    Authors: Berthelon, Catherine; Paxion, Julie; Galy, Edith; Aillerie, Isabelle;

    L’âge et le sexe des conducteurs représentent les principaux facteurs d’implication dans les accidents [source ONISR, 2011]. Les études épidémiologiques montrent ainsi que les jeunes ont une probabilité d'être impliqués dans un accident largement plus importante que celle des autres conducteurs à l'exclusion des conducteurs les plus âgés et les jeunes conducteurs masculins âgés de moins de 24 ans présentent un risque plus élevé d’accidents. De plus, les statistiques mensuelles d’accidents après l’obtention du permis de conduire montrent que le taux initial très élevé d’accidents décroît rapidement pendant les premiers mois de conduite. Par ailleurs, d’après le modèle de courbe en U renversé d’Ansseau et Timsit-Berthier, le niveau de performance augmente avec celui de la vigilance jusqu’à un optimum, au-delà de cet optimum l’augmentation de la vigilance entraîne au contraire une baisse de la performance. L’excès de vigilance que représentent le stress ou l’hyperexcitation a un pouvoir de dégradation plus rapide sur les activités complexes que sur les activités les plus simples. Il y a donc un niveau optimal de vigilance pour chaque type de tâche réalisée et la dégradation de la performance peut être liée à de l’hypovigilance ou de l’hypervigilance. La charge de travail est ainsi également en lien avec la vigilance. Une augmentation de cette charge entraîne en effet une hausse de la vigilance mais la tendance s’inverse lorsque les tâches difficiles et précises entraînent une surcharge, avec dans ce cas une diminution de la vigilance. De plus, lorsque la tension reflétant l’évaluation du danger relatif aux activités [Thayer, 1989 ; in Kosćec & Radosević-Vidacek, 2004] est élevée, cela entraîne une hausse de la charge de travail subjective [Ucelli et al., 2011] et une baisse de vigilance [Thayer, 1986]. L’objet du travail est donc de manipuler ces facteurs de variations de la vigilance afin d’estimer en quoi leurs effets peuvent s’avérer délétères sur la conduite, notamment chez de très jeunes conducteurs novices. Depuis 15 ans, TDIE porte un intérêt particulier aux questions portuaires. Ces questions sont nombreuses : financement des infrastructures, précision des missions et moyens des différents acteurs portuaires, articulation des dynamiques portuaires avec les systèmes de transport des hinterlands, stratégie commerciale et développement des services aux entreprises, structuration d'une offre logistique. Elles révèlent des enjeux de politique publique de plus en plus complexes. Les mutations économiques portées par la mondialisation des échanges, l'intégration européenne, et la poursuite du mouvement de décentralisation engagé il y a bientôt 40 ans ont contribué à redéfinir le cadre des systèmes logistiques. Les ports sont appelés à y jouer un rôle de plus en plus important. -

    Ce rapport est le rapport final du projet VERT (le vélo évalué en rabattement dans les territoires). Le projet VERT vise à étudier l'utilisation du vélo comme mode d'accès aux gares, pour un usage régulier, dans le milieu périurbain. Il se concentre sur un état de l'art nourri d'expériences étrangères et françaises, fournissant des éléments quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour la recherche (T2), sur un bilan économique (T3) mis en oeuvre dans plusieurs scénarios modélisés (T4) permettant de comparer les solutions de vélo+train à des solutions de voiture+train, et d'en établir un bilan économique pour l'usager et pour la collectivité. Le projet inclut aussi des analyses qualitatives (T5) appuyées par des entretiens avec les acteurs, et comporte une étude de cas sur le terrain d'Amboise (T6), comparant plusieurs scénarios de développement du vélo en rabattement sur la gare, construits à partir d'observations de la situation actuelle, du développement de logiciel cartographiant les zones atteintes par le vélo et le VAE (vélo à assistance électrique), analysant des itinéraires de rabattement et établissant un bilan économique de l'intermodalité vélo-TC. Ce bilan très positif et les autres résultats montrent que le site d'Amboise possède des caractéristiques permettant de développer cette intermodalité, confortées par les projets de certains acteurs locaux. Cela confirme que le potentiel de cette intermodalité doit être appuyé par les politiques locales, comme l'ont montré les expériences d'autres régions ou d'autres pays. This report is the final report of project VERT (evaluation of the bicycle as a feeder mode to rail outside urban areas). The VERT project aims at studying bicycle use as a feeder mode to railway stations, for regular use, in exurban areas. It focuses first on a state of the art fostered by international and French experience, providing quantitative and qualitative elements for research (T2), second on economic analysis (T3) implemented in several modeled scenarios (T4), making it possible to compare bike and ride solutions with park and ride solutions, and to draw a cost-benefit analysis for users and the community. Third, project includes qualitative analyses (T5) backed by interviews with stakeholders, and is applied in a case study in Amboise (T6), comparing scenarios for developing the bicycle as a feeder mode to train, built from observations of present situation, software development to map catchment areas of bicycles and pedelecs,analysing feeder routes and computing the cost-benefit balance of bike and ride. This very positive balance as well as other results show that the Amboise site possesses characteristics enabling this intermodal development, that are supported by some local stakeholders' projects. This confirms that this intermodal potential must be backed by local policies, as shown by experience in other regions or in other countries.

