Undersökningen försöker få klarhet i hur mässhaken kom till Sverige och varifrån den kommer, men även en kortare historik om dess väg genom seklerna till nutiden. Symboliken i motiven på mässhakarna som tagits med från Kronobergs län tyds ikonografiskt och genom semiotik tyds även de tecken som finns med. Vidare jämförs en mässhake från den katolska tiden med en mässhake från den protestantiska tiden, men även om det finns några likheter mellan en modern katolsk mässhake och en mässhake från medeltiden.

This study aims to define stylistic aspects of the prosodion-genre from the 7th–2nd century BCE, as well as the dominant features in terms of the genre’s categorization, and to determine howand why these changed over time and the role Hellenistic scholars played in this development. The study incorporates material from the genre’s origins until the performance of Limenius’ Paean and Prosodion, as well as relevant scholia. With a cognitive genre-theory and a musicological style theory, the study concludes by the method of close reading that processual performance in religious rites, a solemn character in the Doric tonos, and auloi accompaniment constituted the combination of dominant features from the earliest attestations and that Clonasis likely to have defined this combination. The Hellenistic scholars had a limited influence on the genre’s categorization, but may have been guided by performance context and the dedication when determining generic affiliation in uncertain cases. The melodic intraopus style of Limenius’ prosodion fits the solemnity of the genre. The dominant features did not remain constant in all aspects throughout the genre’s history, and in the Hellenistic Era a politicizationand increased professionalization of the genre can be observed, due to the need to legitimizenew political orders and the spread of musical competitions, respectively. Denna studie syftar till att definiera stilistiska aspekter av prosodiongenren från 600- till 100-talet f.v.t., såväl som de dominanta särdragen ifråga om genrens kategorisering, samt till att avgöra hur och varför dessa förändrades över tid och vilken roll hellenistiska forskare hade i denna utveckling. Studien inkorporerar material från genrens ursprung till uppförandet av Limenios Paian och prosodion, samt relevanta skolia. Med en kognitiv genreteori och en musikologisk stilteori drar studien genom metoden närläsning slutsatsen att processionellt framförande i religiösa riter, en högtidlig karaktär i dorisk tonos, samt aulos-ackompanjemang utgjorde kombinationen av dominanta särdrag från och med de tidigaste beläggen, och att Klonas antagligen definierade denna kombination. Hellenistiska forskare hade ett begränsat inflytande på genrens kategorisering, men kan ha vägletts av uppförandekontext och tillägnan när de bestämde generisk affiliering i osäkra fall. Limenius prosodions melodiska intraopus-stil passar genrens högtidliga karaktär. De dominanta särdragen förblev inte konstanta i alla aspekter genom genrens historia, och under hellenismen kan en politisering och ökad professionalisering observeras, pga. behovet att legitimisera nya politiska ordningar respektivespridningen av musiktävlingar.

To investigate the usefulness of Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF-23) and vitamin D as possible biomarkers of pre-clinical atherosclerosis, assessed as arterial stiffness (AS), in a group of subjects with type 1 diabetes (T1DM) and no previous cardiovascular events.68 T1DM patients and 68 age- and sex-matched controls were evaluated for 1) age, sex, diabetes duration, physical activity, smoking, alcohol intake, BMI, blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose, HbA1c, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and lipid profile; 2) microvascular complications; 3) blood concentrations of FGF-23 and mineral metabolism parameters (calcium, phosphate, parathyroid hormone (PTH) and 25-hydroxy-vitamin D (25(OH)D)); 4) AS, assessed as aortic pulse wave velocity (aPWV); and 5) low-grade inflammation (hsCRP, IL-6, sTNF?R1, sTNF?R2) and endothelial dysfunction (ED) markers (ICAM-1, VCAM-1, E-Selectin).Patients with T1DM had higher aPWV compared with controls (p<0.001), but they did not present differences in 25(OH)D (70.3(50.4-86.2)nmol/L vs. 70.7(59.7-83.0)nmol/L; p = 0.462) and in FGF-23 plasma concentrations (70.1(38.4-151.9)RU/mL vs. 77.6(51.8-113.9)RU/mL; p = 0.329). In T1DM patients, higher concentrations of FGF-23 were positively associated with aPWV after adjusting for eGFR and classical cardiovascular risk factors (model 1: ß = 0.202, p = 0.026), other mineral metabolism parameters (model 2: ß = 0.214, p = 0.015), microvascular complications, low-grade inflammation and ED markers (model 3: ß = 0.170, p = 0.045). Lower 25(OH)D concentrations were also associated with higher aPWV after adjusting for all the above-mentioned factors (model 3: ß = -0.241, p = 0.015).We conclude that both FGF-23 plasma concentrations (positively) and 25(OH)D serum concentrations (negatively) are as

En él se describe, desde la perspectiva de profesionales cualificados, investigadores y académicos de larga trayectoria profesional y reconocida experiencia, la importancia de los registros fósiles de nuestro país, tanto marinos como continentales. Con ello se pretende explicar, en el contenido de un número monográfico, las principales cuencas sedimentarias y yacimientos de las distintas épocas de la historia geológica en la Península Ibérica.
