    La caracterización de la sociedad actual supone analizarla desde diversas perspectivas, la social, la política, la ética, la económica, la cultural y la educativa. En el ámbito educativo diferentes autores hacen referencia a la necesidad de revisar las prácticas educativas para responder a esas caracterizaciones sociales, que requiere de individuos con capacidades para poder insertarse y desempeñarse como ciudadanos de este siglo. El modelo tradicional de transmisión de conocimientos y adquisición de contenidos deberían dar paso a la adquisición y desarrollo de capacidades que habiliten a los estudiantes para afrontar los desafíos de estos nuevos contextos y escenarios. La introducción de La Robótica Educativa en el aula, es un recurso y una estrategia innovadora que propicia la integración de contenidos intra e interdisciplinar, pone en evidencia la relación teoría-práctica, desarrolla la curiosidad, la exploración y la creatividad; y fomenta el desarrollo de capacidades fundamentales y científico-tecnológicas; el siguiente documento expone los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de esta herramienta. Resumen: El Marshmallow Experiment fue realizado por Mischel a partir de 1957 con el objetivo de analizar la capacidad de los niños para demorar la gratificación. Según Mischel los niños pequeños que pueden lograr una demora de la gratificación auto-impuesta son quienes en su adolescencia obtendrán mejores resultados en los planos académico y social. En la teoría propuesta por Freud se considera que los niños no podrían desarrollar un control de los impulsos autoimpuesto. Mischel, considerando los resultados obtenidos, pensaba haber interpelado la hipótesis freudiana del control de los impulsos en niños. Pero, las distintas réplicas de las pruebas, realizadas por el propio Mischel, indican que el 70% de los niños no pudo demorar la gratificación, mientras que solo el 30% logró hacerlo. Se concluye entonces que los estudios dentro del paradigma Mischel parecen confirmar más que poner en duda las ideas de Freud.

    El arquitecto César Naselli, uno de los profesores más relevantes de esta casa de estudios, recientemente fallecido, ha legado gran cantidad de material a quienes hemos colaborado con él. En su mayoría esta herencia está compuesta por artículos, proyectos de investigación, ponencias y textos académicos no publicados cuyo volumen se estima en unas 1000 páginas, donde se encuentran varias versiones de un mismo texto que fue evolucionando en el tiempo. El objeto de este proyecto es poder organizar este material realizando un mapeo por la compleja trayectoria del maestro. La teoría de César Naselli sobre los fundamentos del diseño se basa en tres ejes que se interrelacionan: paisaje, patrimonio y morfología. Estos ejes funcionan como una estructura que sostiene su complejo pensamiento. Fil: Moisset de Espanes, Inés. Universidad Católica de Córdoba. Facultad de Arquitectura; Argentina

    Authors: Caram, María José dir.;

    Este proyecto indaga sobre el sentido en que los ejes programáticos de la Conferencia General del Episcopado Latinoamericano de Aparecida (2017) son retomados por los discursos del Papa Francisco, cómo estos adquieren realidad y densidad ontológica tanto en las prácticas pastorales de los actores comprometidos con las víctimas (pobres, migrantes, víctimas de la trata de personas) como en su reflexión crítica sobre las causas sociales y ecológicas de estas vulnerabilidades e injusticias; planteos que especialmente acaecen en ámbitos universitarios y académicos.El aporte de la sociosemiótica y el análisis del discurso es relevante para analizar los catolicismos emergentes o modos particulares de vivenciar la fe católica, desde las voces de sus fieles, inmersos en un mundo tecnocientífico que violenta y llega a nuevas formas de esclavitud. El aporte de la filosofía recuperando diversos planteos críticos contemporáneos, particularmente desde el Neomaterialismo, el pensamiento ético de Emmanuel Levinas y político de Hannah Arendt y de René Girard -entre otros-, se centra en un análisis conceptual y una crítica hermenéutica de aquellos conceptos y tematizaciones que cuestionan las clasificaciones ontológicas y ético-políticas sobre la vida humana, la materia, los animales y los artefactos y entidades artificiales producidos por los desarrollos tecnocientíficos. El aporte de la teología tiene a su cargo la clarificación conceptual de la acción eclesial en el ámbito del acompañamiento y acogida a las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad y propiciar criterios para la inculturación y vivencia intercultural de la fe en ámbitos de llegada migratoria.Desde el diálogo interdisciplinar el proyecto analizará críticamente los discursos de la Iglesia sobre su misión frente a las vulnerabilidades actuales desde el documento de Aparecida (2007) y su continuidad en documentos y discursos del Papa Francisco; identificará y estudiará las vulnerabilidades emergentes en las sociedades contemporáneas y analizará el alcance teórico y práctico de los discursos eclesiales ante las situaciones de vulnerabilidad y su recepción por parte de actores comprometidos con las víctimas.     Authors: Zagorodny, Ana;

