    The aim of this thesis is to create an internet application for detection and analysis of violators in the monitored area. Such an application then can be used for automated processing of records from security cameras or other captured videos from the guarded area. The first part of the work is focused on the theory of neural networks for object detection and classification in the image and recognition of people by their face. The next part describes used technologies for application development. The result is a client-server application with the possibility of configuration of processing, which allows detection of violators, identification of persons, object tracking and counting, path drawing, definition of the monitored area, usage of own detector, etc. Processed videos at the end can be played, downloaded or together with a list of detected violators shared on the internet via link. Cílem této práce je vytvořit internetovou aplikaci pro detekci a analýzu narušitelů ve sledované oblasti. Taková aplikace může následně posloužit k automatizovanému zpracování videozáznamů z bezpečnostních kamer či jinak pořízených videí ze střežené oblasti. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii neuronových sítí pro detekci a klasifikaci objektů v obraze a rozpoznávání osob podle obličeje. V další části jsou popsány použité technologie pro vývoj aplikací. Výsledkem pak je klient-server aplikace s možností konfigurace zpracování, která umožňuje detekci narušitelů, identifikaci osob, sledování a počítání objektů, vykreslování cest, vymezení sledované oblasti, uplatnění vlastního detektoru aj. Zpracované záznamy je nakonec možné přehrát, stáhnout nebo spolu s výpisem detekovaných narušitelů sdílet na internetu pomocí odkazu. A

    Authors: Valíček, Viktor;

    HOW TO MOVE ON WHEN THE STATION IS GONE? "I'll tell you how. It will be pretty crappy!" (visitor to the exhibition of the same name as the pre-graduate analytical project, 2024) The purpose of the urbanistic-architectural inquiry entitled "How to move on when the station is gone?" is particularly focused on the scenario where several historically protected buildings of significant urban importance in Brno lose their function due to the relocation of a major railway junction. That means, for the preservation of a functional city structure, it is necessary to find a new and equally significant utilization. Especially considering the location and real as well as abstract significance of these buildings. A crucial aspect is the location at the interface between the newly emerging city district in a brownfield area without identity and the oldest historic city center. Former structures associated with the railway aspire to become new significant urban landmarks capable of mediating the soul and identity of Brno to the new district. Connection is the main theme introduced by the urbanistic concept for the conversion of the area, developed in collaboration with the atelier colleagues Šimon Mareček and Kateřina Jálová. The study also builds upon the ideas of the Office of the Architect of the City of Brno, especially the concept of completing the green urban circuit (following the example of Vienna's Ringstrasse) and the idea of revealing the historic so-called Ferdinand Viaduct. The area is further divided into three consecutive sections (subtitles of three diploma theses). This work primarily focuses on the conversion of the released Amerika building and the newly designed urban space 'underlining the dominant feature of Brno - the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul'. "If a book of unfinished pages lies in front of us, its structure is already inscribed in the essence of the work itself." (Prof. Ivan Koleček, 2010) Amerika possesses an amazing genius loci and great potential to become a significant landmark for its surroundings. The "book of unfinished pages" of the former warehouse building has a structure so distinct and valuable that its violent rewriting would border on sacrilege. The building needs to be approached with extreme sensitivity, highlighting its qualities and adapting the space to new functions with necessary delicate interventions to avoid the destruction of the "structure of the work itself". The project aims to improve access to the building, creating connections with the adjacent park to the east through the revealed Ferdinand Viaduct and with the future city street with multifunctional buildings to the west. Better accessibility of the building is ensured by a level connection leading through a symbolic gate from the newly designed houses opening onto the proposed square beneath Petrov (the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul) to the main urban transport hub. CO BUDE, AŽ NÁDRAŽÍ NEBUDE? „Já vám povím, co bude. Bude to pěkně na prd!“ (návštěvnice výstavy stejnojmenného předdiplomního analytického projektu, 2024) Smyslem urbanisticko-architektonického hledání zadání s lakonickým názvem “Co bude, až nádraží nebude?” je zejména stav, kdy několik brněnských památkově chráněných objektů velkého městského významu ztratí vlivem přesunu významného železničního uzlu svou funkci. Pro zachování funkčního města je tedy potřeba nalézt využití nové a neméně významné. A to zejména vzhledem k poloze a reálnému i abstraktnímu významu těchto staveb. Důležitým aspektem je lokalita na rozhraní nově de facto na zelené louce vznikající městské čtvrti v brownfieldu bez identity a nejstaršího historického centra města. Bývalé stavby svým smyslem spojené s železnicí aspirují na funkci nových významných městotvorných bodů se schopností přenést do nové čtvrti duši a brněnskou identitu. Propojení je hlavním tématem, které přináší urbanistický koncept řešení konverze lokality vytvořený spolu s ateliérovými kolegy diplomanty Šimonem Marečkem a Kateřinou Jálovou. Studie rovněž navazuje na myšlenky Kanceláře architekta města Brna, zejména ideu zkompletování zeleného městského okruhu (po vzoru vídeňské Ringstraße) a koncept odhalení historického tzv. Ferdinandova viaduktu. Území je dále rozděleno do tří navazujících úseků (podtituly tří diplomových prací). Tato práce se zabývá zejména konverzí uvolněného objektu Amerika a nově navrženého městského prostoru ,podtrhujícího dominantu Brna — katedrálu na Petrově‘. “Jestliže se před námi otevírá kniha nedopsaných stránek, její struktura je již vepsána v podstatě díla samotného.” (prof. Ivan Koleček, 2010) Amerika má úžasný genius loci a velký potenciál stát se významnou dominantou pro své okolí. „Kniha nedopsaných stránek“ budovy bývalého skladiště má strukturu na tolik výraznou a hodnotnou, že její násilný přepis by hraničil se svatokrádeží. Ke stavbě je třeba přistupovat velmi citlivě, podtrhnout její kvality a nezbytnými citlivými zásahy přizpůsobit prostor novým funkcím tak, aby nehrozilo zničení „struktury díla samotného“. Návrh se snaží budovu lépe zpřístupnit. Vytváří propojení s navazujícím parkem na východ od objektu skrz odhalený Ferdinandův viadukt a s budoucí městskou ulicí s polyfunkčními domy na západě. Lepší přístupnost objektu je zajištěna úrovňovým propojením ústícím pomyslnou bránou z nově navržených domů otevírajících se na navržené náměstí pod Petrovem (katedrálou svatého Petra a Pavla) s hlavním městským dopravním uzlem. The bachelor thesis describes principles and methods of Powerline Communications, practical usage possibilities both in industrial applications but mainly in broadband systems that may represent promising competition to conventional broadband access, e. g. xDSL connections without the need of new wiring, WIFI etc. The thesis also focuses on problems that can occur in the communication channel from the view of electromagnetic compatibility and assorted interferences. The 50 Hz frequency electric network (60 Hz in the USA) was not designed for data signal transmission, problems may arise mainly at higher frequencies and broadband communication. It is necessary to implement methods which enable transfer of information signal through a communication channel with minimalization of problems such as interference, cable attenuation, electromagnetic compatibility, bit error rate (BER), etc. Furthermore, currently used modulation principles and their characteristics are described, such as spread spectrum modulation DSSS, FHSS, traditional OFDM, alternative modulations FMT and DWMT with filter banks. The last chapter of the bachelor thesis features models of particular modulations created in the Matlab-Simulink program and the conclusion presents advantages and disadvantages of their implementation in PLC systems. V bakalářské práci je popsán princip a způsob komunikace po elektrické napájecí síti PLC, možnosti využití, jak v průmyslových aplikacích, ale hlavně v širokopásmových systémech, které mohou představovat slibnou konkurenci k tradičním širokopásmovým přístupům, např. přípojkám xDSL, aniž by bylo nutné instalovat nové vodiče, WIFI. Jsou popsány problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout v komunikačním kanálu z hlediska elektromagnetické kompatibility a různých druhů rušení. Pro přenos datového signálu není elektrická síť při kmitočtu 50 Hz (v USA 60 Hz) konstruována, zvláště pro vyšší kmitočty a zejména pro komunikaci v širším kmitočtovém pásmu. Tudíž je nutné implementovat techniky, při jejichž použití by bylo možné přenášet informační signál přes komunikační kanál s minimalizací problémů jako rušení, útlum vodičů, kompatibilita, bitová chybovost BER atd. Jsou rozebrány modulační principy, které v současné době se v uvažovaných systémech používají, popsány jejich vlastnosti, jako modulace s rozprostřeným spektrem DSSS, FHSS, tradiční OFDM, alternativní modulace FMT a DWMT s bankami filtrů. V poslední kapitole bakalářské práce jsou v programu Matlab-Simulink sestrojeny modely jednotlivých modulací, a v závěru uvedeny jejich výhody a nevýhody implementace v systémech PLC. B

