    A novel non-plasticized nano-porous hybrid inorganic-organic polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) was synthesized, characterized, and evaluated as an anion exchange membrane for application in electrogenerative processes to recover Pd2+ ions. Ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-me­thyl­imidazolium chloride (EMIM-Cl) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BMIM-Cl) were used as the carrier molecules in the polymeric network of PIM to enhance anion exchange process. This hybrid anion exchange membrane also consists of a polymeric matrix of non-plasticized cellulose triacetate modified by incorporating an inorganic material (silane) prepared by the sol-gel route. Different parameters affecting the ion transport performance efficiency, i.e., the composition of the membrane, type of ionic liquid (carrier molecule) and ion–exchange capacity, were investigated and optimized. In the electrogenerative process, the results revealed that the prepared PIM yields better recovery results for recovering Pd2+ ions from its chloride solution compared to the commercial anion exchange membrane Neosepta® AM-01, with a full recovery of 100 mg/L Pd2+ ions in 30 min. This preliminary study shows that the prepared low-cost hybrid anion exchange membrane PIM can act as an inexpensive material suitable for the rapid and efficient recovery of Pd2+ ions from an aqueous solution.

    This study aims to identify the premise and types of legal protection for trademark rights, comparing Islamic and positive law to explore their roles in safeguarding these rights. Information technology, while aligned with business advancements, can create loopholes for mark violations Irresponsible acts such as brand piracy pose a significant threat to brand proprietors, making trademark rights a major source of civil disputes and illegal acts. This study conducts a comparative analysis of legal literature, focusing on books about Trademark Rights as the primary data source. Data were collected, analyzed, categorized, and conclusions are drawn. The findings showed two forms of legal protection for trademark, which included preventive and coercive. Preventive measures involve government or institutional warnings and restrictions on obligations, while coercive aspects impose penalties on counterfeiters. In Islamic law, forgery is considered the prohibited action of tazyīf, resulting in the infringement of rights of others.

    This study aims to investigate psychological well-being of SMP Terbuka students which is predicted influenced by emotional intelligence and social support. The initial assumption proposed in this study is that emotional intelligence and social support can predict the psychological well-being. The samples taken in this study were 100 students of SMP Terbuka Cirebon. They were taken by using cluster random sampling. The measuring instruments used in the study consist of 3 scales. First, the scale of psychological well-being which was based on the aspects of Ryff (1989) consists of 30 items with a correlation coefficient from 0,312 to 0,590 and an alpha coefficient 0,887. Second, the scale of emotional intelligence which was based on aspects of the Goleman (2002) consists of 29 items with a correlation coefficient from 0.331 to 0,631 and an alpha coefficient 0.897. Third, the scale of social support which was based on aspects of Cohen and Syme (1985) consists of 28 items with correlation coefficient from 0,350 to 0,624 and an alpha coefficient 0,895. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis showed F = 63,883, p = 0,001 (p <0.05) and R2 = 0,568, which means emotional intelligence and social support can predict psychological well-being of SMPT Terbuka students.

    L’ambition du programme régional VitiTerroir est de développer un modèle pour simuler les dynamiques des territoires viticoles en région Centre-Val de Loire sur le temps long (pluriséculaire), moyen et court. Il s’agit, à terme, de mettre en œuvre un outil de modélisation géoprospectif propre à aider aux orientations politiques de la filière. L’approche est résolument géohistorique puisque nous travaillons à partir de sources anciennes (enquêtes préfectorales, cadastre napoléonien, chartriers seigneuriaux…) et contemporaines (Cadastre viticole informatisé, Recensement général agricole…). Nous utilisons un outil de simulation spatialisé pour analyser les trajectoires diachroniques de ces espaces. Dans le cadre de cet article, nous étudions en particulier l’impact de quatre facteurs sur la dynamique des territoires viticoles en Indre-et-Loire (Touraine), et cela sur deux siècles (1800-2014) : la consommation de vin, la polarisation des centres de production, la croissance urbaine et la crise du phylloxera. Ces facteurs, de natures variées, opèrent à différentes échelles géographiques et sur différentes temporalités. Nous explorerons leur impact sur les surfaces viticoles communales à travers quatre sous-modèles.En explorant de manière exhaustive les différents sous-modèles, nous montrons que l’évolution des pratiques de consommation explique largement à elle seule l’évolution des superficies viticoles pour la majorité des communes (68 %). Mais il convient de prendre aussi en compte l’importance de certains vignobles dans l’histoire (facteur « temps ») pour expliquer la résilience de centres de production (Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil) au-delà de la crise du phylloxera qui touche la Touraine dans les années 1880. Enfin, nous montrons que la croissance urbaine, analysée par le biais de l’évolution démographique, explique, dans une certaine mesure, le déclin de quelques grands vignobles du 19e siècle. Cependant, ce dernier facteur ne concerne qu’une minorité de communes faisant partie de l’agglomération tourangelle. Enfin, si la crise du phylloxera ne constitue pas un facteur pertinent pour expliquer la dynamique spatiale du vignoble tourangeau sur le long terme, son implémentation améliore la précision du modèle. The VitiTerroir project ambitions to develop a model simulating spatial dynamics of vineyards in Centre-Val de Loire region, France. We study these dynamics in the long (several centuries), medium and short term, using historical sources (administrative surveys, field books, cadasters…). In this paper, we focus on the impact of four factors on the dynamics of vineyards in Touraine over two centuries (1808-2014): wine consumption, the geographical concentration of production, urban growth, and the phylloxera crisis. We want to explore their impacts on the vineyard’s areas of each municipality through four sub-models.By exploring every sub-model, we show that the evolution of the people's consumption practices largely explains the evolution of vineyard areas for the majority of the municipalities (68 %). Moreover, we highlight the resilience of some vineyards (Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil) even if the phylloxera crisis has affected all the Touraine region in the 1880s. Finally, we show that urban growth, analyzed through demographic change, sometimes explains the decline of some major vineyards of the 19th century. However, it applies only to a minority of communities close to the city of Tours. International audience

