During the period of 1991-1993 in the field experiment, the effect of different soil management (tillage 0,24 m and tillage 0,12-0,15 m) in ecological and integration management system on changes of inorganic nitrogen (Nan = N-NH4 + + N-NO3 -) content in the soil layer from 0 up to 0,6 m of the soil depth (0,00-0,30 m and 0,30- 0,60 m) were studied. Trials were held in a warm climatic zone of the South – Western Slovakia on the brown soil. Different soil management systems (tillage 0,24 m and tillage 0,12-0,15 m) considerably did not affected ammonification and nitrification processes in the soil. The sustainability of minimalization via shallow ploughing is not excluded, on the contrary this minimalization may have high a positive influence on economic saving the energy, labour costs, etc. The quantitative and qualitative changes of studied form of N were significantly effected by weather and soil depth. Soil content of N-NH4 + and N-NO3 - was in negative correlation with soil depth. Dynamiku v obsahu anorganického dusíka (Nan = N-NH4 + + N-NO3 -) pôdy sme sledovali v rámci ekologickej a integrovanej sústavy hospodárenia v rokoch 1991-1993 v teplej klimatickej oblasti na hlinitej hnedozemi. Pôdu sme obrábali konvenčne (orba do 0,24 m) a minimálne (orba do 0,12-0,15 m). Dynamiku Nan sme sledovali do hĺbky 0,60 m v dvoch vrstvách: 0,00-0,30 m a 0,30-0,60 m. Sledované hĺbky orby (0,24 m a 0,12-0,15 m) nemali výraznejší vplyv na obsah anorganického dusíka v pôde, preto vhodnosť minimalizácie cestou zmenšovania hĺbky orby nevylučujeme, naopak, takáto minimalizácia môže mať vysoko pozitívny vplyv na ekonomiku hospodárenia – šetrenia energiou, pracovnými nákladmi a pod. Potvrdili sme rozhodujúci vplyv agroklimatických faktorov na dynamiku obsahu oboch anorganických foriem dusíka v pôde, ako aj primárny význam organickej hmoty pre ich uvoľňovanie.

Ore and non-ore potential of the Slovak Republic is restricted by the size of its area. Each successful result of geological research uncovering modest raw material supplies is considered to be worthy. Since 1990 the alginite bed situated in Lučenec Valley, locality of Picniná village, has been considered in the above mentioned sense. Alginite represents a rock with relatively high organic matter content which was sedimenting together with the clays in post - volcanic outbursts during geological periods appropriate for algae occurrence. An interest for this material is also stimulated by the experiences obtained during alginite mining from the deposit not far off Slovak - Hungarian boundary in Gercei and Pula in Hungary. Gercei alginite has a wide variety of utilization as an ecological raw material. By underlining pedological and agrochemical alginite value we intend to contribute to the realization of its utilization, especially in agriculture. First of all, the fact that specific and volume weight as well as the consistent constants and particularly specific surface value of alginite exclusively positively influence physical and chemical soil properties should be emphasized here. Content of biogenic and trace elements, portion of colloidal fraction, humus content and sorption capacity have a determinative significance for prospective alginite involving into an assortment of progressive preparations for soil properties improving. Natural character, absence of phytotoxicity, effective economy of mining technology and ecologization of farming systems, those are the arguments for alginite to be included among such materials like zeolites and bentonites which have already achieved a possition for useful agricultural utilization. Alginit je organicko-minerálna hornina, ktorá má v bohatom nálezisku pri Lučenci reálnu perspektívu širokého využitia. Alginit je fosílna riasa (algae), ktorá v Panónskej jazernej sústave pri vulkanických zmenách pred 3-4 miliónami rokmi spolu s erodovanými horninami vytvorila súvislý sediment. V práci sú zvýraznené jeho pedologicko-agrochemické parametre s významným zastúpením biogénnych N, P, K, Ca, Mg, stopových Cu, Mo, Mn, Se, ale i rizikových As, Cd, Pb, Hg prvkov. Doplnené sú hodnoty pH, obsah organického materiálu, ale i vysokovýznamnej sorpènej kapacity závislej od jeho polyminerálneho charakteru. Vlastnosti sú porovnané s prírodným materiálom podobného druhu, ktorý sa ťaží v Maďarsku a v širokom spektre sa využíva aj ako stabilizátor pôdnej úrodnosti s potvrdenými vlastnosťami pri viacerých poľnohospodárskych plodinách.

