    The paper deals with the creation of interface based on multiple input signals, i.e. multimodal interface. For this purpose analyzes the benefits of the approach to communicate with the device that way. The work also includes an overview of the level at which you can perform data fusion, and different approaches to the layout of the system architecture for multimodal data processing. The important part is the actual design of the system, where for the interface was chosen distributed architecture using software agents for processing inputs. As a method for data integration was picked hybrid fusion based on dialog driven and unification strategy. The result should be an interface for media center control and interaction with other devices around the user. Práce se zabývá tvorbou uživatelského rozhraní založeného na více vstupních signálech, tedy multimodálním rozhraním. Za tímto účelem nejprve rozebírá výhody daného přístupu ke komunikaci s přístroji. Dále práce obsahuje přehled úrovní, na kterých lze fúzi dat provádět, a různé přístupy k rozvržení architektury systému pro zpracování multimodálních dat. Důležitou částí je samotný návrh systému, kde pro výsledné rozhraní byla zvolena distribuovaná architektura používající softwarové agenty pro zpracování vstupů. Ze studovaných metod pro integraci dat byla vybrána hybridní fúze. Cílem má být rozhraní umožňující ovládání multimediálního centra a interakci s dalšími zařízeními v okolí uživatele. A

    Tato práce se zabývá přípravou trénovací datové sady a trénováním konvoluční neuronové sítě pro detekci registrační značky vozidla ve videu. Pro detekce byla použita technologie Darknet, konkrétně model neuronové sítě YOLOv3-tiny. Řešení bylo zaměřeno na co nejpřesnější detekce a na co nejmenší počet falešných detekcí na obrázek, a tím dosáhnout co nejmenší celkové chyby modelu. Datová sada byla připravena z již existujících volně dostupných datových sad, z datové sady poskytnuté výzkumnou skupinou GRAPH@FIT a z vlastnoručně anotovaných obrázků vytvořených ze stažených videí ze serveru YouTube. Tato datová sada byla dále také zpracována pomocí augmentace dat, čímž byla rozšířena na dvojnásobnou velikost. Pro vytvoření anotací byl použit nástroj YOLO Mark. Pro vizualizaci chybovosti modelu byla použita ROC křivka. Vytvořené řešení dosahuje minimální celkové chyby 10,849%. Součástí řešení je i již zmiňovaná datová sada. This thesis deals with preparation of training dataset and training of convolutional neural network for licence plate detection in video. Darknet technology was used for detection, specifically the YOLOv3-tiny neural network model. The solution was focused on the most accurate detection and the smallest number of false positives per image, thus minimizing overall model error. Dataset was prepared from existing freely available datasets, from the dataset provided by the GRAPH@FIT research group, and from self-annotated images created from downloaded YouTube videos. Furthermore, this dataset has been processed using data augmentation, extending it to twice the size. The YOLO Mark tool was used to create annotations. An ROC curve was used to visualize the detection success. Created solution reaches minimum total error 10,849%. Part of the solution is already mentioned dataset. B

