    Moje diplomová práce se týká některých trestněprávních aspektů sportovní činnosti a následných uplatňování trestněprávních norem v oblastech sportu, jako jsou sportovní zranění, doping a korupce. Velká pozornost je pak věnována občanskoprávní i trestněprávní odpovědnosti sportovce za sportovní úrazy. V této souvislosti jsou rozebrány teorie, které vylučují právní odpovědnost sportovců a v poslední části této práce nalezneme příslušnou judikaturu českých i zahraničních soudů. My thesis deals with some criminal aspects of sports activity and and the subsequent application of criminal law standards in sport, such as sports injuries, doping and corruption. Great attention is paid to the civil and criminal liability of an athlete for sports injuries. In this context, theories that exclude legal liability of athletes are analyzed and in the last part of this work we find the relevant case law of Czech and foreign courts. Obhájeno

    The aim of the diploma thesis was to clarify what position occupies and what role the profession of teaching assistant plays in the frame of inclusive education. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, I start with the definition of the term, I continue with the legislative framework, financing, until I get to the personality of a teaching assistant. I deal with their professional competencies, the scope of work, but also possible pitfalls in this profession. In the empirical part, I focus on research that focuses on the position and role of teaching assistants in the context of inclusive education. I conducted the research survey using the method of in-depth interview with teaching assistants and through the method of a questionnaire survey, the respondents of which were primary school teachers. The purpose of the research was to gain an insight into the issue from the point of view of two of its participants, where teaching with teaching assistants took the place of the key ones. The result of the work brings a concrete idea of the position of a teaching assistant, perception of their personality and requirements for their professional competencies. The aim of the work was reached. I believe, the diploma thesis brings new knowledge that can be a stimulus for wider research, or the work can become a source of information and inspiration for teachers. Cílem diplomové práce bylo objasnit jaké postavení zaujímá a jakou roli sehrává profese asistenta pedagoga v rámci inkluzivního vzdělávání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části začínám definicí pojmu, pokračuji legislativním rámcem, financováním, až se dostávám k samotné osobnosti asistenta pedagoga. Zabývám se jeho profesními kompetencemi, náplní práce, ale také případnými úskalími v této profesi. V empirické části se soustředím na výzkum, který se zaměřuje na postavení a roli asistenta pedagoga v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání. Výzkumné šetření jsem prováděla za použití metody hloubkového rozhovoru s asistenty pedagoga a prostřednictvím metody dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty byli učitelé základních škol. Účelem výzkumu bylo získat pohled na danou problematiku z hlediska dvou jeho aktérů, přičemž asistenti pedagoga zde zaujímali místo aktérů klíčových. Výsledek práce přináší konkrétní představu o pozici asistenta pedagoga, vnímání jeho osobnosti a požadavky na jeho profesní kompetence. Cíl práce byl splněn. Věřím, že diplomová práce přináší nové poznatky, které mohou být podnětem pro širší zkoumání, nebo se práce může stát zdrojem informací a inspirací pro pedagogické pracovníky. Obhájeno

    The theme of this thesis is find out the attitudes of teachers of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools on the inclusion of autistic children in mainstream classes. The work is divided into two parts - part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that relate to autism. It is divided into four chapters that deal with basic concepts, a description of the different species, characteristic symptoms and diagnosing of autism spectrum disorders. The aim was to clarify the basic information, relating to the issue of autism. The practical part is focused on the opinions and attitudes of teachers from different types of schools on the integration of autistic children into normal classes and compared the results differ. In the discussion it is shown a comparison of the results of the questionnaire the practical part with the research results, either in the world or in the Czech republic. Tématem bakalářské práce jsou postoje učitelů mateřských, základních a středních škol na inkluzi autistických dětí do běžných tříd. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, které se týkají autismu. Je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, které se zabývají základními pojmy, popisem jednotlivými druhů, charakteristickými symptomy a diagnostikou poruch autistického spektra. Cílem bylo objasnění základních informací, týkajících se problematiky autismu. Praktická část je zaměřena na názory a postoje učitelů z jednotlivých typů škol na integraci autistických dětí do běžných tříd a porovnání, jak se od sebe výsledky odlišují. V diskuzi je uvedeno srovnání výsledků dotazníku praktické části s výsledky provedených výzkumů buď ve světě, nebo v ČR. Obhájeno

