The U.S.-Mexico border, the busiest border line in the world, is also a politically explosive topic attracting media attention. The public often associates it with the construction of a wall to stop international migration. However, the origins of migrants and their motivation to move to the United States have changed significantly in the last few decades. The article describes the causes of this change and possible other solutions than the construction of an impenetrable and extremely expensive barrier, but deals also with the causes and changes in migration flows in the U.S.-Mexico borderland. Americko-mexická hranice, nejfrekventovanější hraniční linie na světě, je zároveň politicky výbušné téma, přitahující pozornost médií. Veřejnost si ji často spojuje se stavbou neprostupné zdi, která má zastavit mezinárodní migraci. Původ migrantů a jejich motivace směřovat do Spojených států se však v posledních několika desetiletí významně změnila. Článek rozebírá příčiny této změny i možná jiná řešení, než je stavba neprostupné a extrémně drahé bariéry, ale také příčiny a změny v migračních tocích v americko-mexickém příhraničí.

The Constitutional court abolished the constitutional act on shortening the electoral term of the Chamber of Deputies due to the alleged conflict to the constitutional statute No 1/1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic. The Constitutional court did so without being expressly entitled to it by the Constitution. Extraordinary elections took place on the base of a special constitutional act, this practice was applied repeatedly within the effective legal order in the Czech Republic and it became a constitutional convention. Abolition of a constitutional act which was enacted by the qualified majority within the right procedure is in conflict to the constitutional command which states that the Constitutional court is bound by the constitutional acts. If the Constitutional court designates the constitutional act as something what is not a constitutional act, then the others can designate the judgment of the Constitutional court as something what is not a judgment and can refuse to respect it. Text se zabývá rozhodnutím Ústavního soudu v Brně, kterým si v roce 2009 přisvojil pravomoc rušit ústavní zákony, když zrušil ústavní zákon o zkrácení volebního období Poslanecké sněmovny pro údajný rozpor s ústavním zákonem č. 1/1993 Sb., Ústava. Ústavní soud tak učinil, aniž mu Ústava takovou pravomoc výslovně dává, v situaci, kdy cesta k mimořádným volbám formou speciálního ústavního zákona byla aplikována v právním řádu platném na území Čech, Moravy a Slezska opakovaně a stala se ústavní zvyklostí. Zrušení ústavního zákona přijatého správnou procedurou a příslušnou kvalifikovanou většinou je v rozporu s ústavním příkazem o vázanosti Ústavního soudu ústavními zákony. Pokud může Ústavní soud označit ústavní zákon za něco, co podle něj ústavním zákonem není, mohou jiní označit nález Ústavního soudu za něco, co nálezem není a odmítnout jej respektovat. Takovýto důsledek jednání Ústavního soudu je vážným narušením právní jistoty.

High Line je jedním z nejnavštěvovanějších veřejných prostorů na světě. Denně sem směřují tisíce lidí, aby si ověřili zážitek z přírodně koncipovaného parku, procházejícího napříč galerijní čtvrtí západního Manhattanu. V době, kdy ho architekti Ricardo Scofi dio a Matthew Johnson ze studia Diller Scofi dio + Renfro, ve spolupráci s Pietem Oudolfem a s Jamesem Cornerem (Field Operations) koncipovali, neexistovalo ještě velké množství obdobných příkladů. Sedm let po dokončení první fáze parku lze již hovořit o téměř šedesáti realizovaných projektech inspirovaných úspěchem High Line (Corner et al., 2015). O tom, jaké byly záměry autorů při rekonstrukci této jedinečné dopravní konstrukce a jaká byla úskalí designu celé realizace v kontextu její udržitelnosti, mnohé napoví rozhovor, který se uskutečnil s architekty Ricardem Scofi diem a Matthew Johnsonem 2. listopadu 2015 v newyorském studiu Diller Scofi dio + Renfro se sídlem v budově Starrett–Lehigh (v západní části Chelsea na 26. ulici). Rozhovor s autory architektonického řešení parku High Line, architekty Ricardem Scofi diem a Matthew Johnsonem, uzavírá sérii tří interview s tvůrci a plánovači veřejných prostorů a parků v New Yorku. New York’s High Line is one of the most visited public areas in the world. Thousands of people go there every day to experience a nature-based park in the gallery quarter of West Manhattan. There had not been many of such places at the time when Ricardo Scofi dio and Matthew Johnson of the Diller Scofidio + Renfro studio designed the park in cooperation with Piet Oudolf and James Corner. It is said that almost sixty projects, inspired by the success of High line Park, were carried out over the fi rst seven years after the completion and opening of the High Line. The intentions of the designers for the reconstruction of this unique transportation structure and the difficulties with implementing the project in the context of sustainability were the focus of an interview with designers Ricardo Scofi dio and Matthew Johnson, conducted on 2 November 2015 in the Diller Scofidio + Renfro studio in the Starrett–Lehigh Building in Chelsea, New York. This interview concludes a series of three interviews with the planners and developers of public areas and parks in New York.