    Introducción: El fibrinógeno plasmático, es reconocido como un factor de riesgo importante para eventos cardiometabólicos a través de mecanismos como la formación de trombina, agregación plaquetaria e inflamación, todos partes de la disfunción endotelial conducentes al Síndrome Coronario Agudo. Elevados niveles pueden estar presentes en sujetos con obesidad, sin embargo, no hay información suficiente sobre si esto también es igual en los sujetos delgados metabólicamente obesos (DMO). Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre el DMO y niveles de fibrinógeno en una muestra de pobladores peruanos. Metodología: Estudio transversal analítico. Análisis de datos secundarios del estudio PERU MIGRANT (2007, 989 participantes). Para el diagnóstico de DMO se consideró si presentaba dos o más características de siete criterios metabólicos: circunferencia de la cintura (mediante evaluación antropométrica), triglicéridos, glucosa en ayunas, presión arterial sistólica y diastólica, colesterol-HDL, HOMA-IR, proteína C reactiva (PCR). Se consideró fibrinógeno (elevado ≥ 450 mg/dl). Para el análisis de regresión, se realizó un modelo lineal generalizado con enlace log y familia Poisson con varianza robusta. De esa forma, se obtuvo como medida de asociación las razones de prevalencia crudas (RPc) y ajustadas (RPa) por las covariables mencionadas, se consideró intervalos de confianza al 95% (IC 95%). Resultados: De los 393 participantes seleccionados, el 46,3% fueron mujeres, la mediana de edad fue 47(37–56), 13,5% presentó niveles de fibrinógeno elevado. La prevalencia de DMO fue 32,6%. Solo hubo una relación estadísticamente significativa entre fibrinógeno y el PCR-plasmático (rho= 0,54; p<0,001). La regresión múltiple, encontró asociación entre el DMO y el nivel altos fibrinógeno plasmático (RP=1,93 IC95%: 1,44–2,57; p<0,001). Conclusión: Existe asociación entre los niveles altos de fibrinógeno plasmático y el DMO. Estos resultados pueden servir para futuras investigaciones prospectivas, ya sea para considerarlo un factor de riesgo o como un marcador adicional para el seguimiento y diagnóstico en personas delgadas.

    The true triaxial loading and unloading tests on granite were conducted to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the granite in the construction area of an underground cavern. The stability of the surrounding rock, the characteristic stress, the failure mode and the brittleness characteristics were mainly analyzed in this work. In addition, the evolution laws of total energy and dissipated energy with axial strain were explored. Results show that under the true triaxial loading and unloading stress paths, the failure modes of granite are both tensile and shear composite failure, and characteristics of high damage stress and brittleness are obviously observed. A new brittleness index is proposed to evaluate rock brittleness by using volumetric strain curve. It is found that the brittleness of granite is higher under unloading conditions. In the true triaxial loading test, the change trend of total energy with axial strain goes through three stages: slow increase, rapid increase, and steady increase. In the true triaxial unloading test, the dissipated energy increases rapidly at the moment of unloading, and its proportion in the energy distribution exceeds the elastic strain energy, which becomes the main energy consumption. The energy dissipation value of the granite sample in the loading test is obviously greater than that in the unloading test. It indicates that more energy is required for samples under the loading path to produce damage, which is safer than the unloading path. The particle flow PFC3D is used to simulate the true triaxial loading and unloading test of granite in this study. The failure mode and the crack distribution of the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with results of the laboratory test. Then the numerical model is used to simulate the rapid unloading failure process of granite. It is found that the rock sample particle ejection damage will occur at the end of the model, similar to a rock burst.

