Rozhovor s autory architektonického řešení parku High Line, architekty Ricardem Scofi diem a Matthew Johnsonem, uzavírá sérii tří interview s tvůrci a plánovači veřejných prostorů a parků v New Yorku. New York’s High Line is one of the most visited public areas in the world. Thousands of people go there every day to experience a nature-based park in the gallery quarter of West Manhattan. There had not been many of such places at the time when Ricardo Scofi dio and Matthew Johnson of the Diller Scofidio + Renfro studio designed the park in cooperation with Piet Oudolf and James Corner. It is said that almost sixty projects, inspired by the success of High line Park, were carried out over the fi rst seven years after the completion and opening of the High Line. The intentions of the designers for the reconstruction of this unique transportation structure and the difficulties with implementing the project in the context of sustainability were the focus of an interview with designers Ricardo Scofi dio and Matthew Johnson, conducted on 2 November 2015 in the Diller Scofidio + Renfro studio in the Starrett–Lehigh Building in Chelsea, New York. This interview concludes a series of three interviews with the planners and developers of public areas and parks in New York.

A novel fully-differential (F-D) digitally adjustable current amplifier referred to as Digitally Adjustable Current Amplifier (DACA) and its application to the design of F-D filter working in the current mode are presented in this paper. The basic features of DACA and a simple model suitable for AC simulation are shown. The filter was designed by the transformation of the single-ended (S-E) structure and is universal, which means that it operates as any type of filter, without any change to the structure. The parameters of the filter can be easily tuned thanks to properly placed DACA elements. Simulation results are included in the paper.

The contribution deals with design and analysis of controllable second-order frequency filter which operates in the current mode and where the main element is the current amplifier DACA (Digitally Adjustable Current Amplifier) and also MOTA (Multiple Output Transconductance Amplifier) is used. The paper presents a description of the proposed circuit and results of computer simulations for circuit in single-ended and fully-differential variant. Four simulation models with different properties were used for simulating of the DACA active element in the proposed circuit.

This paper presents an evaluation of deep learning architectures designed for modulationrecognition. The evaluation inspects, whether the architectures behave in the same way as they didon the dataset they were designed on. The architectures are trained and tested on two different radiomodulation datasets. This results in proposing additional binary classification as a method to reducemisclassification of QAM modulation types in one of the datasets.