Milk performance of 681 cows of Slovak spotted breed was evaluated according to the genetic variants of the polymorphic proteins determined by starch gel electrophoresis. In the work the effect of genetic variants of the proteins was analysed on selected performance (production milk in kg, proteins in % and kg). Differences between the productive characters in testing groups were evaluated according to statistic method of Student ttest. Evaluation of performance was done during productive period between 25 - 162 months. The calculation between groups of homozygotes (=AA+ BB + CC genotypes) and heterozygotes (=AB+AC+BC genotypes) in the system of β – casein showed a statistically significant difference (+++P≤0,001), (table 1, 2) in milk production (183,7 kg) and proteins production (7,6 kg). In the systems of alpha s1 – casein, β – lactoglobulin and κ – casein polymorphisms, the differencies between the testing groups of homozygotes and heterozygotes were not statistically significant (-P≥0,05). Elektroforetickým rozborom polymorfných bielkovín mlieka (metóda elektroforézy na škrobovom géli) 681 kráv slovenského strakatého plemena sme stanovili genetické varianty polymorfných bielkovín mlieka. Sledovali sme vplyv genetických variantov bielkovín mlieka na vybrané úžitkové vlastnosti (produkcia mlieka v kg, bielkovín v % a kg), kde rozdiely medzi testovanými skupinami boli vyhodnotené pomocou Studentovho t-testu. Pri sumárnom zhodnotení príslušných ukazovateľov úžitkovosti za produkčné obdobie medzi 25 - 162 mesiacom bol vypočítaný medzi skupinou homozygotných (AA + BB + CC genotypov) a heterozygotných genotypov (AB+AC+BC genotypov) β – kazeínu štatisticky vysoko preukazný rozdiel (+++P≤0,001, Tab. 1, 2) v produkcii mlieka o 183,7 kg a produkcii bielkovín o 7,6 kg. V polymorfizme alfa s1 – kazeín, β – laktoglobulín a κ – kazeín medzi testovanými skupinami homozygotných a heterozygotných genotypov nebol zistený preukazný rozdiel (-P≥0, 05).

V poľných polyfaktorových pokusoch uskutočnených v rokoch 1998 a 1999 na stredne ťažkej černozemi bol sledovaný vplyv poveternostných podmienok ročníka a rôznych dávok Atoniku na výťažnosť rafinády a úrodu rafinády cukrovej repy odrody Ranger. Priaznivejší priebeh zrážok a teplôt roku 1999 potvrdil štatisticky vysoko preukazný vplyv pestovateľského ročníka, ktorý sa prejavil v porovnaní s priemerom pokusného obdobia v hodnotách zvýšenia nielen výťažnosti rafinády (+ 0,67 % ,rel. 5,53 %) ale i úrody rafinády (+ 0,67 t.ha-1, rel. 9, 75 %). V daných pôdnoklimatických podmienkach sme dosiahli vyššie parametre kvality cukrovej repy (výťažnosť rafinády: + 0,48 %, rel. 4,05 %; úroda rafinády + 0,96 t.ha-1, rel.15,86 % v porovnaní s neošetrenou kontrolou) pri trojnásobnej aplikácii Atoniku na variante C (0,25 + 0,6 + 0,6 l.ha-1). Závislosť dosiahnutých výsledkov od rôznej dávky Atoniku bola štatisticky vysoko preukazná, resp. preukazná. In the field trial carried out in 1998 and 1999 the effect of weather conditions and different Atonik doses application on sugar beet quality (refined sugar, refined sugar yield) was studied. The trial results confirmed statistically high significant effect of weather conditions on above mentioned parameters. More favourable weather conditions in 1999 influenced high significantly increasing of refined sugar (+ 0,67 %, rel. 5,53 %) and refined sugar yield (+ 0,67 t.ha-1, rel. 9,75 %) comparing to average of both 1998, 1999 years. We found out significant effect of Atonik under its three times application ( 0,25 + 0,6 + 0,6 I.ha -1 ) on refined sugar (+ 0,48 %, rel. 4,05 %) and refined sugar yield (+ 0,96 t.ha-1, rel. 15,86 %) on C variant comparing to average values of control variant in total trial period.

The paper focuses on the development of the structure and judgments of the Hungarian Constitutional Court between the period of democratic transition and present days. First part of paper concentrates on the model of selection and nomination of constitutional judges in Hungary. The following parts of the article deal with the current theoretical and practical dilemmas of the Hungarian Constitutional Court. Namely it focuses on the relationship between the international, supranational and national legal orders in the new judgements and the problem of achivements of the historical constitution and with the position of the old judgements of constitutional court in the current legal situation in Hungary.
