    Tato práce se zabývá přípravou trénovací datové sady a trénováním konvoluční neuronové sítě pro detekci registrační značky vozidla ve videu. Pro detekce byla použita technologie Darknet, konkrétně model neuronové sítě YOLOv3-tiny. Řešení bylo zaměřeno na co nejpřesnější detekce a na co nejmenší počet falešných detekcí na obrázek, a tím dosáhnout co nejmenší celkové chyby modelu. Datová sada byla připravena z již existujících volně dostupných datových sad, z datové sady poskytnuté výzkumnou skupinou GRAPH@FIT a z vlastnoručně anotovaných obrázků vytvořených ze stažených videí ze serveru YouTube. Tato datová sada byla dále také zpracována pomocí augmentace dat, čímž byla rozšířena na dvojnásobnou velikost. Pro vytvoření anotací byl použit nástroj YOLO Mark. Pro vizualizaci chybovosti modelu byla použita ROC křivka. Vytvořené řešení dosahuje minimální celkové chyby 10,849%. Součástí řešení je i již zmiňovaná datová sada. This thesis deals with preparation of training dataset and training of convolutional neural network for licence plate detection in video. Darknet technology was used for detection, specifically the YOLOv3-tiny neural network model. The solution was focused on the most accurate detection and the smallest number of false positives per image, thus minimizing overall model error. Dataset was prepared from existing freely available datasets, from the dataset provided by the GRAPH@FIT research group, and from self-annotated images created from downloaded YouTube videos. Furthermore, this dataset has been processed using data augmentation, extending it to twice the size. The YOLO Mark tool was used to create annotations. An ROC curve was used to visualize the detection success. Created solution reaches minimum total error 10,849%. Part of the solution is already mentioned dataset. B

    This thesis is concerned the technology with technologies of transfer through wireless devices. It is about possibilities of optimization of transfer in wireless net, especially of the reduction of interference influence. The first part is about theory and the standards development of wireless technology. There are methods and principles used in wireless technologies. The second part is a practical measuring and testing of an internal wireless net, with the emphasis being on the source of interference influence. Measuring was focused on interference between access points and was not about meteorological influence. It continues with theory and testing of interference of the microwave oven in our wireless net. Then, it is a practical demonstration of interference in an external environment. There are practical examples of interference between different providers’ nets on the same area and solutions to prevent or to cancel this interference. In next part of work the wireless net is parsed and described in a given territory. Here is described the way how to precede the reciprocal interference and eventually how this mutual disturbance suppress. Consequently, our net is optimized for customer growth and for today’s options of newer and more powerful components for wireless transfer. Finally there are two laboratory tasks. The first one is about practical measuring and testing of wireless net’s parameters and the second one is about simulation of wireless networks in the Opnet program. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologiemi přenosu dat přes bezdrátové prostředí. Práce se věnuje možnostem optimalizace přenosu v bezdrátové síti především z pohledu omezování vlivů rušení. V první části je proveden teoretický rozbor a vývoj standardů pro bezdrátovou technologii. Jsou zde uvedeny metody a principy přístupu k bezdrátovému médiu. Ve druhé části je provedeno praktické měření a testování vnitřní bezdrátové sítě s ohledem na zkoumání vlivů rušení. Měření se zaměřilo na vzájemné rušení bezdrátových přístupových bodů a neřešilo vliv rušení vlivem meteorologických vlivů. Následně je rozebrán a testován vliv rušení mikrovlnnou troubou na uvedenou bezdrátovou síť. Dále je na praktických ukázkách rozebrán vliv rušení ve venkovním prostředí. Jsou zde uvedeny praktické příklady rušení sítí jednotlivých providerů v daném území a jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení těchto interferencí. V další části práce je rozebrána a popsána bezdrátová sít v daném území. Je zde popsán způsob jak předcházet vzájemnému rušení a případně jak toto vzájemné rušení potlačit. Následně je daná síť optimalizována s ohledem na vzrůstající počet zákazníků a dnešní možnosti použití nových a výkonnějších prvků pro bezdrátový přenos. V další části jsou navrženy dvě laboratorní úlohy. Jedna je zaměřena na praktické měření a testování parametrů bezdrátové sítě, druhá na simulaci bezdrátových sítí v prostředí Opnet. A