    This work focuses on comparing designs for a new nuclear power source planned near the current Dukovany NPP, Czech Republic. The introduction describes the principles of reactors and presents the main types of reactors used. Furthermore, the deteriorating energy situation in the Czech Republic is briefly described, and in accordance with the plan to preserve emission-free energy, which includes nuclear energy according to the current rules, a new nuclear energy is proposed as a possible solution. In the next part, individual candidates for the construction of a new block are presented. The work is concluded with a comparison of these reactors and their suitability for the construction of a new nuclear power plant in Dukovany. Tato práce se zaměřuje na porovnání návrhů na nový jaderný zdroj plánovaný v těsné blízkosti současné JE Dukovany v České republice. V úvodu práce se popisují principy reaktorů a předvedou se hlavní používané typy reaktorů. Dále je stručně popsána zhoršující se energetická situace v ČR a v souladu plánu na zachování bezemisní energie, do které je podle současných pravidel zahrnuta i jaderná energie, se navrhuje nový blok jaderné elektrárny jako možné řešení. V další části jsou představeni jednotliví kandidáti na výstavbu nového bloku. Práce je završena porovnáním těchto reaktorů a jejich vhodnosti pro účely výstavby nového jaderného zdroje v Dukovanech.     Gibraltar is a territory on the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, which extends into the Mediterranean Sea. This formerly Spanish territory became British in 1713, as a result of the War of the Spanish Succession, on the basis of the Utrecht Peace Treaty. To this day, the Treaty determines the relationship between the United Kingdom and Spain vis-?-vis Gibraltar. It also forms the basis of the arguments of both sides of the dispute and represents the defeat of the Spanish superpower and the beginning of British rule. For Great Britain, the territory was primarily of military-strategic importance. Gibraltar helped the United Kingdom control the Mediterranean Sea, which also increased its commercial importance. The reasons for the Kingdom of Spain to regain territory are quite different. Based on them, the preservation of the territorial integrity of the country stands together with the historical injustice that the British overseas territory in the Iberian Peninsula resembles. One of the most significant efforts was the proclamation of the blockade of Gibraltar in the late 1960's which formally lasted until 1985. As a result of this blockade, the character of Gibraltar changed and the territory became dependent on Great Britain and its aid. The blockade has also caused a significant cooling of Gibraltar-Spanish relations which continues to this day. Following a referendum called in 2016, the people of the United Kingdom decided to leave the European Union. In Gibraltar, the proportion of votes for remaining was the highest of all the constituencies of Great Britain. Over 95% of the population of Gibraltar wanted to remain in European integration structures. For this British overseas territory, Brexit can mean several things. The most likely situation is to maintain the status quo. The Gibraltar-Spanish border would become the external border of the European Union. The issue of border permeability is also a major problem that must be investigated favorably for both Gibraltar and Spain. The second possible scenario is Spain's proposal for shared sovereignty. The British Queen and at the same time the King of Spain would thus become sovereign in Gibraltar. This would keep Gibraltar part of the European Union. But all this is complicated by the cold relationship of the Gibraltar people with the Spaniards. The last possibility of post brexit development is to gain independence from the United Kingdom. These ideas emerged in Gibraltar society in the 1990s, but today such considerations are absent