Contribution builds on a previous post from no. 1/20151) and is engaged in the development of technical standards since 1949. In addition to historical data, the article also deals with the basic concepts and legislation relating to technical standardization and building regulations (laws) on the territory of the Czechoslovak and Czech Republic after 1949. The main part of the subchapter is also devoted to the issue of the binding nature of technical standards in the respective periods (1949–1992 and 1993–2015). Another part of the article deals with the issue of Eurocodes as the only valid European standards, dealing with designing building structures, which applies to the Czech Republic. This chapter is divided into several parts, such as. Basic information, data on the approval, the purpose of the Eurocodes, the content of the technical standards, the history, process implementation and further development of the Eurocodes. Příspěvek navazuje na předchozí příspěvek z č. 1/20151) a zabývá se vývojem technické normalizace po roce 1949. Kromě historických údajů se článek zabývá také základními pojmy a právními předpisy souvisejícími s technickou normalizací a také stavebními řády (zákony) na území Československé a České republiky po roce 1949. Součástí hlavní části je také podkapitola věnující se problematice závaznosti technických norem v daných období (1949–1992 a 1993–2015). Další část článku se zaobírá problematikou Eurokódů jakožto jediných platných evropských norem, zabývajících se navrhováním stavebních konstrukcí, které platí i na území České republiky. Tato kapitola je rozdělena na několik částí, jako jsou např. základní informace, data o schvalování, účel Eurokódů, obsah technické normy, historický vývoj, postup zavádění a další rozvoj Eurokódů.

Phoebe Apperson Hearst měla velmi úspěšného vlastního syna Williama, který byl ale více jako jeho otec: tvrdý obchodník. Našla však jemnou, uměleckou duši v malíři Orrinu Peckovi (1860–1921), který byl údajně gay a který ji, ještě za života své vlastní matky, začal oslovovat „má druhá mámo.“ Na základě podrobného výzkumu jejich vzájemné korespondence v Peckově pozůstalosti se můžeme ptát, jak moc si byla progresivní, bohatá žena 19. století, jakou byla Phoebe Hearst, vědoma Peckovy sexuality a pokud ano, jestli s tím neměla problém, nebo šlo o nevyřčené tajemství mezi nimi? Jejich příběh představí historik umění Ladislav Zikmund-Lender. Phoebe Apperson Hearst had a very successful son of William, but he was more like his father: a tough businessman. However, she found a delicate, artistic soul in the painter Orrin Peck (1860–1921), who was allegedly gay and who, while still his own mother's life, began to address her as “my second mother.” Based on a detailed study of their correspondence in Peck's estate, we may ask how much a progressive, rich 19th-century woman like Phoebe Hearst was aware of Peck's sexuality, and if so, if she had no problem with it, or was it an unspoken secret between them? Their story will be presented by art historian Ladislav Zikmund-Lender.

Článek se zabývá historií pojmů součást a příslušenství nemovitostí v občanských zákonících, které v průběhu let platili na našem území. V závěru článku jsou uvedeny důležité poznatky z nového občanského zákoníku č. 89/2012 Sb. The article deals with the history of the term part and accessory property in civil codes, , which over the years paid in the country. The article concludes with the important findings of the new Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll.

Before the end of nineteenth century universal exhibitions, specialised shows and trade fairs became inherent part of both local economy and social and cultural life in Bohemian and Moravian cities. The temporary exhibition grounds where such events were staged from the beginning were gradually replaced by permanent exhibition grounds, and later in the interwar period, major part of the cities in Czechoslovakia either established permanent exhibition venues, or had at least some place reserved for events. Exhibition venues as well as events themselves were affected by the outbreak of WW II and subsequent change of the regime. Their further development in following decades reflected the realities of centrally planned economy and cultural and social life organised and supervised by state authorities. Then the end of the Cold War brought the collapse of planned economy and outset of liberalisation, which often led to rapid changes in the cities and unrestrained transformations of urban structure, exhibition venues included. Future research pertaining the exhibition grounds should cover their historical development and explain how the exhibition grounds and venues can be described and specified in regional spatial plans and other documents. The outcomes of such research should be of importance to heritage care and protection as well. Regarding the interdisciplinary character of the subject, the research is to be carried also in related fields, e.g. art history, economy history, event management, regional studies and the like. Pořádání všeobecných i specializovaných výstav se ke konci devatenáctého století stalo neodmyslitelnou součástí hospodářského a společenského života v řadě menších českých a moravských měst. Po dočasných areálech následovala první stálá výstaviště, a později v meziválečném období se výstavní areály staly běžnou součástí městské vybavenosti. Změna režimu po druhé světové válce československé výstavnictví zásadně poznamenala, což mělo druhotně dopad také na podobu sítě regionálních výstavišť v republice. Další zásadní proměna oboru výstavnictví souvisela v devadesátých letech s rozpadem socialistického bloku, globalizací ekonomiky a nástupem nových komunikačních technologií. V této době docházelo někde k neřízeným a živelným transformacím území a nevratnému ničení nerozpoznaných kulturních hodnot. Budoucí výzkum výstavních areálů by se v oblasti urbanismu měl soustředit na komplexní zmapování prostorového vývoje výstavišť v jednotlivých městech a na způsob jejich ukotvení v územně plánovací dokumentaci. Závěry tohoto výzkumu by pak posloužily jako vodítko pro péči o historické výstavní areály a případně jako podklad pro návrh jejich ochrany. Vzhledem k mezioborovému charakteru výstavnictví by související výzkum měl probíhat také v souvisejících oborech jako hospodářské dějiny, dějiny umění, teorie architektury nebo event management a cestovní ruch.

