    ABSTRAK Yuyung.,2021.“Manajemen Pelayanan Calon dan Pendanaan Jamaah Haji Di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palopo” Skripsi Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Institut, Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing Oleh Bapak Takdir dan Bapak Zaenuddin. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Manajemen Pelayanan Calon dan Pendanaan Jamaah Haji di Kantor Agama Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan : untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pelayanan dan pendanaan calon jamaah haji di Kementerian Kota Palopo serta mengetahui Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada saat melakukuan pelayanan kepada jamaah haji di Kementerian Agama Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan proses manajemen pelayanan jamaah haji Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palopo terlaksana dengan baik, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa jamaah haji tahun 2018/2019 bahwa semua mengatakan pelayanan yang diberikan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palopo sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan jamaah merasa puas dengan pelayanannya yang sangat tersruktur dari proses perencanaan hingga pengawasan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi beberapa faktor pendukung pelayanan yang diberikan salah satunya yaitu sumber dana yang sudah tersedia dari anggaran pusat. Tetapi masih terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat pelayanan salah satunya yaitu adanya covid-19 juga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Pelayanan, Pendanaan Haji

    ABSTRAK HASTUTI, 2024. “Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran subtema Organ Gerak Hewan Berbasis Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis pada Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur”.Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Mandrasah Ibtidaiyah Faklutas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh H. Bulu dan Muhammad Ihsan. Penggunaan modul sebagai bahan ajar di sekolah merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi bagi tenaga pendidik. Namun terkadang pula penggunaan modul tidak bisa dilakukan karena tidak tersedianya modul. Ataupun jika ada kadang tampilan dan isi modul tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur yang berkriteria layak dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D yang berfokus pada pengembangan. Modul pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan metode 4D yang dilakukan pada lokasi penelitian yaitu SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka dan objeknya adalah modul subtema organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara. Lalu dianalisis secara bertahap dengan jenis analisis deskriptif bagi data kualitatif dan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan modul subtema organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam belajar. Modul yang telah dibuat selanjutnya divalidasi oleh tiga ahli validator dan mendapatkan hasil diantaranya ahli bahasa 90,62% (valid), ahli materi 89, 28%, (valid). The use of modules as teaching materials in schools is something familiar to educators. But sometimes the use of the module cannot be done because the module is not available. Or if there are times when the appearance and contents of the module are not in accordance with the needs and desires of students. This study aims to determine the results of the validity and practicality of animal organ learning modules based on critical thinking skills in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur. This study used the 4D method conducted by SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka. This type of research is R&D which focuses on development. The subjects in this study were students of SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka and the object was the sub-theme module of animal locomotion. Data in the study were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research are in the form of a sub-theme module of animal locomotion based on critical thinking skills as a learning tool. The modules that have been made are then validated by three expert validators including linguists 90.62% (valid), material experts 89.28% (valid), and practitioners in this case teaching staff 81.25% (valid). This thesis is about the effectiveness of the Alphabet Island Game in improving vocabulary for the seventh grade at SMPN 2 Lasusua. It applied pre�experimental research that focused on one group pre-test and post-test design— the seventh-grade students of SMPN 2 Lasusua as the population of this research. The sample chose purposive sampling, which consists of 24 students. The data were analyzed descriptively statistically and calculated by using SPSS 20. The data were analyzed calculating the mean score and paired sample t-test. The result revealed that the students’ mean score on Post-test (68.3750) was higher than the pre-test (58.5833). The tcount (13.849) was higher than ttable (0.70705). It indicates that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be stated that the using of the alphabet island game is effective in improving vocabulary mastery. Keyword: Alphabet Island Game, Pre-experimental, Vocabulary Mastery

Dibimbing oleh Muhaemin dan Hj Nursaeni. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, bagaimana motivasi kerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif melalui beberapa metode penelitian yaitu observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Adapun data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden sejumlah 12 orang. Sementara untuk data sekunder yaitu data pendukung yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gambaran persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo lebih cenderung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang demokratis. Gambaran motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo lebih berpengaruh motivasi kerja eksternalnya dengan memiliki indikator seperti memperoleh pujian atau perhatian orang lain, ingin mendapatkan insentif, keinginan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan, hubungan antar pribadi dan kondisi kerja. Dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo Kata Kunci: Persepsi Guru, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, Motivasi Kerja guru, SMK Negeri 2 Palopo