between political representation and the population. Gibraltar je území ležící na jižním cípu Pyrenejského poloostrova, které sahá do Středozemního moře. Toto dříve španělské území se stalo britským v roce 1713 a to v důsledku války o španělské dědictví na základě Utrechtské mírové smlouvy. Tato smlouva do dnešního dne určuje vztah mezi Spojeným královstvím a Španělskem vůči Gibraltaru. Tvoří také základ argumentů obou stran sporu a představuje porážku španělské mocenského postavení a počátek britské nadvlády. Pro Velkou Británii mělo toto území především vojensko-strategický význam. Gibraltar napomohl Spojenému království ovládat Středozemní moře, což také zvýšilo jeho obchodní význam. Důvody znovunabytí území Španělským královstvím jsou zcela odlišné. Na jejich základě stojí zachování územní celistvosti země spojeno s historickou nespravedlností, kterou britské zámořské území na Pyrenejském poloostrově připomíná. Jedním z nejvýznamnějších snah bylo vyhlášení blokády Gibraltaru na konci 60. let, která formálně trvala až do roku 1985. V důsledku této blokády se změnil charakter Gibraltaru a území se stalo více závislým na Velké Británii a její pomoci. Blokáda také způsobila výrazné ochlazení vztahů mezi Gibraltarem a Španělskem, které trvá dodnes. V referendu v roce 2016 se lidé ve Spojeném království rozhodli opustit Evropskou unii. Na Gibraltaru byl podíl hlasů pro setrvání nejvyšší ze všech volebních obvodů Velké Británie. Více než 95% populace Gibraltaru chtělo zůstat v evropských integračních strukturách. Pro toto britské zámořské území může Brexit znamenat několik věcí. Nejpravděpodobnější situací je zachování současného stavu. Gibraltarsko-španělská hranice by se stala vnější hranicí Evropské unie. Otázka propustnosti na hranicích je také závažným problémem, který je třeba vyjednat příznivě jak pro Gibraltar, tak pro Španělsko. Druhým možným scénářem je návrh Španělska na sdílenou suverenitu. Britská královna a zároveň španělský král by se tak stali suverénem na Gibraltaru. Tímto krokem by Gibraltar zůstal součástí Evropské unie. To vše je však zkomplikováno chladným vztahem Gibraltařanů vůči Španělům. Poslední možností pobrexitového vývoje je získání nezávislosti na Spojeném království. Tyto myšlenky se objevily v gibraltarské společnosti v 90. letech, ale dnes takové úvahy mezi politickým zastoupením a obyvatelstvem absentují. Obhájeno

    The work deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among primary and lower-secondary school teachers and the possible increase in the risk of its occurrence during the covid-19 pandemic. The theoretical part provides basic information on the topic, from which the research in the practical part is based. The goal is to obtain current data on the occurrence of burnout syndrome, compare them with data from the time of the pandemic, and name the strongest stressors that contribute to burnout. Práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol a možným nárůstem rizika jeho výskytu v období pandemie covid-19. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace k tématu, z těch poté vychází výzkum v praktické části. Cílem je získat aktuální data o výskytu syndromu vyhoření, jejich porovnání s údaji z doby pandemie a pojmenování nejsilnějších stresorů, které k vyhoření přispívají. Obhájeno

    The Bachelor thesis aims at pre-school education of children with Down´s syndrome in a mainstream pre-school and a special a pre-school environment. The aim is to find out the legal representatives´ point of view on the education of children from the case study. The Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part sums up information on mental disability, Down´s syndrome and family. It pursues the birth of the child with mental disability and the attitude of the family towards the child; later in the latter years it deals with the approach of the school, defines the terms of integration vs. inclusion as well as support measures. In the practical part, research survey is described by means of a mixed research strategy and reveals the motivation of the legal representatives to choose the given type of pre-school facility. The research survey results in finding answers to the questions of accepting an individual with mental disability by their family, school and wider surroundings. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na předškolní vzdělávání dětí s Downovým syndromem v běžné mateřské škole a ve speciální mateřské škole. Cílem je zjistit úhel pohledu zákonných zástupců na vzdělávání dětí z případové studie. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace týkající se mentálního postižení, Downova syndromu a rodiny. Zabývá se narozením dítěte s mentálním postižením a přístupem rodiny k němu, dále v pozdějším věku přístupem školy, vymezuje pojmy integrace versus inkluze a definuje podpůrná opatření. V praktické části je popsáno výzkumné šetření prostřednictvím smíšené výzkumné strategie a odhaluje, co bylo motivací zákonných zástupců volit daný typ předškolního zařízení. Výzkumné šetření vede k nalezení odpovědí na otázky přijetí jedince s mentálním postižením ze strany rodiny, školy a širšího okolí. Obhájeno

    Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vztahu mezi kryptoměnou Bitcoin a akciovými indexy. Testuje také vztah mezi Bitcoinem a vybranými makroekonomickými proměnnými, kterými jsou zde globální HDP, hodnoty rezidenčních nemovitostí a výše úvěrů nefinančnímu sektoru poskytnutých bankami. Zkoumá data nejprve prostřednictvím deskriptivních statistických metod a grafů a dále se zabývá existencí a silou korelačního vztahu mezi vybranými proměnnými. Hodnoty jsou zkoumány od roku 2009, tedy od samotného vzniku této kryptoměny, až do roku 2022. Toto třináctileté období je nejprve analyzováno samostatně a následně je rozděleno do dvou kratších. Dělícím milníkem je rok 2017, kdy dochází k zainteresovanosti bank a tyto instituce začínají nakupovat kryptoměny, především Bitcoin. Práce nejprve představuje úvod do dané problematiky, popisuje hlavní role peněz, kryptoměny, blíže je také prezentován Bitcoin a akcie, v rámci jednotlivých kapitol uvádí také aktuálně platnou legislativu vztahující se k tématu. Následuje cíl práce a metodika, ve které jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky výzkumu. Dále je uveden samotný výzkum a sumarizovány hlavní výsledky. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že od roku 2017 je korelace silnější a to především mezi Bitcoinem a akciovým indexem Nasdaq Composite, jež obsahuje akcie technologických společností. U makroekonomických proměnných se po tomto roce výrazně zvýšila hodnota korelačního koeficientu mezi kryptoměnou a úvěry nefinančnímu sektoru poskytnutých od bank. Celkově byl prokázán silný korelační vztah mezi vývojem ceny Bitcoinu a cen vybraných akciových indexů s výjimkou evropského Euro Stoxx 50. Na základě těchto zjištění byla zhodnocena připravovaná regulace kryptoměn spolu s dalšími návrhy. The thesis is focused on the correlation analysis of the relationship between the Bitcoin and stock indexes. It also tests the relationship between Bitcoin and selected macroeconomic variables, these are global GDP, residential real estate values, and the amount of credit to the non-financial sector provided by banks. The data are tested first through descriptive statistical methods and graphs and then the existence of correlation and strength of the relationship between selected variables is examined. Values are used from 2009, when this cryptocurrency was developed, until 2022. This thirteen-year period is analysed separately, after that divided into two shorter periods. The dividing milestone is year 2017, when banks become interested and these institutions started buying cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin. The beginning of the thesis presents an introduction to the main topic, describes the roles of money, cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and shares are also presented in more detail, the currently valid legislation related is also pointed out. Next, the research is presented and the main results are summarized. The research shows that since 2017 the correlation has been stronger, especially between Bitcoin and the Nasdaq Composite stock index, which includes shares of technology companies. The value of the correlation coefficient between cryptocurrency and credit to the non-financial sector increased significantly after 2017. Overall, a strong correlation between the Bitcoin price and the prices of selected stock indexes was demonstrated except the European Euro Stoxx 50 index. Based on these findings, the upcoming cryptocurrency regulation was evaluated along with other suggestions. Obhájeno