    Cílem mé práce bylo vytvořit systém ovládaný přes webové rozhraní, který umožňuje administrátorům spravovat uživatele a počítače v malé síti (do 250 počítačů) a spravovat celou tuto síť. Systém je modulární. Jeho výhodou tedy je, že pokrývá požadavky různých druhů sítí. Vše je ovládáno přes přehledné webové rozhraní. Součástí celého systému jsou PHP skripty pro Linux, běžící na routru, které umí komunikovat se systémem a nastavit router podle údajů zadaných přes webové rozhraní. Uživatelům jsou přiřazena práva, podle kterých mají přístup do některých částí systému. K vytvoření systému jsem použil v dnešní době běžné technologie pro tvorbu dynamických webových aplikací jako jsou databázový systém PostgreSQL, skriptovací jazyk PHP a značkovací jazyk HMTL. The main objective of my work was to create a system administered over the web interface, where administrators may control users and computers in a small-area network (max. 250 computers). The system is modular to meet requirements of different networks and is administered over the web interface. A part of the whole system is created by PHP scripts for a Linux router, which are connected to the database and can set the router. Users have assigned rights to access to different parts of the system. The system was developed in common technologies like database system PostgreSQL, script language PHP, and mark-up language HTML.     Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol navrhnout a realizovat koncepci distribuovaného řídicího systému pro chytrou zahradu. Tento systém umí změřit jednotlivé fyzikální veličiny, zpracovat naměřená data, odeslat je do centrální jednotky a zde je uživateli zobrazit na displeji.     In my bachelor‘s thesis I have analysed the diesel fuel market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the petrol stations offers as well the consumers demand. It concerns oligopoly market form, where the front positions are taken by foreign brands. I have determined the structure type by the data referring to the market power of particular petrol station networks and also thanks to the price research itself. Consumers behave quite often very illogically in this market due to the lack of available information. These conclusions I have obtained by the market research I did on active drivers. A modern solution is a new web portal establishment based on cooperation with petrol stations, which would provide information about the fuel market to the drivers. Ve své práci analyzuji trh s pohonnými hmotami v České republice z pohledu nabídky čerpacích stanic a poptávky spotřebitelů. Jedná se o oligopolní tržní strukturu, kde přední místa zaujímají převážně zahraniční značky. Typ struktury jsem určil na základě údajů vypovídajících o tržní síle jednotlivých sítí čerpacích stanic a díky vlastnímu cenovému výzkumu. Spotřebitelé se na tomto trhu chovají často nelogicky a to hlavně z důvodu nedostatečného množství dostupných informací. K tomuto zjištění jsem dospěl na základě průzkumu trhu mezi aktivními řidiči. Možným a moderním řešením je vznik portálu, který by na základě spolupráce s čerpacími stanicemi usměrňoval a zprostředkovával kýžené informace směrem k řidičům. C

    Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením problému audio-klasifikace zvuku těžby motorové pily v přirozeném prostředí s využitím převážně konvolučních neuronových sítí. Nejprve je probrána teorie týkající se grafické reprezentace zvukového signálu. Další část je věnována oblasti strojového učení. Ve třetí kapitole jsou prezentovány některé současné práce zabývající se touto problematikou. V rámci praktické části je představen použitý dataset a testované neuronové sítě. Dosažené výsledky testování jsou porovnány na základě dosažené úspěšnosti a pomocí křivek ROC. Robustnost představených řešení je ověřena pomocí navrženého detekčního programu a zhodnocena pomocí objektivních kritérií. This master thesis deals with the problem of audio-classification of the chainsaw logging sound in natural environment using mainly convolutional neural networks. First, a theory of grafical representation of audio signal is discussed. Following part is devoted to the machine learning area. In third chapter, some of present works dealing with this problematics are given. Within the practical part, used dataset and tested neural networks are presented. Final resultes are compared by achieved accuracy and by ROC curves. The robustness of the presented solutions was tested by proposed detection program and evaluated using objective criteria. A