    This bachelor thesis deals with a study of the oil degradation as one of the possible products of petroleum using bacterial stems Pseudomonas Putida a Pseudomonas Chlororaphis. The work is motivated by the research of usability of a method which has not been used for those purposes so far – calorimetric analysis. Using IČ spektrometry (ATR), calorimetry and UV-VIS spectrometry was studied a degree and a character of interactions. Calorimetric analysis showed that the Pseudomonas Putida has bigger abbility of the degradability than Pseudomonas Chlororaphis. There was also detected that the optimal concentration for more effective degradation of oil fuel is 5 g/l and 20 g/l. By measurement of the absorbance deppending on time was verified that the bigger is the concentration of the sample, the higher is the resulted absorbance. Using UV-VIS analysis was determined a quantity of biomass. Using IČ spectometry in the ATR mode (reduced reflectance) was detected structure of the sample and also verified that the bacterial cultures Pseudomonas Putida and Chlororaphis degradated entire amount of petroleum. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem degradace nafty, jako jednoho z možných produktů ropy pomocí bakteriálních kmenů Pseudomonas Putida a Pseudomonas Chlororaphis. Tato práce je motivována prozkoumáním využitelnosti metody, která nebyla k těmto účelům prozatím používána – kalorimetrická analýza. Pomocí IČ spektrometrie (ATR), kalorimetrie a UV-VIS spektrometrie byla studována míra a charakter interakcí. Kalorimetrická analýza ukázala, že Pseudomonas Putida má větší schopnost degradability než Pseudomonas Chlororaphis. Dále bylo zjištěno, že optimální koncentrace na efektivnější degradaci nafty jsou 5 g/l a 20 g/l. Měřením absorbance v závislosti na čase bylo ověřeno, že čím je větší koncentrace vzorku, tím je výsledná absorbance vyšší. Dále pomocí UV-VIS analýzy bylo stanoveno množství biomasy. S použitím IČ spektrometrie v módu ATR (snížená reflektance) bylo zjištěno složení vzorku, a také potvrzeno, že bakteriální kultury Pseudomonas Putida a Chlororaphis veškeré množství ropy zdegradovaly. A

    Authors: Valíček, Viktor;