    La présence de microplastiques dans les eaux destinées à la consommation humaine est un domaine encore peu étudié à l'heure actuelle, avec des conséquences potentielles pour la santé humaine à définir. Le projet Eau-Plast (2019-2021), mené en collaboration avec Veolia Ile-de-France et le Sedif, vise à déterminer et caractériser les concentrations en microplastiques sur trois stations de potabilisations d'Île de France. Dans ce but, l'eau de rivière brute et l'eau produite sont étudiées. Au cours de cette communication, nous présentons les résultats obtenus au cours de la première campagne d'échantillonnage. Les échantillons d'eau brute, d'un volume de 5 L, ont été traités par digestion à l'H2O2. Les échantillons de sortie et du réseau de distribution, d'un volume de 500 L, ont été traités par séparation densimétrique par solution d'iodure de sodium. Une attention particulière a été portée à la prévention et la prise en compte de la contamination durant les étapes de prélèvement, de traitement et d'analyse. L'analyse des spectres infrarouge des particules a été réalisée par LPA-FTIR en mapping sur l'intégralité des filtres, dans une gamme de taille allant de 25 µm à 5 mm. Le logiciel siMPle a été utilisé pour le traitement des spectres infrarouge et a permis la caractérisation du la nature polymérique des particules, la détermination de leur taille, et de leur forme. Les résultats préliminaires montrent des concentrations en eau de rivière de l'ordre de 20 MP/L et une concentration dans l'eau produite de l'ordre de 0,1 MP/L, soit un abattement supérieur à 99 %. Dans les deux cas, une grande diversité de polymères a été observée, avec une prédominance du polyéthylène et du polypropylène. Dans l'eau brute comme dans l'eau produite, les particules de taille comprise entre 25 et 75 µm sont dominantes devant celles de taille supérieure à 75 µm. La majorité des microplastiques sont des fragments, avec une minorité de fibres. Des campagnes supplémentaires sont prévues afin de consolider et affiner ces premiers résultats. Il est également prévu d'analyser différents points du réseau pour observer les potentielles différences de concentration entre la sortie d'usine et l'eau distribuée.

    Pour développer la marche en ville, il faut pouvoir argumenter la réorganisation de l’espace public à son profit. Or les interventions sur la voirie en faveur des piétons sont souvent ponctuelles, cantonnées à l’amélioration de la fluidité et de la sécurité du déplacement ou couplées avec des aménagements cyclables, avec la difficulté d’évaluer leurs effets sur les usages des marcheurs. C’est pour intégrer ces derniers dans une approche systémique que nous proposons la notion d’« infrastructure pédestre ». Cette proposition couvre l’ensemble à la fois technique et géographique des différents éléments concrets de l’environnement urbain mobilisés par les marcheurs. Elle est mise à l’épreuve d’une recherche-action menée avec un service des routes départementales. Construction21 France