    This final thesis deals with the legal and theoretical situation under which conditions it would be possible to abolish the registration of a church or a religious society or a union of churches and religious societies under the conditions laid down in §22, c), ie in the case; "If a registered church and a religious society or a union of churches and religious societies develop activities in violation of Section 3 (a), Article 5 or Article 27 (5), ". Since the situation in the Czech Republic has never been so far, I am trying to address the situation in which the administrative and judicial authorities should proceed in the light of the international legal obligations of the Czech Republic, so that such a procedure is in line with the Czech legal order. The underlying assumption is my opinion and political attitude, which is aimed at rebutting the political proclamations of some political subjects, now represented in the parliament (the Chamber of Deputies), who, in the framework of the political struggle, proclaim passwords such as: "ISAF ISLAM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC", etc. for me the target is totally unacceptable. Tato závěrečná diplomová práce se zabývá právní a teoretickou situací, za jakých podmínek by bylo možné zrušit registraci církve, či náboženské společnosti, nebo svazu církví a náboženských společností, dle podmínek stanovených v §22, odst. 1, písm. c), tedy v případě; "vyvíjí-li registrovaná církev a náboženská společnost nebo svaz církví a náboženských společností činnost v rozporu s § 3 písm. a), § 5 nebo § 27 odst. 5,1".     The aim of the thesis was to map the current state of the most used social networks, their influence, artistic overlap and to place the issue in the context of art education. The first part of the bachelor's thesis discusses the phenomenon of social networks, shows the specifics of individual networks and their overlap into the art world, including illustrative examples. The second part presents a probe through past and present internet art. The third part combines the acquired knowledge with the didactics of art education. This output takes the form of four creative tasks.     Moje diplomová práce se týká některých trestněprávních aspektů sportovní činnosti a následných uplatňování trestněprávních norem v oblastech sportu, jako jsou sportovní zranění, doping a korupce. Velká pozornost je pak věnována občanskoprávní i trestněprávní odpovědnosti sportovce za sportovní úrazy. V této souvislosti jsou rozebrány teorie, které vylučují právní odpovědnost sportovců a v poslední části této práce nalezneme příslušnou judikaturu českých i zahraničních soudů. My thesis deals with some criminal aspects of sports activity and and the subsequent application of criminal law standards in sport, such as sports injuries, doping and corruption. Great attention is paid to the civil and criminal liability of an athlete for sports injuries. In this context, theories that exclude legal liability of athletes are analyzed and in the last part of this work we find the relevant case law of Czech and foreign courts. Obhájeno

    The aim of the diploma thesis was to clarify what position occupies and what role the profession of teaching assistant plays in the frame of inclusive education. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, I start with the definition of the term, I continue with the legislative framework, financing, until I get to the personality of a teaching assistant. I deal with their professional competencies, the scope of work, but also possible pitfalls in this profession. In the empirical part, I focus on research that focuses on the position and role of teaching assistants in the context of inclusive education. I conducted the research survey using the method of in-depth interview with teaching assistants and through the method of a questionnaire survey, the respondents of which were primary school teachers. The purpose of the research was to gain an insight into the issue from the point of view of two of its participants, where teaching with teaching assistants took the place of the key ones. The result of the work brings a concrete idea of the position of a teaching assistant, perception of their personality and requirements for their professional competencies. The aim of the work was reached. I believe, the diploma thesis brings new knowledge that can be a stimulus for wider research, or the work can become a source of information and inspiration for teachers. Cílem diplomové práce bylo objasnit jaké postavení zaujímá a jakou roli sehrává profese asistenta pedagoga v rámci inkluzivního vzdělávání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části začínám definicí pojmu, pokračuji legislativním rámcem, financováním, až se dostávám k samotné osobnosti asistenta pedagoga. Zabývám se jeho profesními kompetencemi, náplní práce, ale také případnými úskalími v této profesi. V empirické části se soustředím na výzkum, který se zaměřuje na postavení a roli asistenta pedagoga v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání. Výzkumné šetření jsem prováděla za použití metody hloubkového rozhovoru s asistenty pedagoga a prostřednictvím metody dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty byli učitelé základních škol. Účelem výzkumu bylo získat pohled na danou problematiku z hlediska dvou jeho aktérů, přičemž asistenti pedagoga zde zaujímali místo aktérů klíčových. Výsledek práce přináší konkrétní představu o pozici asistenta pedagoga, vnímání jeho osobnosti a požadavky na jeho profesní kompetence. Cíl práce byl splněn. Věřím, že diplomová práce přináší nové poznatky, které mohou být podnětem pro širší zkoumání, nebo se práce může stát zdrojem informací a inspirací pro pedagogické pracovníky. Obhájeno

