As a theme of my bachelor thesis I chose the specifications of race swimming of school children and influence on child's progress. I divided my thesis into the two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which I closely characterized this. I focused on individual age period and how are the children able to learn schwimming skills in this certain period. Then I occupied myself in sport preparation, which training is suitable for a certain age group and if the frequency of schwimming trainings causes some health or social problems.

(in English): This interdisciplinary thesis deals with the relation of oral tradition and somatic terms - words describing specific parts of the human body. The analysis is based on the ethnolinguistics, the theory of term's profile in particular, that deals with the question of which somatic terms serve as the inputs to semantic contexts and what is their dominant meaning. The thesis focuses on general interpretation of folk poetry, while aiming to those poetic methods and characteristics that are coherent to the main subject of the thesis. Next chapter describes ethno-linguistics and explains its methods and theory - the relation of language and culture, language stereotypes and mainly the theory of term's profile. The core of the thesis is the chapter dedicated to somatic terms: hands, eyes, blood, cheeks, mouth and face. Based on the collections Prostonárodní české písně a říkadla (National Czech songs and riddles) by K. J. Erben and Moravské národní písně (Moravian national songs) by F. Sušil, it determines the meaning profiles. In these it describes more closely in what meanings the terms mentioned above appear in folk songs.

Mimořádně zajímavá analýza příkladu vývoje moderní vědy, unikátní také zvoleným formátem studie a metodou strukturní hermeneutiky (Alexander a Smith). Autor konstruuje vlastní story o příběhu Higgsova bosonu a činí tak velmi poučeně a svědomitě. Povaha materie ho samozřejmě nutí některé dekurzívní projevy detailně popisovat. Musí také intenzivně těžit z inspirativní práce Knorr-Cetinové. Pokračuje ovšem dál směrem k filozofickým interpretacím moderní vědy, aby se vrátil ke svému tématu a svůj stimulující text zdárně uzavřel.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the theory and practice of community nursing care in the Czech Republic. At present, community care is a topical issue, as community care is not as developed as in other Western European countries. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with several parts. The first part describes community nursing, community and community care. It also deals with the history of community care in the world and in the Czech Republic. It also describes the education and content of a community sister. Last but not least, it deals with community nursing care for selected inhabitants, which consists of seniors, family, child, mentally handicapped, mentally ill, culturally different groups of inhabitants and selected groups of inhabitants. The second part of the thesis consists of the empirical part. The aim of the work was to map the differences in the theory and practice of community nursing care in the Czech Republic. Three research questions have been set to achieve this goal. Which community nursing care works in the Czech Republic? What is the job of nurses working in community nursing? What is the content of teaching community nursing care in the Czech Republic? The qualitative survey method was chosen for the elaboration of the empirical part. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with nurses and community care teachers. Both interviews consisted of 14 questions, divided into three areas. Six nurses and four teachers attended the interviews. The research results show that the main difference between theory and practice is complexity. High school and higher education theory describes community care as a whole. Practice is mainly focused on home nursing care, and other communities are neglected.

This paper is a case study on the development of the political representation in the first decades of the communist regime in the Bludov municipality in North Moravia. It wants to analyze the personal aspect of the lowest level of governance on a particular case. The main question here is to what extent the local political representation after 1948 stood on new people, and to what extent it was based on the first-republican cadres of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia or whether it was drawn from politicians who had pre-communist political experience. We will also be interested in the social profile of the ruling class. Tento příspěvek je případovou studií vývoje politické reprezentace v prvních desetiletích komunistického režimu v severomoravské obci Bludov. Nečiní si generalizující ambice – chce na konkrétním případu analyzovat personální aspekt nejnižší úrovně vládnutí. Hlavní otázkou přitom je, do jaké míry stála místní politická reprezentace po roce 1948 na nových lidech, do jaké míry vycházela z prvorepublikových kádrových základů Komunistické strany Československa či zda čerpala z politiků, kteří měli předkomunistickou politickou zkušenost. Zajímat nás bude i sociální profil vládnoucích.

This bachelor work is concerned with motivation factors which have an influence on attractiveness of apprenticeship and in general a manual works and connect it with social, biological and economic factors. It place emphasis on the root of the trouble included social one, that resulted to an attractiveness decrease. It present overview of didactic methods with emphasis on their common characteristics and stability also. Another part of this work present a specific example of teaching result's dependency on teaching method's choice.

Molecular biologic principles of progression of colorectal carcinoma and their impact on individualized oncosurgical treatment Background: Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes together with naturall killer have crucial role in immune reaction against colorectal carcinoma (CRCa). Executive molecule of cytotoxic immune reaction is granzym B. Natural inhibitor of granzyme B is serpine B9. Aims: Authors evaluated effect of immunohistological parameters of TIL on presence of lymph node metastasis of CRCa. Authors were also focused on selecting patients with high risk of short overall survival (OS) and short desease free interval (DFI) after radical surgical therapy. Methods: Group of 152 patients was analyzed, 63 patients in cohort classified in stage II according Union Internationale Contre le Cancer (UICC) and 89 patients in cohort UICC III (with lymph node metastasis). All of them were electively radically operated due to CRCa. Evaluating of TIL pattern was defined as peritumoral (PTL), intratumoral (ITL), intrastromal (ISL) and Crohn-like. Monoclonal antibodies against CD4, CD8, CD25, FoxP3, CD57, and granzyme B were used for immunohistological staining of TIL. Cancer cells were stained with CD56 and serpine B9 monoclonal antibody. The bachelor's thesis deals with Vojta's method, the reflex locomotion method, and its effectiveness in treatment children from birth to adolescence from the perspective of a special educator. Specifically it's not specified for a particular disability but observes the application of the reflex locomotion method for all kinds of disabilities. The theoretical part describes the introduction to Vojta's method - its history, definition, indication, course of therapy, therapeutic system, developmental ontogenesis. The practical part focuses exclusively on the effectiveness and success of reflex locomotion treatment in already announced age group of children. The main goal of qualitative research which is carried out by the method of questioning is to find out whether in the end the application of Vojta's method was effective and successful or not. The total number of respondent is 15 and they are both those who went through the method themselves and people who trained with individuals.