    A novel non-plasticized nano-porous hybrid inorganic-organic polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) was synthesized, characterized, and evaluated as an anion exchange membrane for application in electrogenerative processes to recover Pd2+ ions. Ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-me­thyl­imidazolium chloride (EMIM-Cl) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BMIM-Cl) were used as the carrier molecules in the polymeric network of PIM to enhance anion exchange process. This hybrid anion exchange membrane also consists of a polymeric matrix of non-plasticized cellulose triacetate modified by incorporating an inorganic material (silane) prepared by the sol-gel route. Different parameters affecting the ion transport performance efficiency, i.e., the composition of the membrane, type of ionic liquid (carrier molecule) and ion–exchange capacity, were investigated and optimized. In the electrogenerative process, the results revealed that the prepared PIM yields better recovery results for recovering Pd2+ ions from its chloride solution compared to the commercial anion exchange membrane Neosepta® AM-01, with a full recovery of 100 mg/L Pd2+ ions in 30 min. This preliminary study shows that the prepared low-cost hybrid anion exchange membrane PIM can act as an inexpensive material suitable for the rapid and efficient recovery of Pd2+ ions from an aqueous solution.

    This study aims to identify the premise and types of legal protection for trademark rights, comparing Islamic and positive law to explore their roles in safeguarding these rights. Information technology, while aligned with business advancements, can create loopholes for mark violations Irresponsible acts such as brand piracy pose a significant threat to brand proprietors, making trademark rights a major source of civil disputes and illegal acts. This study conducts a comparative analysis of legal literature, focusing on books about Trademark Rights as the primary data source. Data were collected, analyzed, categorized, and conclusions are drawn. The findings showed two forms of legal protection for trademark, which included preventive and coercive. Preventive measures involve government or institutional warnings and restrictions on obligations, while coercive aspects impose penalties on counterfeiters. In Islamic law, forgery is considered the prohibited action of tazyīf, resulting in the infringement of rights of others.

    This study aims to investigate psychological well-being of SMP Terbuka students which is predicted influenced by emotional intelligence and social support. The initial assumption proposed in this study is that emotional intelligence and social support can predict the psychological well-being. The samples taken in this study were 100 students of SMP Terbuka Cirebon. They were taken by using cluster random sampling. The measuring instruments used in the study consist of 3 scales. First, the scale of psychological well-being which was based on the aspects of Ryff (1989) consists of 30 items with a correlation coefficient from 0,312 to 0,590 and an alpha coefficient 0,887. Second, the scale of emotional intelligence which was based on aspects of the Goleman (2002) consists of 29 items with a correlation coefficient from 0.331 to 0,631 and an alpha coefficient 0.897. Third, the scale of social support which was based on aspects of Cohen and Syme (1985) consists of 28 items with correlation coefficient from 0,350 to 0,624 and an alpha coefficient 0,895. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis showed F = 63,883, p = 0,001 (p <0.05) and R2 = 0,568, which means emotional intelligence and social support can predict psychological well-being of SMPT Terbuka students.

    L’ambition du programme régional VitiTerroir est de développer un modèle pour simuler les dynamiques des territoires viticoles en région Centre-Val de Loire sur le temps long (pluriséculaire), moyen et court. Il s’agit, à terme, de mettre en œuvre un outil de modélisation géoprospectif propre à aider aux orientations politiques de la filière. L’approche est résolument géohistorique puisque nous travaillons à partir de sources anciennes (enquêtes préfectorales, cadastre napoléonien, chartriers seigneuriaux…) et contemporaines (Cadastre viticole informatisé, Recensement général agricole…). Nous utilisons un outil de simulation spatialisé pour analyser les trajectoires diachroniques de ces espaces. Dans le cadre de cet article, nous étudions en particulier l’impact de quatre facteurs sur la dynamique des territoires viticoles en Indre-et-Loire (Touraine), et cela sur deux siècles (1800-2014) : la consommation de vin, la polarisation des centres de production, la croissance urbaine et la crise du phylloxera. Ces facteurs, de natures variées, opèrent à différentes échelles géographiques et sur différentes temporalités. Nous explorerons leur impact sur les surfaces viticoles communales à travers quatre sous-modèles.En explorant de manière exhaustive les différents sous-modèles, nous montrons que l’évolution des pratiques de consommation explique largement à elle seule l’évolution des superficies viticoles pour la majorité des communes (68 %). Mais il convient de prendre aussi en compte l’importance de certains vignobles dans l’histoire (facteur « temps ») pour expliquer la résilience de centres de production (Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil) au-delà de la crise du phylloxera qui touche la Touraine dans les années 1880. Enfin, nous montrons que la croissance urbaine, analysée par le biais de l’évolution démographique, explique, dans une certaine mesure, le déclin de quelques grands vignobles du 19e siècle. Cependant, ce dernier facteur ne concerne qu’une minorité de communes faisant partie de l’agglomération tourangelle. Enfin, si la crise du phylloxera ne constitue pas un facteur pertinent pour expliquer la dynamique spatiale du vignoble tourangeau sur le long terme, son implémentation améliore la précision du modèle. The VitiTerroir project ambitions to develop a model simulating spatial dynamics of vineyards in Centre-Val de Loire region, France. We study these dynamics in the long (several centuries), medium and short term, using historical sources (administrative surveys, field books, cadasters…). In this paper, we focus on the impact of four factors on the dynamics of vineyards in Touraine over two centuries (1808-2014): wine consumption, the geographical concentration of production, urban growth, and the phylloxera crisis. We want to explore their impacts on the vineyard’s areas of each municipality through four sub-models.By exploring every sub-model, we show that the evolution of the people's consumption practices largely explains the evolution of vineyard areas for the majority of the municipalities (68 %). Moreover, we highlight the resilience of some vineyards (Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil) even if the phylloxera crisis has affected all the Touraine region in the 1880s. Finally, we show that urban growth, analyzed through demographic change, sometimes explains the decline of some major vineyards of the 19th century. However, it applies only to a minority of communities close to the city of Tours. International audience