    The theme of this thesis is find out the attitudes of teachers of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools on the inclusion of autistic children in mainstream classes. The work is divided into two parts - part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that relate to autism. It is divided into four chapters that deal with basic concepts, a description of the different species, characteristic symptoms and diagnosing of autism spectrum disorders. The aim was to clarify the basic information, relating to the issue of autism. The practical part is focused on the opinions and attitudes of teachers from different types of schools on the integration of autistic children into normal classes and compared the results differ. In the discussion it is shown a comparison of the results of the questionnaire the practical part with the research results, either in the world or in the Czech republic. Tématem bakalářské práce jsou postoje učitelů mateřských, základních a středních škol na inkluzi autistických dětí do běžných tříd. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, které se týkají autismu. Je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, které se zabývají základními pojmy, popisem jednotlivými druhů, charakteristickými symptomy a diagnostikou poruch autistického spektra. Cílem bylo objasnění základních informací, týkajících se problematiky autismu. Praktická část je zaměřena na názory a postoje učitelů z jednotlivých typů škol na integraci autistických dětí do běžných tříd a porovnání, jak se od sebe výsledky odlišují.     This work focuses on comparing designs for a new nuclear power source planned near the current Dukovany NPP, Czech Republic. The introduction describes the principles of reactors and presents the main types of reactors used. Furthermore, the deteriorating energy situation in the Czech Republic is briefly described, and in accordance with the plan to preserve emission-free energy, which includes nuclear energy according to the current rules, a new nuclear energy is proposed as a possible solution. In the next part, individual candidates for the construction of a new block are presented. The work is concluded with a comparison of these reactors and their suitability for the construction of a new nuclear power plant in Dukovany. Tato práce se zaměřuje na porovnání návrhů na nový jaderný zdroj plánovaný v těsné blízkosti současné JE Dukovany v České republice. V úvodu práce se popisují principy reaktorů a předvedou se hlavní používané typy reaktorů. Dále je stručně popsána zhoršující se energetická situace v ČR a v souladu plánu na zachování bezemisní energie, do které je podle současných pravidel zahrnuta i jaderná energie, se navrhuje nový blok jaderné elektrárny jako možné řešení. V další části jsou představeni jednotliví kandidáti na výstavbu nového bloku. Práce je završena porovnáním těchto reaktorů a jejich vhodnosti pro účely výstavby nového jaderného zdroje v Dukovanech.     Gibraltar is a territory on the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, which extends into the Mediterranean Sea. This formerly Spanish territory became British in 1713, as a result of the War of the Spanish Succession, on the basis of the Utrecht Peace Treaty. To this day, the Treaty determines the relationship between the United Kingdom and Spain vis-?