    The aim of this dissertation is to analyse the attitude of the Tea Party Movement towards the foreign policy of the United States of America and to decide the direction of the development regarding the division into Palinites and Paulites. Palinites and Paulites are the branches of Jacksonian tradition of the foreign policy, defined from the theory articulated by Walter Russell Mead. Firstly, the four traditions of American foreign policy ? Hamiltonian, Jeffersonian, Wilsonian and Jacksonian are introduced. The concept was described in a book called Special Providence by W. R. Mead. For the later analysis? purposes, the attitudes of the above mentioned groups to several areas such as national interest definition, ideal type and size of the US army or support of military spending are described. The Jacksonian tradition is defined closely along with the explanation of its division into Palinites and Paulites. The terminology used by W. R. Mead (e.g. American exceptionality) is explained in order to allow the reader to fully understand Mead?s views on the Tea Party Movement. The brief history of the Tea Party Movement from 2009 to present is described. The main concerns of the Tea Party Movement cover the fiscal issues, expanding federal government, extensive spending and enhancing the American freedom. Five Tea Party groups and five politicians, who have ties to the Tea Party Movement, are introduced for better understanding of the movement. Consequently, their notions of the foreign policy are outlined. The outcome, that the Palinite branch aspires to overshadow the Paulites, is deduced by completing the politicians? notions and the values of the Tea Party Movement. As a result, the dissertation concludes that Palinites are more likely to progress further than Paulites, because their notion of foreign policy fits better into Jacksonian tradition?s rules. Cílem práce je analyzovat přístup stoupenců Tea party Movementu k zahraniční politice USA a rozhodnout, zda se vývoj přikloní na stranu Palinitů či Paulitů. Palinité a Paulité jsou větve jacksoniánské tradice zahraniční politiky USA. Tradice zahraniční politiky USA podle Waltera Russella Meaa jsou čtyři - hamiltoniánská, jeffersonovská, wilsoniánská a jacksonovská. Pro doplnění jsou v práci definovány pojmy typu americká výjimečnost. Pro analýzu je vybráno pět Tea Party skupin a pět osobností, které jsou Tea Party Movementem podporovány. Pomocí přístupu k otázkám zahraniční politiky (např. rozsah armády, definice národního zájmu a jeho obrana, ochota zasahovat do zahraničních konfliktů...) jsou určeny názory, podle kteých se stoupenci Tea Party Movementu rozhodují. V práci je dosaženo závěru, že Palinité mají větší šanci prosadit se než Paulié díky důslednějšímu prosazování jacksoniánských zásad v prostředí mezinárodní politiky. This thesis deals with the autonomous Aland Island's position in the European Union. Therefore the thesis seeks answers to questions related to negotiated exceptions from EU law during the accession talks. For the position of Aland in the entire European integration are important characteristics of the islands of the historical development such as extensive autonomy, demilitarization and neutrality. Thesis also focuses on the perspective of the other side, in other words the EU preview of exemption. In addition to road to the EU, situation on the islands with regard to the activities of the EU in the thesis is further analysed. Úhlem pohledu na autonomní Alandské ostrovy bylo jejich postavení v Evropské unii. Proto bakalářská práce hledala odpovědi na otázky spojené s vyjednanými výjimkami během přístupových rozhovorů z práva EU. Pro postavení Aland v celé evropské integraci jsou důležité charakteristiky ostrovů dané historickým vývojem, jako je rozsáhlá autonomie, demilitarizace a neutralita. Práce se věnuje i pohledu druhé strany, jinými slovy náhledem EU na udělování výjimek. Kromě cesty do EU je v práci dále analyzována situace na ostrovech s ohledem na aktivity EU. This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of patient's experience and their subjective emotions during a perioperative care, which could significantly affects healing in the course of treatment. Basic knowledge from two main branches connecting in this work is summarized in the theoretical part. The patient care in the perioperative period is generally described and further the characteristics of patient's experience are explained from the viewpoint of psychology. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a qualitative research in the form of four case studies. The patient's emotions were identified with respect to the dialogs with chosen patients. It follows from the research, that sufficient amount of information in the perioperative period can positively affects the patient's experience and emotions during this period. The information leaflet was created in order to support the communication between patients and medical staff. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací prožívání a subjektivních pocitů pacientů v průběhu perioperační péče, což může významně ovlivnit průběh léčení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky ze dvou hlavních oblastí, které se v této práci spojují. Obecně je popsána problematika péče o pacienta v předoperačním, operačním a pooperačním období a poté je text zaměřen na charakteristiku prožívání pacientů v perioperačním období z pohledu psychologie. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je založena na zpracování kvalitativního výzkumu formou čtyř případových studií. Na základě rozhovorů s vybranými pacienty se podařilo identifikovat jejich pocity. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že dostatek informací v perioperačním období může pozitivně ovlivnit prožívání pacientů během pobytu na operačním sále. Za účelem podpory komunikace mezi pacienty a zdravotnickým personálem byl vytvořen informační leták. Katedra ošetřovatelství a porodní asistence Obhájeno

    Thesis on "Cybercrime and its reflections in international and European Union's legal regulations" deals with aspects and specifics of cybercrime and defence againts it. It tries to chronicle recent enactment and outline its possible, expected or intended developement in a near future. It sequents on a nature of law limitation of mankind's behavior and its collision with a human being's natural freedom and its privilege for informational self-determination. First are needed a consensual definitions of cybercrime and cybersecurity, therefore exact delimitation of very subject matter of legal regulations, with regard to varyings in developement of law culture in particular states and theirs potential on the field of IT technologies. Tato práce na téma "Cybercrime a směřování jeho právní úpravy v mezinárodním právu a právu Evropské unie" pojednává o aspektech a specifikách kyberkriminality a ochrany před ní. Snaží se zachytit současnou právní úpravu dané problematiky a nastínit její možný, předpokládaný, či zamýšlený vývoj v blízké budoucnosti. Vychází z povahy právní limitace lidského chování v protikladu k přirozené svobodě lidských jedinců a jejich práva na sebeurčení, v tomto případě informačnímu. Nutná je zprvu shoda na definici kyberkriminality a kyberbezpečnosti, tedy přesné vymezení vlastního předmětu právní úpravy, s přihlédnutím k odlišnostem ve vývoji právní kultury v jednotlivých zemích, a možnostem, které mají na poli informačních technologií.     Authors: Červ, Filip;

    Thesis on "Cybercrime and its reflections in international and European Union's legal regulations" deals with aspects and specifics of cybercrime and defence againts it. It tries to chronicle recent enactment and outline its possible, expected or intended developement in a near future. It sequents on a nature of law limitation of mankind's behavior and its collision with a human being's natural freedom and its privilege for informational self-determination. First are needed a consensual definitions of cybercrime and cybersecurity, therefore exact delimitation of very subject matter of legal regulations, with regard to varyings in developement of law culture in particular states and theirs potential on the field of IT technologies. Tato práce na téma "Cybercrime a směřování jeho právní úpravy v mezinárodním právu a právu Evropské unie" pojednává o aspektech a specifikách kyberkriminality a ochrany před ní. Snaží se zachytit současnou právní úpravu dané problematiky a nastínit její možný, předpokládaný, či zamýšlený vývoj v blízké budoucnosti. Vychází z povahy právní limitace lidského chování v protikladu k přirozené svobodě lidských jedinců a jejich práva na sebeurčení, v tomto případě informačnímu. Nutná je zprvu shoda na definici kyberkriminality a kyberbezpečnosti, tedy přesné vymezení vlastního předmětu právní úpravy, s přihlédnutím k odlišnostem ve vývoji právní kultury v jednotlivých zemích, a možnostem, které mají na poli informačních technologií.