    Durante el período de desarrollo político-económico del modelo desarrollista en el país, se produjeron rotundas transformaciones urbanas en la ciudad de Mar del Plata, concomitantes con el surgimiento del balneario de masas, multiclasista. La ciudad, como destino de inversiones y de expansión de la industria de la construcción, será el centro de las operaciones inmobiliarias de muchos empresarios que, junto con la aplicación en 1949 de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal entre otros factores, serán responsables de la imagen que la misma exhibe hasta el presente. Pero las consecuencias en la trama urbana y en las tipologías arquitectónicas ensayadas entonces en clave moderna, requieren también una explicación a través del espacio de protagonismo del discurso político, las gestiones concretas y los planes reguladores propuestos desde los municipios socialistas entre 1958 y 1966. Se propone transformar este resultado en material didáctico, pues el tema como contenido en la currícula local no posee bibliografía de estudio pertinente. During the political and economical expansion of the development policy in the country, we’ll analyze the drastic urban transformations happened in Mar del Plata city as well as its arrival to a massive, and “multi classist” turistical bathing place. The city, like investments and construction industry expansion destiny, became the center in the operations of a lot of real estate managers who will be the responsible – between others factors like the application of the Horizontal Property Law in 1949 – of the image the city shows till today . But, the consequences in the urban plan and in the architectonic typologies which, in modern code had been tried then, requires too, an explanation looking at the political discourse, the concrete measures and regulating urban plans proposed by the socialist town councils between 1958 and 1966. It’s proposed here, to transform this work in didactic material for the local architecture students because this theme belongs to the program of study, but it doesn’t exists bibliography about it. The Alto Valle of Rio Negro and Neuquén is an intensive irrigated fruit producing area. The existence of a shallow water table modifies the water content in the soil profile. It is important to distinguish the effect and estimate the amount of water capillary rise in order to enhance the irrigation management and allow the crop to achieve its maximum yield and development in non-stress conditions. The aim of this trial was to quantify and associate water content of soil profile with water status of pear trees, using different methods. In a Bartlett pear orchard planted on 2003, surfaced irrigated, the following variables were measured during the 2017-2018 growing season: soil water content at three depths (0.20 m, 0.40 m, 0.60 m) and water table level (WTL). Additionally, soil profile and texture class were described. Evapotranspiration (ETm) and vapor pressure deficit (VPD) were calculated with data of the automatic weather station. Stomata conductance (Gs) was measured with a leaf porometer in three different moments of the growing season. Moisture stress index (MSI) was calculated from all Sentinel 2A images available for the season. The capillary water input into the root zone from a shallow water table is evident in the continuous records of sensors. This phenomenon keeps soil water content within the readily available water range. The Gs measures showed that the crop water status was appropriate and that values were high compared to those referred to deciduous trees. The MSI values obtained were between the limits of a well-irrigated crop. These results agree with the non-restrictive condition observed in the soil water balance. Abstract:This paper is the first to consider the link between information conveyed by the facial expressions of a range of economic actors and economic activity. A collection of photographs is used to construct indicators of emotions communicated by the facial expressions. The indicators correspond to the US economy for the period 1996-2018. Significant links between the level of economic activity and indices of emotional states are observed. Beyond contemporaneous associations, the indicators are shown to anticipate business cycle dynamics. Indices summarizing emotions linked to policy making and the stock market contain more information than indicators linked to corporations.

