В работе даётся обзор современного инструментария, который был разработан и создан в ИЗМИРАН для проведения научных исследований электромагнитных полей и для проведения мониторинга окружающей среды.

Известна высокая чувствительность тканей мозга к ишемии/гипоксии. Такая особенность тканей мозга обусловлена тем, что в нервных клетках отсутствуют значительные запасы энергетических ресурсов. В обзоре анализируются причины и следствия этого явления, а так же практическое их использование при развитии инсультов. Неврологические нарушения двигательной активности являются характерными особенностями при развитии инсультов. Пациенты и экспериментальные животные при развитии у них инсультов, как правило, находятся в состоянии повышенной двигательной активности. Снижение двигательной активности и артериального давления, перевод пациентов в спокойное состояние, близкое к физиологическому сну, являются оправданными в этих условиях. Эти лечебные мероприятия используют в клиниках: пациентов переводят в «искусственную» кому. При этом потребность в поступлении О2 в их организм и его потребление митохондриями нейронов и глиальных клеток значительно снижаются, также снижается воздействие оксидативного и нитрозативного стресса.

Demonstrative pronouns refer to the most used part of the vocabulary. The functions of the demonstrative pronouns are very multifaceted and extremely important for the language. With their help, the speaker selects any object from a number of similar ones and draws the attention of the interlocutor to it. With their help, attention can be paid to what will be discussed in the future and can be referred to what was discussed earlier. Separate sentences of the same text not only receive a certain colouring from the presence or absence in them of syntactic links between sentences. It is also important that between the types of sentences defined in this respect, there is an interdependence in the same text, just ascending to these ties. And this is quite natural, since both of them ultimately go back to the type of thinking of this author, to the way in which he organizes separate phenomena of reality in the process of creative reflection of the world, unites and divides them.

В данной статье дано рекомендации по совершенствованию технологии производства работ по укреплению откосов земляного полотна железных дорог. А также приведена технологии процессы укладки и уплотнения грунта откосов земляного полотна с применением геосинтетических материалами.

ОЦЕНКА ФАКТОРОВ, ВЛИЯЮЩИХ НА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРОЦЕССОВ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ЗАЩИТЫ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ В ЛУГАНСКОЙ НАРОДНОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКЕ / А. А. Резник // Сборник научных работ серии «Государственное управление». В статье представлены эталонные показатели эффективности процессов социальной защиты населения в виде предельно допустимых на примере стран ЕС. Выявлены факторы, оказывающие значительное влияние на эффективность процессов социальной защиты населения: демографическая ситуация, в том числе продолжительность жизни, рождаемость, миграционные процессы. Также рассмотрен такой фактор, как занятость населения, предложение рабочих мест на рынке труда и уровень заработной платы по определённым сферам деятельности. На примере Луганской Народной Республики за период 2019-2020 гг. были проанализированы обозначенные факторы, которые оказывают негативное влияние на эффективность процессов социальной защиты населения. The article presents the benchmark indicators of the efficiency of social protection processes in the form of maximum permissible ones on the example of the EU countries. The factors that have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the processes of social protection of the population: the demographic situation, including life expectancy, fertility, migration processes. Also considered is such a factor as the employment of the population, the supply of jobs in the labor market and the level of wages in certain areas of activity. Using the example of the Luhansk People's Republic for the period 2019-2020, the indicated factors were analyzed that have a negative impact on the effectiveness of the processes of social protection of the population. В статье рассматривается общее и особенное рабства в Центральной Азии и на Кавказе. Уделено внимание численности рабов, природе их появления, их юридическому статусу и т.д. В качестве материалов использованы статья А.П. Хорошхина «Рабы-персияне в Хивинском ханстве» и сборник опубликованных документов «Черкесские невольничьи повествования». Несмотря на то, что объемы данных трудов не сопоставимы, авторы сделали попытку сравнения рабства в Азии и на Кавказе. В работе они широко применяли историко-сравнительный метод, который позволил сопоставить разные аспекты рабовладельческих отношений как на Кавказе, так и в Центральной Азии. Благодаря этому методу удалось установить отчетливое соотношение между содержательными характеристиками изучаемых нарративов и реальной ситуацией, складывающейся в кавказско- центральноазиатском пространстве в XIX веке. В заключении авторы отмечают, что рабство на Кавказе и в Центральной Азии в XIX веке во многом было похожим. С одной стороны, причиной этому была сравнительно небольшая дистанция между этими рабовладельческими центрами. А с другой - кавказская и центральноазиатская работорговля была одинаково прибыльным делом, сравниться с которым по эффективности не могло никакое производство. Это и предопределило главные занятия большей части населения Кавказского и Центрально-Азиатского регионов - рабозахват, работорговля и рабовладение.

В статье рассматриваются типы регионализмов, особенности их функционирования в поэме «Олонхо о Колыме» В.В. Португалова. Преимущественно анализируемые слова принадлежат к группам относительных регионализмов и собственно регионализмов, это связано с тем, что автор в своём произведении обращается к якутскому эпосу.

During the 2020–2021 pandemic period the domestic and foreign tourism in Japan was virtually paralyzed due to the need to isolate people from possible exposure of the COVID-19 infection. After the pandemic subsided and the risk of infection decreased in the first half of 2022, Japan began to receive more tourists, which is a sign of the beginning of revival of the country's tourism industry. Japan went through a similar process of tourism recovery after 2011, when the natural and man-made accident at the Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant and the danger of radiation damage caused a sharp outflow of tourists from the country. But the fall in tourist flow during the period of COVID-19 that hit the world turned out to be much deeper. The article presents both facts in favor of the start of tourism recovery in Japan as early as 2022, as well as facts that hinder its development. But it seems that the post-pandemic development of tourism in Japan is only a matter of time. However, in 2022 Russian- Japanese tourism was held hostage by the military-political situation in Ukraine: the deterioration of relations between Russia and Japan due to Ukrainian events in the coming years or even decades will not contribute to the rapprochement of the two countries, including the development of mutual tourism.

The article discusses the concept of criminological situation as a tool for assessing territories and criminological risks by employees of supervisory and law enforcement agencies. The content and scope of the concept, its origin and development, epistemology, ontology and methodology, differentiation with related concepts are analyzed.

The article reveals the authors’ concept of the formation and development of agrarian long-wave cycles. The authors investigate systems of agriculture, agrarian cycles, and long-term conjunctural (economic) cycles. It is shown that within the framework of each agrarian cycle, agriculture during the concluding period of the cycle encounters certain limits, and exhausts its possibilities for effective economic growth. This results from the fact that each successive expenditure of resources per unit of land area brings a diminishing return in terms of marginal income and production. The article reveals the peculiarities of and interactions between the formation and development of conjunctural (economic) cycles in agriculture; of agrarian cycles; of technological structures; and of systems of agriculture. The authors’ original approach to the study of long-term cyclical conjunctures is based, on the one hand, on N.D. Kondratyev’s methodology for the study of long waves, and on the other, on the methods developed by R.S. Gaysin in his doctoral dissertation (MGU, 1998) for researching the peculiarities of agricultural and agrarian cycles along with the technological structures in this sector.