This work is focused on the image processing using the OpenCV library and detectingmoving objects in video using convolutional neural networks. The created application can detectmoving objects in the video and contains additional functionality. The application includes theYOLO convolutional model, which helps to detect moving objects.

The aim of this thesis is exposed web services on the web server using the Banana Pi Pro platform. Web server installed on a hardware platform Banana Pipra is designed in the form of open source software, in this case, the Web server Apache and Nginx. On the Web server is exposed to the web application using software system Node.js. Is practically part of the project focuses on the comparison of Web sites in terms of speed and maximal number of simultaneous connections in the implementation of the request to the Web service. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vystavení webové služby na webovém serveru s využitím platformy Banana Pi Pro. Webový server, nasazen na hardwarové platformě Banana Pi Pro, je řešený formou open source softwaru, v tomto případě se jedná o webové servery Apache a Nginx. Na webový server je vystavena webová aplikace pomocí softwarového systému Node.js. Praktická část projektu se zaměřuje na porovnání webových serverů z hlediska rychlosti a maximálního počtu současných připojení při provádění žádosti na webovou službu. B

The aim of this thesis is to create an internet application for detection and analysis of violators in the monitored area. Such an application then can be used for automated processing of records from security cameras or other captured videos from the guarded area. The first part of the work is focused on the theory of neural networks for object detection and classification in the image and recognition of people by their face. The next part describes used technologies for application development. The result is a client-server application with the possibility of configuration of processing, which allows detection of violators, identification of persons, object tracking and counting, path drawing, definition of the monitored area, usage of own detector, etc. Processed videos at the end can be played, downloaded or together with a list of detected violators shared on the internet via link. Cílem této práce je vytvořit internetovou aplikaci pro detekci a analýzu narušitelů ve sledované oblasti. Taková aplikace může následně posloužit k automatizovanému zpracování videozáznamů z bezpečnostních kamer či jinak pořízených videí ze střežené oblasti. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii neuronových sítí pro detekci a klasifikaci objektů v obraze a rozpoznávání osob podle obličeje. V další části jsou popsány použité technologie pro vývoj aplikací. Výsledkem pak je klient-server aplikace s možností konfigurace zpracování, která umožňuje detekci narušitelů, identifikaci osob, sledování a počítání objektů, vykreslování cest, vymezení sledované oblasti, uplatnění vlastního detektoru aj. Zpracované záznamy je nakonec možné přehrát, stáhnout nebo spolu s výpisem detekovaných narušitelů sdílet na internetu pomocí odkazu. A

Cílem mé práce je vytvoření plně funkční softwarové podpory pro obecní knihovnu v Petrovicích u Karviné, a to formou informačního systému, který bude splňovat všechny požadavky na ni kladené. Tento systém by měl poskytovat informace o knihovně. Dále by měl zajišťovat lepší přehled o knihách a výpůjčkách, možnost rezervace a online čtení. Pro zaměstnance knihovny nabízí kompletní systém administrace čtenářů a knih. Například půjčování a vracení knih, tvorbu upomínek. K realizaci projektu použiji skriptovací jazyky PHP a Javascript, značkovací jazyk HTML a databázový systém MySQL. The main objective of my work is to create software support for local library in Petrovice by Karviná, as an information system, which provides all the required functions. This system should provide information about library. Also should provide better review of books and bailments, possibility to reserve books and reading them online. For library's employees offers complete system for administration books and readers. For example borrowing and returning books, and creating reminders. To create this project I will use PHP, Javascript, HTML and database system MySQL. C

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of creating new version of tourist website and on its design, implementation and evaluation of further adjustments leading to the developmentof the project. The new website is written in PHP with use of Nette framework and is optimized for PC and mobile devices. The thesis further deals with creation and testing of user interface, the SEO optimization and evaluation of achieved results. This bachelory work deals with problem of creation portable mobile virtual guide for touristic purposes. The main aim of this work is to construct system for guide, which allows us to build sights and from them composes a tour. The system counts with using multimedia files about the monuments. Another aim of the work is a data distribution for a tourists through their mobile phones or through other portable devices. The base of the system is a platform Raspberry Pi with linux operating system. An application uses web server Apache, database server MySQL and combination of programming language as PHP and JavaScript. Appearance and rendering of particular sites is solved by HTML and CSS. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby přenosného mobilního virtuálního průvodce pro turistické účely. Cílem práce je vytvořit systém pro průvodce, který umožňuje vytvářet památky a z nich následně skládat trasu. Systém přitom počítá s využitím multimediálních souborů o památkách. Dalším cílem je distribuce dat turistům skrze jejich mobilní telefony nebo přes ostatní přenosná zařízení. Základem systému je platforma Raspberry Pi s linuxovým operačním systémem. Aplikace využívá webového serveru Apache, databázového serveru MySQL a kombinaci programovacích jazyků PHP a JavaScript. Vzhled a výpis jednotlivých stránek je řešen pomocí HTML a CSS. Obhájeno