    Authors: Blinder, Daniel;

    El presente trabajo se propone analizar medio siglo de tecnología espacial en la Argentina como un caso de desarrollo de una tecnología capital intensiva, considerada “sensible” por los países centrales, en contexto de país semiperiférico, puesto que implica niveles importantes de industriaización, pero también de poder militar. El objetivo es mostrar de qué manera una serie de rupturas políticas y económicas transformaron los objetivos que debían orientar la trayectoria del desarrollo de tecnología espacial, que es de uso civil y bélico. Este artículo también explica cómo funcionan las Relaciones Internacionales a partir de una política tecnológica, y ejemplica -a partir del caso argentino- cómo cuando hablamos de tecnología, desarrollo, y defensa entran en juego las relaciones de poder. El presente trabajo se centra en la indagación de los sentidos que construyen alumnos, docentes, directivos y padres respecto a los aspectos que valoran de la escuela media actual, las críticas que realizan y las expectativas en torno a la escolaridad en el nivel medio. Desde una perspectiva psicosocial comprensiva se entiende a la producción de sentido como un elemento vital implicado en la acción social y que da sustento a las prácticas sociales que despliegan los actores. Siguiendo esta perspectiva, la indagación acerca de los niveles de desencuentro y de encuentro en las producciones de sentido, podría brindar elementos que sirvan al momento de generar prácticas sociales alternativas en educación, repensar los vínculos entre los diferentes actores y atender a las demandas sociales emergentes que recaen sobre la escuela media. En esta comunicación se presentará un recorrido por diversos antecedentes empíricos tanto locales como extranjeros, así como la delimitación de esta problemática como objeto de indagación del presente proyecto de investigación, considerando los objetivos, los referentes teóricos y la perspectiva metodológica que supondrá el trabajo de campo. La caracterización de la sociedad actual supone analizarla desde diversas perspectivas, la social, la política, la ética, la económica, la cultural y la educativa. En el ámbito educativo diferentes autores hacen referencia a la necesidad de revisar las prácticas educativas para responder a esas caracterizaciones sociales, que requiere de individuos con capacidades para poder insertarse y desempeñarse como ciudadanos de este siglo. El modelo tradicional de transmisión de conocimientos y adquisición de contenidos deberían dar paso a la adquisición y desarrollo de capacidades que habiliten a los estudiantes para afrontar los desafíos de estos nuevos contextos y escenarios. La introducción de La Robótica Educativa en el aula, es un recurso y una estrategia innovadora que propicia la integración de contenidos intra e interdisciplinar, pone en evidencia la relación teoría-práctica, desarrolla la curiosidad, la exploración y la creatividad; y fomenta el desarrollo de capacidades fundamentales y científico-tecnológicas; el siguiente documento expone los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de esta herramienta. Resumen: El Marshmallow Experiment fue realizado por Mischel a partir de 1957 con el objetivo de analizar la capacidad de los niños para demorar la gratificación. Según Mischel los niños pequeños que pueden lograr una demora de la gratificación auto-impuesta son quienes en su adolescencia obtendrán mejores resultados en los planos académico y social. En la teoría propuesta por Freud se considera que los niños no podrían desarrollar un control de los impulsos autoimpuesto. Mischel, considerando los resultados obtenidos, pensaba haber interpelado la hipótesis freudiana del control de los impulsos en niños. Pero, las distintas réplicas de las pruebas, realizadas por el propio Mischel, indican que el 70% de los niños no pudo demorar la gratificación, mientras que solo el 30% logró hacerlo. Se concluye entonces que los estudios dentro del paradigma Mischel parecen confirmar más que poner en duda las ideas de Freud.