    The objective of this project is to design and create internet shop offering functions, which are common and essential for this type of application. It will also offer functions, which will ensure troublefree and safe run. The base of design are UML models (ER diagram, USE CASE diagram). This models will be created for compact design of database, and structure of whole application. This shop will offer standard administrative functions, which will allow administrators to control the shop. Users will be not only offered by goods, but also will have their own account, where they will be allowed to check the history of their operations. The system will use PHP, html, JavaScript and SQL languages. It will be based on MySql database, Apache server and Rewrite modul of Apache.     This thesis describes principals of virtualization based on the Xen project. Text focuses mainly on putting system into service for purpose of it's subsequent use by ISPs. The goal of this work is also to explore the possible usages of virtualized systems based on the Xen by ISPs. One of these possibilities will be specified to the point when it will by usable or it will be able to be developed independently of author of this work. This work also designs and mostly implements system, which can be used as a base for wide spectrum of of services, when installing these services doesn't effect the rest of the system. Práce popisuje principy fungování virtualizace založené na projektu Xen. Text je zaměřen hlavně na zprovoznění systému za účelem jeho pozdějšího využití v prostředí ISP. Cílem této práce je také prozkoumat možnosti právě tohoto pozdějšího nasazení v prostředí ISP a vybrané řešení dále rozpracovat, aby bylo možné jej buď nasadit, nebo na vývoji pokračovat nezávisle na autoru této práce. Práce navrhuje a z větší části také implementuje systém, na kterém lze založit provoz širokého spektra služeb, kdy pro provoz těchto služeb není třeba zasahovat do již naprogramovaného systému. D

    This thesis is concerned with the explanation of the word2vec models. Even though word2vec was introduced recently (2013), many researchers have already tried to extend, understand or at least use the model because it provides surprisingly rich semantic information. This information is encoded in N-dim vector representation and can be recall by performing some operations over the algebra. As an addition, I suggest a model modifications in order to obtain different word representation. To achieve that, I use public picture datasets. This thesis also includes parts dedicated to word2vec extension based on convolution neural network. Tato práce se zabývá porozuměním word2vec modelů. Přestože tyto modely vznikly nedávno (2013), staly se velmi populárními. Učením těchto modelů lze obdržet vektorovou reprezentaci slov v~N-dimenzionálním prostoru reálných čísel. Pomocí operací nad těmito vektory je možné určit sémantické vazby mezi slovy. Dále se práce snaží o rozšíření představených modelů za účelem jiné reprezentace slov. K tomuto účelu je navrženo využití obrazové informace. Taktéž je diskutována možnost použití konvolučních neuronových sítí ve spojitosti s poskytnutím odlišné kontextové informace. A

    Cílem diplomové práce bylo vypracování projektu malé vodní elektrárny na řece Askistskali v Gruzii. V rámci práce bylo provedeno geodetické zaměření pomocí fotogrammetrie dronem a prohlídka zájmové lokality. V práci jsou uvedeny podklady dodané firmou Stream s.r.o. a popsán postup zaměření pomocí dronu. V další části je popsán nový návrh všech stavebních objektů a provozních souborů a jsou uvedeny výsledky ekonomické analýzy. Následuje výpočtová část příloh, ve které je popsán postup návrhu jednotlivých objektů včetně výpočtů a požadovaných výstupů. V samotném závěru práce je přiložena fotodokumentace zájmového území, která byla pořízena při prohlídce zájmové oblasti projektu. Na základě ekonomické analýzy byl projekt vyhodnocen jako výhodná investiční příležitost. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a project for a small hydroelectric power plant on the Askistskali River in Georgia. The thesis includes a geodetic survey using drone photogrammetry and a visit of the site of interest. The thesis presents the documents supplied by Stream Ltd. and describes the procedure of geodetic surveying using a drone. In the next part, the new design of all the structures is described and the results of the economic analysis are presented. It is followed by the calculations part, which describe the design procedure for each structure. At the very end of the thesis, a photographic documentation of the area of interest is attached. Based on the economic analysis, the project was assessed as a profitable investment opportunity. A

