У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз шведського підходу до окремих аспектів приватного права з системою приватного права Укра-їни. Дослідження зумовлене зобов'язаннями України щодо гармонізації права з правом ЄС, зважаючи на підписану Угоду про Асоціацію з ЄС та статус кандидата на членство в ЄС. У статті розглядаються деякі аспекти шведського приватного права, зокрема його джерела, принцип свободи договору, принцип pacta sunt servanda, принцип clausula rebus sic stantibus, право на заповіт, а також роль держави у приватноправових відносинах, зокрема Шведської податкової адміністрації як державного органу. Автор стверджує, що існує взаємозв'язок між методом регулювання приватноправових відносин і системою джерел права в правовій системі. Чим більше правозастосовча практика та законодавство віддають перевагу суб'єктивній волі учасників приватноправових від-носин як джерелу їх регулювання та джерелу права, тим менший вплив у цих приватноправових відносинах матиме імперативний метод регулювання. Крім того, у статті підкреслюється унікальне у порівнянні з українською дійсністю, становище Шведської податкової служби у приват-них правовідносинах, зокрема у сімейних та спадкових відносинах. Автор доходить висновку, що інтеграція держави у приватні правовід-носини на прикладі Шведської податкової служби за своєю суттю не призводить до обмеження будь-яких прав і свобод. Також зроблено висновок, що реєстрація шлюбних договорів необхідна для більш ретельного захисту прав подружжя, їхніх спадкоємців та третіх осіб. У статті висловлюється думка, що Україна, яка намагається гармонізувати своє право з правом ЄС, може спиратися на досвід швед-ського підходу до приватного права. Автор також наголошує на необхідності проведення додаткових досліджень для повного розуміння особливостей шведського приватного права, перш ніж використовувати його як приклад. The article provides a comparative analysis of the Swedish approach to private law and the legal system of Ukraine. The study is motivated by Ukraine's obligations to harmonize its law with EU law, given its candidacy for EU membership. The article discusses several aspects of Swedish private law, including its sources, the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of pacta sunt servanda, the principle of clausula rebus sic stantibus, the right to make a will, and the role of the state in private law relations, specifically the Swedish Tax Administration as a state agency. The author asserts that there is a correlation between the method of regulation of private law relations and the system of sources of law in a legal system. The more the law enforcement practice and legislation give primacy to the subjective will of participants in private law relations as a source of their regulation and a source of law, the less influence the imperative method of regulation will have in these private law relations. In addition, the article highlights the unique position of the Swedish Tax Administration in private law relationships, particularly family and inheritance relations. The author concludes that state integration into private legal relationships, as exemplified by the Swedish Tax Administration, does not inherently result in limitations of any individual rights and freedoms. The author concludes that registration of marriage contracts is necessary in order to protect the rights of spouses, their heirs, and third parties more thoroughly. As it efforts to harmonise its laws with those of the EU, the article suggests that Ukraine can learn from Sweden's approach to private law. The author also emphasises the need for additional research to completely comprehend the peculiarities of Swedish private law before using it as an example.

