The bachelor's thesis deals with Vojta's method, the reflex locomotion method, and its effectiveness in treatment children from birth to adolescence from the perspective of a special educator. Specifically it's not specified for a particular disability but observes the application of the reflex locomotion method for all kinds of disabilities. The theoretical part describes the introduction to Vojta's method - its history, definition, indication, course of therapy, therapeutic system, developmental ontogenesis. The practical part focuses exclusively on the effectiveness and success of reflex locomotion treatment in already announced age group of children. The main goal of qualitative research which is carried out by the method of questioning is to find out whether in the end the application of Vojta's method was effective and successful or not. The total number of respondent is 15 and they are both those who went through the method themselves and people who trained with individuals. The article presents and comments on the changes in real estate valuation brought by the amendment to the Property Valuation Act and the amendment to the implementing valuation decree as of 1 January 2021. V článku jsou uvedeny a komentovány změny oceňování nemovitostí, které přinášejí novela zákona o oceňování majetku a novela prováděcí oceňovací vyhlášky k 1. lednu 2021.

The food industry accounts for approximately 30% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions, yet this sector has so far not been included in the emissions allowance system. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effects of hypothetical taxation on greenhouse gas emissions in the food industry. The thesis is based on consumption data and consumer prices of 20 selected foods over a 10-year period in the Czech Republic. The hypothetical amount of the tax is set at EUR 53.51 per ton of CO2 equivalent. The outcome of the thesis research indicates that any of the 6 proposed tax scenarios can have a positive impact on the environment. Emissions originating from food could be reduced by up to 25%, depending on the chosen tax scenario.

The Bachelor's work provides information about the means and methods of evaluating and accountig for animal and plant products in agricultural sector. In relation to accounting it describes showing these items in the accounting sheets. The main aim of this work is an assessment of these means and methods of evaluating at a selected business subject active in the field of agriculture. In the practical part there are calculation methods of the Agricultural company Olešník assessed, both in animal and plant farming in the year 2019, with suggested calculation methods stated in the theoretical part. As a means of comparison there is a percentage prediction of commodities profits selected according to the company sale prices in 2019 used. According to the stated comparison there is a more suitable calculation method suggested. In the end of this work you can find a general view of this company, in the meaning of costs, profits and the result of farming, both before and after the funds are taken into consideration.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the health status of trees in the Ostrov Municipal Forests in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí. The monitoring was carried out from October 2021 to December 2022 using the field method in two areas. The hard-to-determine fungal pathogen species found were sampled for laboratory determination. A total of 11 fungal pathogens were found, with the most important species being pine blister blight (Lophodermium pinastri), spruce budworm (Armillaria ostoyae) and alder blight (Phytophthora alni). Among insect pests, the spruce budworm (Ips typografus) and the alder weevil (Agelestica alni) were detected on alders. The stands of the Ostrov Municipal Forest are in a satisfactory state of health despite the presence of these fungal pathogens and insects.

This bachelor thesis titled "Diabetes mellitus in pre-hospital emergency care" is divided into two interrelated parts, those being a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas are described. Furthermore, there is a description and classification of diabetes mellitus and also its acute complications along with its therapy. In accordance with the topic of the thesis, four research objectives were defined: to find out which complications of diabetes are most common in pre-hospital care, how can these complications be effectively treated and what technologies are used to prevent these conditions from occurring. The final research objective was to determine what experiences paramedics have with acute conditions related to diabetes in pre-hospital care. To achieve the results, qualitative research inquiry was carried out using semi-structured interviews containing 11 open-ended questions to acquire in-depth data. The interviews were conducted with 16 paramedics of the Emergency medical services of the South Bohemia region from the regional centres of Tábor, České Budějovice, Jindřichův Hradec, Písek, Český Krumlov, Strakonice and Prachatice. The results show that the interviewed paramedics are well prepared to deal with acute diabetic complications due to standardized procedures and regular training. The conclusions of the thesis provide recommendations for improving the pre-hospital care of patients with diabetes, including suggestions for increasing patient awareness of prevention and management of acute conditions.

The thesis aims to identify the significance and role of the Czech Presidency in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which has significantly influenced the Presidency's agenda. The thesis assesses the Czech Republic's efforts in promoting a common European Union (EU) approach to the conflict and analyses the successes or failures of the Czech Presidency in this area. The thesis first focuses on the theoretical framework of the Presidency necessary to put the topic in context, and then analyses the Czech Presidency's agenda and its actual implementation. Using the method of literature search, the thesis sorts through a wide range of sources, including academic literature, primary documents of the European Union, reports of the Czech government and other relevant sources to provide a comprehensive and objective view of the issue.

This thesis deals with comparison of selected construction connecting elements. New connecting elements that are also included in the thesis were launched to the market only few years ago, their main part is made of plastic and their target is easy construction and assembly. In the thesis several aspects of each connecting element will be investigated by the means of multicriteria analysis, these aspects are resistence of joints to compressive and tensile stresses, price of the joint, time required for the production and assembly of joint, visibility of the final joint and posibility of disassembly of the joint.

Title: The use of games in tennis training of children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to categorize and analyze different types of tennis games depending on how these games are aimed at developing specific skills and abilities or other criteria, based on the introduction of games used in tennis preparation of younger school-age children. The work is intended to serve as a practical resource for current and future tennis coaches of young children. Methods: The thesis uses primarily theoretical approaches based on a critical study of literature sources in the fields of sport training, developmental psychology and issues of play in children. From these findings I selected appropriate games for my work. Results: As a result of this work, a stack of tennis games has been created, which are systematically categorized and recommended for further use, with an emphasis on fun and the right form of motivation for children.
