The aim of this thesis was to study the possibilities for targeting in tumor immunotherapy. We studied the expression of phosphatidylserine in melanoma B16-F10 in vivo and in cell culture B16-F10 in vitro. We analyzed conditions resulting in higher expression of phosphatidylserine on tumor cells surface.

The bachelor's thesis deals with dynamic assessment and its use in different clinical groups, with the greatest emphasis on a group of younger school-aged children whose mother tongue is different from the language taught at primary school and who are at risk of dyslexia. The aim of this paper is to describe the benefits and effectiveness of using dynamic assessment with individuals from the target clinical group. The contrast between dynamic and static methods is described in the thesis. The literature overview focuses on the definition of dynamic assessment, the theories underlying it and its use in clinical groups. It further describes and defines the concept of dyslexia, the risks of dyslexia and its possible causes. The last chapter of the literature overview discusses the benefits of using dynamic assessment with children at risk of dyslexia with a different mother tongue than the language of instructions at primary school. The empirical part presents a research proposal that aims to determine which assessment approach, static or dynamic, is more accurate in predicting the risk of dyslexia in children whose mother tongue differs from the language of school instructions and also the language in which the child would be diagnosed by default.

The unexpected COVID-19 pandemic demanded a strong and firm state response in order to curb the unprecedented, multilevel crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2. The arrival of the virus in the EU in early 2020, including the terrible Italian first-wave outbreak, incited the primacy of health and life over any other right or freedom. Although understandable, this scenario raised concerns over the possibility of instrumentalization of the pandemic by the populist governments, given the affinity between the rise of populism discourse and practices in the event, or narrative, of crisis. With consideration of the conditions of the rule of law in the European Union, the quasi-autocracies of Poland and Hungary become interesting research objects. The present work describes these countries' measures and analyses their legality and compliance to the rule of law, together with considerations to the impact of said measures upon these countries' democratic institutions. Furthermore, the same operation will be performed for the Italian scenario, which leads to a comparison to be made between the three countries' pandemic managements, and, ultimately, a comparison between the Central-Eastern European populism and Western European populism. Due to the novelty of the subject, there is a lack of work on the...

Klíčová slova (anglicky): Mindset Theory, fixed mindset, growth mindset, motivation, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, performance motivation, aspirational level, self-efficiency, Abstract (in English): This diploma thesis focuses on Caroline Dweck's Mindset Theory and its application to the issue of performance motivation. The aim of the thesis was to determine the relationships between growth and fixed mindsets and performance motivation in college students. The research sample involved 158 Czech college students (60.1 % female), with average age 23 years. The data were collected using a questionnaire battery involving Performance motivation questionnaire (LMI), Dweck's mindset theory questionnaire, and Meili's aspirational test. Statistical analysis using SPSS showed that the hypothesized correlation between a specific type of mindset and performance motivation was not confirmed in our sample. However, subsequent cluster analysis showed that the students could be categorized into four groups based on their different motivational profiles. The results of the cluster analysis corresponded with theoretical propositions of the Mindset Theory. The results of the thesis can be valuable in the Czech context, in which the issue of mindset has not been sufficiently explored. In practical terms, the...

With respect to characteristics of biodiversity which, similarly as other components of environment, does not respect borders created artificially by man, international law of global and regional scope plays a crucial role. It is valid almost without any reservation for nearly homogenous marine environment, in case of terrestrial environment some physical and geographical framgmentation can be observed and the role of particular state with its internal legal regime is more important. Individual issues are therefore primarily discussed from the point of...