    El arquitecto César Naselli, uno de los profesores más relevantes de esta casa de estudios, recientemente fallecido, ha legado gran cantidad de material a quienes hemos colaborado con él. En su mayoría esta herencia está compuesta por artículos, proyectos de investigación, ponencias y textos académicos no publicados cuyo volumen se estima en unas 1000 páginas, donde se encuentran varias versiones de un mismo texto que fue evolucionando en el tiempo. El objeto de este proyecto es poder organizar este material realizando un mapeo por la compleja trayectoria del maestro. La teoría de César Naselli sobre los fundamentos del diseño se basa en tres ejes que se interrelacionan: paisaje, patrimonio y morfología. Estos ejes funcionan como una estructura que sostiene su complejo pensamiento. Fil: Moisset de Espanes, Inés. Universidad Católica de Córdoba. Facultad de Arquitectura; Argentina

    Authors: Caram, María José dir.;

    Este proyecto indaga sobre el sentido en que los ejes programáticos de la Conferencia General del Episcopado Latinoamericano de Aparecida (2017) son retomados por los discursos del Papa Francisco, cómo estos adquieren realidad y densidad ontológica tanto en las prácticas pastorales de los actores comprometidos con las víctimas (pobres, migrantes, víctimas de la trata de personas) como en su reflexión crítica sobre las causas sociales y ecológicas de estas vulnerabilidades e injusticias; planteos que especialmente acaecen en ámbitos universitarios y académicos.El aporte de la sociosemiótica y el análisis del discurso es relevante para analizar los catolicismos emergentes o modos particulares de vivenciar la fe católica, desde las voces de sus fieles, inmersos en un mundo tecnocientífico que violenta y llega a nuevas formas de esclavitud. El aporte de la filosofía recuperando diversos planteos críticos contemporáneos, particularmente desde el Neomaterialismo, el pensamiento ético de Emmanuel Levinas y político de Hannah Arendt y de René Girard -entre otros-, se centra en un análisis conceptual y una crítica hermenéutica de aquellos conceptos y tematizaciones que cuestionan las clasificaciones ontológicas y ético-políticas sobre la vida humana, la materia, los animales y los artefactos y entidades artificiales producidos por los desarrollos tecnocientíficos. El aporte de la teología tiene a su cargo la clarificación conceptual de la acción eclesial en el ámbito del acompañamiento y acogida a las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad y propiciar criterios para la inculturación y vivencia intercultural de la fe en ámbitos de llegada migratoria.Desde el diálogo interdisciplinar el proyecto analizará críticamente los discursos de la Iglesia sobre su misión frente a las vulnerabilidades actuales desde el documento de Aparecida (2007) y su continuidad en documentos y discursos del Papa Francisco; identificará y estudiará las vulnerabilidades emergentes en las sociedades contemporáneas y analizará el alcance teórico y práctico de los discursos eclesiales ante las situaciones de vulnerabilidad y su recepción por parte de actores comprometidos con las víctimas.     Authors: Zagorodny, Ana;

    Authors: Blinder, Daniel;

    El presente trabajo se propone analizar medio siglo de tecnología espacial en la Argentina como un caso de desarrollo de una tecnología capital intensiva, considerada “sensible” por los países centrales, en contexto de país semiperiférico, puesto que implica niveles importantes de industriaización, pero también de poder militar. El objetivo es mostrar de qué manera una serie de rupturas políticas y económicas transformaron los objetivos que debían orientar la trayectoria del desarrollo de tecnología espacial, que es de uso civil y bélico. Este artículo también explica cómo funcionan las Relaciones Internacionales a partir de una política tecnológica, y ejemplica -a partir del caso argentino- cómo cuando hablamos de tecnología, desarrollo, y defensa entran en juego las relaciones de poder. El presente trabajo se centra en la indagación de los sentidos que construyen alumnos, docentes, directivos y padres respecto a los aspectos que valoran de la escuela media actual, las críticas que realizan y las expectativas en torno a la escolaridad en el nivel medio. Desde una perspectiva psicosocial comprensiva se entiende a la producción de sentido como un elemento vital implicado en la acción social y que da sustento a las prácticas sociales que despliegan los actores. Siguiendo esta perspectiva, la indagación acerca de los niveles de desencuentro y de encuentro en las producciones de sentido, podría brindar elementos que sirvan al momento de generar prácticas sociales alternativas en educación, repensar los vínculos entre los diferentes actores y atender a las demandas sociales emergentes que recaen sobre la escuela media. En esta comunicación se presentará un recorrido por diversos antecedentes empíricos tanto locales como extranjeros, así como la delimitación de esta problemática como objeto de indagación del presente proyecto de investigación, considerando los objetivos, los referentes teóricos y la perspectiva metodológica que supondrá el trabajo de campo.