    The aim of this master thesis is to propose a system for monitoring and regulation the climate in groups of terrariums using Raspberry Pi platform and with subsequent well-arranged representation through the web server. Each group of terrariums has its own measure and regulation device Arduino NANO that wirelessly communicates with central computer Raspberry Pi. The measured values are stored in the MySQL database in central computer. These values are then graphically displayed on the web page. Limit values for regulation and regulation times can also be set through web page. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť systém monitorovania a regulácie klimatu v skupinách terárií s využitím platformy Raspberry Pi a s následným prehľadným zobrazením cez webový server. Každá skupina terárií má vlastné meracie a regulačné zariadenie Arduino NANO, ktoré bezdrôtovo komunikuje s centrálnym počítačom Raspberry Pi. Namerané hodnoty sa ukladajú do MySQL databázy v centrálnom počítači. Tieto hodnoty sú následne graficky zobrazené na webovej stránke.     This thesis researches methods of traffic sign recognition using various approaches. Technique based on machine learning utilizing convolutional neural networks was selected forfurther implementation. Influence of number of convolutional layers on neural network’s performance is studied. The resulting network is tested on German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark and author’s dataset.     Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výběr a analýzu vhodných existujících zapojení kmitočtových filtrů pracujících v proudovém módu. V první části práce jsou obecně popsány kmitočtové filtry z hlediska principu funkce a rozdělení. Navazující text pojednává o problematice aktivních prvků, které jsou základem konstrukce uvedených zapojení. Jádro každého obvodu je tvořeno digitálně řiditelným proudovým zesilovačem DACA (digitally adjustable current amplifier), který umožňuje měnit hodnotu jeho zesílení. Další používané aktivní prvky jsou univerzální proudový konvejor UCC (universal curret conveyor), dvouvýstupový a vícevýstupový proudový konvejor DO-CF (dual-output current follower) a MO-CF (multi-output current follower), operační transkonduktanční zesilovač OTA (operational transconductance amplifier) a dvouvýstupový transkonduktanční zesilovač BOTA (balanced-output transconductance amplifier). Ve zbývající části práce jsou pak podrobně popsána čtyři vybraná zapojení kmitočtových filtrů. Jsou zde uvedeny výpočty pasivních součástek a výsledky simulací. Pro experimentální ověření jsou pak dále zvolena dvě plně diferenční zapojení. Zakončení práce je věnováno shrnutí výsledků měření těchto dvou filtrů. Bachelors’s thesis focuses on selection and analysis of suitable filtering structures working in current mode. In the first part, there is a common description of frequency filters in terms of function and division. The following text discusses the issues of active elements that creates basic construction of these filtering structures. Core of each circuit is formed by digitally adjustable current amplifier DACA, which enables change of amplification. Another used active elements are universal curret conveyor UCC, dual-output current follower DO-CF, multi-output current follower MO-CF, operational transconductance amplifier OTA and balanced-output transconductance amplifier BOTA. In the last part, there are described four chosen applications of frequency filters. There are introduced calculations of passive components a results of simulations.     Tato práce se zabývá přípravou trénovací datové sady a trénováním konvoluční neuronové sítě pro detekci registrační značky vozidla ve videu. Pro detekce byla použita technologie Darknet, konkrétně model neuronové sítě YOLOv3-tiny. Řešení bylo zaměřeno na co nejpřesnější detekce a na co nejmenší počet falešných detekcí na obrázek, a tím dosáhnout co nejmenší celkové chyby modelu. Datová sada byla připravena z již existujících volně dostupných datových sad, z datové sady poskytnuté výzkumnou skupinou GRAPH@FIT a z vlastnoručně anotovaných obrázků vytvořených ze stažených videí ze serveru YouTube. Tato datová sada byla dále také zpracována pomocí augmentace dat, čímž byla rozšířena na dvojnásobnou velikost. Pro vytvoření anotací byl použit nástroj YOLO Mark. Pro vizualizaci chybovosti modelu byla použita ROC křivka. Vytvořené řešení dosahuje minimální celkové chyby 10,849%. Součástí řešení je i již zmiňovaná datová sada. This thesis deals with preparation of training dataset and training of convolutional neural network for licence plate detection in video. Darknet technology was used for detection, specifically the YOLOv3-tiny neural network model. The solution was focused on the most accurate detection and the smallest number of false positives per image, thus minimizing overall model error. Dataset was prepared from existing freely available datasets, from the dataset provided by the GRAPH@FIT research group, and from self-annotated images created from downloaded YouTube videos. Furthermore, this dataset has been processed using data augmentation, extending it to twice the size. The YOLO Mark tool was used to create annotations. An ROC curve was used to visualize the detection success. Created solution reaches minimum total error 10,849%. Part of the solution is already mentioned dataset. B

