General updates and improvements have been carried out, with the addition of an improved process of submitting data with a URL, moving from the old Graph model type to the new Flowchart type, adding options to link directly to SubGraphs. The compression of data within bookmark URLs has been updated and an option for the direct creation of png version of models has been added. Instructions: Several worked examples, including some simple instructions relating to how this system works are included in the interactive web site: dynamic modelling, with all of the related code presented in GitHub. {"references": ["Joseph Padfield, Orla Delaney, & Anna Amat Alberti. It is based on knowledge graph networks and grounded on FAIR and Open Science principles. EM formalises complex interpretative philological phenomena such as virtual reconstructive hypotheses in a transparent and robust manner; EM enables verifiability of results, reusability of data and collaborative interpretation. In this repo, you can find the official icons of the EM language the EM reference sheets (also in editable format) the EM palette to draw metadata as graphs of knowledge. All the details about the EM, including examples, documentation and community support can be found on the EM website the standardized source list Excel file to collect the first list of sources in libraries or on the field. the EMdb template collection (beta stage) EM allows experts involved in reconstructive processes to: organize the complexity of reasonings behind; map the sources employed; support the compatibility of reconstructive pipelines with other ontologies; declare the reliability of your final proposals; present your final results both as a graph-of-knowledge and a series of 3D models; EM also provides a suite of interoperable open-source software tools, namely the Extended Matrix Framework (EMF), that allows the creation, visualization, exploration and sharing of cultural heritage 3D models online.