    L’âge et le sexe des conducteurs représentent les principaux facteurs d’implication dans les accidents [source ONISR, 2011]. Les études épidémiologiques montrent ainsi que les jeunes ont une probabilité d'être impliqués dans un accident largement plus importante que celle des autres conducteurs à l'exclusion des conducteurs les plus âgés et les jeunes conducteurs masculins âgés de moins de 24 ans présentent un risque plus élevé d’accidents. De plus, les statistiques mensuelles d’accidents après l’obtention du permis de conduire montrent que le taux initial très élevé d’accidents décroît rapidement pendant les premiers mois de conduite. Par ailleurs, d’après le modèle de courbe en U renversé d’Ansseau et Timsit-Berthier, le niveau de performance augmente avec celui de la vigilance jusqu’à un optimum, au-delà de cet optimum l’augmentation de la vigilance entraîne au contraire une baisse de la performance. L’excès de vigilance que représentent le stress ou l’hyperexcitation a un pouvoir de dégradation plus rapide sur les activités complexes que sur les activités les plus simples. Il y a donc un niveau optimal de vigilance pour chaque type de tâche réalisée et la dégradation de la performance peut être liée à de l’hypovigilance ou de l’hypervigilance. La charge de travail est ainsi également en lien avec la vigilance. Une augmentation de cette charge entraîne en effet une hausse de la vigilance mais la tendance s’inverse lorsque les tâches difficiles et précises entraînent une surcharge, avec dans ce cas une diminution de la vigilance. De plus, lorsque la tension reflétant l’évaluation du danger relatif aux activités [Thayer, 1989 ; in Kosćec & Radosević-Vidacek, 2004] est élevée, cela entraîne une hausse de la charge de travail subjective [Ucelli et al., 2011] et une baisse de vigilance [Thayer, 1986]. L’objet du travail est donc de manipuler ces facteurs de variations de la vigilance afin d’estimer en quoi leurs effets peuvent s’avérer délétères sur la conduite, notamment chez de très jeunes conducteurs novices. Depuis 15 ans, TDIE porte un intérêt particulier aux questions portuaires. Ces questions sont nombreuses : financement des infrastructures, précision des missions et moyens des différents acteurs portuaires, articulation des dynamiques portuaires avec les systèmes de transport des hinterlands, stratégie commerciale et développement des services aux entreprises, structuration d'une offre logistique. Elles révèlent des enjeux de politique publique de plus en plus complexes. Les mutations économiques portées par la mondialisation des échanges, l'intégration européenne, et la poursuite du mouvement de décentralisation engagé il y a bientôt 40 ans ont contribué à redéfinir le cadre des systèmes logistiques. Les ports sont appelés à y jouer un rôle de plus en plus important. -

    Ce rapport est le rapport final du projet VERT (le vélo évalué en rabattement dans les territoires). Le projet VERT vise à étudier l'utilisation du vélo comme mode d'accès aux gares, pour un usage régulier, dans le milieu périurbain. Il se concentre sur un état de l'art nourri d'expériences étrangères et françaises, fournissant des éléments quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour la recherche (T2), sur un bilan économique (T3) mis en oeuvre dans plusieurs scénarios modélisés (T4) permettant de comparer les solutions de vélo+train à des solutions de voiture+train, et d'en établir un bilan économique pour l'usager et pour la collectivité. Le projet inclut aussi des analyses qualitatives (T5) appuyées par des entretiens avec les acteurs, et comporte une étude de cas sur le terrain d'Amboise (T6), comparant plusieurs scénarios de développement du vélo en rabattement sur la gare, construits à partir d'observations de la situation actuelle, du développement de logiciel cartographiant les zones atteintes par le vélo et le VAE (vélo à assistance électrique), analysant des itinéraires de rabattement et établissant un bilan économique de l'intermodalité vélo-TC. Ce bilan très positif et les autres résultats montrent que le site d'Amboise possède des caractéristiques permettant de développer cette intermodalité, confortées par les projets de certains acteurs locaux. Cela confirme que le potentiel de cette intermodalité doit être appuyé par les politiques locales, comme l'ont montré les expériences d'autres régions ou d'autres pays. This report is the final report of project VERT (evaluation of the bicycle as a feeder mode to rail outside urban areas). The VERT project aims at studying bicycle use as a feeder mode to railway stations, for regular use, in exurban areas. It focuses first on a state of the art fostered by international and French experience, providing quantitative and qualitative elements for research (T2), second on economic analysis (T3) implemented in several modeled scenarios (T4), making it possible to compare bike and ride solutions with park and ride solutions, and to draw a cost-benefit analysis for users and the community. Third, project includes qualitative analyses (T5) backed by interviews with stakeholders, and is applied in a case study in Amboise (T6), comparing scenarios for developing the bicycle as a feeder mode to train, built from observations of present situation, software development to map catchment areas of bicycles and pedelecs,analysing feeder routes and computing the cost-benefit balance of bike and ride. This very positive balance as well as other results show that the Amboise site possesses characteristics enabling this intermodal development, that are supported by some local stakeholders' projects. This confirms that this intermodal potential must be backed by local policies, as shown by experience in other regions or in other countries.