    This thesis is concerned the technology with technologies of transfer through wireless devices. It is about possibilities of optimization of transfer in wireless net, especially of the reduction of interference influence. The first part is about theory and the standards development of wireless technology. There are methods and principles used in wireless technologies. The second part is a practical measuring and testing of an internal wireless net, with the emphasis being on the source of interference influence. Measuring was focused on interference between access points and was not about meteorological influence. It continues with theory and testing of interference of the microwave oven in our wireless net. Then, it is a practical demonstration of interference in an external environment. There are practical examples of interference between different providers’ nets on the same area and solutions to prevent or to cancel this interference. In next part of work the wireless net is parsed and described in a given territory. Here is described the way how to precede the reciprocal interference and eventually how this mutual disturbance suppress. Consequently, our net is optimized for customer growth and for today’s options of newer and more powerful components for wireless transfer. Finally there are two laboratory tasks. The first one is about practical measuring and testing of wireless net’s parameters and the second one is about simulation of wireless networks in the Opnet program. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologiemi přenosu dat přes bezdrátové prostředí. Práce se věnuje možnostem optimalizace přenosu v bezdrátové síti především z pohledu omezování vlivů rušení. V první části je proveden teoretický rozbor a vývoj standardů pro bezdrátovou technologii. Jsou zde uvedeny metody a principy přístupu k bezdrátovému médiu. Ve druhé části je provedeno praktické měření a testování vnitřní bezdrátové sítě s ohledem na zkoumání vlivů rušení. Měření se zaměřilo na vzájemné rušení bezdrátových přístupových bodů a neřešilo vliv rušení vlivem meteorologických vlivů. Následně je rozebrán a testován vliv rušení mikrovlnnou troubou na uvedenou bezdrátovou síť. Dále je na praktických ukázkách rozebrán vliv rušení ve venkovním prostředí. Jsou zde uvedeny praktické příklady rušení sítí jednotlivých providerů v daném území a jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení těchto interferencí. V další části práce je rozebrána a popsána bezdrátová sít v daném území. Je zde popsán způsob jak předcházet vzájemnému rušení a případně jak toto vzájemné rušení potlačit. Následně je daná síť optimalizována s ohledem na vzrůstající počet zákazníků a dnešní možnosti použití nových a výkonnějších prvků pro bezdrátový přenos. V další části jsou navrženy dvě laboratorní úlohy. Jedna je zaměřena na praktické měření a testování parametrů bezdrátové sítě, druhá na simulaci bezdrátových sítí v prostředí Opnet. A

    The objective of this project is to design and create internet shop offering functions, which are common and essential for this type of application. It will also offer functions, which will ensure troublefree and safe run. The base of design are UML models (ER diagram, USE CASE diagram). Users will be not only offered by goods, but also will have their own account, where they will be allowed to check the history of their operations.     This thesis describes principals of virtualization based on the Xen project. Text focuses mainly on putting system into service for purpose of it's subsequent use by ISPs. The goal of this work is also to explore the possible usages of virtualized systems based on the Xen by ISPs. One of these possibilities will be specified to the point when it will by usable or it will be able to be developed independently of author of this work. This work also designs and mostly implements system, which can be used as a base for wide spectrum of of services, when installing these services doesn't effect the rest of the system. Práce popisuje principy fungování virtualizace založené na projektu Xen. Text je zaměřen hlavně na zprovoznění systému za účelem jeho pozdějšího využití v prostředí ISP. Cílem této práce je také prozkoumat možnosti právě tohoto pozdějšího nasazení v prostředí ISP a vybrané řešení dále rozpracovat, aby bylo možné jej buď nasadit, nebo na vývoji pokračovat nezávisle na autoru této práce. Práce navrhuje a z větší části také implementuje systém, na kterém lze založit provoz širokého spektra služeb, kdy pro provoz těchto služeb není třeba zasahovat do již naprogramovaného systému. D

    This thesis is concerned with the explanation of the word2vec models. Even though word2vec was introduced recently (2013), many researchers have already tried to extend, understand or at least use the model because it provides surprisingly rich semantic information. This information is encoded in N-dim vector representation and can be recall by performing some operations over the algebra. As an addition, I suggest a model modifications in order to obtain different word representation. To achieve that, I use public picture datasets. This thesis also includes parts dedicated to word2vec extension based on convolution neural network. Tato práce se zabývá porozuměním word2vec modelů. Přestože tyto modely vznikly nedávno (2013), staly se velmi populárními. Učením těchto modelů lze obdržet vektorovou reprezentaci slov v~N-dimenzionálním prostoru reálných čísel. Pomocí operací nad těmito vektory je možné určit sémantické vazby mezi slovy. Dále se práce snaží o rozšíření představených modelů za účelem jiné reprezentace slov. K tomuto účelu je navrženo využití obrazové informace. Taktéž je diskutována možnost použití konvolučních neuronových sítí ve spojitosti s poskytnutím odlišné kontextové informace. A