Dibimbing Oleh Bapak Takdir dan Bapak Zaenuddin. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Manajemen Pelayanan Calon dan Pendanaan Jamaah Haji di Kantor Agama Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan : untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pelayanan dan pendanaan calon jamaah haji di Kementerian Kota Palopo serta mengetahui Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada saat melakukuan pelayanan kepada jamaah haji di Kementerian Agama Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan proses manajemen pelayanan jamaah haji Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palopo terlaksana dengan baik, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa jamaah haji tahun 2018/2019 bahwa semua mengatakan pelayanan yang diberikan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palopo sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan jamaah merasa puas dengan pelayanannya yang sangat tersruktur dari proses perencanaan hingga pengawasan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi beberapa faktor pendukung pelayanan yang diberikan salah satunya yaitu sumber dana yang sudah tersedia dari anggaran pusat. Tetapi masih terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat pelayanan salah satunya yaitu adanya covid-19 juga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Pelayanan, Pendanaan Haji

    ABSTRAK HASTUTI, 2024. “Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran subtema Organ Gerak Hewan Berbasis Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis pada Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur”.Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Mandrasah Ibtidaiyah Faklutas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh H. Bulu dan Muhammad Ihsan. Penggunaan modul sebagai bahan ajar di sekolah merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi bagi tenaga pendidik. Namun terkadang pula penggunaan modul tidak bisa dilakukan karena tidak tersedianya modul. Ataupun jika ada kadang tampilan dan isi modul tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur yang berkriteria layak dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D yang berfokus pada pengembangan. Modul pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan metode 4D yang dilakukan pada lokasi penelitian yaitu SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka dan objeknya adalah modul subtema organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara. Lalu dianalisis secara bertahap dengan jenis analisis deskriptif bagi data kualitatif dan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan modul subtema organ gerak hewan berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam belajar. Modul yang telah dibuat selanjutnya divalidasi oleh tiga ahli validator dan mendapatkan hasil diantaranya ahli bahasa 90,62% (valid), ahli materi 89, 28%, (valid). Or if there are times when the appearance and contents of the module are not in accordance with the needs and desires of students. This study aims to determine the results of the validity and practicality of animal organ learning modules based on critical thinking skills in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka Walenrang Timur. This study used the 4D method conducted by SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka. This type of research is R&D which focuses on development. The subjects in this study were students of SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka and the object was the sub-theme module of animal locomotion. Data in the study were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research are in the form of a sub-theme module of animal locomotion based on critical thinking skills as a learning tool. The modules that have been made are then validated by three expert validators including linguists 90.62% (valid), material experts 89.28% (valid), and practitioners in this case teaching staff 81.25% (valid). This thesis is about the effectiveness of the Alphabet Island Game in improving vocabulary for the seventh grade at SMPN 2 Lasusua. It applied pre�experimental research that focused on one group pre-test and post-test design— the seventh-grade students of SMPN 2 Lasusua as the population of this research. The sample chose purposive sampling, which consists of 24 students. The data were analyzed descriptively statistically and calculated by using SPSS 20. The data were analyzed calculating the mean score and paired sample t-test. The result revealed that the students’ mean score on Post-test (68.3750) was higher than the pre-test (58.5833). The tcount (13.849) was higher than ttable (0.70705). It indicates that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be stated that the using of the alphabet island game is effective in improving vocabulary mastery. Keyword: Alphabet Island Game, Pre-experimental, Vocabulary Mastery

Dibimbing oleh Muhaemin dan Hj Nursaeni. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, bagaimana motivasi kerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif melalui beberapa metode penelitian yaitu observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Adapun data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden sejumlah 12 orang. Sementara untuk data sekunder yaitu data pendukung yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gambaran persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo lebih cenderung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang demokratis. Gambaran motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo lebih berpengaruh motivasi kerja eksternalnya dengan memiliki indikator seperti memperoleh pujian atau perhatian orang lain, ingin mendapatkan insentif, keinginan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan, hubungan antar pribadi dan kondisi kerja. Dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Palopo Kata Kunci: Persepsi Guru, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, Motivasi Kerja guru, SMK Negeri 2 Palopo