    The objective of this study is to modernize information system of Kamenice primary school and its components.     The thesis investigates APT attacks, which are professional targeted attacks that are characterised by long-term duration and use of advanced techniques. The thesis summarises current knowledge about APT attacks and suggests seven symptoms that can be used to check, whether an organization is under an APT attack. Thesis suggests a system for detection of APT attacks based on interaction of those symptoms. This system is elaborated further for detection of attacks in computer networks, where it uses user behaviour modelling for anomaly detection. The detector uses k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) method. The APT attack recognition ability in network environment is verified by implementing and testing this detector. Práce se zabývá APT útoky, což jsou cílené a profesionálně vedené útoky vyznačující se dlouhou dobou trvání s využitím pokročilých technik. Práce shrnuje dosavadní znalosti o APT útocích a je v ní navrženo sedm symptomů využitelných pro zjištění, že daná organizace se nachází pod APT útokem. Na spolupůsobení symptomů je v práci navržen systém pro rozpoznávání APT útoků. Tento systém je rozpracován pro útoky v prostředí počítačové sítě a využívá modelování chování uživatelů v síti pro detekci anomálií. Detektor je založen na metodě k-nearest neighbors (k-NN).     The paper deals with the creation of interface based on multiple input signals, i.e. multimodal interface. For this purpose analyzes the benefits of the approach to communicate with the device that way. The work also includes an overview of the level at which you can perform data fusion, and different approaches to the layout of the system architecture for multimodal data processing. The important part is the actual design of the system, where for the interface was chosen distributed architecture using software agents for processing inputs. As a method for data integration was picked hybrid fusion based on dialog driven and unification strategy. The result should be an interface for media center control and interaction with other devices around the user. Práce se zabývá tvorbou uživatelského rozhraní založeného na více vstupních signálech, tedy multimodálním rozhraním. Za tímto účelem nejprve rozebírá výhody daného přístupu ke komunikaci s přístroji. Dále práce obsahuje přehled úrovní, na kterých lze fúzi dat provádět, a různé přístupy k rozvržení architektury systému pro zpracování multimodálních dat. Důležitou částí je samotný návrh systému, kde pro výsledné rozhraní byla zvolena distribuovaná architektura používající softwarové agenty pro zpracování vstupů. Ze studovaných metod pro integraci dat byla vybrána hybridní fúze. Cílem má být rozhraní umožňující ovládání multimediálního centra a interakci s dalšími zařízeními v okolí uživatele. A

    Tato práce se zabývá přípravou trénovací datové sady a trénováním konvoluční neuronové sítě pro detekci registrační značky vozidla ve videu. Pro detekce byla použita technologie Darknet, konkrétně model neuronové sítě YOLOv3-tiny. Řešení bylo zaměřeno na co nejpřesnější detekce a na co nejmenší počet falešných detekcí na obrázek, a tím dosáhnout co nejmenší celkové chyby modelu. Datová sada byla připravena z již existujících volně dostupných datových sad, z datové sady poskytnuté výzkumnou skupinou GRAPH@FIT a z vlastnoručně anotovaných obrázků vytvořených ze stažených videí ze serveru YouTube. Tato datová sada byla dále také zpracována pomocí augmentace dat, čímž byla rozšířena na dvojnásobnou velikost. Pro vytvoření anotací byl použit nástroj YOLO Mark. Pro vizualizaci chybovosti modelu byla použita ROC křivka. Vytvořené řešení dosahuje minimální celkové chyby 10,849%. Součástí řešení je i již zmiňovaná datová sada. This thesis deals with preparation of training dataset and training of convolutional neural network for licence plate detection in video. Darknet technology was used for detection, specifically the YOLOv3-tiny neural network model. The solution was focused on the most accurate detection and the smallest number of false positives per image, thus minimizing overall model error. Dataset was prepared from existing freely available datasets, from the dataset provided by the GRAPH@FIT research group, and from self-annotated images created from downloaded YouTube videos. Furthermore, this dataset has been processed using data augmentation, extending it to twice the size. The YOLO Mark tool was used to create annotations. An ROC curve was used to visualize the detection success. Created solution reaches minimum total error 10,849%. Part of the solution is already mentioned dataset. B