In the course of the excavation of Královopolský tunnel, situated under Dobrovského and Veleslavínova streets in Brno, from 2001 to 2007 some malfunctions occurred in the houses of the existing built-up area. During the excavation as well as after it the malfunctions were monitored and the deformations and inclinations were measured and recorded in the time-dependency. Při ražbě Královopolského tunelu pod ulicemi Dobrovského a Veleslavínova v Brně v období roku 2001–2007 docházelo k poruchám na domech stávající zástavby. Během ražby i po ní byly sledovány poruchy a měřeny deformace a náklony a ty byly zaznamenávány v časových závislostech.

The paper deals with historical development of technical standardization. In addition to historical data, the article also deals with the basic concepts and legislation relating to technical standardization in Czechoslovakia in 1949. Another part of the article deals with the technical standard that served as the basis for the unification of drawing building plans and their use for designing and implementing land buildings. That rule applied from 1933 to September 1950, when although it was replaced by the new standards and regulations, the practice has been used for another several years. Příspěvek se zabývá historickým vývojem technické normalizace. Kromě historických údajů se článek zabývá také základními pojmy a právními předpisy souvisejícími s technickou normalizací na území Československé republiky do roku 1949. Další část článku se zaobírá technickou normou, která sloužila jako základní podklad pro sjednocení kreslení stavebních plánů a jejich využití pro navrhování i provádění pozemních staveb. Uvedená norma platila od roku 1933 do září roku 1950, kdy ač byla nahrazena novými normami a předpisy, v praxi byla používána ještě řadu dalších let.

The book shows the possibilities of interventions in the landscape and the rules that these interventions must follow. The landscape is presented as a complex environment for people's lives in specific natural, economic and social conditions. The text focuses on the development of rural landscape in terms of its formation, types, planning, composition and historical development. The book reflects the belief that not a single author - a professional, a planner, but the users of the landscape are its true designers. Kniha prezentuje možnosti zásahů do krajiny a zákonitosti, kterými se tyto zásahy musí řídit. Krajina je představována jako komplexní prostředí pro život lidí v konkrétních přírodních, hospodářských a společenských podmínkách. Text se zaměřuje na rozvoj rurální (venkovské) krajiny z pohledu jejího utváření, členění, plánování, kompozice i historického vývoje. Kniha odráží přesvědčení, že nikoliv jediný autor - profesionál, projektant, ale uživatelé krajiny jsou jejími pravými tvůrci.

As a result of the excavation of Královopolský tunnel, situated under Dobrovského and Veleslavínova streets in Brno, some depressions and inclinations of existing buildings have happened. In the article we are dealing with the time flow of deformations on representative buildings and the process of long-term registering of cracks in the time-dependency. The malfunctions were monitored after the excavation of check tunnels in the 2001 – 2006 period and again during the excavation in 2006 – 2007; they are monitored till nowadays. The monitoring records have been entered into the tables in the time-dependency and these dependencies were graphically presented. On the basis of 'Static ensuring of the existing surface building' project documentation the static ensuring was projected and lastly implemented in most of the objects. Vlivem ražby Královopolského tunelu pod ulicemi Dobrovského a Veleslavínova došlo k poklesům a naklonění stávajících domů. V článku se zabýváme průběhy deformací na vybraných objektech a zaznamenáváním dlouhodobého sledování trhlin v časových závislostech. Poruchy jsou sledovány v období roku 2001 - 2006 po ražbě kontrolních štol tunelu a dále při ražbě tunelu roku 2006 - 2007 až dodnes. Záznamy sledování jsou v časové závislosti pravidelně zanášeny do tabulek a z nich byly zpracovány grafické závislosti. Na základě projektové dokumentace „Statické zajištění stávající povrchové zástavby“ bylo navrženo a posléze již provedeno statické zajištění většiny objektů.

Kritický katalog k výstavě, zpracovaný v digitální podobě, zahrnuje hlavní témata výstavy a soupis vybrané drobné sakrální architektury a plenérových sochařských děl zkoumaných na projektem řešeném území. Katalog dále obsahuje shrnutí úspěšných a na výstavě zčásti prezentovaných návrhů krajinotvorných staveb a artefaktů od studentů FA VUT v Brně, kteří na zadání v letech 2013–2016 spolupracovali. The resulting book in digital form includes the main themes of the exhibition and a list of selected small sacred architecture and outside located sculptures in the landscape area of this research project. The book also contains summaries of successful proposals, designed by students of FA VUT (cooperated in the research project, 2013-2016), and presented partly at the exhibition.
