The article briefly describes the history and present of nuclear education at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The origins of nuclear education at the former University of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are associated with the acquisition of nuclear technology in Škoda. It recalls the important role of the founder of the branch of prof. Josef Bečvář and other personalities of Czechoslovak and Czech nuclear energy. V článku je stručně popsána historie a současnost jaderného vzdělávání na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni. This article is about the long neck lute type and it monitors its development which is very complicated, because as it seems, it could have more answers in this problem. And then there are introduced 3 theories about this string musical instrument. It was introduced in R. J. Dumbrill ´s, W. Ellermeier´s and Fr. Stauder´s theories. The origin of the instrument is heading to Mesopotamia in 4th mil. BC or it had been coming later around 3rd – 2nd mill BC. We cannot exclude transmission from Mountain people – Kassites, Hurrian, Hittites and Elamites. Today we are not able to gain information about the wearers of the long neck lute type, but findings of iconography lead up North Syria or into Iran opposite the Asyria where we can see nowhere a picture of the interesting instrument. Hurrians, Hittites and Elamites were enemies of the empire and thus long neck lute type did not have to be accepted to ideological reason. The long neck lute type is included among chordophones using today yet with minimal construct modifications and has let cultural meaning.

A thorough analysis of Czech educational documents has shown that all Czech students should be led to religious awareness, in a broad cultural-historical context. Compliance with this requirement is verified at the “maturita” test. The work is focused on the teaching of Jewish themes, which cannot be circumvented, but is often presented ominously at school. Therefore, in addition to looking at common practice, first of all the work brings new ideas into the tuition. Zevrubnou analýzou českých školských dokumentů bylo prokázáno, že všichni čeští studenti by měli být vedeni k náboženskému povědomí, a to v širokém kulturněhistorickém kontextu. Splnění tohoto požadavku je ověřováno u maturitních zkoušek. Práce je zaměřena na výuku tematiky židovské, již nelze v hodinách obejít, bývá však často prezentována zkostnatěle. Kromě pohledu na běžnou praxi tak práce předně přináší nové náměty do výuky.

Ve sbírkách Muzea Šumavy v Sušici se dochoval renesanční epitaf nobilitované kašperskohorské měšťanské rodiny Anbanterů z Rozndorfu z roku 1611 s vyobrazením rodiny klečící před ukřižovaným Kristem, v pozadí s biblickým Jeruzalémem. V muzejní pobočce v Kašperských Horách se však nachází pouze vlastní epitafní obraz, zatímco dřevěný edikulový rám zůstává v tristním stavu rozložen v jednom z muzejních depozitářů, i když jeho restaurování se již připravuje. Samotné dílo lokální provenience není nijak unikátní svým uměleckým provedením, v rámci dané doby a země zcela standardním, ale váže se k němu mimořádně pozoruhodný a prameny mimořádně autenticky a plasticky dokumentovatelný příběh – tedy příběh osob, které jsou na epitafním obraze vypodobněny. Jedná se o tři mužské generace rodu, pocházejícího z hornofalckého Neunburgu vorm Wald, stejně jako o manželku a o matku donátora epitafu Daniela Anbantera. Daniel se v rozmezí pouhých pěti let zapletl do několika kriminálních kauz, z toho ve třech případech do kauz mravnostních deliktů. V prvním případě byl obviněn i společně se svým otcem Matějem, že oba o poctivost připravili a do jiného stavu přivedli svou příbuznou Barboru, patrně Danielovu sestřenici. Spor mezi mladou ženou a oběma měšťany se dostal až před pražské úředníky, ale dopadl pro Anbantery příznivě. Což platí i pro další dva případy, do nichž už byl Daniel zapleten sám – v prvním šlo o smilstvo s místní děvečkou Žofií, ve druhém již o cizoložství (jelikož mladý Anbanter se mezitím oženil, možná právě s onou Žofií), kdy pachateli reálně hrozil tvrdý postih. Dle platných zákonů měl ztratit hrdlo, rozsudek byl však zmírněn na vypálení cejchu a na výprask a i tento trest byl nakonec anulován. V době, kdy se ona poslední, pět let trvající Anbanterova kauza táhla, nechal Daniel pořídit rodičům na místní poměry velmi honosný epitaf. A to jistě nejen jako reprezentativní připomínku zemřelých, ale také jako prezentaci sebe sama, svých ambicí a své zbožnosti a kajícnosti. Faktem je, že v následujících letech již o jeho potížích se zákonem neslyšíme a že naopak pouhý rok po soudním očištění (1615) Daniela Anbantera spatřujeme v kašperskohorském radním sboru a že mu tedy poměrně nedávné, velmi dehonestující vězení za zostřených podmínek v sociálním vzestupu nijak nezabránilo. Jeho čtyřletý syn z epitafu měl po třicetileté válce stanout dokonce na úplném vrcholu, když se stal na řadu let místním primasem – současně ale také posledním mužským příslušníkem české větve anbanterovského rodu. In the collections of the Museum of the Šumava Mountains in Sušice, the Renaissance epitaph of the ennobled Kašperské Hory burgher family of the Anbanters from Rozndorf from 1611 has been preserved with the depiction of the family kneeling before the Crucified Christ, in the background with the biblical Jerusalem. In the museum branch in the Kašperské Hory, however, there is only the epitaph image itself, whereas the wooden aedicule frame remains in dismal condition disassembled in one of the museum depositories. The work itself of local provenience is not unique in any way for its artistic execution, but an exceptionally noteworthy and authenticated by the sources and vividly documentable story of the people depicted is tied to it. They are three male generations of a family, from the Upper Palatinate Neunburg vorm Wald, as well as the wife and mother of the donor of the epitaph of Daniel Anbanter. In a timeframe of only five years, Daniel was involved in several criminal cases, of which in three of moral offenses. In the first case, he was accused along with his father Matěj that the two took the honour of and made pregnant their relative Barbora, apparently Daniel’s cousin. The dispute went all the way to before the Prague authorities but ended favourably for the Anbanters. It was true also for another two cases, in which Daniel was already involved by himself – fornication with the local maid Žofie and adultery (he had married in the meantime), when the offender was truly threatened with a heavy punishment, but he avoided capital punishment as well as a reduced punishment (branding and thrashing). At the time of the last case, Daniel had made for his parents a very opulent epitaph for the local conditions. And it certainly is not only a commemoration of the deceased, but also a presentation of himself, his ambitions and his piety and penitence. In the following years, we no longer hear of his problems with the law and on the contrary only a year after his court clearance (1615) we find Daniel Anbanter in the Kašperské Hory town council. After the Thirty Years’ War, his four-year-old son from the epitaph became later for a number of years the local Primas (first councillor) – but also the last male member of the Bohemian branch of the Anbanter family.
