    Authors: Čiperová, Monika;

    V rámci rozvíjení výzkumu potravin v minulosti byla vytvořena funkční metodika na základě reakcí antigen-protilátka, která se ukázala jako použitelná pro detekci mléčných proteinů v porézní archeologické keramice. Pomocí této techniky byla prokázána přítomnost mléka skotu v testované keramice, zajištěné pro potřeby práce, pocházející převážně z doby bronzové a stejně tak byla prokázán existence kravského a kozího mléka v neolitické keramice. Současně se během zpracování dat ukázaly rozdíly mezi jednotlivými keramickými zbytky, které mohou vypovídat o rozdílné míře využívání mléčných výrobků mezi regiony, nebo svědčí o odlišném používání keramiky. Na rozdíl od předchozích prací detekujících zbytky mléka v neolitické keramice se podařilo určit, že v keramice jde převážně o zbytky mléka kozího. Mléko skotu je zastoupeno výrazně méně. Jako nejpravděpodobnějších vysvětlující hypotéza se z mého pohledu jeví používaní keramiky pro krmení dětí kozím mlékem, protože je lépe stravitelné, zatímco kravské mléko mohlo být zpracováno takovým způsobem, že přicházelo do kontaktu s keramikou méně, což také mohlo záležet na konkrétních místních tradicích. Vztah mutace pro trávení laktózy v dospělém věku a existence zbytků mléčných zbytků na neolitické keramice, zřejmě není v přímé souvislosti, lidé se pravděpodobně naučili pro konzumaci mléčný cukr odstraňovat, nebo výrazně omezovat. Řešení problémů ohledně mutace pro trávení laktózy a její šíření v evropské populaci bude zřejmě vyžadovat další výzkum. Stejně jako studium způsobů zpracování mléka v minulosti. While developing the research of food strategies in the past a new methodology of antigen-antibody reaction has been established and verified for the detection of milk proteins in the porous surfaces of archaeological ceramics. We demonstrate the presence of cow and goat milk in the examined Neolithic pottery and the presence of cow milk in the Bronze Age pottery. Contrary to the previous published research we show that goat milk prevails among the samples of Neolithic pottery; the cow milk is much less frequent. I prefer to suggest the hypothesis The most likely hypothesis explaining my view seems to reside in the use of pottery for feeding babies with goat milk, which is much easier to digest, whereas cow's milk could have been be processed more often in non-ceramic vessels. The variations recorded in our assemblage may indicate the various extend of dairy production in researched regions, or they may suggest the different use of various ceramic vessels. The presence of milk residues within Neolithic pottery and the lactose tolerance mutation by adults does not seem to be related. Neolithic people probably learned to reduce or eliminate the content of milk sugar. Nevertheless, the further research is necessary for solving the problems of the lactose tolerance mutation and its spreading within European populations. As well as the study of the ways of diary production in the past. Obhájeno

    Authors: Lišková, Zuzana;

    The output of my Diploma Thesis is illustrated book for children of age 5-8 years with its own original story. The book is divided to 11 chapters and describes a journey of young boy little Kubik, to Spanish city Santiago de Compositely. The illustrations are stylised and adapted to a children's eye. Illustrations depict mostly a changing nature and surrounding along the hero's journey in northern Spain. The main colours are blue, brown and yellow, sporadic red. The book has an adventures story about pilgrim. It contains a facts about San Jacobs pilgrimage, about it's history and differences sights along the journey. I believe the colourful illustration will find the interest in the children's audience. The book is suitable as for kids as for their parents. Výstupem diplomové práce je autorská, ilustrovaná, dětská kniha s názvem Svatojakubská pouť. Příběh vypráví putování malého Kubíka, který podniká cestu do španělského poutního města, aby se setkal se svým starším bratrem. Kniha je rozdělena do 11 kapitol a obsahuje ručně malované celostránkové ilustrace. Kapitoly jsou uvedeny drobnými popisnými obrázky. Výsledkem je kompletní dětská kniha s poutavým příběhem, zpracovávající téma poutnictví, obsahující reálie, konkrétní místa i památky.Jako příloha ke knize je hrací pexeso. Obhájeno

    Authors: Lebeda, Tomáš;

    Voice assistants are systems with main purpose to simplify or automatize common everyday tasks. Users interact with them through voice, allowing them to be used in situations where user has both hands and/or eyes fully occupied, or has limited visual or physical abilities. The topic of this thesis is design and implementation of personal voice assistant with emphasis on easy modifiability and extensibility, capable of basic management of the selected communication platform and reacting to external events. The thesis describes the design of the whole system as well as individual parts and reasons some design choices. The implementation is described along with problems that occurred during the work and their solutions. Hlasoví asistenti jsou systémy, jejichž hlavním účelem je zjednodušit nebo automatizovat běžné každodenní činnosti. Uživatelé s nimi interagují pomocí hlasu, což umožňuje jejich aplikace v situacích, kdy má člověk obě ruce a/nebo oči plně zaměstnané, nebo má omezené zrakové či pohybové schopnosti. Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému osobní hlasové asistentky s důrazem na snadnou modifikovatelnost a rozšiřitelnost, schopnou základního ovládání vybrané komunikační platformy a reakcí na vnější podněty. V práci je popsán návrh architektury celého systému i jednotlivých částí a zdůvodněné některé designové volby. Poté je popsána implementace a řešení problémů, které se během práce vyskytly. Obhájeno

