    Authors: Queirolo, Graciela Amalia;

    Este escrito repasa de manera general los derroteros de la Historia de las Mujeres en las academias argentina y chilena. Desde un presente politizado por las demandas de los movimientos feministas que se expresaron el 8 de marzo de 2019 tanto en Buenos Aires como en Santiago, se realiza un recorrido desde los inicios de la Historia de las Mujeres hasta el presente. Así se presentan sus principales versiones, desde la historia contributiva hasta la incorporación de los estudios de género y se indican los aportes y los límites de cada una de ellas. Finalmente se reflexiona sobre los peligros de banalización que amenazan a la disciplina. This article provides an overview of Women History’s paths in Chilean and Argentine academies. The starting point is the politized present marked by feminist movements’ demands that were expressed in Buenos Aires and Santiago on 8 March 2019. From that point on, the text traces Women’s History from its beginning to the present by focusing on main perspectives - from contributory history to gender studies - and by pointing to their contribution and downsides. Finally, the study reflects on the dangers of trivialisation that threatens historiography nowadays. Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigaciones en Género

    Authors: Campodónico, Nicolás Matías;

    Se reconoce que en la actualidad nuevas condiciones históricas hacen de la Salud Mental un tópico de creciente preocupación tanto a nivel de política pública como de orientaciones teóricas. En el contexto de los cambios actuales, las políticas sociales, y las de salud en particular, se transforman en la redefinición de las funciones del Estado. Entonces, se propone analizar los avatares y contextos sociales, políticos, culturales, económicos, por los que ha atravesado en la historia de Argentina, las formulaciones y aplicaciones de políticas públicas en salud mental, tomando como período desde 1954 la profesionalización de la Psicología hasta la formulación de la Ley de Salud Mental en 2010, para de esta forma historizar las implicancias que se suscitaron en este período. We recognize that currently new historical conditions make Mental Health a topic of growing concern both atthe level of public policy and theoretical orientations. In the context of current changes, social policies, and health policies in particular, are transformed into the redefinition of the functions of the State. Then, it is proposed to analyze the avatars and social, political, cultural, and economic contexts, through which Argentina’s history and formulations and applications of public policies in mental health have gone through, taking as a period since 1954 the professionalization of Psychology until the formulation of the Mental Health Law in 2010, in order to historicize the implications that aróse during this period.     Authors: Couchonnal Cancio, Ana Inés;

    El presente artículo busca describir brevemente los pilares fundamentales sobre los que descansa el discurso identitario paraguayo en su inscripción histórica, para pasar en segundo lugar a discutir la pregnancia de los mismos y la potencialidad que ellos inscriben. Esto implica la apertura de los sentidos analíticos basados en dos elementos centrales y entrelazados: la historia y la lengua guaraní, aunados en la escritura como conciliación inconclusa. Abordaremos así, de la mano de Nora Bouvet, la trama historiográfica-escrituraria de Roa Bastos en su intento de dar cuenta de lo nacional en su tensión histórica, para pasar luego a señalar las maneras de la lengua guaraní desde Bartomeu Melià. A modo de cierre, abordaremos la cuestión de la escritura como modo territorial posible. This article seeks to briefly describe the fundamental pillars on which the Paraguayan identity discourse rests in its historical inscription, subsequently we will discuss their pregnancies and the potentiality that they register. This implies the opening of analytical senses based on two central and intertwined elements: history and the Guarani language, combined in writing as unfinished conciliation. In this way, we will approach, following Nora Bouvet, Roa Bastos's historiographical-scriptural plot and his attempt to account for the national in its historical tension. We will then point out the ways of the Guarani language from the point of view of Bartomeu Melià. Finally we will approach the issue of writing as a possible territorial mode.     Authors: Lojo, María Rosa;