    Cílem diplomové práce bylo vypracování projektu malé vodní elektrárny na řece Askistskali v Gruzii. V rámci práce bylo provedeno geodetické zaměření pomocí fotogrammetrie dronem a prohlídka zájmové lokality. V práci jsou uvedeny podklady dodané firmou Stream s.r.o. a popsán postup zaměření pomocí dronu. V další části je popsán nový návrh všech stavebních objektů a provozních souborů a jsou uvedeny výsledky ekonomické analýzy. Následuje výpočtová část příloh, ve které je popsán postup návrhu jednotlivých objektů včetně výpočtů a požadovaných výstupů. V samotném závěru práce je přiložena fotodokumentace zájmového území, která byla pořízena při prohlídce zájmové oblasti projektu. Na základě ekonomické analýzy byl projekt vyhodnocen jako výhodná investiční příležitost. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a project for a small hydroelectric power plant on the Askistskali River in Georgia. The thesis includes a geodetic survey using drone photogrammetry and a visit of the site of interest. The thesis presents the documents supplied by Stream Ltd. and describes the procedure of geodetic surveying using a drone. In the next part, the new design of all the structures is described and the results of the economic analysis are presented. It is followed by the calculations part, which describe the design procedure for each structure. At the very end of the thesis, a photographic documentation of the area of interest is attached. Based on the economic analysis, the project was assessed as a profitable investment opportunity. A

    The aim of this master thesis is to propose a system for monitoring and regulation the climate in groups of terrariums using Raspberry Pi platform and with subsequent well-arranged representation through the web server. Each group of terrariums has its own measure and regulation device Arduino NANO that wirelessly communicates with central computer Raspberry Pi. The measured values are stored in the MySQL database in central computer. These values are then graphically displayed on the web page. Limit values for regulation and regulation times can also be set through web page. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť systém monitorovania a regulácie klimatu v skupinách terárií s využitím platformy Raspberry Pi a s následným prehľadným zobrazením cez webový server. Každá skupina terárií má vlastné meracie a regulačné zariadenie Arduino NANO, ktoré bezdrôtovo komunikuje s centrálnym počítačom Raspberry Pi. Namerané hodnoty sa ukladajú do MySQL databázy v centrálnom počítači. Tieto hodnoty sú následne graficky zobrazené na webovej stránke.     This thesis researches methods of traffic sign recognition using various approaches. Technique based on machine learning utilizing convolutional neural networks was selected forfurther implementation. Influence of number of convolutional layers on neural network’s performance is studied. The resulting network is tested on German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark and author’s dataset.     Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výběr a analýzu vhodných existujících zapojení kmitočtových filtrů pracujících v proudovém módu. V první části práce jsou obecně popsány kmitočtové filtry z hlediska principu funkce a rozdělení. Navazující text pojednává o problematice aktivních prvků, které jsou základem konstrukce uvedených zapojení. Jádro každého obvodu je tvořeno digitálně řiditelným proudovým zesilovačem DACA (digitally adjustable current amplifier), který umožňuje měnit hodnotu jeho zesílení. Další používané aktivní prvky jsou univerzální proudový konvejor UCC (universal curret conveyor), dvouvýstupový a vícevýstupový proudový konvejor DO-CF (dual-output current follower) a MO-CF (multi-output current follower), operační transkonduktanční zesilovač OTA (operational transconductance amplifier) a dvouvýstupový transkonduktanční zesilovač BOTA (balanced-output transconductance amplifier). Ve zbývající části práce jsou pak podrobně popsána čtyři vybraná zapojení kmitočtových filtrů. Jsou zde uvedeny výpočty pasivních součástek a výsledky simulací. Pro experimentální ověření jsou pak dále zvolena dvě plně diferenční zapojení. Zakončení práce je věnováno shrnutí výsledků měření těchto dvou filtrů. Bachelors’s thesis focuses on selection and analysis of suitable filtering structures working in current mode. In the first part, there is a common description of frequency filters in terms of function and division. The following text discusses the issues of active elements that creates basic construction of these filtering structures. Core of each circuit is formed by digitally adjustable current amplifier DACA, which enables change of amplification. Another used active elements are universal curret conveyor UCC, dual-output current follower DO-CF, multi-output current follower MO-CF, operational transconductance amplifier OTA and balanced-output transconductance amplifier BOTA. In the last part, there are described four chosen applications of frequency filters. There are introduced calculations of passive components a results of simulations.
