We synthesized 3,175 estimates (454 impulse responses) of the semi-elasticity of credit with respect to changes in the monetary policy rate from 91 vector autoregression studies. We found that monetary policy tightening consistently yields a negative and long-lasting response in both credit volume and credit growth. Several factors contribute to the substantial heterogeneity of the effect sizes in this literature. First, publication selectivity significantly exaggerates the mean reported estimate, because insignificant results are under-reported. Second, researchers’ choice of estimation design has a significant impact on the estimated response. Studies using Bayesian methods and including house prices report a smaller decline in credit, while studies with sign restrictions show a larger drop than those using recursive identification.

This thesis focuses on cross-border mergers. The merger is viewed inwards, i. e. the successor company is a Czech company. It looks at the cross-border merger from legal, tax and accounting point of view and discusses its course, the obligations associated with cross-border merger. After presenting aspects, the thesis follows four examples of crossborder mergers. One of them is the merger of the well-known company Kofola, which merged in 2016 with its foreign subsidiaries, where the reason for the merger was to facilitate the structure of the Kofola group. The other examples of cross-border mergers have not actually taken place. So, it is a fictional cross-border merger of two companies in three different variants that can occur. One way the company is viewed as a mother and daughter company, another view is that the company only has a common field of business. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na přeshraniční fúzi. Na přeshraniční fúzi nahlíží směrem dovnitř, tj. nástupnickou společností je česká společnost. Na přeshraniční fúzi pohlíží z právního, daňového a účetního hlediska a probírá její průběh, povinnosti, které jsou s přeshraniční fúzi spojeny. Po představení těchto aspektů se diplomová práce zaměřila na čtyři příklady přeshraniční fúze. Jednou z nich je fúze známé společnosti Kofola, která fúzovala v roce 2016 se svými zahraničními dceřinými společnostmi, kde důvod k fúzi bylo usnadnění struktury skupiny Kofola. Další příklady přeshraniční fúze již ve skutečnosti neproběhly. Jde tedy o smyšlenou přeshraniční fúzi dvou společností ve třech různých variantách, které mohou nastat. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem dítě s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v mateřské škole. Do první teoretické části práce jsou zahrnuty kapitoly o pojmu dětská mozková obrna, příčiny vzniku dětské mozkové obrny a různými terapiemi, které dětem s dětskou mozkovou obrnou mohou pomoci. V druhé teoretické části jsou zahrnuty kapitoly o vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Praktická část je pojata formou dvou podrobných kazuistik. The stone crayfish Austropotamobius torrentium (Schrank 1803), belongs to the smallest European crayfish species. It is one of the most endangered species of European crayfish, therefore it seems to be necessary to to look for sufficient data concerning its ecology to protect this species. This thesis compares morfometrics data of stone crayfish individuals on selected localites. It also evaluates differences in stream morphology based on abiotic factors such as width, depth, substrate of bottom and type of shetlers on localites too. Data were collected on 15 localites of the Czech republic. Two diferent metods were used to measure morfometric data and methods were compared together. Data of 444 individuals were recorded. Statistical evaluation shows difference among some populations. Most differences were recorded on Luční potok in Rudník and Zubřina, where individuals with less elongated shape of carapaces and relatively larger chelas were occured. On the other hand noticeably elongated shape of carapaces and relatively smaller chelas were recorded on Klabava. Localites were also differed in abiotic factors. Most diferences were recorded on upper part of Rakovský potok, Chejlava, Luční potok in Rudník and Zubřina. This thesis is part of wider project focused on relationship between crayfish morphology and many factors (e.g. stream morphology, water chemistry or genetics). Rak kamenáč Austropotamobius torrentium (Schrank 1803) je nejmenším evropským druhem raka. Zároveň je jedním z nejohroženějších druhů evropské astakofauny. Pokud jej chceme efektivně chránit, je potřeba mít dostatek údajů o ekologii druhu. Předkládaná práce porovnává vybrané morfometrické parametry těla raka kamenáče na sledovaných lokalitách. Zároveň sleduje i významné parametry prostředí, jako jsou například hloubka a šířka toku, substrát dna, proudění vody a nabídka úkrytů na jednotlivých lokalitách. Data byla sbírána na 15 lokalitách v rámci České republiky. Pro měření morfometrických údajů byly použity dvě rozdílné metody, které byly zároveň porovnány. Celkem se podařilo zaznamenat údaje od 444 jedinců. Statistická analýza dat odhalila výraznou odlišnost jedinců na některých lokalitách. Jednalo se o jedince na Lučním potoce v Rudníku a Zubřině, kteří měli měně protáhlý tvar karapaxu a relativně větší klepeta vzhledem k délce karapaxu. Naopak na Klabavě se vyskytovali jedinci s protáhlejším karapaxem a relativně menšími klepety. V nejvíce parametrech prostředí se od ostatních lišily horní tok Rakovského potoka, Chejlava, Luční potok v Rudníku a Zubřina. Předkládaná práce je součástí většího projektu, ve kterém budou data parametrů prostředí, naměřená morfometrická data a údaje získané analýzou DNA odchycených jedinců porovnána pomocí mnohorozměrných metod. This thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described the most often defects of the child´s foot we can meet with. There are also mentioned the most common methods of the instep investigation and other posture investigations, which are closely related with legs. Furthermore, in the theoretical part is a chapter on concatenation of joint dysfunction and muscle spasms. The theoretical part also contains a chapter on the prevention of the foot defects and therapeutic methods which can heal foot defects. In the practical part of the thesis is given surveillance aims and hypotheses. Hypotheses are tested by three surveys of casuistry, where it is specifically itemized examination and therapy. The second way to test hypotheses is the survey in secondary schools. As an objective evaluation method is chosen device PodoCam. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsáno, s jakými vadami dětské nohy se nejčastěji můžeme setkat. Jsou zde zmíněny i nejčastější vyšetřovací metody klenby nožní a další vyšetření postury, které s nohou úzce souvisí. Dále, je v teoretické části uvedena kapitola o zřetězení kloubních dysfunkcích a svalových spazmů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje také kapitolu o prevenci vad nohou, a terapeutické metody, kterými lze vady nohou léčit. V praktické části bakalářské práce je uveden cíl sledování a hypotézy. Hypotézy jsou ověřovány třemi kazuistickými šetřeními, kde je konkrétně rozepsané vyšetření a terapie. Druhým způsobem ověření hypotéz, je průzkum na středních školách. The diploma thesis focuses on evaluating the influence of process parameters in the HVOF thermal spraying technology on the mechanical and tribological properties of hardmetal coatings. The theoretical part includes the principle of thermal spraying technology, the classification of thermal spraying technologies, a description of the HVOF technology, the materials used for thermal spraying, and the investigated WC-CrC-Ni composite coatings. In the experimental part, the studied coatings Amperit 543.074 and Woka 7502 are described, along with the methods used to evaluate these coatings. Furthermore, the basic characteristics, microstructure, and tribological properties were evaluated. Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu procesních parametrů technologie žárových nástřiků HVOF na mechanické a tribologické vlastnosti tvrdokovových povlaků. Teoretická část obsahuje princip technologie žárových nástřiků, rozdělení technologií žárových nástřiků, popis technologie HVOF, používané materiály pro žárové nástřiky a zkoumané kompozitní povlaky na bázi WC-CrC-Ni. V experimentální části byly popsány zkoumané povlaky Amperit 543.074 a Woka 7502 a použité metody hodnocení těchto povlaků. Bachelor thesis is devoted to the elaboration of a business plan for the company CZECHMONT, s. r. o. engaged in the manufacturing of transformers and main voltage sources. The business plan of the company is focused on entering the Swiss market and serves as an internal document of the company. In this thesis there are two separate parts; theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is a description of the structure and financing methods of business plans as well as basic understanding of foreign trade. In the second part there is a business plan with the characteristics of the company, description of the business opportunities, definiton of the product, marketing and the financial analysis, project plan containing the logical frame approach as well as Gantt chart. In the final part of practical part there is an analysis of potential risks. Obchodní plán firmy je zaměřen na vstup na švýcarský trh a slouží jako interní dokument firmy. V práci je oddělena teoretická část od praktické. V první teoretické části je popsána zejména struktura a možnosti financování obchodních plánů a základní seznámení se zahraničním obchodem.
