the theoretical and practical parts, to formulate recommendations that could be used as inspiration for the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses information related to the concept of sustainability, its definition and particular dimensions. The work is also dedicated to socially responsible companies and sustainable politics in Bavaria. The practical is divided into four chapters. The methodology of the work is presented in the first chapter. The next chapter consists of three concrete examples from Bavaria, which the author of the thesis selected on the basis of a completed questionnaire. The author compiled the basic principles of sustainability and at the same time proposed principles that can be inspiring for the Czech Republic.

Diplomová práce se zabývá regionalizací jako strategií pro trvale udržitelné hospodářství na příkladech bavorských regionálních produktů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, konkrétně na praktickou a teoretickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky, jako jsou regionalizace, globalizace a udržitelnost. Součástí teoretické části jsou i informace týkající se produktu, marketingu a bavorských regionálních produktů. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýze regionálních produktů. Obhájeno The diploma thesis deals with the regionalisation as a strategy for a sustainable economy using the example of Bavarian regional products. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to the issue such as regionalisation, globalization and sustainability. The theoretical part also includes information about the product, marketing and Bavarian regional products. The practical part is based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of regional products.

Bakalářská práce vysvětluje princip fungování větrných elektráren s vertikální osou rotace, dále uvádí jejich základní rozdělení, včetně popisu jednotlivých konstrukčních typů. Poslední část se věnuje návrhu 100 kW turbíny a jejímu ekonomickému zhodnocení. Obhájeno This bachelor thesis describes the working principle of vertical axis wind turbines. Furthermore, it summarizes different designs and lists their pros and cons. Last part is focused on the design and economic analysis of the 100-kW turbine.

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský plán pro zavedení nového produktu, který byl autorkou vybrán na základně následného osobního využití pro potenciální vznik podniku. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit podnikatelský plán pro nový produkt, identifikovat a zhodnotit možná rizika, kterým by produkt měl čelit při zavedení na trh. V praktické části byl zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán a byla identifikována jeho rizika. Po zpracování podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocení rizik, bylo autorkou zjištěno, že vzhledem k poměrně vysoké prodejní ceně produktu, je podnik je závislý na kvalitně zpracované propagaci a kampani Hithit. Obhájeno The presented bachelor thesis is focused on a business plan for the introduction of a new product onto the market. This was selected by the author on the basis of subsequent personal use during the potential establishment of a company. The aim of this work was to evaluate the business plan for a new product, identify and evaluate the possible risks that the product would face when introduced onto the market. In the practical part, a specific business plan was developer and the risks were identified. After elaborating a business plan and assessing the risks, the author found that due to the relatively high selling price of the product, the company would be dependent on well-crafted promotion and a Hithit campaign.

Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu Twitterového profilu Světového ekonomického fóra za období pěti let, od roku 2016 do roku 2020. Hlavním zaměřením této práce je analýza obsahu příspěvků Světového ekonomického fóra a jejich napojení na problematiku udržitelnosti a Cíle udržitelného rozvoje na základě několika přístupů. Tato práce využívá volně dostupné programy společně s vlastním softwarem vyvinutým pro tuto práci k získání datasetu a k práci s ním. Tato data byla analyzována a výsledky prezentovány ve třech kategoriích - geografické zaměření, tematické zaměření a nejpopulárnější obsah. Výsledky prezentované v této práci jsou: seznam zemí a počtu zmínek v tweetech, seznamy nejpopulárnějších hashtagů a uživatelů zmíněných Světovým ekonomickým fórem a seznamy nejpopulárnějších tweetů na základě možných interakcí (like, retweet, odpověď a citovaný retweet). Autoři této práce zohledňují možné nedostatky některých aspektů analýzy, prezentují své závěry a předkládají své myšlenky pro další práci s využitím stejného datasetu nebo metodologie. Obhájeno This thesis focuses on the analysis of the Twitter profile of the World Economic Forum over the period of 5 years, from 2016 to 2020. The main focus of this analysis is the content posted by the World Economic Forum and its ties to sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals based on multiple approaches. This thesis utilizes freely available programs and custom developed software to acquire and work with its dataset. The data were analyzed and results presented in three categories - geographical content, topical content, and the most popular content. Results presented in this thesis are: a list of countries with the number of mentions in tweets, lists of most popular hashtags and users mentioned by the World Economic Forum, and lists of the most popular tweets based on various interactions (likes, retweets, replies, and quoted retweets). Authors address the possible shortcomings of some parts of the analysis, present their conclusions and propose their ideas for further work utilizing similar input data or methodology.

Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním obnovitelných zdrojů energie v obcích a městech, s důrazem na obce a města v České republice. Téma úzce souvisí s energetickou soběstačností obcí a měst, která nabývá na důležitosti. Práce se snaží shrnout a identifikovat motivace pro pořízení obecních obnovitelných zdrojů a také bariéry, kterým v tomto ohledu obce čelí. Práce obsahuje tři případové studie, konkrétně měst Brno a Litoměřice a obce Hostětín. Na základě jejich shrnutí a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o problematice, včetně postavení komunitní energetiky v Evropské unii a České republice, jsou formulovány doporučená opatření, která by mohla vést k většímu využívání obnovitelných zdrojů v obcích a městech. Obhájeno The diploma thesis is focused on using renewable energy sources in villages and cities with emphasis on Czech Republic environment. The topic is strongly connected with energy self-sufficiency which is becoming increasingly important. The thesis attempts to summarize and identify the motivations for the constructuon of municipal renewable energy sources as well as the barriers that mucipalities face. The work contains three case studies, the best practices, namely the cities of Brno and Litoměrice and municipality of Hostětín. Based on a summary of them and existing knowledge of the issue, including the status of community energy in the European Union and the Czech Republic, recommended measures are formulated that could lead to a grater use of renewable energy in villages and cities.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelností v podnikání. Hlavním cílem práce bylo teoretické vymezení základních pojmů spojených s udržitelností v podnikání a následné provedení analýzy vybrané společnosti a jejího přístupu k udržitelnosti. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly, které jsou následně rozděleny na jednotlivé subkapitoly. Cílem první kapitoly je definování pojmu udržitelnost v podnikání a pojmů spojených s touto problematikou. V druhé kapitole je popsán pojem společenská odpovědnost firem neboli CSR. Praktická část obsahuje třetí kapitolu, ve která je zkoumán odpovědný přístup společnosti VODÁRNA PLZEŇ a.s. Na začátku třetí kapitoly je vybraná společnost představena, a po jejím představení následuje analýza odpovědného přístupu společnosti. Analýza je provedena ve třech základních oblastech, kterými je oblast sociální, environmentální a ekonomická. Praktická část je ukončena zhodnocením závěrů z provedené analýzy. Obhájeno The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sustainability in business. The main objective of the thesis was to theoretically define the basic concepts related to sustainability in business and then to analyze the selected company and its approach to sustainability. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters, which are subsequently divided into individual subchapters. The aim of the first chapter is to define the concept of sustainability in business and the concepts associated with this issue. The second chapter describes the concept of corporate social responsibility or CSR. The practical part includes the third chapter, which examines the responsible approach of VODÁRNA PLZEŇ a.s. At the beginning of the third chapter, the selected company is introduced, followed by an analysis of the company's responsible approach. The analysis is carried out in three basic areas, which are social, environmental, and economic. The practical part ends with an evaluation of the conclusions of the analysis.

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na plánování a řízení projektu z oblasti cirkulární ekonomiky. V teoretické části práce je provedena literární rešerše daného tématu. Čtenář se seznámí s poznatky z oblasti udržitelnosti, cirkulární ekonomiky, odpadového hospodářství a projektového managementu. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány praktické části, ve které je představena vybraná společnost z pohledu udržitelnosti. Následně je provedena podrobná analýza odpadového hospodářství společnosti a na závěr je zpracován projekt "Bezobalový prodej nátěrové hmoty" s užitím vybraných nástrojů projektového managementu. Obhájeno The master thesis is focused on project planning and management in the field of circular economy. In the theoretical part of the thesis is presented the literature review of the topic. The reader will learn about sustainability, circular economy, waste management and project management. The following chapters are devoted to the practical part, in which the selected company is described from a sustainability perspective. Subsequently, a detailed analysis of the company's waste management is carried out, and finally, the project proposal "Packaging-free paint sales" using selected project management tools is elaborated.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu přístupu k hospodaření s dešťovou vodou v České republice a Německu a přínosnost HDV pro společnost i jednotlivce. V teoretické části je představen obecný pohled na problematiku, legislativní aspekty a technologické možnosti vyhotovení opatření. Zmíněny jsou motivační faktory k využití dešťových vod v domácnostech i firmách. Pozornost je věnována ekonomickým aspektům jako jsou náklady na spotřebu vod, náklady na vyhotovení opatření HDV a možnosti jejich financování. V praktické části je na konkrétním projektu z Německa demonstrována přínosnost realizace opatření HDV. V závěrečné kapitole je dán prostor jedné z možných metodik výpočtu ekonomické přínosnosti a doby návratnosti realizací opatření. Metodika je aplikována ve dvou případových studiích s konkrétními projekty, na kterých je prokázána použitelnost daného výpočtu pro prezentaci sociálně-ekonomického přínosu. Obhájeno This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the approach to rainwater management in the Czech Republic and Germany and the benefits of rainwater management for society and individuals. The theoretical part presents a general view of the issue, legislative aspects, and technological possibilities of drawing up measures. Motivational factors for the use of rainwater in households and companies are mentioned. Attention is paid to economic aspects such as the cost of water consumption, the cost of preparing rainwater measures and the possibility of financing them. The practical part demonstrates the benefits of implementing rainwater measures on a specific project from Germany. The final chapter provides space for one of the possible methodologies for calculating the economic benefits and payback times of the implementation of measures. The methodology is applied in two case studies with specific projects, which demonstrate the applicability of the calculation for the presentation of socio-economic benefits.

Diplomová práce obsahuje zmapování všech energetických ztrát a spotřeb tramvajového vozidla a návrh systému opatření, která přispívají ke snížení spotřeby energií a snížení provozních nákladů tramvajového vozidla. Obhájeno The diploma thesis contains a mapping of all energy losses and consumption of a tram vehicle and a proposal of a system of measures that contribute to the reduction of energy consumption and reduction of operating costs of a tram vehicle.