    Cílem mé práce bylo vytvořit systém ovládaný přes webové rozhraní, který umožňuje administrátorům spravovat uživatele a počítače v malé síti (do 250 počítačů) a spravovat celou tuto síť. Systém je modulární. Jeho výhodou tedy je, že pokrývá požadavky různých druhů sítí. Vše je ovládáno přes přehledné webové rozhraní. Součástí celého systému jsou PHP skripty pro Linux, běžící na routru, které umí komunikovat se systémem a nastavit router podle údajů zadaných přes webové rozhraní. Uživatelům jsou přiřazena práva, podle kterých mají přístup do některých částí systému. K vytvoření systému jsem použil v dnešní době běžné technologie pro tvorbu dynamických webových aplikací jako jsou databázový systém PostgreSQL, skriptovací jazyk PHP a značkovací jazyk HMTL. The main objective of my work was to create a system administered over the web interface, where administrators may control users and computers in a small-area network (max. 250 computers). The system is modular to meet requirements of different networks and is administered over the web interface. A part of the whole system is created by PHP scripts for a Linux router, which are connected to the database and can set the router.     In my bachelor‘s thesis I have analysed the diesel fuel market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the petrol stations offers as well the consumers demand. It concerns oligopoly market form, where the front positions are taken by foreign brands. I have determined the structure type by the data referring to the market power of particular petrol station networks and also thanks to the price research itself. Consumers behave quite often very illogically in this market due to the lack of available information. These conclusions I have obtained by the market research I did on active drivers. A modern solution is a new web portal establishment based on cooperation with petrol stations, which would provide information about the fuel market to the drivers. Ve své práci analyzuji trh s pohonnými hmotami v České republice z pohledu nabídky čerpacích stanic a poptávky spotřebitelů. Jedná se o oligopolní tržní strukturu, kde přední místa zaujímají převážně zahraniční značky. Typ struktury jsem určil na základě údajů vypovídajících o tržní síle jednotlivých sítí čerpacích stanic a díky vlastnímu cenovému výzkumu. Spotřebitelé se na tomto trhu chovají často nelogicky a to hlavně z důvodu nedostatečného množství dostupných informací. K tomuto zjištění jsem dospěl na základě průzkumu trhu mezi aktivními řidiči. Možným a moderním řešením je vznik portálu, který by na základě spolupráce s čerpacími stanicemi usměrňoval a zprostředkovával kýžené informace směrem k řidičům. C

    Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením problému audio-klasifikace zvuku těžby motorové pily v přirozeném prostředí s využitím převážně konvolučních neuronových sítí. Nejprve je probrána teorie týkající se grafické reprezentace zvukového signálu. Další část je věnována oblasti strojového učení. Ve třetí kapitole jsou prezentovány některé současné práce zabývající se touto problematikou. V rámci praktické části je představen použitý dataset a testované neuronové sítě. Dosažené výsledky testování jsou porovnány na základě dosažené úspěšnosti a pomocí křivek ROC. Robustnost představených řešení je ověřena pomocí navrženého detekčního programu a zhodnocena pomocí objektivních kritérií. This master thesis deals with the problem of audio-classification of the chainsaw logging sound in natural environment using mainly convolutional neural networks. First, a theory of grafical representation of audio signal is discussed. Following part is devoted to the machine learning area. In third chapter, some of present works dealing with this problematics are given. Within the practical part, used dataset and tested neural networks are presented. Final resultes are compared by achieved accuracy and by ROC curves. The robustness of the presented solutions was tested by proposed detection program and evaluated using objective criteria. A

    The objective of this study is to modernize information system of Kamenice primary school and its components. Modernization concerns of the current application analysis and requirements for its use, then design a structure of new, modern and effective management system. Conditions of realization is to implement designed system in any PHP framework.     The thesis investigates APT attacks, which are professional targeted attacks that are characterised by long-term duration and use of advanced techniques. The thesis summarises current knowledge about APT attacks and suggests seven symptoms that can be used to check, whether an organization is under an APT attack. Thesis suggests a system for detection of APT attacks based on interaction of those symptoms. This system is elaborated further for detection of attacks in computer networks, where it uses user behaviour modelling for anomaly detection. The detector uses k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) method. The APT attack recognition ability in network environment is verified by implementing and testing this detector. Práce se zabývá APT útoky, což jsou cílené a profesionálně vedené útoky vyznačující se dlouhou dobou trvání s využitím pokročilých technik. Práce shrnuje dosavadní znalosti o APT útocích a je v ní navrženo sedm symptomů využitelných pro zjištění, že daná organizace se nachází pod APT útokem. Na spolupůsobení symptomů je v práci navržen systém pro rozpoznávání APT útoků. Tento systém je rozpracován pro útoky v prostředí počítačové sítě a využívá modelování chování uživatelů v síti pro detekci anomálií. Detektor je založen na metodě k-nearest neighbors (k-NN). Schopnost rozpoznávání APT útoku v síťovém prostředí je ověřena implementací detektoru a jeho otestováním. B
