Title: Acute neuroinflammatory reaction after focal cerebral ischemia Aim: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate neuroinflammatory response after focal cerebral cortical ischemia. Also, familiarizing with the method of displaying damage of blood brain barriers, neurons and the possibility of detection of microglia cells as a marker of acute neuroinflammatory processes. Methodology: This is an experimental study. We brought about cortical cerebral ischemia in rats using an application of photosensitive dye "bengal red," and a green laser. Two animals were were given the additional application of "Evans blue" in order to visualize the defects of the blood brain barrier. The animals were returned to their cage for the time needed before they were induced terminal anesthesia. This was followed by the process of brain perfusion, slicing the brain in sections 50 µm thick and then applied these sections onto slides. Sections with applied EB were immediately analyzed under the microscope. Sections to illustrate neuronal death were immunohistochemically stained via the Nissl method. Sections visualizing microglial activity were stained using CD11b antibody. Results: Following the induction of focal ischemia there occured brain tissue damage. This final thesis deals with the characterization and analysis of the development of insurance industry in Belarus and comparison with selected European countries. First of all, thesis defines the general characteristics of Belarus in terms of different indicators and also describes the legal platform on which Belarusian insurance sector is based. Then, on the basis of this information an analysis of the Belarusian insurance market is done. Finally, a big attention is paid to existing problems and the ways of solving them for the further positive development of the insurance sector in Belarus.

Title: Influencing healthy oriented physiological fitness by using BOSU® Aims: The main aim of the diploma thesis is an analysis of a potential use of BOSU® exercise equipment in the process of influencing healthy oriented physiological fitness and an analysis- based project of a structured exercise program. Method: This thesis does not have an experimental scientific character. The objective definition was based on personal experience in the field of exercise programs and made with regard to the absence of specialized publication about the new exercise trend BOSU®. The thesis includes a satisfaction questionnaire research about BOSU® lessons and its statistic evaluation. Results: Analysis of potential use of BOSU®, project for exercise programs structure using BOSU® and a description of its influence on elements of healthy oriented fitness. Design and implementation of the program core, which uses syntax of the formal language, parses the input text and aplies the results in indentation and source code highlighting. The goal is to describe the way of the language processing given by formal grammar and to design the application, which builds on this principles.

Man should not look for a single center or program in ecosystems, much less for subjective experiences. Instead, one should look for a matrix, for interconnections between centers of science for creative stimulus and open their potential. Title: Motion illiteracy of elementary school pupils Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to examine the level of motion illiteracy of elementary school pupils from 8th and 9th classes. That will be reached per examining the level of motion competence and attitudes to motion activities, physical education and active lifestyle. There will be also specified factors, which have smaller or bigger influence on the level of motion competence. Methods: For obtaining data, the questionnaire containing the topic of motion literacy was made according to relevant sources. There was made also the test battery containing ten basic exercices. Results: Tested pupils reached better results than was expected. Boys were motionally literate more than girls. Pupils had mostly positive attitudes to motion activities and physical education, but there were some significant differences between attitudes of boys and girls. The thesis is focused on the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The concepts related to disability and handicap have been dealt in the theoretical part as so as the importance of employment for people with disabilities, employment issues and embedding the right to work in an international and Czech rule of law have been discussed. In the empirical part the attitudes of employers to the disabled employees, their motives and experiences are evaluated. In the frame of thesis, that is being reached by qualitative research using the semi-structured interviewing employers in three districts of the Central Bohemia.