Relevant problems of the practice of application of law and permanent process of improvement of the Ukrainian legislation are examined in this article. In particular authors stress on contradiction between process of the permanent improvement of the legislation and sustainability, predictability and legal certainty as principles of legal system. On the one hand, constant reforming of the legislation of Ukraine does not give possibility for subjects of law to create stable legal relations, which are regulated in a predictable way. On the other hand, legislation of Ukraine must be actual and even few “step ahead” the actual situation in Ukraine. It must give necessary methods, tools and legal instruments, which regulate relations between subjects of law. Described judicial and notarial practical cases show in what way flexibility of the legislation could be provided in conditions of the ongoing changes. Authors consider that qualified and high-quality application of the current legislation by the subjects of application of law gives possibility to provide flexibility of the legislation. Such application of law is done by subjects applying the law, although their actions are not directly provided for by the legislation, but they are not prohibited either. Essential principle of such application of law must be the whole tendency to create those legal consequences of the application of law which will not lead to the direct infringement of somebodies rights and interests within the process of application of law. Illustrated lawsuit and case of notarial practice show how exactly interpretative mechanism and analogy as a tool of the subject applying the law help to avoid infringements of rights and interests of heirs of the deceased person.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the mapping of the process of Russian expansion in Hetman Ukraine in 1710–1720s in the formation of the cult of the holy Prince Alexander Nevsky (Alexander Yaroslavich). The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the study of the outlined phenomena and events is an urgent need for modern Ukrainian historical science. The main reason for this updating is the relationship, including genetic, of some processes of the beginning of the XVIII c. and those that are happening today. Understanding the way of formulating the origins of Russian imperial propaganda, the main provisions of which were formed during the reign of Peter I, allows for a more thoughtful look at the Ukrainian-Russian confrontation not only in the military and economic, but also in the ideological field. The main conclusions of the study is finding the relationship between the origins of the official veneration of Alexander Nevsky and the aggressive foreign policy of the Moscow kingdom towards transforming it into the Russian empire during the first twenty years of the XVIII c., as well as reflecting this process on the realities of Hetman State. An analytical review of the main aspects of the realization of the cult of Alexander Nevsky in the cultural, religious, political life of Russia during the reign of Peter I and the formation of imperial autocracy was carried out. A direct relationship has been derived between the spread of the cult (the emergence of appropriate temple ordinations in Starodub regiment) and the administrative and economic activities on the lands of the northern Hetman State of Prince Alexander Menshikov, whose patron saint was Alexander Nevsky.

Carrying out long-term search and rescue missions, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, which are carried out with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), overload the operator and reduce the effectiveness of solving the assigned tasks, up to the point of making their implementation impossible. The paper proposes the concept of increasing the speed of the human-machine system based on information obtained from images transmitted in real time by video cameras installed on a platform moving relative to the UAV, by mean of the intelligent control system of this platform.Thus, the image from the main video camera with a wide viewing angle is divided into rectangular sections (zones), the size of which is determined by the viewing angle (zoom) necessary for the operator to make the final decision. The software system of the lower level, evaluating the video frame, determines and marks the areas in which the object of interest may be present. For the zone where the probability of the presence of the candidate object is the greatest, the focal length is increased and focusing (ie, zooming the image), as well as the positioning of the main camera. In another variant, a separate spot camera with a reduced and fixed field of view is aimed at the yaw and pitch angles, which requires that this camera be directly suspended on a gyro-stabilized platform, where a block of other sensors is installed, including the main video camera.An example of modeling the electric drive of a spot camera by the yaw angle is given and further steps are determined for the development of subsystems of three levels: software (recognition), hardware (scaling and positioning), human-machine (coordination of information flows). To improve the dynamic characteristics in comparison with the basic proportional-integral laws, it is proposed to use quasi-optimal algorithms for regulating electric drives.

Для вирішення проблем, які пов’язані із втомою оператора безпілотного літального апарату (БПЛА) під час виконання довготривалих місій, в [1] запропоновано рішення, яке передбачає використання або основної (навігаційної) відеокамери з варіофокальним об’єктивом, або додавання спот-камери з вузьким кутом бачення. Зображення з навігаційної відеокамери в реальному часі аналізується на предмет наявності об’єктів інтересу та, у випадку виявлення таких, здійснюється автоматичне масштабування потрібного фрагменту зображення. Застосування єдиної камери і для цілей навігації, і для остаточної класифікації кандидата на об’єкт інтересу людиною має декілька недоліків. 1. Проблема документування колізії. Наявність інформації тільки про одне зображення (або нормальне, або збільшене) не дозволяє після завершення місії, зчитавши вбудований у БПЛА накопичувач, бути переконаним, що жодний об’єкт інтересу не був пропущений. А це змушує виконувати повторну місію, що, зокрема, підвищує втому оператора. 2. Суто технічні проблеми, пов’язані із застосуванням об’єктива із змінною фокусною відстанню. Адже, такий об’єктив, окрім складної механічної системи взаємопов’язаного переміщення декількох лінз, повинен мати додаткові підсистеми фокусування, що вирішується за допомогою окремих електроприводів. Це призводить і до погіршення якості зображення (точність, світлосила, сталість характеристик), і до збільшення часу класифікації об’єкту внаслідок поганої динаміки автофокусування. Звідси перевага використання окремої спот-камери, яку розміщено на підвісі, і яку можна позиціонувати незалежно від навігаційної відеокамери за кутами рискання та тангажу. Структуру, що дозволить вирішити поставлені задачі, представлено на Рис. 1. На Рис. 1 застосовані наступні скорочення: АБК – Апаратний Блок Камер; БПВС – Блок Перетворення ВідеоСигналу; СОАЗ – Система Обробки та Аналізу Зображень; СПСК – Система Позиціювання Спот-Камери; КУБА – Комплекс Управління БПЛА. Відеосигнал навігаційної камери (ВСНК) з кутом зору β1, а також відеосигнал спот- камери (ВССК) з кутом зору β2 з АБК поступає на БПВС, звідки через канал зв’язку КЗ надходить до наземного КУБА. (Тут β2 = β1/М, де М – коефіцієнт збільшення зображення.) СОАЗ містить, зокрема, детектор об’єктів [2], який у випадку виявлення кандидата обраховує кути рискання θр та тангажу θт, на які треба повернути спот-камеру. СПСК, спираючись на ці кути, формує відповідні електричні сигнали Eр, Eт електроприводів у складі АБК для повертання спот-камери у горизонтальній та вертикальній площині. Особливістю БПЛА є наявність суттєвих конструктивних та енергетичних обмежень, які докорінно впливають на вибір та реалізацію усіх складових структури на Рис. 1. За умови забезпечення мінімальних габаритів, маси та споживаної потужності на борту треба мати високопродуктивні обчислювачі для виконання як процедур попередньої обробки зображень (корекція умов видимості, кута зору, усунення перешкод, шуму тощо), так і для детектування об’єктів [3]. Тому вибір елементної бази електронних систем, що забезпечать апаратно- програмну підтримку виконання зазначених ресурсномістких алгоритмів, являє собою нетривіальну задачу. Розвиток електроніки супроводжується поширенням елементів штучного інтелекту до пристроїв переднього краю. Найбільш ефективним є використання багато-функціональної системи на кристалі з вбудованою підтримкою процедур цифрової обробки зображень та реалізації нейронних мереж. Сімейство процесорів i.MX 8M Plus [4] розроблено для надійного вирішення завдань у машинному навчанні та баченні, мультимедіа, промисловій автоматизації. Основні характеристики: чотири ядра Arm® Cortex®-A53 та нейронний процесор до 2,3 TFLOPS; здвоєний процесор відеосигналів та два входи камери для відеосистеми; відеокодек, графічний акселератор 3D/2D, численні аудіо та голосові функції; керування в реальному часі за допомогою ще одного ядра Cortex-M7. Робастні керуючі мережі підтримуються здвоєними інтерфейсами CAN FD та Gigabit Ethernet; також підвищена надійність пам’яті з використанням кодів, що корегують помилки. Таким чином, дана велика інтегрована схема на апаратному рівні підтримує чимало вузлів на Рис. 1. Проте для проведення експериментальних досліджень на стадії створення прототипу з метою перевірки концептуальних засад доцільно використати готові апаратно- програмні рішення. Розглянемо платформу PhyBOARD Pollux AI Kit [5]. Цей набір містить повнофункційний одноплатний комп’ютер на базі процесора i.MX 8M Plus, камеру MIPI VM016. Попередньо інстальоване програмне забезпечення: бібліотека OpenCV; фреймворк GStreamer (відеоредактори, сервери потоків, медіаплеєри і конвертери файлів, VoIP-рішення); пакет підтримки плати Linux Yocto з середовищем розробки програмного забезпечення машинного навчання eIQ від NXP. Підтримка pytorch, TensorFlow Lite та формату ONNX для швидкої розробки власної програми. Зазначене апаратне забезпечення після доповнення відповідними електромеханічними вузлами стане основою комплексу для експериментальних досліджень системи підтримки прийняття рішень оператором БПЛА.

The chapter examines the impact of martial law caused by the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in 2022 on inheritance law, the difficulties in exercising inheritance rights of citizens during martial law and certain ways to overcome such difficulties.