-vis Gibraltar. It also forms the basis of the arguments of both sides of the dispute and represents the defeat of the Spanish superpower and the beginning of British rule. For Great Britain, the territory was primarily of military-strategic importance. Gibraltar helped the United Kingdom control the Mediterranean Sea, which also increased its commercial importance. The reasons for the Kingdom of Spain to regain territory are quite different. Based on them, the preservation of the territorial integrity of the country stands together with the historical injustice that the British overseas territory in the Iberian Peninsula resembles. One of the most significant efforts was the proclamation of the blockade of Gibraltar in the late 1960's which formally lasted until 1985. As a result of this blockade, the character of Gibraltar changed and the territory became dependent on Great Britain and its aid. The blockade has also caused a significant cooling of Gibraltar-Spanish relations which continues to this day. Following a referendum called in 2016, the people of the United Kingdom decided to leave the European Union. In Gibraltar, the proportion of votes for remaining was the highest of all the constituencies of Great Britain. Over 95% of the population of Gibraltar wanted to remain in European integration structures. For this British overseas territory, Brexit can mean several things. The most likely situation is to maintain the status quo. The Gibraltar-Spanish border would become the external border of the European Union. The issue of border permeability is also a major problem that must be investigated favorably for both Gibraltar and Spain. The second possible scenario is Spain's proposal for shared sovereignty. The British Queen and at the same time the King of Spain would thus become sovereign in Gibraltar. This would keep Gibraltar part of the European Union. But all this is complicated by the cold relationship of the Gibraltar people with the Spaniards. The last possibility of post brexit development is to gain independence from the United Kingdom. These ideas emerged in Gibraltar society in the 1990s, but today such considerations are absent between political representation and the population. Gibraltar je území ležící na jižním cípu Pyrenejského poloostrova, které sahá do Středozemního moře. Toto dříve španělské území se stalo britským v roce 1713 a to v důsledku války o španělské dědictví na základě Utrechtské mírové smlouvy. Tato smlouva do dnešního dne určuje vztah mezi Spojeným královstvím a Španělskem vůči Gibraltaru. Tvoří také základ argumentů obou stran sporu a představuje porážku španělské mocenského postavení a počátek britské nadvlády. Pro Velkou Británii mělo toto území především vojensko-strategický význam. Gibraltar napomohl Spojenému království ovládat Středozemní moře, což také zvýšilo jeho obchodní význam. Důvody znovunabytí území Španělským královstvím jsou zcela odlišné. Na jejich základě stojí zachování územní celistvosti země spojeno s historickou nespravedlností, kterou britské zámořské území na Pyrenejském poloostrově připomíná. Jedním z nejvýznamnějších snah bylo vyhlášení blokády Gibraltaru na konci 60. let, která formálně trvala až do roku 1985. V důsledku této blokády se změnil charakter Gibraltaru a území se stalo více závislým na Velké Británii a její pomoci. Blokáda také způsobila výrazné ochlazení vztahů mezi Gibraltarem a Španělskem, které trvá dodnes. V referendu v roce 2016 se lidé ve Spojeném království rozhodli opustit Evropskou unii. Na Gibraltaru byl podíl hlasů pro setrvání nejvyšší ze všech volebních obvodů Velké Británie. Více než 95% populace Gibraltaru chtělo zůstat v evropských integračních strukturách. Pro toto britské zámořské území může Brexit znamenat několik věcí. Nejpravděpodobnější situací je zachování současného stavu. Gibraltarsko-španělská hranice by se stala vnější hranicí Evropské unie. Otázka propustnosti na hranicích je také závažným problémem, který je třeba vyjednat příznivě jak pro Gibraltar, tak pro Španělsko. Druhým možným scénářem je návrh Španělska na sdílenou suverenitu. Britská královna a zároveň španělský král by se tak stali suverénem na Gibraltaru. Tímto krokem by Gibraltar zůstal součástí Evropské unie. To vše je však zkomplikováno chladným vztahem Gibraltařanů vůči Španělům. Poslední možností pobrexitového vývoje je získání nezávislosti na Spojeném království. Tyto myšlenky se objevily v gibraltarské společnosti v 90. letech, ale dnes takové úvahy mezi politickým zastoupením a obyvatelstvem absentují. Obhájeno

    The work deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among primary and lower-secondary school teachers and the possible increase in the risk of its occurrence during the covid-19 pandemic. The theoretical part provides basic information on the topic, from which the research in the practical part is based. The goal is to obtain current data on the occurrence of burnout syndrome, compare them with data from the time of the pandemic, and name the strongest stressors that contribute to burnout. Práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol a možným nárůstem rizika jeho výskytu v období pandemie covid-19. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace k tématu, z těch poté vychází výzkum v praktické části.