    Diploma thesis "Biedermeier in selected works of Czech prose from the 20s and 30s of the 19th century" - discusses the various aspects of biedermeier (art, culture, lifestyle) and thus aids understanding of the connection between this style and literary works created at this time. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of literary works of the 1. part of 19th century, the patriotic Czech authors. In their literature the atmosphere of the pre-March period is evident. Diplomová práce "Projevy biedermeieru ve vybraných dílech české prózy 20. a 30. let 19. století" pojednává o biedermeieru z různých hledisek (umění, kultura, životní styl) a představuje tak souvislosti, aby bylo snazší pochopit literární památky, které v této době vznikaly. Praktická část diplomové práce je věnována analýze literární tvorby první poloviny 19. století, přesněji řečeno českým autorům, vlastencům, z jejichž povídek je patrná atmosféra doby předbřeznové. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat vývoj zámku a zahrad ve Versailles a seznámit čtenáře jak s historií, tak i se současnou podobou. Práce se zaměřuje na vládu Ludvíka XIV., během které se zámek a zahrady ve Versailles staly symbolem absolutistické monarchie a nedílnou součástí francouzské historie. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obdobím od vzniku Versailles po současnost, popisuje interiér zámku a v neposlední řadě se věnuje zahradám. Tématika zahrad pojednává o jejich rozdělení pomocí os na jednotlivé části a partery. V kapitole, která se zabývá jednotlivými partery autorka seznamuje čtenáře s vývojem a dnešní podobou jednotlivých prvků, s umístěním vodních nádrží, vodotrysků a fontán a dále s mytologickým podtextem u soch, váz a jiných dekorací. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována glosáři, který se skládá převážně z architektonických pojmů a jejich vysvětlení. Součástí praktické části je kvíz, který je určen k ověření získaných znalostí po přečtení práce. The bachelor thesis is focused on the theme Castle and gardens of Versailles. This work deals with the topic of organization and popularization of music in the Mělník region. By means of historical analysis of the development in given parts of the region, it systematically presents information on the form of the cultural and musical work and its features. The first part of the analysis is locally oriented, which means, on individual towns and their surroundings. It further focuses on Mělník both in relation to history and dominant institutions such as church, school and organizations. It also includes an overview of significant personalities, who were or have been active in the area of culture and music, as well as a selected list of events. The second and third part deals with the same topic directly from the viewpoint of organization and popularization of culture and music. A historical outline is followed by an analysis of the present state. The closing part observes new possibilities of organization and popularization of music in the Mělník region in connection with current trends including the links to marketing and economic aspects. Tato práce se zabývá tématem organizace a popularizace hudby v mělnickém regionu. Pomocí historické analýzy vývoje v daných částech regionu systematicky předkládá informace týkající se podob tamější kulturně hudební práce a jejích specifik. První část analýzy byla orientována lokálně, tedy dle jednotlivých obcí a okolí. Dále se zaměřuje na oblast Mělníka jak z hlediska historie, tak z hlediska směrodatných institucí, jakými jsou církev, školství a spolky. Zahrnut je rovněž přehled významných osobností, které v kulturně hudební činnosti působily či působí, a výčet vybraných akcí. Druhá a třetí část práce se věnuje stejnému tématu přímo z hlediska organizace a popularizace hudební kultury. Po historickém nástinu následuje analýza současného stavu. Závěrečná část sleduje nové možnosti organizace a popularizace hudby v mělnickém regionu v souvislosti s aktuálními trendy včetně provázanosti s marketingovými a ekonomickými aspekty. The bachelor thesis "Protective elements of currency and counterfeiting" deals with protective elements and counterfeiting. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the protective elements of Czech banknotes and euro banknotes and the counterfeiting itself. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the history of money, money and its functions. The individual protective elements, the degrees of counterfeiting and the techniques of counterfeiting are presented in detail. The practical part focuses on statistical data, which are still clearly processed in tables and graphs, from which it is possible to read, for example, the number of seized counterfeits on our territory. The thesis concludes with a description of counterfeiting in practice, with stories of counterfeiting from the past as well as from the present. Bakalářská práce "Ochranné prvky platidel a padělání peněz" se zabývá ochrannými prvky a paděláním. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit ochranné prvky českých bankovek a eurobankovek a samotné padělání peněz. Práce je rozdělena teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána historie peněz, peníze a jejich funkce. Detailně jsou představeny jednotlivé ochranné prvky, stupně padělků, ale i techniky padělání. Praktická část je zaměřena na statistická data, která jsou nadále přehledně zpracována do tabulek a grafů, ze kterých lze vyčíst např. počty zadržených padělků na našem území. V závěru práce je popsáno padělání v praxi, kde jsou případy padělání z minulosti, ale i ze současnosti. Obhájeno

    Authors: Čiperová, Monika;

Obhájeno

Obhájeno

This Bachelor Thesis compares picked vocabulary pieces of Czech and Russian languages with emphasis on history, while leveraging on detailed assessment of The Tale of Igor's Campaign publications. The theoretic part of the Thesis engages in lexicology of both languages, picked vocabulary and chronological evolution of old Slavonic language. The practical part of the Bachelor Thesis compares selected words in number of its publications and highlights the meaning and origin of single words and their coincidence or difference in both languages in a scope of given words. Tato bakalářská práce porovnává vybranou slovní zásobu českého a ruského jazyka se zaměřením na téma historie, přičemž se opírá o rozbor díla Slovo o pluku Igorově v několika různých redakcích. Teoretická část se zabývá lexikologií obou jazyků, slovní zásobou v obou jazycích a chronologickým vývojem praslovanštiny. Praktická část bakalářské práce srovnává vybraná jednotlivá slova v několika redakcích díla Slovo o pluku Igorově a poukazuje na význam a původ jednotlivých slov a na jejich shodnost či rozdílnost v obou jazycích v rámci daného slova.