    La huella de Galicia en nuestro imaginario fundador no es proporcional a su gran importancia demográfica. A tal punto que, como sucede con los pueblos aborígenes, la identidad gallega suele ser en la Argentina una “criptoidentidad”, profunda y poco visible en muchos sentidos. Este trabajo propone varias razones posibles para este olvido u ocultamiento deliberado: la carga insultante que el gentilicio “gallego” (luego equivalente aquí a “español” en general) traía desde la Península, el peso de algunos rasgos despectivos de este estereotipo étnico, el rechazo de España como matriz cultural que se prolongó después de la Independencia; el rápido abandono de la lengua gallega por el deseo de asimilarse al más prestigioso castellano. Cuando comiencen las reivindicaciones hispanistas por parte de intelectuales argentinos, la mayor parte no incluirá a Galicia. Y, aunque la prensa de las asociaciones y las élites de artistas y escritores gallegos intenta revertir esta tendencia, no logra incidir lo suficiente en la sociedad argentina, ni dentro del mismo colectivo migratorio. Pero hoy día, movimientos galleguistas en las nuevas generaciones avanzan hacia el reconocimiento de la identidad gallega como uno de los pilares ocultos de la identidad argentina, y viceversa, en lo que hace al aporte argentino a la comunidad gallega peninsular. Galicia’s print on our founding imaginary is not proportional to its great demographical importance. As it happens with Native American, Galician identity is deeply hidden and scarcely visible in many respects. This work proposes several reasons for this oblivion, or else, this purposeful covering: the outrageous meaning that the name “Gallego” (later on, a synonym for “Spaniard” in Argentina) already had in the Iberian Peninsula; the burden of several disdainful features of this ethnical stereotype; the rejection of the Spanish cultural matrix subsistent after the Independence War; the quick abandonment of Galician language for the more prestigious Castilian. Even when the Argentinian intellectuals begin to rescue the Spanish heritage, most of them don’t include Galicia. And, although the press of Galician associations and the elites of Galician artists and writers try to reverse this tendency, it isn’t enough to influence the Argentinian society, or even people of Galician descent. But nowadays, there are renewed “galleguista” movements that aim at the acknowledgment of Galician identity as one of the hidden pillars of Argentinian identity. Likewise, the Argentinian contribution has also proved fundamental for the construction of Galician peninsular identity. Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación

    Authors: Masciadri, Viviana;

    A partir de los postulados de Giorgio Agamben, sobre todo en lo concerniente al homo sacer, se analizaron los instrumentos que usó el poder gubernamental argentino entre 1966 y 1983 para controlar a la población, particularmente a la niñez. Se recurrió a la asociación de las zonas geográficas militares y a la distribución geográfica de los hechos represivos a los integrantes de las familias de los jóvenes estudiantes universitarios y secundarios, obreros, sindicalistas y militantes. Se observó que la teología política y la teología económica originaron la violencia durante este periodo. From Giorgio Agamben’s postulates, mainly in everything related to homo sacer, we analyzed the instruments used by governmental power in Argentina between 1966 and 1983 to control people, especially children. We used association of geographic military zones and geographic distribution of the repressive facts, the family members of the young high school and college students, union workers and activists. We observed that the political and economic theology supported violence during that period. Fil: Masciadri, Viviana. Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas; Argentina.     Authors: Peytrequín Gómez, Jeffrey;

    El fin del presente trabajo fue situar y brindar una opción de cómo enseñar a realizar estudios de paisaje, atañidos específicamente a la disciplina arqueológica. Así, fue necesario poner en aplicación conceptos teóricos en la realidad, a partir de estudios de caso particulares en medio del campus universitario; con el propósito de que los/as estudiantes pudiesen construir su propio conocimiento con base en los análisis hechos. Con ello se buscó que los participantes del ejercicio interpretaran datos específicos asimilando los conceptos, además del desarrollo de nuevas habilidades para su futuro profesional; lo anterior aumentado la motivación por el tema de estudio. Se hace una descripción del contexto y la estrategia didáctica planteada y empleada. Para cerrar se valoran los resultados de la dinámica aplicada; así como sus fortalezas (e.g. bajo costo e implementación internacional) y posibles limitaciones. The purpose of the essay is to give an option linked to how to teach the understanding of landscapes studies, particularly related to Archaeology. To this in mind apply theoretical concepts to the reality, via particular case studies inside college campus, looking for that the students construct their own knowledge by the analysis; was necessary. The aim was that the exercise partakers interpret specific data assimilating the concepts, in addition to professional new skills development; besides rising the motivation to this topic. A description of the context and the use and application of the didactic strategy are done. At the end, the dynamic results, strengths (e.g. international performance and low costs) and possible limitations are esteemed. Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación

    Se reconoce que en la actualidad nuevas condiciones históricas hacen de la Salud Mental un tópico de creciente preocupación tanto a nivel de política pública como de orientaciones teóricas. En el contexto de los cambios actuales, las políticas sociales, y las de salud en particular, se transforman en la redefinición de las funciones del Estado. Entonces, se propone analizar los avatares y contextos sociales, políticos, culturales, económicos, por los que ha atravesado en la historia de Argentina, las formulaciones y aplicaciones de políticas públicas en salud mental, tomando como período desde 1954 la profesionalización de la Psicología hasta la formulación de la Ley de Salud Mental en 2010, para de esta forma historizar las implicancias que se suscitaron en este período. We recognize that currently new historical conditions make Mental Health a topic of growing concern both atthe level of public policy and theoretical orientations. In the context of current changes, social policies, and health policies in particular, are transformed into the redefinition of the functions of the State. Then, it is proposed to analyze the avatars and social, political, cultural, and economic contexts, through which Argentina’s history and formulations and applications of public policies in mental health have gone through, taking as a period since 1954 the professionalization of Psychology until the formulation of the Mental Health Law in 2010, in order to historicize the implications that aróse during this period.     Authors: Couchonnal Cancio, Ana Inés;

    El presente artículo busca describir brevemente los pilares fundamentales sobre los que descansa el discurso identitario paraguayo en su inscripción histórica, para pasar en segundo lugar a discutir la pregnancia de los mismos y la potencialidad que ellos inscriben. Esto implica la apertura de los sentidos analíticos basados en dos elementos centrales y entrelazados: la historia y la lengua guaraní, aunados en la escritura como conciliación inconclusa. Abordaremos así, de la mano de Nora Bouvet, la trama historiográfica-escrituraria de Roa Bastos en su intento de dar cuenta de lo nacional en su tensión histórica, para pasar luego a señalar las maneras de la lengua guaraní desde Bartomeu Melià. A modo de cierre, abordaremos la cuestión de la escritura como modo territorial posible. This article seeks to briefly describe the fundamental pillars on which the Paraguayan identity discourse rests in its historical inscription, subsequently we will discuss their pregnancies and the potentiality that they register. This implies the opening of analytical senses based on two central and intertwined elements: history and the Guarani language, combined in writing as unfinished conciliation. In this way, we will approach, following Nora Bouvet, Roa Bastos's historiographical-scriptural plot and his attempt to account for the national in its historical tension. We will then point out the ways of the Guarani language from the point of view of Bartomeu Melià. Finally we will approach the issue of writing as a possible territorial mode.     Authors: Lojo, María Rosa;

    Authors: Masciadri, Viviana;

    A partir de los postulados de Giorgio Agamben, sobre todo en lo concerniente al homo sacer, se analizaron los instrumentos que usó el poder gubernamental argentino entre 1966 y 1983 para controlar a la población, particularmente a la niñez. Se recurrió a la asociación de las zonas geográficas militares y a la distribución geográfica de los hechos represivos a los integrantes de las familias de los jóvenes estudiantes universitarios y secundarios, obreros, sindicalistas y militantes. Se observó que la teología política y la teología económica originaron la violencia durante este periodo. From Giorgio Agamben’s postulates, mainly in everything related to homo sacer, we analyzed the instruments used by governmental power in Argentina between 1966 and 1983 to control people, especially children. We used association of geographic military zones and geographic distribution of the repressive facts, the family members of the young high school and college students, union workers and activists. We observed that the political and economic theology supported violence during that period. Fil: Masciadri, Viviana. Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas; Argentina.     Authors: Peytrequín Gómez, Jeffrey;

    El fin del presente trabajo fue situar y brindar una opción de cómo enseñar a realizar estudios de paisaje, atañidos específicamente a la disciplina arqueológica. Así, fue necesario poner en aplicación conceptos teóricos en la realidad, a partir de estudios de caso particulares en medio del campus universitario; con el propósito de que los/as estudiantes pudiesen construir su propio conocimiento con base en los análisis hechos. Con ello se buscó que los participantes del ejercicio interpretaran datos específicos asimilando los conceptos, además del desarrollo de nuevas habilidades para su futuro profesional; lo anterior aumentado la motivación por el tema de estudio. Se hace una descripción del contexto y la estrategia didáctica planteada y empleada. Para cerrar se valoran los resultados de la dinámica aplicada; así como sus fortalezas (e.g. bajo costo e implementación internacional) y posibles limitaciones. The purpose of the essay is to give an option linked to how to teach the understanding of landscapes studies, particularly related to Archaeology. To this in mind apply theoretical concepts to the reality, via particular case studies inside college campus, looking for that the students construct their own knowledge by the analysis; was necessary. The aim was that the exercise partakers interpret specific data assimilating the concepts, in addition to professional new skills development; besides rising the motivation to this topic. A description of the context and the use and application of the didactic strategy are done. At the end, the dynamic results, strengths (e.g. international performance and low costs) and possible limitations are esteemed. Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación
