The workshop centered on energy efficiency in public buildings, current project financing programs, and their monitoring through the ePLANET platform. It was part of the ePLANET events designed to accelerate the energy transition in the Zlín Region. Mayors from the region were invited to participate and were introduced to the ePLANET platform, with a specific focus on the performance of building stock. To increase the event's appeal, additional topics related to the energy transition were covered, including strategies for boosting the Zlín Region's energy self-sufficiency, insights into energy management from the city of Prostějov in the Olomouc Region, the development of energy communities, and national financial tools supporting various types of energy efficiency (EE) projects at the local level. The learning objectives are: Demonstrate the ePLANET platform, especially UC2, with a focus on the performance of public building stock. Share best practices in energy efficiency and project financing. Explore the development and advantages of local energy communities. Understand innovative financing options for buildings and public lighting. Emphasize the importance of mutual cooperation and regular data updates for energy consumption on the ePLANET platform. Provide an update on current Czech legislation related to energy communities. Introduce national financing tools for EE projects at the local level, including new opportunities from the OP Environment Modernization Fund and the New Green Savings Scheme. The target audience of this workshop are Mayors and other representatives of municipalities of the Zlín Region, Energy facilities managers of the Zlín Region and Energy Consultancy Companies. The goal of the heritage process is to provide a comprehensible guide for identifying the most widespread art and craft techniques for the processing of precious metals, their correct description and the setting of appropriate approaches to their preventive and remedial conservation. In the first section, the art and craft techniques of goldsmithing are described in detail, based on the material characteristics of selected metals and their alloys, a description of the techniques themselves in connection with the historical context of their use, including risk factors of damage to artefacts made by these techniques. The terminology used is also supplemented, which is subsequently elaborated in the form of alphabetically ordered keyword lists in the appendices of the heritage process. The second section consists of a set of case studies containing reconstructions of the procedures of selected craft techniques, including examples of surveys of original artefacts verified in museum practice.

The aim of the methodology is to offer libraries and other memory institutions in the Czech Republic recommended procedures for facilitating access to graphic and other non-textual objects contained on the pages of digitised documents, and for facilitating the public's orientation to these non-textual elements and the possibilities of their further use. The sub-objectives leading to easier traceability are in particular: 1) automatic detection of non-textual elements in documents contained in digital libraries, 2) their type categorization and supplementation with necessary contextual and other descriptive metadata using machine learning methods, and 3) writing the obtained information through international metadata standards into metadata in accordance with the national NDK Standard.

The production of technological waters from stables is evaluated in the methodology for the use of technological waters in agriculture. The corresponding legislation amended in 2021 is described. Attention is focused on technological waters from livestock breeding and simple processing of plant products. The production of technological waters is evaluated from the point of view of individual operations in which the technological waters are produces, particularly in milking and cooling equipment. THe characteristics of technological waters, particuarly the nutrient contents and potential risks of their use on the agricultural land are also evaluated in the methodology. the influence of tehcnological eaters on the growth of plants and microbial biomass content and activity in the soil was experimentally verified. The methodology contains the recommendation for the application of technological waters on the agricultural land.

Kniha shrnuje poznatky tréninku běhu na lyžích mladé generace s ohledem na jeho specifika. Pozornost je věnována mj. aspektům psychologickým ve smyslu typů osobností závodníků, trenérů i jejich vzájemné interakce, s čímž se v prostředí individuálních sportů zpravidla nepracuje. Publikace vznikla jako výstup evropského grantu ERASMUS+, jehož výsledky byly úspěšně prezentovány na půdě FIS v rámci komise Youth and Children Cross-Country při jejím zasedání v Dubrovníku v roce 2019. Prezentace projektu i projekt jako takový zde byly přijaty s uznáním a oceněním. Jedná se totiž o zajímavou a ve střední Evropě ne tak častou spolupráci sportovních klubů a lyžařských svazů.

Termodynamika patří k obtížným partiím fyziky a u žáků není zrovna oblíbená. Výzkumy prováděné na školách u nás i ve světě opakovaně identifikují žákovské miskoncepce, jako je zaměňování stavových a procesních veličin a pojetí energie nebo tepla coby substance. Příčiny obtížnosti studia termodynamiky však zůstávají nejasné. Domníváme se, že velkým dílem je na vině přirozený jazyk, jímž jsou termodynamické jevy interpretovány. Přirozený jazyk je nástrojem komunikace, ale je i nástrojem myšlení. Jazyk zprostředkovává poznání, ale není-li logicky konzistentní, může být naopak překážkou porozumění fyzice. Informace jsou v jazyce zakódované, ale v případě termodynamiky jsou i zašifrované. Není se co divit našim žákům a studentům, že se při studiu snadno chytí do pasti, protože jazyk, jímž jsou psány moderní učebnice, k tomu poskytuje dostatek příležitostí. Thermodynamics is a difficult part of physics and is not very popular with pupils and students. Research conducted at schools in the Czech Republic and in the world repeatedly identifies misconceptions, such as confusion of state and process variables and the concept of energy or heat as a substance. However, the causes of the difficulty of studying thermodynamics remain unclear. We believe that the natural language by which the thermodynamic phenomena are interpreted is largely to blame. Language is a tool of communication, but it is also a tool of thinking. Language of thermodynamics is not logically consistent and can be an obstacle to understanding physics. Language in which modern textbooks are written provides various opportunities for students to get trapped.