    Introducción: El fibrinógeno plasmático, es reconocido como un factor de riesgo importante para eventos cardiometabólicos a través de mecanismos como la formación de trombina, agregación plaquetaria e inflamación, todos partes de la disfunción endotelial conducentes al Síndrome Coronario Agudo. Elevados niveles pueden estar presentes en sujetos con obesidad, sin embargo, no hay información suficiente sobre si esto también es igual en los sujetos delgados metabólicamente obesos (DMO). Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre el DMO y niveles de fibrinógeno en una muestra de pobladores peruanos. Metodología: Estudio transversal analítico. Análisis de datos secundarios del estudio PERU MIGRANT (2007, 989 participantes). Para el diagnóstico de DMO se consideró si presentaba dos o más características de siete criterios metabólicos: circunferencia de la cintura (mediante evaluación antropométrica), triglicéridos, glucosa en ayunas, presión arterial sistólica y diastólica, colesterol-HDL, HOMA-IR, proteína C reactiva (PCR). Se consideró fibrinógeno (elevado ≥ 450 mg/dl). Para el análisis de regresión, se realizó un modelo lineal generalizado con enlace log y familia Poisson con varianza robusta. De esa forma, se obtuvo como medida de asociación las razones de prevalencia crudas (RPc) y ajustadas (RPa) por las covariables mencionadas, se consideró intervalos de confianza al 95% (IC 95%). Resultados: De los 393 participantes seleccionados, el 46,3% fueron mujeres, la mediana de edad fue 47(37–56), 13,5% presentó niveles de fibrinógeno elevado. La prevalencia de DMO fue 32,6%. Solo hubo una relación estadísticamente significativa entre fibrinógeno y el PCR-plasmático (rho= 0,54; p<0,001). La regresión múltiple, encontró asociación entre el DMO y el nivel altos fibrinógeno plasmático (RP=1,93 IC95%: 1,44–2,57; p<0,001). Conclusión: Existe asociación entre los niveles altos de fibrinógeno plasmático y el DMO. Estos resultados pueden servir para futuras investigaciones prospectivas, ya sea para considerarlo un factor de riesgo o como un marcador adicional para el seguimiento y diagnóstico en personas delgadas.

    The true triaxial loading and unloading tests on granite were conducted to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the granite in the construction area of an underground cavern. The stability of the surrounding rock, the characteristic stress, the failure mode and the brittleness characteristics were mainly analyzed in this work. In addition, the evolution laws of total energy and dissipated energy with axial strain were explored. Results show that under the true triaxial loading and unloading stress paths, the failure modes of granite are both tensile and shear composite failure, and characteristics of high damage stress and brittleness are obviously observed. A new brittleness index is proposed to evaluate rock brittleness by using volumetric strain curve. It is found that the brittleness of granite is higher under unloading conditions. In the true triaxial loading test, the change trend of total energy with axial strain goes through three stages: slow increase, rapid increase, and steady increase. In the true triaxial unloading test, the dissipated energy increases rapidly at the moment of unloading, and its proportion in the energy distribution exceeds the elastic strain energy, which becomes the main energy consumption. The energy dissipation value of the granite sample in the loading test is obviously greater than that in the unloading test. It indicates that more energy is required for samples under the loading path to produce damage, which is safer than the unloading path. The particle flow PFC3D is used to simulate the true triaxial loading and unloading test of granite in this study. The failure mode and the crack distribution of the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with results of the laboratory test. Then the numerical model is used to simulate the rapid unloading failure process of granite. It is found that the rock sample particle ejection damage will occur at the end of the model, similar to a rock burst.
